Abstract

This study examines the interrelationships among situational leadership, digital transformation, adversity quotient (AQ), and teacher performance in Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Deli Serdang. The research involved 130 teachers, with a sample of 30 teachers selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires measuring situational leadership, digital transformation readiness, AQ, and perceived teacher performance. The findings reveal significant positive correlations and predictive relationships among these variables. Situational leadership, aligned with Hersey and Blanchard’s theory, demonstrates its effectiveness in adapting leadership styles to meet teachers' varying needs and competencies. Digital transformation emerges as a strong predictor of teacher performance, emphasizing the importance of integrating technology into educational practices to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. Moreover, teachers with higher AQ exhibit greater resilience and adaptive capabilities, positively influencing their performance in managing classroom challenges and maintaining motivation amidst professional pressures. These findings underscore the importance of adaptive leadership, technological integration, and resilience building in fostering a supportive environment for teacher development and educational excellence. Practical implications highlight the need for leadership training programs that emphasize adaptive approaches, comprehensive strategies for digital integration, and resilience-building initiatives to support teachers’ professional growth. Future research could explore longitudinal impacts and qualitative dimensions to further enrich understanding of how these factors contribute to sustained teacher effectiveness and student achievement.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the impact of the accounting code of ethics on the business decisions made by multinational companies. The accounting code of ethics provides a framework for professional conduct, with the objective of influencing the integrity of business decision-making, particularly in the context of accounting and financial reporting. This research employs a case study approach, focusing on multinational companies that have a robust and internationally recognised accounting system. Through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, this study has identified that the implementation of the accounting code of ethics plays a significant role in maintaining transparency, accountability and preventing unethical practices in the business decision-making process.

Abstract

Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) menjadi salah satu komponen kunci dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Implementasi SPMI juga dijadikan salah satu tolak ukur penilaian dalam akreditasi sekolah. Masalahnya belum semua guru memahami betul tentang kebijakan maupun standar SPMI. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi guru mengenai cara meningkatkan mutu pendidikan berbasis peningkatan penerapan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal di SMK swasta PAB 8 Sampali. Metode pemecahan masalah yang diterapkan adalah ceramah dan diskusi dengan tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini diadakan di SMK Swasta PAB 8 Sampali dengan peserta sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan edukasi sistem penjaminan mutu internal (SPMI di SMK swasta PAB 8 Sampali yaitu para guru sangat antusias mengikuti edukasi ini, hal ini terlihat dari keterlibatan mereka yang sangat aktif di seluruh sesi kegiatan. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan para guru tentang penerapan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI). Edukasi ini sangat penting dilakukan untuk memberikan wawasan baru tentang penerapan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas mutu pendidikan sekolah.

Abstract

The West Java province, with an area of ​​35,377.76 km² and consisting of 27 districts/cities, frequently experiences earthquakes, floods, and volcanic eruptions. This study identifies five efficient logistics center points to reach all areas within the Golden Hour (3 hours) during disasters. Using Voronoi diagrams and the K-Means algorithm, each logistics center point has specific requirements for logistics packages, including minimum volume and warehouse area. This underscores the importance of technology in enhancing precise and efficient emergency responses in West Java.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di PT Kereta Api Indonesi (Persero) bertujuan untuk peningkatan efisiensi proses penggajian dan pengupahan karyawan. Dalam era digital saat ini, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang efektif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan karyawan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode tinjauan pada prosedur pengajian dan pengupahan karyawan dan tanya jawab untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam sistem penggajian saat ini.Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengajian dan pengupahan pada PT.Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) sudah baik karena tidak ada keterlambatan dalam pemrosesan gaji, sistemnya transparan dan system informasi akuntansi yang terintegrasi akan tetapi masih ada karyawan yang terlambat masuk kerja tanpa kabar dan ada kalanya terjadi trouble dari mesin kehadiran sehingga karyawan tidak bisa mengakses kehadirannya dengan lancer. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, tim pengabdian merekomendasikan pelatihan bagi staf terkait penggunaan teknologi baru. Dengan implementasi rekomendasi ini, diharapkan efisiensi proses penggajian dan pengupahan dapat meningkat, yang pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan motivasi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan.Melalui upaya ini, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) diharapkan dapat memperkuat komitmennya terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih produktif dan transparan

Abstract

Kegiatan operasional pergudangan dapat dikelompokkan atas aktivitas inbound gudang dan aktivitas outbound gudang. Aktivitas inbound gudang meliputi proses penerimaan barang, peletakan barang, dan penyimpanan barang. Sedangkan aktivitas outbound gudang meliputi proses pengambilan barang, pengemasan barang, dan pengiriman barang. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa masalah pada gudang barang jadi PT XYZ diantaranya proses pengecekan barang masih menggunakan cara manual, belum adanya sistem yang membantu dalam proses penyimpanan barang kedalam racking terkait dimana lokasi barang tersebut akan disimpan sehingga membuat proses pengambilan barang membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan proses perbaikan terhadap kegiatan operasioanal pergudangan dengan terlebih dulu dipetakan proses bisnis operasional pergudangan menggunakan BPMN dari hasil pemetaan tersebut nantinya akan dilihat proses mana saja yang dapat dilakukan analisis perbaikan. Adapun analisis perbaikan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis streamlining dari metode business process improvement dimana analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis simplifikasi dan analisis otomatisasi dengan hasil perbaikan berupa desain warehouse management system yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Desain warehouse management dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software odoo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan desain warehouse management system sebagai perbaikan proses operasional gudang serta simulasi perbaikan proses operasional pergudangan.

Abstract

The research question explored in this exploration is ‘How is religious moderation implemented among followers of the Mu'tabarah Tariqah (authorized sufistic schools) in Makassar City? Data collection methods employed in this exploration comprise interview and observation, in addition to documents or literature related to the subject discussed. As for the approach, this inquiry applies philosophical and phenomenological approaches. Research findings indicate that religious moderation in the view of Mu’tabarah Tariqah followers means an attitude that accepts all differences, both in terms of beliefs and culture, by prioritizing justice, tasamuh (toleration) and tawazun (balance). Implementation of religious moderation comes to forms with ground principles comprising: 1). Tolerance is a basic teaching of Islam, which respects different religious beliefs and understandings as humans are essentially the same and equally come from God. In this sense harming or despising those with different religious beliefs is equivalent to harming or despising one’s own self. 2). Social service is carried out as a form of awareness as God’s creatures who must share and love each other. It is performed in the month of Ramadan and the Ied festival (Ied al-Qurban), or even at any time when someone needs help, for humans are essentially brothers who help each other. 3) Be religious with love, that is, religious teachings are carried out based on love, since all beings are God’s creation, and they must live side by side peacefully and full of love. The implementation of religious moderation among adherents of the Mu'tabarah Tariqah results in: a) creating peace in society, b) increasing bonds of brotherhood among human beings, even among fellow creatures, who will live in harmony and peace despite their different cultures and beliefs. Other words, the bonds of friendship between fellow creatures will be well established.

Abstract

The Creative Banking Nusantara application is a banking application released by PT BPR Dana Bintan Sejahtera and is used to carry out customers' daily banking transactions. Currently, the Creative Banking Nusantara application has never had an information technology governance audit conducted to determine the capability level and rating scale of the Creative Banking Nusantara application. This research aims to find out the extent to which information technology governance has been implemented by PT BPR Dana Bintan Sejahtera, and whether it has met expectations or not. This research will provide recommendations if the assessment results do not meet the company's expected achievement targets. This research will audit the Creative Banking Nusantara application using COBIT 5 with the delivery, service, and support domains (DSS). In collecting data, this research used a questionnaire technique with the selection of respondents using a purposive sampling technique while testing the validity of the questionnaire using SPSS. This research produces an analysis using the COBIT 5 framework and concludes that the average capability level assessment using the COBIT 5 framework is at a value of 4.29 or 4, namely at the predictable process level, while the average rating scale assessment is 89.24. % or has reached Level F, namely Fully Archived.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find the student physics learning achievement as topic rectilinear motion kinematic through Multi Intelligences approach implementation by using Concept Map. The subject of the research was the students of X8 Class of SMA I Pangkalan Kerinci in the academic year 2005/2006 the sample was taken was 35 students. The instrument of collecting data was a test of learning achievement used descriptive analysis which consists of digestibility, the effectiveness of learning, the student completeness learning, the completeness indicators, the affective evaluation, and psychomotor evaluation. The finding showed that the average of students' digestibility is 80,8% categorized well. The effectiveness of learning is 80,8% with the completeness indicator is 92%. The effective evaluation is categorized good enough (57,1%) and the psychomotor evaluation is categorized very good (62,8%).

Abstract

The world of banking is experiencing very rapid development. In this way, competition between banking products cannot be avoided and is getting tighter. One of them is financing products that are subsidized by the government, consumers and compete with other banks. The aim of this research is to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Bank Sumsel Babel Branch Pagar Alam City Branch in increasing the number of Zero Percent Interest Subsidy financing customers on Financing Products Subsidized by the Regional Government. Quantitative approach, namely by conducting library research, namely data collection techniques using questionnaire sources with customers of Bank Sumsel Babael Financing Products, Pagar Alam City Branch. The results of this research show that the interest subsidy is zero percent on financing products that are subsidized by the regional government marketing mix marketing 4P (location, product, price and promotion). The strategy that is more often used in this case is the promotional strategy. Through promotional strategies, customers better understand the advantages and disadvantages of mu-rabahah financing products. Promotional strategies are more effective and aimed at the general public to increase the number of customers in a faster time.
