Background: Pembelajaran daring selama pandemi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru sekolah dasar dalam memanfaatkan ketersediaan sumber belajar dan media dalam rangka inovasi pendidikan. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) Guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) melalui pemanfaatan free platform guna menunjang kebutuhan pembelajaran Metode: Kegiatan ini terlaksana dengan kerjasama koordinator wilayah Kecamatan Kasihan, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bantul. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 guru SD sebagai peserta, dengan model pelatihan terbimbing. Hasil: Data peningkatan kemampuan peserta diperoleh melalui kuisoner. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, terjadi peningkatan kemampuaan guru terhadap penggunaan free platform. Hasil pre-test diperoleh rata- rata sebesar 2,96 (baik), sedangkan rata-rata skor setelah pelatihan diperoleh 3,5 (sangat baik). Kesimpulan: Setelah pelatihan, peserta mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis TPACK dengan mempraktekkan materi pelatihan yaitu memanfaatkan free platform meliputi google form, google classroom, quiziz dan google meet.

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak diberlakukannya pembelajaran daring pada semua mata pelajaran, termasuk Bahasa Indonesia mencakup pengajaran keterampilan berbahasa, yang meliputi keterampilan mendengarkan, membaca, menulis dan berbicara. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali fakta tentang pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di sekolah dasar se-Kabupatan Kebumen, Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah merencanakan pembelajaran bahasa dengan baik, melaksanakan pembelajaran bahasa dengan baik, dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran bahasa dengan cukup baik melalui pemanfaatan media belajar online selama masa pandemic covid. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran bahasa indonesia di sekolah dasar pada masa pandemi berjalan dengan baik.

Pendidikan dalam perkembangannya tidak dapat lepas dari pengaruh perkembangan globalisasi, di mana ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi berkembang pesat. Perkembangan globalisasi telah tampak dan mulai ada sekitar 1000 dan 1500 M. Saat itu ditandai dengan adanya interaksi dalam hubungan antar bangsa di dunia, mulai dari para pedagang melalui jalur darat maupun jalur laut. Para pedagang selain melakukan perdagangan mereka juga menyebarkan nilai-nilai agama, nilai-nilai sosial, seni, dan pendidikan. Sistem pendidikan di era dahulu dengan era globalisasi sangat berbeda, misalnya saja pada pembelajaran. Jika dahulu dilakukan secara tatap muka maka sekarang pembelajaran bisa dilakukan dengan tatap maya dimanapun berada. Hal ini mengakibatkan kurangnya komunikasi antara guru dan siswa. Imbas negatif dari globalisasi di bidang pendidikan lainnya yaitu pengelompokan status sosial, melemahnya kekuatan kontrol pendidikan oleh negara, menurunnya kualitas moral siswa, tergerusnya kebudayaan local, dan munculnya tradisi serba cepat.Sebagai warga negara Indonesia yang kental akan budaya, sudah seharusnya kita menyaring hal-hal yang masuk. Karena jika tidak dapat menggerus budaya local yang sudah ada. Karena tidak semua budaya luar itu cocok dengan budaya kita. Saran bagi penulisan selanjutnya semoga dapat lebih divariasikan sumber dan topic pembahasan agar semakin menarik.

A mid of the Covid-19 pandemic, our education should be continued. Therefore, the online learning was being implemented at home so the parents would have a role to make the learning continues. This article aims to analyze parents role in elementary students learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained from a questionnaire consisting of 17 statements. The population in this study were parents of elementary school students who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study are the percentage of parents role in elementary school student learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this article is that parents play a good role in elementary school student learning in the Covid-19 pandemic is as teachers, facilitators, motivators, and influencer. This article can be used as literature and other researchers development material.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh PBL terhadap keterampilan proses sains; (2) pengaruh PBL terhadap hasil belajar kognitif IPA; (3) pengaruh PBL terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif IPA secara bersama- sama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pretest-postest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V SD Gugus 3 Kotagede Yogyakarta tahun pelajaran 2014/ 2015. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan independent t-test, uji MANOVA, dan uji kriteria Bonferroni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterampilan proses sains; (2) PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPA. (3) PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar IPA. Keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif IPA di kelas eksperimen 1 dan kelas eksperimen 2 lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Keseluruhan uji dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PBL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterampilan proses sains dan hasil belajar kognitif IPA. THE EFFECT PBL ON SCIENCE PROCESS SKILL AND COGNITIVE LEARNING RESULT OF SCIENCE TO STUDENTS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAbstractThis research is aimed to get information about: (1) the effect of PBL on science process skills; (2) the effect of PBL on the result of cognitive-learning of science and 3) the effect of PBL on science process skill and the result of cognitive-learning of science. This is quasi experiment research employing a pretest-posttest control group design. The research population consisted of five-graders of all elementary schools located in Group 3 of Kotagede in the academic year of 2014/2015. The sample was collected using the cluster random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the independent t-test, the MANOVA, and Bonferroni criterion. The result of this research informs that: (1) PBL improved positively and significantly the science process skills; (2) PBL improved positively and significantly science learning result; (3) PBL improved positively and significantly the science process skills and science learning result. The skills of science process and cognitive result of learning of science of the experiment class 1 and 2 are higher than that of the control class. The whole tests and gained results show that PBL positively and significantly improves the skills of science process and the cognitive result of science learning.Keywords: problem based learning, skills of science process, cognitive learning result of science.

The study aims to determine the improvement of social science learning outcomes about national events during the colonial period. This study used participatory action research methods conducted in three cycles. The stages were planning, implementing, observing, evaluating, and reflecting. The subjects were teachers and 23 fifth-grade students at an elementary school in the Kebumen district. The data collection methods were observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques used quantitative and descriptive qualitative analysis. The results indicate that implementing Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) applying multimedia improves student social science learning outcomes since it obtains 73.91% in the first cycle, 80.43% in the second cycle, and 86.96% in the third cycle. The students are active in group discussions and question and answer. It concludes that implementing Student Teams Achievement Divisions by applying multimedia improves social science learning outcomes about national events during the colonial period for fifth-grade students. This study is a diversification of learning strategies, so it can be an alternative solution to develop the quality of learning in elementary schools.

This study investigates elementary school students' 3D geometric thinking skills using the Van Hiele model. The research employed a grounded theory approach, utilizing tests, observations, and interviews to assess students' geometric thinking levels across two elementary schools in West Java and Central Java, Indonesia. A total of 6 test items were developed based on Van Hiele's theory, targeting the visualization, analysis, and informal deduction levels. Results showed varied performance between the two schools. Students from the Majalengka school demonstrated stronger visualization skills (77.14%), while those from the Surakarta school showed better performance in analysis (67.86%) and informal deduction (53.57%). Overall, students exhibited a good foundational understanding of 3D shapes, with most achieving the visualization and analysis levels. However, challenges emerged at the informal deduction level, where students often opted for simpler problem-solving methods over more systematic approaches. The study highlights the effectiveness of the Van Hiele model in assessing geometric thinking development and provides valuable insights for curriculum development and teaching strategies. It emphasizes the need to reinforce visualization and analysis skills while gradually introducing more abstract and systematic thinking in geometry education. The findings contribute to the understanding of elementary students' 3D geometric thinking skills and offer a basis for improving geometry instruction at the primary level.
