Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak gadget terhadap minat anak belajar anak, untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi belajar anak. Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang suatu dampak dari gadget terhadap minat belajar anak, karena dengan gadget akan membuat anak menjadi tidak disiplin dan pemalas. Jenis artikel ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan penelitian berupa studi pustaka yang diambil langsung dari sumber seperti buku, jurnal yang ada di google scholer.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of social deixis in the film "Avengers" and its influence on character interactions, narrative development, and audience engagement. Social deixis, a linguistic phenomenon involving the use of language to establish social relationships and navigate social contexts, plays a vital role in shaping the dynamics of communication within the Avengers team. By closely examining the dialogue and language choices of the characters, this study aims to identify the types of deixis employed and explore their implications for character development and plot progression. Through a qualitative analysis of selected scenes, the findings reveal the diverse range of social deixis strategies utilized, including personal deixis, honorific deixis, politeness deixis, demonstrative deixis, and more. These linguistic choices contribute to the establishment of power dynamics, the formation of group identity, and the conveyance of emotional and interpersonal nuances. Moreover, they enhance the audience's understanding of the characters' relationships, motivations, and conflicts. This study enhances our understanding of the intricate interplay between language, social interaction, and narrative construction in the context of a popular film franchise. It provides valuable insights into the significance of social deixis in cinematic storytelling and opens avenues for further research in the field of discourse analysis, linguistics, and film studies.

Abstract

Gampong Mee Tanjong Usi is located in Mutiara Timur District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province, and has residents whose main livelihood is as farmers. The dense population makes agricultural land scarce. Aquaponic cultivation system is an innovation offered as a solution. The Aquaponics system combines a hydroponic system and an aquaculture system. This PKM activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of the “Mee Meuhase” group from Gampong Mee Tajong Usi in managing aquaponic systems, producing local food products and increasing income. The implementation method begins with observation and outreach, training and assistance in creating an Aquaponics system, application of technology as well as monitoring and evaluation of program sustainability. The fish seeds cultivated are tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and the vegetables grown are spinach (Amaranthus sp) and pokcoy (Brassica rapa L.). As a result of the implementation of the activity, the activity went well with high enthusiasm from the participants. Education and training that assembles, manages aquaponic systems, produces environmentally friendly products, increases environmental awareness and helps increase income.

Abstract

The Islamic non-bank financial Industry (NBFI syariah) plays an important role in supporting the growth and strengthening of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The existence of NBFI syariah, such as Islamic insurance, Islamic financing, Islamic pension funds, and Islamic capital markets, is an integral part of the national Islamic financial ecosystem. This article aims to analyze the strategic contribution of NBFI syariah in supporting the development of Islamic banking through a descriptive-qualitative approach based on literature reviews and secondary data from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia, and other relevant institutions. The findings indicate that Islamic non-bank financial institutions expand the reach of Islamic financial services, enhance financial literacy and inclusion, and provide alternative financing and risk mitigation options in line with Islamic principles. Synergistic collaboration between Islamic banking and non-banking financial institutions is considered capable of strengthening the overall stability of the Islamic financial system. Therefore, strengthening regulations, improving institutional capacity, and product innovation are key to optimizing the role of Islamic non-bank financial institutions in promoting inclusive and sustainable Islamic banking growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the performance of Civil Servants within the Road Transport Sector of the Riau Province Transportation Service in fulfilling their duties and supporting Organizational Commitment. Employing a qualitative approach, the study involves direct observation and in-depth analysis of existing phenomena using a descriptive method. Key findings include: 1) Civil Servants' performance is generally rated as satisfactory, but falls short in optimizing adherence to Riau Governor Regulation Number 61 of 2021 due to issues such as low work discipline, inadequate competence in task completion, and ineffective inter-employee communication; 2) Competency among Civil Servants is hindered by low engagement in technical training initiatives; 3) Organizational Commitment is notably low, reflecting insufficient awareness of the significance of their roles. Additionally, suboptimal work motivation and inadequate working conditions are evident. Furthermore, the relationship between leadership and staff is characterized by inadequate guidance and motivation, posing challenges to achieving the objectives of the Road Transport Sector of the Riau Province Transportation Service.

Abstract

Group Investigation adalah suatu model pembelajaran di mana siswa bekerja dalam kelompok kecil dengan menggunakan pertanyaan kooperatif, diskusi kelompok, serta perencanaan dan proyek kooperatif. Dalam model ini, siswa memiliki kebebasan untuk membentuk kelompok dengan anggota antara dua hingga enam orang. Setiap kelompok kemudian memilih topik materi yang telah dipelajari dan membaginya menjadi tugas-tugas individu. Hasil dari pekerjaan individu ini kemudian disusun menjadi laporan kelompok yang akan disajikan di depan kelas.Group Investigation lebih menekankan pada pilihan dan kontrol siswa daripada menerapkan teknik-teknik pengajaran konvensional di dalam kelas. Model ini juga mengintegrasikan prinsip belajar demokratis, di mana siswa terlibat aktif dalam seluruh proses pembelajaran, mulai dari pemilihan topik hingga penyajian laporan kelompok. Siswa diberikan kebebasan untuk memilih materi yang ingin dipelajari sesuai dengan topik yang sedang dibahas.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to describe the use of computer laboratories, identify the challenges faced by Information and Communication Technology (ICT) teachers in utilizing these laboratories, and understand the efforts made by the school to address these challenges. The study seeks to enhance students' foundational computer knowledge through the effective use of computer laboratories.Method – The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, conducted at the Private Islamic Senior High School of Perguruan Hidayatul Islamiyah in Kuala Tungkal. The study's participants include the principal, the vice principal for facilities and infrastructure, the computer laboratory coordinator, ICT teachers, and students. Data collection techniques involve observation, interviews, and documentation, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Findings – The findings demonstrate that computer laboratories significantly enhance students' basic computer skills at the Private Islamic Senior High School of Perguruan Hidayatul Islamiyah in Kuala Tungkal. Students gain practical experience, reinforcing theoretical knowledge, while collaborative tasks in the lab foster problem-solving and engagement. However, challenges such as outdated equipment and internet issues limit the full potential of laboratory use. Despite these obstacles, ICT teachers incorporate lab activities effectively to create an engaging learning environment. Research Implications – Although facilities meet minimum standards (Indonesian Ministry of Education Regulation No. 24 of 2007), there is potential for improvement. Regular updates to equipment, improved internet access, and teacher training would enhance learning outcomes. This context highlights the importance of equipping madrasah students with essential digital skills for their academic and professional.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of competence and use of information technology on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative. The research population of teachers at SMP Negeri 21 Batang Hari was 32 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire (questionnaire), and the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that; 1) there is a positive and significant influence between competence on teacher performance; 2) there is a positive and significant effect between the use of information technology on teacher performance; 3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between competence and the use of information technology on teacher performance. By obtaining the value of R Square (coefficient of determination) of 0.865, which means the magnitude of the role or contribution of the competence variable and the use of information technology can explain the teacher performance variable of 86.5%. Where if the competence and use of information technology are getting better, the teachers' performance at SMP N 21 Batang Hari will also be better.

Abstract

Teknologi jaringan 5G yang merupakanpengembangan dari teknologi jaringan 4G dengan keuntungankecepatan transfer data yang berkalilipat dari jaringan 4G yangsangat berfungsi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan layanan jaringanyang semakin baik. Antena adalah salah satu komponen yangakan berpengaruh dalam implementasi teknologi jaringan 5G.Pada penelitian Tugas Akhir adalah untuk merancang danmenganalisis antena microstrip dengan menggunakancomplementary Split Ring Resonator (CSRR) disisi groundplane pada teknologi 5G. CSRR digunakan pada bagian groundplane dan ditambahkan unit cell CSRR. Fungsi dari CSRRuntuk meningkatkan bandwidth atau gain pada antenamikrostrip, antena mikrostrip yang memiliki kekurangan padabandwidth yang sempit serta gain yang kecil.Berdasarkan hasil realisasi menunjukkan bahwa strukturmetamaterial yaitu CSRR sangat berpengaruh terhadappeningkatan bandwidth yang lebar. Bandwidth antenamikrostrip patch circular ring pada simulasi mendapatkansebesar 140 MHz, sedangkan antena mikrostrip dengan CSRRbandwidth yang didapat yaitu 995 MHz pada simulasi dan padapengukuran memiliki bandwidth 880 MHz untuk antenamikrostripo patch circular ring dengan CSRR 1x2. Return losssebesar -17,218 dB, VSWR 1,328, dengan nilai gain sebesar 1,7dBi. Pada Tugas Akhir ini antena mikrostrip patch circular ringdengan CSRR sudah memenuhi spesifikasi dan bekerja padafrekuensi 3,5 GHz pada teknologi 5G.Kata kunci— 5G, Antena mikrostrip, Parameter AntenaMikrostrip, Antena mikrostrip patch circular ring,Metamaterial, CSRR

Abstract

Abstract: The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has made a policy regarding priority departures for elderly Hajj pilgrims as regulated in Article 14 paragraph 1 of Law Number 8 of 2019 concerning Organizing the Hajj and Umrah Pilgrimage. In 2024, out of a total of 241,000 Hajj pilgrims, there will be 45,678 elderly pilgrims who will carry out the Hajj pilgrimage this year. With the large number of elderly pilgrims departing in 2024, there needs to be special treatment in the form of elderly-friendly facilities and infrastructure in Saudi Arabia as well as elderly-friendly Hajj ritual guidance services to ensure that elderly pilgrims carry out the Hajj smoothly. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the role of religious extension in the guidance of elderly-friendly Hajj rituals at KUA Mampang Prapatan and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the guidance of elderly-friendly Hajj rituals at KUA Mampang Prapatan. This research uses the role theory of Soejono Soekanto, Religious Extension and Elderly Friendly Hajj Manasik Guidance. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were two religious extensions, two elderly congregants and one staff member of the KUA Mampang Prapatan. The research results show that 1) the role of religious extention in carrying out an active and participatory role is to convey knowledge and procedures for carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage, 2) supporting factors in this research are adequate KUA facilities and infrastructure as well as religious extension who are certified Hajj ritual guides, and 3) the inhibiting factor in this research is the diversity of ages of the Hajj pilgrims and the duration of guidance time is too short.Abstrak: Pemerintah Republik Indonesia membuat kebijakan terhadap prioritas keberangkatan jemaah haji lansia yang diatur pada Pasal 14 ayat 1 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2019 tentang penyelenggaran Ibadah Haji dan Umrah. Pada tahun 2024 dari total 241.000 jemaah haji ada sebanyak 45.678 jemaah haji lansia yang melaksanakan ibadah haji tahun ini. Banyaknya jemaah lansia yang berangkat pada tahun 2024, maka perlu ada penanganan khusus dalam bentuk sarana dan prasarana ramah lansia di Arab Saudi maupun pelayanan khusus dalam bentuk sarana dan prasarana ramah lansia di Arab Saudi maupun pelayanan bimbingan manasik haji ramah lansia guna kelancaran jemaah lansia dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana peran penyuluh agama dalam bimbingan manasik haji ramah lansia di KUA Mampang Prapatan dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam bimbingan manasik haji ramah lansia di KUA Mampang Prapatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori peran Soejono Soekanto, Penyuluh Agama dan Bimbingan Manasik Haji Ramah Lansia. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang penyuluh agama, dua orang jemaah lansia dan satu orang staff KUA Mampang Prapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) peran penyuluh agama dalam menjalankan peran aktif dan partisipatif ialah menyampaikan pengetahuan dan tata cara pelaksanaan ibadah haji, 2) faktor pendukung dalam penelitian ini ialah fasilitas dan sarana prasarana KUA yang memadai serta penyuluh agama yang bersertifikasi pembimbing manasik haji. dan 3) faktor penghambat dalam penelitian ini ialah keragaman usia jemaah haji dan durasi waktu bimbingan yang terlalu sedikit.
