Women and identity politics are actual problems and often invite endless long debates. Women are often forgotten in the history of the Indonesian Nation, especially related to policies such as sharia regulations. The birth of Islamic sharia regulations is not from a vacuum, but is born from a very long and twisted process. Regional autonomy has become the main entrance to the emergence of shari'a regulations as a form of regulatory decree both whose authority is attributive (inherent) or delegative (derivative). The rise of the expansion of new regions as a result of regional autonomy policy, apparently also led to the strengthening of identity politics that seemed to be inherent and must be present in every regional policy taken especially in sharia regulations. Women and sharia regulations become interesting phenomena to be studied from various sides, both political, cultural, legal and religious aspects. This paper portrays women and identity politics in shari'a regulations. A review of how women's representation and identity politics influence the contents of shari'a regulations.

The World Health Organization (WHO) stated that COVID-19 was a pandemic that has spread worldwide. It has been on limited interaction activities and social group meetings. The policy of limiting community physical interaction directly affects the education sector so that the learning process is fully transformed into the form of online learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the challenges and opportunities in the online learning process that has been implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method by describing the online learning process that has been implemented. The subjects in the study were students and teachers of Junior High School 01 Plantungan Kendal. Analysis of the data used in this study is to triangulate data consisting of data from observations, interviews, and field observations. The study's results showed that the online learning process had challenges regarding the availability of qualified technology such as electronic devices in the learning process, internet networks, and students' and teachers' readiness to face online learning. While the opportunities from the online learning process that have been implemented are directly familiarizing students to practice independently in the learning process, and from the teacher's side, encouraging teachers to master technology and innovate in the learning process so that it would be more varied and effective

This research aims to explore the strengthening of the role of social institutions in women's empowerment and increasing gender equality. The research method used is mixed-method, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data was collected through observations, in-depth interviews, surveys, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with women aged 15-50, leaders of social institutions, and government officials. The results show that education and training programs organized by social institutions have significantly increased skills, economic independence, and awareness of women's rights. However, cultural resistance and gaps in educational facilities are still major challenges in the implementation of gender equality programs. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of community-based inclusive strategies to overcome cultural resistance and the need for long-term evaluation of women's empowerment programs. In addition, increased collaboration between social institutions, governments, and the private sector is encouraged to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of these programs

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan literasi sejarah menggunakan bahan ajar digital kerjaan kuningan. Metode penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan kajian pustaka. Kajian pustaka yang digunakan adalah literatur berupa buku, hasil-hasil penelitian yang terkait dengan bahan ajar digital kerjaan kuningan, buku digital. Teori-teori dikaitkan dengan pembahasan permasalahan yang terjadi untuk menemukan solusinya. Hasil kajian ini menyatakan bahan ajar digital kuningan dapat meningkatkan literasi sejarah. Penggunaan bahan ajar digital yang dirancang berbentuk modul dengan fungsi dan kelebihannya, dapat membuat siswa tertarik belajar dan berperan untuk meningkatkan literasi sejarah siswa, siswa yang tidak mengenal budaya lokal menjadi paham dan lebih cinta tanah air.

This study aims to describe the role of Scout extracurricular activities in the development of student character in MIN 1 Jepara. The background of this research departs from the challenges of students' character in the digital era, such as declining discipline and social sensitivity. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that structured and routine Scout activities are able to shape student character values, especially discipline, responsibility, independence, cooperation, and social concern. The process of internalizing values is carried out through an approach of habituation, example, and strengthening the meaning of activities, with support from the head of the madrasah and the coach. The main obstacle faced is the limited facilities and training of coaches. Nevertheless, Scout activities have proven to be an effective instrument of character education in Islamic-based ibtidaiyah madrasas. This research contributes to strengthening the character development model in basic education institutions and becomes a practical reference in optimizing scouting activities

Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 banyak UKM terdampak, termasuk yang dialami oleh UD. Intansari Raya yaitu penjualan menurun hingga 60%. UD. Intansari Raya merupakan sebuah UKM di Wage Kecamatan Taman kabupaten Sidoarjo yang memiliki produksi jamu cuka rempah, berdiri sejak Tahun 2012 dan beranggotakan tujuh pekerja. Produk tersebut dinilai unik karena berciri khas dan mampu mengangkat kearifan lokal Indonesia dalam hal jamu atau herbal yang memiliki banyak manfaat. UKM tersebut telah memiliki IUMK dan NIB, selain itu juga berkomitmen dalam pengelolaan dan pemantauan dampak lingkungan yang terjadi akibat aktivitas usaha dan bersedia diawasi oleh instansi yang berwenang dengan dibuktikan memiliki SPPL. Permasalahan yang dihadapi saat ini yaitu dalam proses produksi masih sangat sederhana serta alat fermentor diperlukan pengadaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas karena jumlahnya sangat terbatas. Rak juga dibutuhkan oleh UD. Intansari Raya untuk tempat penyimpanan bahan bakuan hasil produksi. Solusi yang ditawarkan pada kegiatan ini yaitu diadakan penerapan TTG dengan melakukan pengadaan alat fermentor, tong, selang dan aerator. Dengan diterapkan TTG dan pengadaan alat fermentor, UKM dapat menaikkan jumlah produksi. Sedangkan dengan ditambahkan rak juga dapat menampung raw material dan hasil produksi.

This Community Service Program aims to increase access to religious education, strengthen social solidarity, and build religious awareness in Mamampang Village, Kunciopao District. This program includes three main activities: Teaching the Koran, Social Service, and the Shalih Children's Festival. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which emphasizes the active involvement of the community in every stage of implementation. Initial observations show that there are still limitations in the Koran teaching staff and a lack of religious activities involving children and teenagers. The results of this program show an increase in children's ability to read the Koran, active community involvement in social service, and high enthusiasm for the Shalih Children's Festival. This activity not only has a direct impact on the community, but also creates synergy between students and residents in an effort to improve the quality of religious education and social life in the village.

This study examines the development of the halal food industry in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic law. As the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia's growth in the halal food sector has significant implications for adherence to sharia principles. The study explores how Islamic law impacts various aspects of the halal food industry, including certification processes, production standards, and product labeling. The main focus is on the application of halal principles throughout all stages of production, from raw material selection to final processing. The study also evaluates the role of sharia supervisory bodies, such as the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), in ensuring compliance with Islamic law. The findings reveal that the application of Islamic law in the halal food industry not only ensures adherence to sharia principles but also enhances consumer trust and strengthens Indonesia’s position as a global hub for the halal food industry. This study provides insights into the challenges and opportunities in advancing the halal food industry in accordance with Islamic law in Indonesia

The community service program in the form of al-banjari training for TPQ santri in Kedungbogo village aims to preserve and develop traditional Islamic musical arts among the younger generation, namely al-banjari. Al-banjari is a form of tambourine musical art, which has an important role in efforts to strengthen religious and cultural values in society. Usually TPQ students in Kedungbogo village use al-banjari as a herding tool during the evening Lailatus Sholawat activities. However, the lack of understanding in innovating rhythm and tone makes al-banjari activities felt less effective, and there is also a lack of trainers in carrying out al-banjari exercises. This training involves TPQ students in Kedungbogo village who have an interest in the tambourine musical art instrument. The training methods used include the caramah method and coaching. The results of the al-banjari training showed an increase in understanding of playing al-banjari using the tambourine musical instrument and by making a guidebook containing the al-banjari formula. It is hoped that the success of this training will be an inspiration for other students to be enthusiastic about preserving and developing traditional Islamic musical arts.

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of Kahoot application-based quisis method on students' enthusiasm in participating in Islamic Religious Education and Cultivation (PAIBP) lessons in class 12 AKL 3 SMK Bhakti Praja Adiwerna, Tegal. The Kahoot quiz method was chosen because of its ability to increase student interaction and engagement. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method used was quantitative with an experimental design. The study population consisted of 30 students, and data was collected through a questionnaire that measured the level of student enthusiasm before and after the application of the Kahoot method. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and t-test to determine significant differences in student enthusiasm. Findings - The results showed that there was a significant increase in students' enthusiasm after the application of the Kahoot method, with the average enthusiasm score increasing from 65 before the application to 85 afterwards. This finding indicates that the use of Kahoot quiz method can be an effective alternative in increasing students' enthusiasm in EAP learning. Originality/Value - This research is expected to contribute to the development of more interesting and interactive learning methods in schools.
