Market segmentation has long been regarded as one of the most important marketing concepts are available for managers interested in marketing the product. In today’s competitive market. Market segmentation is a market activity which divide the market into groups of buyers who are distinguished according to different needs. The purpose of the division of market into several homogeneous market is for marketers to drive to satisfy the specific needs of each target market.Market segmentation approach involves identifying the benefits sought by different homogeneous groups, which allows the properties and the relevant request is determined and used as a source of service differentiation. This study aims to determine market segmentation Semen Gresik Hospital services and Hospital Petrokimia Gresik is formed based on the benefits perceived by the customer. This research was conducted with descriptive research approach, the sample of 110 respondents. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of location to decision of choosing shipping service on PT. TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurur (JNE Express) Gresik. This study is done in PT. TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurur (JNE Express) Gresik., this study is explanatif with quantitative approach, sample is collected by sampling accidental technique with 90 respondents of sample data collected method that relates to the research question is done by using quistionnaire methode. The study result of 90 respondents show that the influence of service choosing decision based on regression calculation by using SPSS 18.00 for windows is resulted t value is 6,404 with p value is 0,000 by using significant limitation $=0,05 is resulted t table is 1,987 because of t value (6,404) > t table (1,987) thus variable location (X) influences significant on service choosing decission (Y). That result show that Ho rejected and H1 accepted. Thus it can be concluded that location has positive influences and significant on service choosing decision to PT. Business competition occurs in both service and non-service industries. One of them is complementary food. The competition in this business is a very tight. This industry is a good topic to be discussed, because the complementary food is a necessity for the consumer. One of them is sambal which is a very special meal of Indonesian. One of the sambal product is Sambal Indofood which tries to do a strategy of product variation. This shows that competition among complementary foods is getting tighter.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of product variation in Indofood sauce purchase decision. This research was conducted in Supermarket Sarikat Jaya Gresik. This research is explanatory type with quantitative approach. The sample is taken by accidental sampling technique with the total sample of 94 respondents. Data collection methods related to the research problem are conducted by using questionnaire method. The Data collection techniques are using questionnaires.The result of the research from 94 respondents show that the influence of product variation to purchase decision. From result of regression calculation by using SPSS program version 18.00 for windows, obtained tvalue counted equal to 6,416 with p value equal to 0.000. Using the significance limit α = 0.05 obtained T table of 1.986. From these results then tcalculated > ttable which means Ho rejected and H1 accepted. It means variable product variation has a positive and significant influence in determining purchase decision of Sambal Indofood to consumers in Supermarket Sarikat Jaya Gresik. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477677

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of the strategy of segmentation, targeting and positioning on mobile purchasing decisions in Rizqy mobile & comp Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis with the data processed is segmentation, targeting, positioning and purchasing decisions. The number of samples taken 75 respondents and data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that all independent variables segmentation, targeting and positioning partially had an influence on the increase in mobile purchasing decisions in Rizqy mobile & comp Gresik. The strategy of segmentation, targeting and positioning simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on mobile purchasing decisions on Rizqy mobile & comp Gresik.DOI 10.5281/zenodo.3629917

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan membuktikan pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Cafe Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 78 responden dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk yang baik terbukti mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Cafe Gresik. Kemudian kualitas pelayanan yang baik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Café Gresik. Akhirnya kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian di Veranda Pasta House and Cafe Gresik.
