Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of the coral reef ecosystem on Tidung Kecil Island, Seribu Islands. Observational data collection was carried out in June 2022. The method used in this study was descriptive with the Line Interval Transect (LIT) technique with two repetitions, with the distance between the transect points being 10 meters. 2 repetitions aim to represent the coral cover data on the island's northern part. The data taken are the length and type of coral reef growth, which is then processed to be included in the coral cover area formula. Observational data were then analyzed using the coral cover percentage formula to calculate live coral growth and continued calculating the percentage cover for all categories of live coral lifeforms. Based on the observations, the condition of the coral cover area in the study area is classified as bad, with a percentage of coral cover area of 18.63% and a percentage of non-coral substrate of 48.7%. This is due to the high human activity (such as fishing) and tourism (such as snorkeling).

Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. to determine and evaluate the relative contributions of physical fitness and learning motivation to the learning outcomes of students in the 7–9 age range. Materials and methods. The purpose of correlation approaches is to quantitatively ascertain if and to what extent two or more variables are correlated. Data is analyzed using the statistical techniques of correlation and multiple regression utilizing the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution Version 25) software. Before the advent of statistical methods for hypothesis testing. Use the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (uji K-S) to check for data normality. Results. The coefficient of correlation for rx12y = 0.49 is indicated. Koefisisen korelasi signifikansi diperoleh F hitung 4,37>t tabel 3,35, dengan distribusi t dengan α = 0,05 dan k = 2 sebagai pembilang dan (n–k–1) sebagai dk penyebut. In other words, there is a positive correlation between the Jasmani Motivasi Belajar and the Penjasorkes Learning Outcomes, which are 0,492 x 100%, or 0,24 x 100%, or 24%. Conclusions. Students' willingness and excitement to participate in physical education learning activities will be influenced by their motivation for learning. A learner who understands effective learning motivation would attempt to inspire themself to learn well. Since achieving satisfactory learning outcomes is one of the goals of the processes and activities that take place in the classroom, teachers are crucial in helping students develop motivation for learning and improving their physical fitness.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) UIP SUMBAGSEL, as a government company in the energy sector, faces challenges in ensuring reliable and efficient internet network access for employees. The lack of a monitoring system that assists administrators in monitoring network devices causes difficulties in ensuring consistent device status and connectivity. Zabbix is an open-source software for network monitoring, offering an effective solution to monitor network performance and detect problems in real-time. This research aims to design and implement a network monitoring system using Zabbix at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SUMBAGSEL. The research method used is Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), which includes the stages of analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring, and management. The results showed that Zabbix is able to detect Mikrotik devices connected to the network and monitor device performance, such as network traffic and memory usage. In conclusion, the implementation of monitoring with Zabbix is effective for monitoring the availability of network devices, which is expected to increase operational efficiency and productivity at PT PLN (Persero) UIP SUMBAGSEL.

Abstract

Al-Falaah Islamic Middle School is an educational institution at the junior high school (SMP) level, established in 2009 and has a vision to produce the next generation of people who believe and fear Allah SWT. Al-Falaah Islamic Middle School has a problem with facilities and infrastructure, namely where there are still many weaknesses in receiving this service, so that it has not been able to meet the quality expected by students and parents. Therefore, in solving this problem, a decision support system was created to manage service strategies in facilities and infrastructure using the Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System method. The author conducted research by selecting the best criteria for service quality so as to improve the quality of school facilities and infrastructure. In this writing the author uses the programming language HTML, PHP, and MySQL Database to store data. From the results of this study it is hoped that the application of determining the level of satisfaction with the mamdani method can make evaluations for schools in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure for schools so that they continue to be trusted by the community and prospective parents of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas landasan hukum sistem Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) bagi calon perseorangan dan dampak hukum yang dihadapi oleh calon perseorangan dalam konteks pemilihan kepala daerah berdasarkan Undang-Undang Pilkada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan hukum normatif dengan penelitian berfokus pada aspek hukum dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa landasan hukum bagi calon perseorangan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah dapat ditemukan dalam Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 5/PUU-V/2007. Implikasi hukum yang dihadapi oleh calon perseorangan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah meliputi berbagai kesulitan, terutama dalam memenuhi persyaratan administratif. Selain tantangan dalam memenuhi persyaratan calon, seperti mendapatkan dukungan dari sejumlah pemilih tertentu, terdapat pula ketentuan bahwa setiap dukungan harus melalui proses verifikasi, termasuk pertemuan langsung dengan pendukung calon. Dalam perspektif Fiqh Siyasah Dusturiyah, pemilihan kepala daerah diatur dalam konteks siyasah dusturiyah yang mencakup kegiatan pemerintahan yang berkaitan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Fiqh siyasah memperbolehkan pemilihan kepala daerah dengan calon tunggal jika calon kepala daerah memenuhi persyaratan kualifikasi pemimpin yang telah ditetapkan dalam fiqh siyasah dusturiyah. Walaupun tidak secara eksplisit disebutkan dalam konstitusi, kualifikasi pemimpin dalam fiqh siyasah dusturiyah didasarkan pada nash (Al-Quran dan Sunnah) serta prinsip jalb al-mashalih wa dar’ al-mafasid (mengambil manfaat dan menghindari kerusakan). Meskipun tidak terdapat penjelasan rinci dalam siyasah dusturiyah mengenai mekanisme pemilihan kepala daerah dengan calon tunggal, namun sebagian besar pemilihan kepala daerah dapat dilakukan dengan calon tunggal asalkan calon kepala daerah memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

Bone Regency is geographically located in an area that is influenced by the coast. The coastal resource ecosystem in Bone Regency is dominated by mangrove forests. Mangrove utilization activities that have been carried out so far are physical utilization in the form of continuous use of wood without any replanting activities. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the economic value of mangrove forest resources in Bone Pute Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency. 2) To analyze how much the contribution of mangrove forest resources is to the community in the research area of ​​Bone Pute Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency. while the expected benefits of this research are as follows: 1) The results of this study can provide information on the economic value of mangrove forest resources to the community in Bone Pute Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency. 2) For local governments, as input in making policies, planning and managing mangrove forest resources. 3) The knowledge of this research can be used as a reference in the management and development of mangrove ecosystems in other sectors.This research was conducted in the village of Bone Pute, Tonra District, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The research activity lasted for 6 (six) months, from May to July 2017. From the results of the research it was found that the Total Economic Value of the mangrove ecosystem in Bone Pute Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency with an area of ​​15.20 ha amounted to Rp. 499,469,964, -/year, while the direct benefits of the mangrove ecosystem for the community made the largest contribution, namely Rp. 336,864,000, -/year, indirect benefits of Rp. 128,468,690, existence benefits of Rp. Rp. 31,032,894, while the optional benefits contributed very little, namely Rp. 3,104,220. The potential of mangrove forests in the mangrove forest area of ​​Bone Pute Village, Tonra District, Bone Regency with an area of ​​15.2 ha, and has a contribution to the community in the mangrove forest area of ​​81.13% of the total economic value of mangrove forests / year

Abstract

Modernisasi sektor pertanahan yang diawali dengan penggunaan layanan pertanahan berbasis elektronik, khususnya digitalisasi sertifikat tanah, sudah tidak dapat dihindari lagi di Indonesia karena telah memasuki era digital. Dalam rangka meningkatkan ukuran akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik dan kemudahan berusaha, Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional No. 1 Tahun 2021 tentang Sertipikat Elektronik bertujuan untuk memodernisasi pendaftaran tanah melalui penyelenggaraan pelayanan pertanahan berbasis elektronik. Masalahnya adalah adanya hambatan dalam menciptakan skema yang memungkinkan pemegang sertifikat digital untuk melindungi tanah dan hak-hak hukum mereka. Dalam hal keamanan, sertifikat elektronik secara teknis lebih aman daripada sertifikat analog (manual). Dengan mengurangi kemungkinan pemalsuan sertifikat, menghentikan transaksi tanah ilegal seperti yang dilakukan oleh mafia tanah, dan menyederhanakan transaksi yang melibatkan bidang tanah, nilai tambah ini akan membantu pemegang sertifikat tanah elektronik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi pada bangunan gedung SMPN Satap Raja. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan observasi objek yang digunakan peneliti untuk mendapatkan data sebagai deskriptif permasalahan yang ada pada objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase total kerusakan visual pada seluruh komponen bangunan SMPN Satap Raja tiap-tiap ruangan, yaitu. Kelas 7 sebesar 10,06 %, Kelas 8 sebesar 9,79 %, Kelas 9 sebesar 10,30%, Ruang Laboratorium sebesar 8,72%, Ruang Guru sebesar 0,65%, Ruang Kantor sebesar 0,44%, Ruang Tata Usaha sebesar 17,77% dan Ruang Perpustakaan sebesar 0,37%. Maka dapat disimpulkan Persentase tingkat kerusakan total pada seluruh komponen bangunan yaitu 8,41%, maka kategori kerusakan visual banguanan gedung utama SMPN Satap Raja merupakan kerusakan ringan. Yang mengkategorikan kondisi keseluruhan bangunan sebagai Kerusakan Ringan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya upaya pemeliharaan dan intervensi yang tepat waktu untuk memastikan keselamatan dan fungsionalitas bangunan, mengingat pentingnya peran bangunan ini dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan di sekolah. This research aims to determine the level of damage occurring to the building of SMPN Satap Raja. The type of research that will be used is quantitative research, such as object observation, which the researcher uses to obtain data as a descriptive account of the problems present in the research object. The research results show the total percentage of visual damage to all components of the SMPN Satap Raja building in each room, namely. Class 7 at 10.06%, Class 8 at 9.79%, Class 9 at 10.30%, Laboratory Room at 8.72%, Teacher's Room at 0.65%, Office Room at 0.44%, Administration Room at 17.77%, and Library Room at 0.37%. It can be concluded that the total damage percentage of all building components is 8.41%, thus the visual damage category of the main building of SMPN Satap Raja is classified as minor damage. Which categorizes the overall condition of the building as Minor Damage. These findings emphasize the importance of timely maintenance efforts and interventions to ensure the safety and functionality of the building, considering the significant role this building plays in supporting various activities at the school.

Abstract

Tokopedia's website is declining because customers complain about Tokopedia's service quality. The improvement of website services aims to increase the ranking and user satisfaction of the Tokopedia website has not yet achieved optimal results. With this, research was conducted to analyse the use of Webqual 4.0 and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in assessing the quality of the website on customer satisfaction on the Tokopedia application. From the results of the Validity Test of the level of importance and satisfaction, the r table which has a significance level of 0.05 with respondents as many as 100 people is 0.1966. The results of the calculated r value r table value as a result the entire attribute is valid and can be used in research and the results of the Reliability Test of interests and satisfaction are worth Cronbach's Alpha 0.6 (Reliable requirement value), as a result the questionnaire can be declared Reliable. From the results of the CSI calculation, a value of 80.4% was obtained. The CSI value obtained lies in the 66% - 80.99% index with the description "satisfied". With this it is concluded that overall customers are satisfied with the quality of the website on the tokopedia application.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic skills of volleyball games in extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 4 Kaur Regency. The method used in this research is a survey research method using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using test data, secondary data and measurement scales. Data analysis was carried out descriptively quantitatively with a percentage using the survey method. The results showed that the basic technical skills of extracurricular bolavoli students at SMP Negeri 4 Kaur Regency as a whole were in the good enough category or 66%.
