Abstract

Abstract : This research is motivated by problems that occur in the filed, namely (1) Students PKBM Fatma Vision Success consist of children of drugs, neglected childeren and street children (2) Parents pay less attention to children’s learning activities (3) There are still parents who letting the child behave at will when the child makes a mistake, so the parent more often tekes the attitude does not care about the child’s attitude. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitaive apporoach. It is planned to be implemented since February 2018 at PKBM Fatma Visi Sukses. The results showed that the indicator of permissive parenting is the most dominant applied by parents. The indicators of authoritarian parenting are quite high. And the lowest is the democratic parenting. Where parents are lacking in parenting at home.Keywords: Foster Pattern, Child

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to determine how to provide education and training for students of journalism in Taja by the Student Work Unit (UKM) Bahana Riau University Students. The main focus of this study was to determine the activity of journalism education and training of students. On the basis of this primary focus, then there are 15 sub focus into concentration. This type of research is descriptive qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques in this research is by interview, observation and documentation on the informant, The results have been summarized in the 15 activities of an education and journalism training for students by SMEs Bahana Students at the University of Riau. From this process the participants have writing skills, through the process of a guardian or trustee Bahana SMEs through direct guidance and learn directly, task or assignment, by way of training and practice.

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is how good is interpersonal communication within the family, How high is adolescent learning motivation, Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication with adolescent learning motivation, Is there an impact of interpersonal communication in families on adolescent learning motivation in Dusun II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The benefits of this research are to find out and analyze interpersonal communication within the family, to find out and analyze adolescent learning motivation, to know and analyze the level of interpersonal communication relationships in the family with adolescent learning motivation and to know and analyze the impact of interpersonal communication in the family on adolescent learning motivation in Hamlet II Desa Pulau Tinggi Kecivitas Kampar Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 85 people. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire. adolescent learning motivation consists of 38 statements and interpersonal communication in the family consists of 40. Teenage learning motivation is measured by indicators: (1) There is a desire and desire to succeed (2) there is encouragement and needs in learning (3) there are hopes and ideals of the future front (4) the existence of awards in learning (5) the existence of interesting activities in learning (6) the existence of a conducive learning environment. While interpersonal communication within the family is measured by indicators of openness, empathy, support, positive feelings and equality. Based on the descriptive analysis obtained the level of interpersonal communication in families in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, 4.37 with a high interpretation. Based on the Pearson correlation test the product moment between learning motivation and interpersonal communication has a Pearson correlation value of 0.462 and Sig (2-tailed) 0.00. Furthermore, based on inferential analysis, the effect of interpersonal communication on learning motivation of adolescents in Hamlet II, Pulau Tinggi Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province is low at 4.2%, which means there are still 95.8% determined by other factors not part of the study. this.Key Words: Impact, Learning Motivation, Youth, Interpersonal Communication, Family

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru, the most dominant aspects of job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru and variation of job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru are based on age, education and gender. The type of research used in this research is descriptive inferential research with my approach. The population used in this study is all non formal education institution tutors in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru which amounted to 37 people. The sampling technique in this research used probability sampling technique of random type using slovin formula so that the number of research samples are 34 tutors. The instrument in this study is a questionnaire containing statements about the tutor’s job statisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Questionnaire variable instrument using likert scale consisting of five answer options. From the findings of the research, it is known that statisfaction of non fomal educational tutor’s in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru is high seen from the mean and standar deviation of the average indicator of research. Furthermore, seen from the most dominant aspect is the indicator of achieving work with a mean of 4,15 and standar deviation of 0,48 from the average indicator of research. The results of Anova analysis of the variation of job satisfaction of non fomal educational institutes in Rumbai Pesisir Pekanbaru are based on age, education and gender can be known in the absence of variation.Key Word: Job Satisfaction, Tutor, Non Formal Education Institutes

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the level of needs of the learning community in the Bumbung village, Mandau subdistric, Bengkalis regency. The benefits of this research are academically as a scientific paper that can improve the development of science, especially for school education in formulating the appropriate learning needs with the needs of the community. And practically is as positive input on behalf of the government in making policies and programs that can improve education and the economy in accordance with the needs of the community. Type of this research is descriptive using a quantitative which aims to give an overview about the state systematically on the objects examined. Data collection techniques in research is trough observation techniques, interview techniques, and question form. All of the statements in question form or questionnaire are presented in the form of a Likert scale is adjusted with the statement. This research is done is place in the Bumbung village, Mandau subdistric, Bengkalis regency. This research was carried out during the period from October 2014 until May 2015. The population in this research is the community ages 18-47 years of 3,973 people and for sample amounted to 199 people. Recap of the needs in terms of indicators of community learning needs learning at age 18-44 years is retrieved the value of the Mean 3,75 with SD 0,77 and categorized high or priority. Next on the whole sub indicator needs study and categories of age 18-44 year old is: a) learning needs related to religious retrieved values Mean 4.07 wih SD 0.59 and categorized very high or very priorities. 2) learning needs related to the appearance of self-accrue values Mean 4.02 with SD 0.56 and categorized very high or very priorities . 3) learning needs related to household retrieved values Mean 3.90 with SD 0.72 and categorized high or priority. 4) learning needs related to efforts in the field of agriculture obtained values Mean 3.86 with SD 0.65 and  categorized high or priority. 5) learning needs related to newly acquired knowledge of the tourism values Mean 3.74 and categorized high or priority. 6) learning needs related to the mastery of the language and general knowledge values Mean 3.67 with SD 0.85 and categorized high or priority. 7) learning needs related to job duties values Mean 3.66 with SD 0.93 and categorized high or priority. 8) learning needs associated with indulgence and recreation values Mean 3.63 with SD 0.91 and categorized high or priority. 9) learning needs relating to the services values Mean 3.17 with SD 0.89 and categorized high or priority. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the type of dominant parenting practices applied by Palm Oil Farmers in Educating Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. Which in terms of authoritarian parenting, permissive parenting, and authoritarian/ democratic parenting. In addition, this study also aims to determine the contribution of each indicator to the variables of Palm Oil Farmer Parenting in Educating Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir. The problem formulation of this research is what type of parenting is dominantly applied by Palm Oil Farmers in Educating Their Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir? How big is the contribution of the indicator to the variables of parenting of oil palm farmers in educating their children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir? This research consists of 3 indicators, in accordance with the opinion of Syamsul Kurniawan. The sample of this study used the Simple Random Sampling technique, because the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to strata in the population. How to do this if the population members are considered homogeneous, (Sugiyono, 2011: 57). Data collection techniques, documentation, observation, interviews and questionnaires, totaling 56 statements. Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 78 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 4 statements and the researcher discarded invalid statements. Based on the average value of the mean for the Palm Oil Farmer Parenting Pattern in Educating Children in Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hillir are classified as high with a mean value of 4.46 and SD 0.17. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of Palm Oil Farmer Parenting in Educating Children in the Dusun Rejo Sari, Kepenghuluan Bangko Sempurna, Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir may be classified as high. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the motivation of citizens to learn Packet B program in the PKBM Maju Jaya. The problems in this study is the high motivation of citizens to learn How Packet B program in PKBM Maju Jaya The benefits of research to increase knowledge on matters related to motivation, motivation to learn, Citizens Learning, especially for researchers. This research will benefit all citizens of learning. This is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research by the numbers. The sampling technique using sampling techniques saturated. This technique is used because the population is relatively small, and all the members of the study population sampled. Data collection techniques in this research is to use the questionnaire as a method of data collection, totaling 35 items statement. After the questionnaire in the trial, there are three items that are not valid. Data obtained from respondents of 20 people to sample the test and 37 people with Cronbach's alpha = 0.978 Based on the recapitulation percentage Citizens Learning about Learning Motivation Packet B program in the CLC Maju Jaya subdistrict Bangkinang otivasi City Extrinsic more dominant than intrinsic motivation.Keywords: Motivation, motivation to learn, Citizens Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of social intelligence of citizens studying at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this study is how high the social intelligence of citizens studying at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru?. This study consists of 9 indicators, in accordance with opinions Howard Gardner. The population in this study were 60 people. This research sample uses techniques proporsionate stratified random samplingthat is, sampling is used when members of the population are not homogeneous consisting of homogeneous groups or proportional strata (Sugiyono, 2011:93).The data collection technique in this study was the questionnaire technique, which amounted to 100 statements. Data obtained from respondents totaling 20 people for the trial sample and 36 people for the study sample. After the questionnaire was tested, there were 5 invalid statements, and the researcher discarded invalid statements. Based on the average results of the mean value for the social intelligence variable of citizens learning at PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru is classified as high with Mean 3.80 and SD 0.80. The interpretation obtained for each indicator of social intelligence of citizens learning in PKBM Kak Seto Pekanbaru all classified as high, except linguistic intelligence. Even though the results are moderate one is still seenfrom the high average results. So, seen the most dominant of these 9 indicators is interpersonal intelligence. Abstract

Abstract : Rational thinking is a thought that uses reason or logic for what happens to find the truth, which becomes a yardstick for making decisions. It is hoped that one can use logic based on relevant evidence to form ideas, attitudes, actions, in order to achieve goals. Found several phenomena on Non-Formal Education Unit of the Pekanbaru city Learning Center (SPNF-SKB) such as not being able to argue, have no motivation, and cannot take risks for the actions taken. This phenomenon is also related to the attitude of learning citizens and supportive teaching human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the way of thinking of the SPNF-SKB learning community.This type of research used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The number of citizens studying in the non-formal education unit of the Pekanbaru city learning center was 70 people consisting of 10 packages A, 23 packages B, and 37 packages C. The sampling technique was random sampling method of 41 people for the questionnaire test. Research indicators are the formation of understanding, forming opinions, and drawing conclusions.Based on the research results brational thinking citizens learn in non-formal education units, learning activity centers (SPNF-SKB) Pekanbaru city is classified as good, with the highest indicator for opinion formation with 74%, while the indicator for understanding formation with a percentage of 71% and indicators for drawing conclusions with a percentage of 63%.Key Words : Rational Thinking, Learning Citizens, SKB

Abstract

Abstract: The formulation of the research problem is how high the commitment of organizational members to the activities of youth mosque organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. Then the purpose of this study was to determine the level of commitment of organizational members to the activities of youth mosque organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. This research is descriptive with a quantitative approach that aims to describe the results of research with numbers. The sampling technique used a proportional stratified random sampling technique, namely sampling used when members of the population are not homogeneous consisting of homogeneous or stratified groups proportionally (Sugiyono, 2012: 93) the percentage of member commitment to the activities of mosque youth organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Islands Regency Meranti as a whole from the first indicator of affective commitment which states Very Often (SS) 38%, Often (S) 36%, Sometimes (KK) 18%, Rarely (J) 8%, Never (TP) 0%. The second indicator is continuance commitment which states Very Often (SS) 36%, Often (S) 39%, Sometimes (KK) 15%, Rarely (J) 10%, Never (TP) 0%. The third indicator is normative commitment which states Very Often (SS) 29%, Often (S) 43%, Sometimes (KK) 11%, Rarely (J) 17%, Never (TP) 0%. From the overall average of 3 percentage indicators (SS+S) 73%, the commitment of members to the activities of mosque youth organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency is relatively high. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the commitment of members to the activities of mosque youth organizations in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency is relatively high. The highest indicator lies in continuance commitment, with a percentage value (SS+S) of 75%.Key Words: Organizational Commitment
