Abstract

In daily needs, there are lots of activities that are carried out by everyone, with activities that are increasingly crowded, making many people need additional food intake that is beneficial for the health of the body. The food available on the market today is indeed diverse, but generally it is not typical Indonesian food. People are currently trying to consume healthy food, it must become a habit so that the health of the body is maintained. This is done by choosing natural and fresh foods, without preservatives. One of the healthy foods that are safe to eat is salad. The purpose of implementing and compiling this practical work is to carry out digital marketing and utilize digital tools or media to reach target consumers quickly, precisely and broadly. Apart from that, it can also be more effective and efficient in carrying out promotional strategies through digital marketing for business purposes, increasing brand awareness with the aim of introducing Saladbar By Hadikitchen to the public, so as to produce a strategy in the form of advertising and digital marketing whose results can be used as a benchmark successful or not, the strategy used to increase sales as much as possible. The author collects data by visiting and conducting direct interviews with company owners. The results of implementing digital marketing strategies are very effective in utilizing Instagram social media which can increase followers, sales and build awareness among the people of Batam City.

Abstract

Digital marketing is one of the marketing strategies using the internet and information technology to expand traditional marketing functions. Digital marketing can help marketers establish relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty. The use of digital marketing is widely practiced by several companies. In addition to digital marketing, another factor that can affect customer loyalty is customer satisfaction. Because to retain old customers, marketers can increase satisfaction. If the customer is satisfied, then he will show repurchase behavior and encourage loyalty. this research aims to develop a marketing strategy so that the business being run now is increasing and is also increasingly recognized by the wider community through digital marketing that will be applied. for example, such as being more active on Instagram social media by creating interesting photo or video content and can capture the attention of the wider community.

Abstract

In general, business owners have not seen how to formulate a strategy in marketing that is appropriate and can be implemented in developing business so that this business cannot develop properly. This practical work activity is carried out in one of the building shops in the city of Batam, namely: PT. Rambun Pratama Metalindo which was held in the period 21 September 2020 - 21 December 2020, activities for a period of 3 months carried out to help develop and solutions experienced by partners by implementing and designing the Marketing Mix Strategy. Development planning is described in several implementations that will be carried out, collaborating with third parties in crediting, providing discounts on purchases with specified transaction drinks, collaborating with contractors in supplying building material needs, making product catalogs, and creating customer databases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Online Trust and Repurchase Intention on consumer behavior in Online Shopping at E-Commerce. This study investigates five factors; Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Website Appearance, Online Promotion, Security. The data collections technique was carried out using a questionnaire and distributed through online social media. This study used 356 respondents. Data was analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results of this study shown that Perceived Risk, Website Appearance, Security, and Online Promotion has a significant relationship to Online Trust. Perceived Usefulness had a negative effects on Online Trust. This study also confirm that Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Website Appearance, Security, and Online Promotion has a positive impact on Repurchase Intention. Lastly, Online Trust influences Repurchase Intention in E-Commerce.

Abstract

Batam City is a zone of territory that is surrounded by the ocean so it is called an archipelago. And also surrounded by Singapore and Malaysia. Making the city of Batam a strategic position. And because Batam city is an archipelago, Making Batam City rich in culinary tourism especially on seafood. Batam City is also known as paradise for seafood lovers because Batam City has a very large and rich supply of seafood. Seafood is a food that produces a source of animal protein and omega 3 which is beneficial for our health. Therefore, culinary tourism especially seafood restaurants is a promising business in Batam City. Seeing the prospect and high demand for seafood, The seafood restaurant business is also growing and increase in Batam City. This research aims to analyze the effect of Promotion Strategy, Price, Advertising, Quality Service, Customer Trust, on Purchase Decision with mediation of Product Quality in Batam City. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires by google form and the total of the samples used in this study were 400 respondents. This study was analyzed using smart PLS version 3.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, various kinds of products and services are growing and there are also new innovations. Many ways are done by the company to be able to increase the company's turnover and provide good service to consumers in order to satisfy these consumers. With the development of the times, companies must be able to innovate quality products and companies must be able to produce products desired by the community by studying and improving the quality of smartphones continuously. Therefore, the researcher aims to analyze the effect of brand image, celebrity endorsement, ewom, brand awareness and social media communication on purchase intention with brand trust as a mediating variable on smartphone users in Batam City. A total of 400 respondents who can be used in analyzing by using research sampling techniques.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a broad impact on daily life around the world, including in Indonesia. To gain a competitive advantage, companies must prioritize supply chain management to ensure timely and effective delivery of goods. Equally important to supply chain management is the need for companies to maintain customer retention. Both of these can be achieved with the help of good operational management. In this article, the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method by outlining a systematic approach to writing about operational management, which involves observing manufacturing companies affected by the pandemic and connecting that data to supply chain management and customer retention. The purpose of this article is to investigate how companies in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly PT Kimia Farma, Tbk, have dealt with issues before, during, and after the pandemic. Through this analysis, it was found that supply chain management is carried out by ensuring the availability of quality health and pharmaceutical products and implementing effective inventory management practices, while to retain customers, companies must focus on improving services and launching digital applications in response to digitization. Successful supply chain management and customer retention strategies are crucial for companies to maintain their existence, both before, during, and after surviving the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pada masa modern sekarang teknologi semakin berkembang pesat membuat internet berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai komunikasi saja tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai media berbelanja. Saat ini perkembangan strategi pemasaran sangatlah banyak didukung dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi saat ini. Internet melalui e-commerce dan media online membuka peluang bagi usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memasarkan dan menumbuhkan jaringan usaha mereka. Digital Marketing bisa digunakan sebagai program bagi sebuah perusahaan dalam menentukan target pasar yang bertujuan memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen. UMKM AutoPart Sukses merupakan badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang sparepart dan cairan otomotif. Autopart sukses menghadirkan produk dengan kualitas dan harga yang terjangkau. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode interview terhadap konsumen produk yang dijual Autopart Sukses, dalam menentukan pengaruh digital marketing terhadap Autopart Sukses. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa digital marketing yang diikuti dengan proses hubungan pelangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap UMKM Autopart Sukses, hal ini bisa dilihat dari jumlah konsumen yang mulai memantau produk, dari Autopart Sukses di marketplace Tokopedia, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Sustem of the developing technological advances for various business sectors, namely Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) its call CRM. MSMEs keep up with technological developments by innovating in order to survive and reinforce the long-term relationships that are fostered between businesses and customers. The aim is to help MSMEs automate sales, marketing, and increase customer attention by providing services through social media to support MSME services better in business development, with the topic of how to build customer relationship management (CRM) in the UMKM Bola Ubi Batam City business. The results that Bolaubi Batam UMKM in building Batam City Customer Relationship Management (CRM) uses 3 stages, namely acquire, enhance, and retain. The CRM system that has been implemented is good and is very suitable for Bolaubi's MSME business in utilizing technology through social media, namely whats app business, Instagram, web, Facebook, web, and grabfood, gofood and shoopee food applications used as a form of business interaction tool and operational system support currently running between UMKM Bolaubi and customers and reaching more new customers. This application is made according to customer needs, so that customers increase with better service, long-term relationships are maintained with customers, it is also a solution in the ease of transactions, information and communication with UKMK Bola Ubi.

Abstract

peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Influnecer terhadap daya beli masyarakat pada produk fashion. Populasi yang digunakan dalam studi penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat Kota Batam Khususnya Generasi Z yang menggunakan social media sekaligus sering melihat review dari influencer.Hasil perhitungan sampel memiliki estimasi angka minimum 264 responden.Ada beberapa pertanyaan yang terkandung di dalam kuesioner tersebut,yang dimulai daripertanyaan umum berupa jenis kelamin,umur,pendidikan,dan juga status.Pertanyaan utama yang akan diatanyakan kepada reskponden yaitu mengenai Seberapa seringa dan pengaruh Influencer terhadap niat beli.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan google form.
