Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem bagi hasil persawahan di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan untuk faktor-faktor yang mendorong masyarakat Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang untuk berbagi hasil persawahan. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif, data yang digunakan yaitu data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, wawancara langsung dengan pihak terkait, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang sudah lama menggunakan sistem bagi hasil di persawahan dengan istilah ma’bage hasele atau 50% bagi pemilik modal dan 50% untuk penggarap lahan pertanian. Pemilik lahan seharusnya adil dalam pembagian hasil kepada para petani yang bekerja sama dengannya, dan memberikan masukan sesuai dengan hasil perjanjian, sesuai dengan hasil pekerjaan para penggarap lahan pertanian. Bagi petani penggarap agar dapat menjalankan tugasnya sesuai apa diamanatkan dan disepakati, serta tidak menuntut lebih dari apa yang telah disepakati pemilik modal.

Abstract

  ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Posbindu lansia memiliki peran dalam melakukan kegiatan Promotif  dan preventif dimana kegiatan ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lansia. Namun pelaksanaan posyandu lanjut usia mengalami berbagai kendala. Demikian halnya yang terjadi pada Posbindu Nalu II di Keluarahan Nalu Kecamatan Baolan Tolitoli. Kegiatan Posyandu setiap Bulan dilaksanakan, namun kegiatan hanya berupa pemeriksaan Tekanan darah, penimbangan  berat badan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan dan pemberian obat sederhana. Kehadiran Lansia rata-rata 20-25 orang, padahal anggotanya sebanyak 173 orang. Peran kader belum optimal hal ini dibuktikan  setiap bulan kegiatan yang aktif adalah petugas dari Puskesmas dan tidak adanya catatan yang hasil kegiatan yang diarsipkan di Posyandu. Tujuan Kegiatan adalah melaksanakan revitalisasi Posyandu  sehingga posbindu dapat berfungsi secara optimal. Metode Kegiatan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26-28 April 2024, tempat di Gedung Gereja GPIBT Jemaat Paulus Dinopi Kelurahan Nalu Sebagai Pihak Pemrakarsa Posbindu Nalu II. Jenis kegiatan pengabmas berupa pelatihan  10 kader posyandu lansia, demonstrasi operasional Posyandu lansia sistem 5 meja, pengembangan kegiatan diantaranya Ibadah bersama, pemberian makanan tambahan dan senam bersama, bekerjasama dengan pihak Puskesmas Baolan untuk menerbitkan sertifikat bagi para kader.  Hasil Setelah dilakukan pengabmas, pemahaman kader tentang ; Kebijakan upaya kesehatan lansia, Lansia dan perubahan perubahannya, Manajemen dan Administrasi  Posyandu Lansia.  Serta keterampilan mengoperasionalkan Posyandu semakin meningkat. Hal ini dibuktikan hasil Pretest sebelum pelatihan  rata-rata nilai yang didapat para kader adalah 53 point, setelah pelatihan  rata-rata nilai post test sebesar 83 terjadi peningkatan sebesar 30 Point. Pada akhir pelatihan, Kader mampu berperan dan menjalankan pelayanan di masing-masing meja pada sistem 5 meja dalam Posyandu, demikian juga dalam hal membuat catatan dan pelaporan hasil kegiatan. Kader dibantu team juga mampu mengadakan kegiatan pengembangan diantaranya kegiatan Ibadah bersama, kegiatan senam jasmani bersama dan Pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT). Kesimpulan dengan kegiatan revitalisasi Posyandu lansia dihasilkan peningkatan pemahaman kader tentang Posyandu lansia, peningkatan keterampilan kader, adanya kegiatan pengembangan di Posyandu lansia, Saran  Kiranya Pihak  Pemrakarsa terus mendukung program yang dijalankan dan terus termotivasi untuk pengembangannya,  dan Pendampingan terus dari pihak Puskesmas.

Abstract

Religious character education must be applied at all levels of education, especially at the elementary school level. This is because elementary school students still have a simple mindset so that they have a high chance of being instilled with noble character. The philosophy of idealism has the same goal as the goal of the Republic of Indonesia, which is to form a human being who has a noble personality and has a spiritual character. However, in reality, so far the education system in elementary schools has focused more on mastering knowledge, while the aspect of religious character seems to be forgotten. The purpose of this research is to find out the cultivation of religious character education in the perspective of idealism. The results of the study state that religious character and the philosophy of idealism are closely related to morals or noble human morals.

Abstract

Makale Christian Vocational School faces learning difficulties due to the ineffective use of textbooks, making it difficult for students to understand the material. Therefore, it is necessary to develop e-books as a learning medium to increase students' understanding in the Basic Computer and Network subjects for class X TKJ. This research aims to: (1) analyze the need for developing e-books as teaching materials, (2) design an e-book development design, and (3) describe the level of validation and practicality of the e-book. The method used is Research and Development with the ADDIE model, including analysis of student characteristics, school environment and curriculum. The design stage includes creating a storyboard and compiling content, while the development stage includes media validation and practicality testing. This research was conducted at Makale Christian Vocational School with the subject of class X students and involved validators, students and teachers. The research results show that this e-book is very feasible, with a media validator assessment of 80%, material validator assessment of 90%, teacher assessment of 86%, and student assessment of 94%.

Abstract

The number of coffee roasters in the form of cafes in South Sulawesi continues to increase. Similarly, the number of baristas who are at the forefront of these activities has also increased, although the number of female baristas is still lower than that of male baristas. With that background, this study aims to understand the work motivation of female baristas from the perspective of the Need Hierarchical Theory and the Two Factor Theory. The qualitative research method was conducted through semi-structured interviews with five female baristas. The research was conducted in Watampone, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The research results showed that, in general, female baristas felt happy with their jobs because they provided a sufficient income. Therefore, from the perspective of the Need Hierarchical Theory, they had at least reached the third level, which is social needs. Meanwhile, based on the Two Factor Theory, in general, female baristas have been able to accept the conditions provided by their workplace, although not all have reached the desired level of satisfaction, so they continue their profession as baristas.

Abstract

During the time when Harun Ar-Rashid was appointed became Qadhi al-Qudhah (Chief Justice of the Supreme Court), at that time the people's welfare increased to trade, the economy in the city of Baghdad was progressing, he made the book of Al-Kharaj as a guide in terms of taxation, economics and others, furthermore regarding the Relevance of Al- kharaj in Indonesia which can be seen from Customs which has been regulated in Law no. 39 2007, where it is explained that customs are state levies imposed on certain goods that have the characteristics or characteristics regulated in the law, while in al-kharaj the adat work of abu yusuf is called Usyur. Where Usyur is a tax collected on merchandise that enters an Islamic state, hereinafter in Indonesia the land and building tax is called (PBB) Building Tax, where in the al-kharaj book, Abu Yusuf argues that the land tax rate must be determined by the method for results (muqasamah), Furthermore, it can be seen from the tax collection system in Indonesia using a tax collection system which is the principle of the Self AssessmentSystem, where people are required to pay taxes and the public is required to understand the law of implementing taxes, while in the book Al-Kharaj Abu Yusuf is to use the Qabalah system.

Abstract

Background: Coronary artery disease (CAD) is when the coronary blood vessels cannot supply blood to the heart due to a pile of atherosclerotic plaque in the coronary arteries, so blood flow to the myocardium is disrupted. This blood flow disturbance will cause myocardial contractile dysfunction and Regional Wall Motion Abnormalities (RWMA). Purposes: This study aims to determine the prevalence of Regional Wall Motion Abnormalities in CAD patients based on a single-center study at Tangerang District Hospital in January - May 2024. Methods: Our study used a descriptive approach in 130 CAD patients grouped based on gender, age, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. In addition, the determination of RWMA severity cases in CAD was measured by only the Wall Motion Score Index (WMSI) and Wall Motion Score Index (WMSI) followed by the Bull's-eye plot parameters. Results: The prevalence of CAD patients with RWMA using the WMSI method was found to be 41 patients (32%) who were predominantly male (76%) and occurred at the mean of age 61,14 years, 27% hypertension, and 17% diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: WMSI parameters followed by the Bull's-eye plot could identify 14.6% more RWMA cases than only WMSI.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether price discounts influence purchase interest, service quality influences purchase interest and whether price discounts and service quality simultaneously influence purchase interest at PT. PLN UP3 Baubau. This research uses a quantitative method. The population in this research is all customers of PT. PLN UP3 Baubau which uses the "comfortable Induction Stove" program. The sampling technique used the Slovin method with the calculation results finding a sample of 77 respondents. The results of this research show that price discounts have a significant effect on buying interest, from the results of the t test the significance value of the price discount variable is 0.005 < 0.05. Furthermore, the calculated t value > t table is 2.886 > 1.668. The service quality variable shows a significant influence on purchase interest with the t test results having a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value > t table, namely 5.745 > 1.668. The results of the f test show that there is a significant influence of the price discount and service quality variables simultaneously on purchasing interest where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value > F table, namely 62.849 > 3.12. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.619. This figure means that the price discount variable (X1) and the service quality variable (X2) simultaneously (together) have an effect on the purchase interest variable (Y) by 61.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 38.1% was influenced by other variables that were not studied

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Upaya guru untuk mengurangi tingkat kebosanan siswa saat belajar 2) Hambatan yang dialami guru untuk mengurangi tingkat kebosanan siswa saat belajar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 orang, terdiri dari guru yang berstatus aktif mengajar di sekolah. Penentuan informan ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria  yaitu : 1) Guru yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang bervariasi, 2) Guru yang telah mengikuti program Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG), dan 3) Guru yang telah mengikuti program guru penggerak . Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan member check. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Upaya guru untuk mengurangi tingkat kebosanan siswa saat belajar yaitu: a) menerepkan ice breaking yang bervariasi , b) menggunkan media pembelajaran audio visual, c) membangun hubungan baik dengan siswa, dan d) mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. 2) Hambatan yang dialami guru untuk mengurangi tingkat kebosanan siswa yaitu: a) sarana dan prasana yang terbatas, b) sekolah tidak pernah melakukan pelatihan ice breaking, dan c) pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru yang terbatas

Abstract

The 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Election (PILKADA) is a means of popular sovereignty to elect the Governor and deputy governor, Regent and Deputy Regent, Mayor and deputy mayor, which is carried out directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. This service research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach method. The results of this socialization show an active increase in participatory supervision by participants, namely youth, students and youth organizations in monitoring and supervising the stages of the regional elections, namely by using the strategy of inviting other youth friends in the form of millennial voters or beginner voters or voters. women's base not to get involved in money politics and not get involved in spreading regional election hoaxes on social media or other media. Because of the massive black campaign and indications of money political movements, it is certain that it will harm the dignity of democracy. With strict participatory supervision, fraud in elections such as money politics, vote manipulation and voter intimidation can be minimized, as well as ensuring an honest and fair election process.
