Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of sentiment on the job satisfaction of PT. Landipo Niaga Raya Baubau City. The data collection methods employed include field research, library research, correlation, and documentation. The data analysis method employed in this study is a simple linear regression with a sample size of 30 individuals. According to the findings of the research conducted on the impact of sentiment on job satisfaction at PT. Landipo Niaga Raya Baubau, it can be concluded that sentiment has a significant impact on job satisfaction at PT. Landipo Niaga Raya Baubau. The hypothesis was rejected based on the results of the hypothesis test, which involved comparing the value of t to the value of r in the table and conducting a test that determined that t count was greater than t table (2.819>2.05183) or a significance level (Sig) that was greater than or equal to 0.05. As a result, the null hypothesis (Ha) was rejected and the null hypothesis (H0) was accepted. PT. Landipo Niaga Raya Baubau is to increase incentives that influence job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance carried out at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Buton Regency. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study amounted to 38 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, and analyzed the research instrument test and multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted r value is 0.141, which means that the independent variable in this study has an influence of 14.1% on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan dan kehalalan terhadap omzet umkm makanan dan minuman, dengan latar belakang pentingnya pengelolaa keuangan yang transparan serta sertifikasi halal yang dapat memberikan kepercayaan kepada konsumen sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan omzet umkm maupun perusahaaan- perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berbasis survei, dimana data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi berganda, termasuk Uji-t (parsial) dan Uji-f (simultan). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap omzet umkm (koefisiensi regresi 2,205 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,030), begitu pula dengan kehalalan terhadap omzet umkm (koefisiensi regresi 3,326 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,001). Sementara kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh secara simultan (f-hitung 22,029 dengan signifikansi 0,000).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of social media in shaping consumer behavior as a consideration in business feasibility studies, with a case study of Toko Teman Hijrahku. The method used is a qualitative approach through documentation and in-depth interviews with the owner and consumers. The results show that social media not only increases purchase intention but can also be considered as a tool for business feasibility analysis, especially for MSMEs in the digital era. Thus, social media becomes an essential part of modern marketing strategies that support business growth and sustainability

Abstract

Kota Baubau merupakan salah satu daerah otonom di Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Sejak menjadi daerah otonom, Kota Baubau telah berupaya untuk meningkatkan pembangunan fisik dan non fisik guna meningkatkan pelayanan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat Kota Baubau berdasarkan prinsip keterbukaan, partisipasi atau pertanggung jawaban kepada masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, dalam hal ini Pemerintah Kota Baubau harus berperan penting dalam upaya menghimpun sumber-sumber penerimaan daerah yang merupakan bagian dari pembangunan daerah yang ada sebagai modal pembangunan daerah.Dari berbagai macam sumber-sumber penerimaan daerah di Kota Baubau, terdapat sumber penerimaan yang berasal dari retribusi daerah yang meliputi retribusi jasa umum, retribusi jasa usaha dan retribusi perizinan. Daerah Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota diberi peluang dalam menggali potensi sumber-sumber keuangannya dengan menetapkan jenis retribusi selain yang telah ditetapkan, sepanjang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan aspirasi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi retribusi pelayanan pasar terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Baubau.Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptis kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tahun 2015 pendapatan Asli daerah yang dikelola oleh pemerintah daerah Kota Baubau sebesar Rp. 28.365.263.333, dan pendapatan retribusi pelayanan pasar Rp. 244.565.250, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi retribusi pelayanan pasar dalam Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah sebesar 0,86%. Pada tahun 2016 pendapatan Asli daerah Kota Baubau sebesar Rp. 34.449.723.144, dan pendapatan retribusi pelayanan pasar Rp. 421.339.450, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi retribusi pelayanan pasar dalam Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah sebesar 0,12%. Pada tahun 2017 pendapatan Asli daerah Kota Baubau sebesar Rp. 50.312.819.293,36 dan pendapatan retribusi pelayanan pasar Rp. 460.751.450, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kontribusi retribusi pelayanan pasar dalam Pendapatan Asli Daerah adalah sebesar 0,91%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi manajemen pada fakultas ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi manajemen angkatan 2018, 2019, 2020 yang berjumlah 451 orang dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 82 orang.. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah faktor psikologis dan faktor sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi manajemen pada Fakultas Ekonomi di Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Buton Pos Baubau, dengan mengukur kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan konsep balance scorecard, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan jumlah sampel 51 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan, diketahui nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0.585 yang menunjukkan ada hubungan yang sedang antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Buton Pos Baubau, artinya bahwa kinerja perusahaan tidak terlalu dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan, kinerja perusahaan lebih besar dipengaruhi oleh modal perusahaan dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sedangkan koefisien determinasi (r2) sebesar 0,342 atau 34,2% artinya kontribusi atau sumbangan variabel kepemimpinan terhadap naik turunnya kinerja perusahan pada PT. Buton Pos Baubau adalah sebesar 34,2%, artinya bahwa kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan sebesar 34,2%. Dan sisanya sebasar 65,8% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain seperti kemampuan modal perusahaan, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t. diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 5,043 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 yang artinya kepemimpian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Buton Pos Baubau.

Abstract

The development of the economy as a whole and accompanied by the development of technology and science creates a very sharp competition. To be able to gain an advantage in terms of competition, every company must be able to meet customer satisfaction. The purpose of this stydy was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction. The sample in this study was as many as 30 rwspondent taken from 10% of the population. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the village fund policy in the Matanauwe village development program, Siotapina sub-district, Buton district. The research method used is qualitative, where the research method is based on the philosophy of post-positivism and is used to study the state of natural objects rather than experiments. The researcher is a key tool, the data collection method is triangulation, the data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and the results of qualitative research focus more on meaning than generalization. The sample of this study is a component of the total number and characteristics of the overall population of the Matanauwe Village Policy Foundation, Siotapiana District, Buton Regency. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. While the data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The result of the research is that the management of the village fund budget in Matanauwe village is well implemented. Management of the village fund budget includes: Organizing PAUD/TK/TKA/TPQ/Madrasa Non-Formal Owned by the Village (Honor Clothing etc.), Organizing posyandu (supplementary food, Pregnant class, Lamsia), Organizing village health alerts, procuring street lights and emergency handlers.

Abstract

Due to the large number of requests, Wardah expanded sales of its products in Baubau City to traditional markets, supermarkets and mini markets, one of which is Toko Liwanda. Skincare sales at the Liwanda Store are very rapid, including Wardah products. This is evidenced by the achievement of its sales target in January-July 2022, Wardah products sold at the Liwanda Store always reach their sales target. However, in May-July it experienced active fluctuations. Wardah Brand Skincare products have a sales target above the dominance of 60%, meaning that Wardah Skincare has an active role in selling wardah products at the Liwanda Store. Good sales will affect marketing both in terms of the marketing mix or the decisions of buyers. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions of Skincare Brand Wardah at Liwanda Stores. The population in this study was 1,058 people. By determining the sample using non-probability sampling and the slovin formula to get a total of 91 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The analytical method in this study uses simple linear regression. The results of the research on testing the marketing mix variable hypothesis show that the tcount value is greater than ttable, (2.171 > 1.662), or sig smaller than α (0.003 <0.05), so the marketing mix partially has a real influence on Wardah Skincare purchasing decisions in Liwanda shop.
