Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy is a major health problem in developing countries with high morbidity rates in pregnant women. The average incidence of anemia in Asia is estimated at 72.6%. Pregnant women are one of the groups vulnerable to malnutrition, because there is an increase in nutritional needs to meet the needs of the mother and fetus. A good diet during pregnancy can help the body cope with the special demands of pregnancy, as well as having a positive influence on the baby's health. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between diet and anemia in pregnant women at the Kamonji Community Health Center, Palu City. This research is a type of analytical research with a sample size of 69 pregnant women using purposive sampling techniques. Dietary pattern data was obtained using a questionnaire and hemoglobin level data using a digital measuring device (Easy Touch). Data analysis is univariate analysis using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. Based on the results of statistical tests using the chi-square test with a confidence level of 95% (α=0.05), it was found that X2 count was (1.8) and X2 table (3.841), that X2 count < X2 table, so Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. And it can be concluded that there is no relationship between diet and anemia in pregnant women at Kamonji Health Center Working Area, Palu City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Switching Cost, Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Buton Kota Baubau” Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Commitment, Switching Cost, Terhadap Customer Loyalty Pada Hypermart Lippo Plaza Buton Kota Baubau. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan jumlah responden 150. Adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian adalah Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Dari hasil tersebut, persamaan regresi berdasarkan standardized yang diperolah adalah sebagai berikut: Y = -1,192 + 0,149SQ – 0,086CS + 0,371C + 0,834SC. Analisis Persamaan Regresi: Nilai konstanta sebesar-1,192 artinya jika SQ, CS, C, dan SC = 0 maka Y= -1,192. Jika service quality 0,149 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel SQ terhadapcustomer loyaltyartinya varibelservice qualitymengalami kenaikan satu satuan makacustomer loyaltyakan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,149 atau 14,9%. Jika customer satisfaction -0,086 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel CS terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel customer satisfaction mengalami penurunan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,086 atau 0,86 %. Jika Commitment 0,371 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel C terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel Commitmentmengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,371 atau 37,1%. Jika Switching Cost 0,834 merupakan nilai koefisien regresi variabel C terhadap customer loyalty artinya varibel Switching Cost mengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka customer loyalty akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,834 atau 83,4%. Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan = 0,004 <  nilai 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa customer satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan= 0,379 > 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan  nilai signifikan= 0,000 < 0,05 (5%). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa switching cost berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai signifikan = 0,000 <  0,05 (5%).

Abstract

This research explores the impact of cultural immersion on the development and implementation of digital solutions in rural Toraja. This study adopts a qualitative research design to explore the impact of digital solutions on empowering rural communities within the context of a cultural immersion initiative. The study employs a case study method, focusing on a specific rural community in Toraja, Indonesia, where international students from the Educational Technology Study Program of UKI Toraja were engaged. The participants in this study included international students enrolled in the Educational Technology Study Program at UKI Toraja, faculty members who facilitated the immersion program, and members of the rural community in Toraja where the immersion took place. The international students were selected based on their participation in the program, while community members were chosen to reflect a diverse range of ages, occupations, and involvement in local cultural practices. In total, 20 international students, 5 faculty members, and 15 community members participated in this study. Data collection was conducted over a three-week period during the cultural immersion program. The primary data collection methods included participant observation and in-depth interviews. The data collected were analyzed using thematic analysis. The study result confirms that the impact of cultural immersion on the development and implementation of digital solutions in rural Toraja are lays on empowerment through digital literacy and cultural sensitivity and adaptation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan telaah pustaka yang bersumber dari berbagai artikel/literatur internasional dengan konsep transformasi ilmu pemasaran ke dalam marketing politic. Dengan menggunakan model teknik pemasaran komersial, pemasaran politik adalah variasi dari kebijakan komunikasi pemasaran yang mempromosikan individu atau partai politik. Organisasi politik dapat menggunakan serangkaian teknik ini untuk mencapai tujuan yang berkaitan dengan program politik mereka dengan membentuk perilaku pemilih. Pemungutan suara untuk peserta pemilu, khususnya partai politik, dapat dibuat lebih sukses dengan mempertimbangkan strategi mereka secara hati-hati dan menyajikan pesan yang berbeda. Dalam proses demokratisasi, pemasaran politik memainkan peran penting. Kalangan politik semakin banyak mengadopsi sejumlah strategi yang sebelumnya hanya digunakan oleh sektor korporat, terutama selama musim pemilu. Partai politik menggunakan semua strategi yang ada dalam buku ini untuk meningkatkan elektabilitas dan dukungan publik. Selain itu, pemasaran politik memiliki kekuatan untuk meningkatkan hubungan yang terjalin antara kandidat dan pemilih. Namun, kesuksesan partai politik atau kandidat tidak semata-mata ditentukan oleh pemasaran politik.

Abstract

AbstractAssessing the company's financial performance is very important to do to determine the health condition of banks, especially when the economic crisis occurs. Return on Assets (ROA) is one of the ratios for measuring financial performance. Where ROA is defined as the effectiveness of the company in generating profits by utilizing its assets. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on financial performance as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). With a quantitative approach and using panel data regression analysis. The population used in this research is banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2019, the sample used in this study was selected by purposive judgment sampling, the results of this study indicate that social responsibility (Corporate Social Responsibility) has a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2014-2019, sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  dipilih  secara  purposive  judgment  sampling, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial (Corporate Social Responsibility) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE). Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of utilizing Writing Relay as a teaching method to enhance students' writing skills in narrative text. The study was conducted with eighth-grade students from the 8A Class at SMP Yapis Teminabuan, comprising a total of 23 participants. The research design employed a cyclic process of implementation and assessment to observe the progress of students' writing abilities throughout the intervention. The initial diagnostic test revealed a mean score of 63.98, indicating the baseline level of students' narrative writing proficiency. Following the implementation of Writing Relay in the first cycle, the average posttest score significantly improved to 73.76, demonstrating a notable enhancement in students' narrative writing skills. Subsequently, in the second cycle, the average posttest score further increased to 80.91, indicating continued progress and development in students' writing capabilities. The findings of this study suggest that the implementation of Writing Relay as a teaching strategy effectively contributed to the improvement of students' writing skills in narrative text. The significant increase in students' posttest scores across the cycles indicates the positive impact of Writing Relay on enhancing students' narrative writing proficiency. The results highlight the importance of utilizing interactive and collaborative writing activities, such as Writing Relay, to engage students in the writing process and foster their creativity and storytelling abilities. This research provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of Writing Relay as an instructional approach to enhance students' narrative writing skills and offers implications for future teaching practices aimed at promoting students' proficiency in narrative text composition.

Abstract

Teknik menyusui yang benar akan mendorong keluarnya ASI secara maksimal sehingga keberhasilan menyusui bisa tercapai. Produksi ASI stadium I dari hari pertama sampai hari keempat yaitu kolostrum yang penuh dengan zat antibody dan immunoglobulin (Soetjiningsih, 1997). Kolostrum berwarna kuning keemasan yang disebabkan oleh tingginya komposisi lemak dan sel-sel hidup, Kandungan kolostrum inilah yang banyak tidak diketahui ibu sehingga banyak ibu dimasa setelah persalinan tidak memberikan kolostrum kepada bayi baru lahir karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang kandungan kolostrum (Purwanti, 2004). Tujuan pengabmas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu primi gravida tentang manfaat pemberian kolostrum pada bayi baru lahir dan tehnik menyusui yang benar. Dengan metode pelaksanaan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan demonstrasi tehnik menyusui yang benar. Yang menjadi sasaran adalah ibu primi gravida trimester tiga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Baolan Kabupaten Tolitoli berjumlah 55 orang. Dari hasil post test yang dilakukan didapatkan untuk pengetahuan terjadi kenaikan skor dimana nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh ibu hamil berada pada rentang 70-80 dari rentang 40-50 saat pre test. Sedangkan untuk Perilaku pada pre test didapatkan < T Mean menjadi > T Mean saat post test Kata Kunci: Kolostrum; Tehnik Menyusui; Pengetahuan; Perilaku.

Abstract

Stock value or stock price can be interpreted as a price that is created from the interaction of buyers and sellers stock, which based on their expectations for corporate profits. High value of the stock would make the company's value also high. There are several factor that affect the stock value, in this study only examined three variables, which are the Capital Structure, Profitability and Size Company. The study aims to determine the Capital Structure, Profitability and Size Company simultaneously and partially influence the stock value of Manufacture companies listed in Stock Exchange on period of 2016-2018. 36 companies was analyzed as the samples. The analytical method used was multiple linear regression analysis using eviews program. The results showed that simultaneous Capital Structure, Profitability,size company influence on Stocks value. Capital Structureand and profitability partially affect the stock value, while size copany Policy does not affect the stock value. Suggestions for company management, must maintain the state of the company's capital structure and efficiently, so that company is able to perform an optimal capital structure.

Abstract

The 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Election (PILKADA) is a means of popular sovereignty to elect the Governor and deputy governor, Regent and Deputy Regent, Mayor and deputy mayor, which is carried out directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. This service research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach method. The results of this socialization show an active increase in participatory supervision by participants, namely youth, students and youth organizations in monitoring and supervising the stages of the regional elections, namely by using the strategy of inviting other youth friends in the form of millennial voters or beginner voters or voters. women's base not to get involved in money politics and not get involved in spreading regional election hoaxes on social media or other media. Because of the massive black campaign and indications of money political movements, it is certain that it will harm the dignity of democracy. With strict participatory supervision, fraud in elections such as money politics, vote manipulation and voter intimidation can be minimized, as well as ensuring an honest and fair election process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on performance carried out at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of South Buton Regency. Data collection methods were carried out by observation, questionnaires and documentation. Respondents in this study amounted to 38 respondents. Data processing was carried out using SPSS, and analyzed the research instrument test and multiple linear regression analysis hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of workload and work discipline on employee performance with a significance value of 0.027 <0.05. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the adjusted r value is 0.141, which means that the independent variable in this study has an influence of 14.1% on the dependent variable. Meanwhile, workload has no effect on employee performance. Work discipline has no effect on employee performance.
