Abstract

This study investigates the direct and mediated effects of audit team characteristics, independence, competence, and audit fees on audit quality within Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in DKI Jakarta. Using a survey method and Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, the research reveals that auditor independence has a significant direct positive impact on audit quality. At the same time, team characteristics, competence, and fees show no direct influence. However, auditor competence indirectly enhances audit quality when mediated by an effective audit process. The audit process does not mediate the effects of team characteristics, independence, or fees. These findings underscore that upholding auditor independence and strengthening competence—supported by robust audit procedures—are essential to improving audit quality, offering practical insights for firms and regulators in enhancing oversight and professional standards.. Public Interest Statement This study has a public interest in improving the accountability and transparency of audit results conducted by Public Accounting Firms (KAP), especially in the DKI Jakarta area. By empirically testing how audit team characteristics, independence, competence, and audit fees affect audit quality and the mediating role of the audit process, this study contributes to strengthening the public financial oversight system and protecting the interests of stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and the general public. The results of the study are expected to be the basis for improving audit policies and practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

Managing good relationships with customers can be applied to a concept known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The implementation CRM allows companies to personalize interactions with customers. Based on available information, companies can provide specific and personalized services to each customer. Improving service quality makes customers feel valued and important, this will increase customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the application of Customer Relationship Management strategies in the field of Corporate Courier and Logistics at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Ngawi Branch Office. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection through interviews and documentation. Data processing techniques are carried out with data exposure and discussion. The results of the research show that the implementation of CRM strategies at the Ngawi Branch Post Office is carried out in seven stages. In the first stage, one-to-one marketing, customer IDs are made and interact personally. Then conduct employee training, provide complaint services, and conduct promotions. Furthermore, in addition to conducting routine visits and marketing directly or through social media, it also conducts free pick-up services. The last stage is to make the process continuous.

Abstract

  The increasingly intense business competition requires companies to implement marketing strategies that focus not only on transactions but also on long-term relationships with customers. This study aims to describe the implementation of relationship marketing at PT INKA Multi Solusi Trading (PT IMST) Madiun in improving customer loyalty. The research used a qualitative descriptive method, collecting data through interviews with three informants consisting of staff and the junior specialist in the marketing division. The results indicate that PT IMST applies relationship marketing strategies through three main stages: identifying potential customers by analyzing purchase history and offering special deals, developing customer portfolio management by differentiating customers based on profitability and strengthening trust with high-value clients, and maximizing customer equity through maintaining product quality, communication, and service. These strategies effectively strengthen customer relationships and increase long-term loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the urgency of national and international accreditation for universities in Indonesia in facing the dynamics of globalization of higher education. Using a library-based qualitative research approach, this study examines various documents, regulations, and academic literature from accreditation institutions such as BAN-PT, AUN-QA, ABET, AACSB, and ISO 21001. The analysis was carried out through content analysis techniques with the stages of unitizing, coding, categorization, and synthesis to identify conceptual patterns between national and international accreditation systems. The results of the study show that national accreditation serves as an external legal and quality assurance mechanism that ensures the conformity of universities with national standards, while international accreditation strengthens global reputation and expands cross-border academic networks. The integration of the two accreditation systems results in an adaptive quality assurance model that balances regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. In practical terms, the results of the research provide a strategic basis for the development of a sustainable higher education accreditation and internationalization policy that is sustainable, competitive, and relevant to the local context.

Abstract

This article formulates a model of child education management in Muslim families based on Islamic values using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) framework. Employing a library research method, the study reviews the Qur’an, Hadith, and Islamic literature. The findings indicate that child education management can be structured into four main stages: planning, which emphasizes instilling tauhid from an early age (QS. Luqman: 13); organizing, through role distribution and family responsibilities in accordance with the principle of qawwam (QS. An-Nisa: 34); actuating, realized through role modeling, advice, worship practices, and moral education (QS. Luqman: 14–17); and controlling, which emphasizes fair reward and punishment (QS. Az-Zalzalah: 7–8). This model integrates modern management theory with Islamic teachings and provides a practical guide for Muslim families to nurture children who are faithful, virtuous, and responsible.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, almost all economic sectors economy were affected, included the tourism sector (area of hospitality). Welcoming a new stage of normality, the sector needs to prepare. Therefore, French Literature Program FIB provides a basic French language learning to tourism players in Ponggok village, Klaten and health awareness during the pandemy in Kuningan village, Sleman. Since business was being halted at the time, the training program was carried out with team visits to the site and the provision of basic French language training materials and modules in Ponggok village and online discussions on health awareness during the pandemy with food stall owners and students in Kuningan village. The tourism players in Ponggok village seem enthusiastic about receiving French language materials and modules and in the near future the team will come to the site to monitor its development. Meanwhile, stall owners and students in Kinanti realize that this pandemic can only be faced together by maintaining each other’s health protocols. ===== Pada masa pandemi Covid-19, hampir semua sektor ekonomi terkena dampaknya, tak terkecuali sektor pariwisata (bidang hospitality). Menyambut tahap kenormalan baru, sektor tersebut perlu mempersiapkan diri. Untuk itu Prodi Sastra Prancis FIB memberikan pelatihan bahasa Prancis kepada para pelaku pariwisata di desa Ponggok, Klaten dan pembekalan menghadapi new normal di kampung Kuningan, Sleman. Berhubung bisnis sedang dihentikan saat itu, program pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan kunjungan tim ke lokasi dan pemberian bahan dan modul pelatihan bahasa Prancis dasar di desa Ponggok dan diskusi daring untuk pembekalan menghadapi pandemi dengan para pemilik warung makan dan mahasiswa di kampung Kuningan. Para pelaku pariwisata di desa Ponggok tampak antusias menerima bahan dan modul bahasa Prancis dan dalam waktu dekat tim akan datang ke lokasi untuk memantau perkembangannya. Sementara itu, para pemilik warung dan mahasiswa di Kinanti menyadari bahwa pandemi ini hanya dapat dihadapi bersama-sama dengan saling menjaga protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore innovative strategies in reconstructing the Islamic education system through the collaboration of ISO, Total Quality Management (TQM), and School-Based Management (SBM) approaches. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature study. Data collection techniques were carried out by collecting information from scientific papers such as books, journal articles, the internet, and other writings related to the literature review. The results show that ISO integration provides a framework for quality management based on international standards, TQM improves quality through the participation of all parties, and MBS strengthens school autonomy to meet local needs. These three collaborative approaches can create an education system that is holistic, sustainable and relevant to the needs of the times. In conclusion, the integration of ISO, TQM, and MBS contributes significantly to improving the quality of Islamic education, creating an optimal learning environment, and shaping a generation that is intellectually superior and morally good

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Knowledge Management dalam pengembangan layanan Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan studi lapangan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan data melalui kondensasi data, sajian data, penarikan simpulan dan verifikasi. Temuan- studi ini menyoroti bahwa penerapan KM di perpustakaan sangat penting dalam pengembangan layanan mencakup aspek layanan referensi, koleksi, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta inovasi dan pengembangan dan berfungsi sebagai pusat pengetahuan yang dinamis serta berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kemajuan akademis dan penelitian di universitas, menjadikannya pilar penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik dan penelitian di UII Yogyakarta. Implikasi/keterbatasan penelitian– Meskipun memberikan wawasan yang berharga, penelitian ini memiliki dibatasi oleh fokusnya pada satu perpustakaan, pendekatan kualitatif yang dominan, serta data yang mungkin tidak sepenuhnya representatif. Studi ini membuka jalan bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk melakukan studi komparatif dengan perpustakaanlain dan menganalisis lebih mendalam pengaruh teknologi terbaru serta budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas KM. Implikasi Praktis Penelitian ini menekankan perlunya penerapan KM di perpustakaan dalam pengembangan layanan. Hal ini menggaris bawahi perpustakaan sebagai pusat informasi sehingga harus dapat beradaptasi dengan menyediakan informasi yang diperlukan dan meningkatkan sistem manajemennya. Orisinalitas/nilai– Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya penerapan KM dalam pengembangan layanan perpustakaan, khususnya perguruan tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan seiring bekembangnya tantangan zaman dan daya saing yang dihadapi oleh perpustakaan di era digital saat ini.

Abstract

Konstruktivisme merupakan salah satu aliran filsafat pengetahuan yang menekankan bahwa pengetahuan merupakan hasil konstruksi (bentukan). Pengetahuan merupakan akibat dari suatu konstruksi kognitif dari kenyataan yang terjadi melalui aktivitas seseorang. Berdasarkan pandangan konstruktivistik belajar merupakan suatu proses pembentukan pengetahuan. Pembentukan ini harus dilakukan individu yang belajar. Ia harus aktif melakukan kegiatan, aktif berfikir, menyusun konsep dan memberi makna tentang hal-hal yang dipelajari. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan teori kontruktivistik dalam pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penerapan teori belajar konstruktivistik membutuhkan partisipasi aktif siswa dalam proses belajarnya. Partisipasi aktif sebagai penerapan teori konstruktivistik dapat dilaksanakan dalam pembelajaran secara tematik. Pembelajaran tematik sendiri lebih menekankan pada penerapan konsep belajar sambil melakukan sesuatu (learning by doing), sesuai dengan prinsip dasar dari kontruktivisme yang harus dipegang oleh pengajar adalah bahwa siswa lebih baik belajar dengan berbuat (learning by doing) daripada belajar dengan mengamati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi perencanaan, rekrutmen, dan pengangkatan sumber daya manusia di MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Jetis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi perencanaan SDM di MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Jetis melibatkan evaluasi sistematis terhadap kondisi SDM yang dilakukan setiap dua bulan sekali, memastikan bahwa jumlah dan kualitas tenaga kerja yang diperlukan tersedia sesuai kebutuhan. Proses rekrutmen dijalankan dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria utama seperti akhlakul karimah dan kemampuan akademis, serta melibatkan tahapan administratif dan wawancara langsung oleh kepala sekolah. Pengangkatan pegawai didasarkan pada kualifikasi dan kebutuhan sekolah, dengan prioritas pada lulusan Strata 1 (S1) jurusan PAI. Proses ini tidak melibatkan orientasi khusus, namun kepala sekolah memberikan arahan mengenai kondisi dan kebijakan sekolah sebelum pegawai baru mulai mengajar. Pegawai baru dapat diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap setelah menjalani satu tahun sebagai guru kontrak atau honorer. Keseluruhan proses ini memastikan bahwa MTs Muhammadiyah 4 Jetis memiliki tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan madrasah.
