Abstract

E-wallet adalah sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan oleh seseorang melalui smartphone yang dapat menyimpan uang secara digital dan melakukan transaksi secara online. Salah satu contoh dari e-wallet adalah ShopeePay yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi penjualan, persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat menggunakan e-wallet shopeepay pada mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Bangsa Cikarang. Sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 60 orang responden dengan pengambilan sampel purposif sampling. Analisis data berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis yaitu uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis khususnya uji F ditemukan bahwa model penelitian yang terdiri dari Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Manfaat dan Promosi Penjualan  memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Menggunakan eWallet Shopeepay pada Mahasiwa Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Model ini berlaku pada mahasiswa FEB Pelita Bangsa Cikarang. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi manfaat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif secara parsial terhadap terhadap minat membeli secara online, sedangkan promosi penjualan ditemukan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan berpengaruh negatif secara parsial terhadap terhadap minat membeli secara online. Persepsi kemudahaan  merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli secara online. Persepsi manfaat subjektif merupakan variabel kedua paling berpengaruh terhadap minat membeli secara online dalam penelitian ini. Saran yaitu perusahaan pemasar online dapat menyasar penjualan secara online pada konsumen khususnya konsumen mahasiswa di Cikarang. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Manfaat, Promosi Penjualan,   dan Minat Penggunaan e-wallet shopeepay AbstractE-wallet is an application used by someone through a smartphone that can store money digitally and make transactions online. This study aims to analyse the effect of sales promotions, perceived benefits and perceived convenience on interest in using e-wallet shopeepay on Pelita Bangsa University Cikarang students. The research sample was 60 respondents with purposive sampling. Data analysis in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and F test. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, especially the F test, it is found that the research model consisting of Perceptions of Ease, Perceptions of Benefits and Sales Promotion has a positive and significant influence on Interest in Using Shopeepay eWallet on Pelita Bangsa University Students. This model applies to FEB Pelita Bangsa Cikarang students. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that perceived convenience and perceived benefits have a significant and partially positive effect on interest in buying online, while sales promotion is found to have no significant effect and a partially negative effect on interest in buying online. Perceived convenience is the most dominant variable affecting the interest in buying online. Perceived subjective benefit is the second most influential variable on interest in buying online in this study. The suggestion is that online marketing companies can target online sales to consumers, especially student consumers in Cikarang. Keywords: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Benefits, Sales Promotion, and Interest in Using e-wallet shopeepay
