Abstract

Bank BJB is one of the Regional Banks of West Java and Banten which has now turned into a bank on a national scale which has expanded to several regions in Indonesia such as North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Pekanbaru, and one of them is the Riau Islands, precisely in Batam City. With the aim of being able to provide service, renewal, introduction to customers outside Java, and create customer satisfaction in transactions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, promotion, price and location on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB Batam. The research method used is quantitative method, with the type of survey research where information is collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all customers of Bank BJB Batam City based on customer data from 2018-2022 which was 20,791. The sample in the study used the Slovin formula with accidental sampling technique, so that the number of samples obtained was 75 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS statistical tools. The results of the study found that the product had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, promotion had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, price had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, location had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and simultaneously product, promotion, price, and location had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The adjusted R Square value is 0.736 which can be called the coefficient of determination which in this case means 73.6% customer satisfaction can be obtained and explained by product, promotion, price and location. While the remaining 100% - 73.6% = 26.4% is explained by other factors, such as service quality, experiential marketing and others.

Abstract

Sidatapa Village is one of the villages in Banjar District, Buleleng Regency which has unique historical and cultural values. The problems that exist in Sidatapa Village to date include: connectivity of tourism locations as tourist areas, homestay management, community capacity as the subject of area management n. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation and literature study used in the form of literature review; and in the form of policy documents related to Community Based Tourism and Tourism Villages. The results of the research developed are, by empowering the community by forming tourism-aware cadres and providing strengthening of economic capacity in managing local village potential, managing traditional houses used as homestays using an economic solidarity approach, and promoting sustainable tourism. This program uses a solidarity approach, in which all members of the community are involved and share resources.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Land Registration Process is part of the modernization of land administration and services in Indonesia. The digitalization of the land registration process is regulated by Regulation of the Minister of ATR/BPN No. 3 of 2023 concerning the Issuance of Electronic Documents. The land registration activity refers to Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 and Government Regulation No. 18 of 2021. The legal umbrella for the digitalization of land registration is regulated in the UUITE, UUSPK, PP PSTP, PBBSSN, and Presidential Decree SPBE. Digital transformation involves electronic land registration, making the shift to the UUPA a specialist lesson from the perspective of legal certainty and legal protection. There are crucial issues regarding the electronic system, the legality and evidentiary power of electronic certificates, especially in the event of a dispute or system failure. Meanwhile, the electronic system also affects legal protection faced with data security risks, the potential for digital maladministration, resulting in losses arising from system errors. The implications of digital transformation in the land registration process in the UUPA and PP are required to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of electronic systems is able to guarantee Legal Certainty which must be clear, consistent and predictable as well as Legal Protection (guarantee provided by the legal system to protect every right to land ownership for the community, as well as identifying the problem of disharmony or overlapping rules as a logical consequence of legal implications and digital implications. This qualitative research applies a juridical-normative approach and is enriched with in-depth interview data. Of course, the most fundamental implication is the emergence of disharmony of rules between lex specialis, namely the UUPA with Lex Generalis UU ITE and technical regulations that support digitalization, and overlapping regulations related to the protection of ownership rights and the validity of electronic evidence (for example between BPN government regulations and the ITE Law). This condition hinders the realization of the goals of Indonesia's Transformation Infrastructure in the land sector. This research recommends comprehensive harmonization of regulations, the establishment of clear legal responsibilities in the digitalization of the land registration process.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang hidup berkelompok yang saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Sebagai makhluk sosial dan hidup berkelompok dalam kehidupan sehari-hari tentu tidak luput dari interaksi atau komunikasi. Partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam kegiatan akademik merupakan sebuah indikator penting keberhasilan proses pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Dengan adanya strategi komunikasi pendidikan yang baik, dapat membantu meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dalam berbagai kegiatan akademik. Namun, berbagai penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keterlibatan mahasiswa cenderung masih rendah disebabkan oleh faktor komunikasi yang kurang efektif antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan institusi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merumuskan strategi komunikasi pendidikan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pendidikan yang efektif perlu menekankan pada aspek empati komunikator, keterbukaan pesan, media komunikasi digital yang interaktif, serta pola komunikasi dialogis. Komunikasi pendidikan yang partisipatif diyakini dapat menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, tanggung jawab, dan motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa terhadap kegiatan akademik sehingga partisipasi mahasiswa menjadi aktif.

Abstract

The increasing volume of transactions in coffee shop businesses requires a structured and informative sales data management system. Sales data that are not managed through a well-designed system may lead to recording errors, delays in reporting, and limited information to support managerial decision-making. This study aims to conceptually design a coffee shop sales information system by utilizing sales transaction data as the basis for system requirements analysis. The research method employed is systems analysis and design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The design process includes actor identification, functional requirements analysis, use case modeling and scenarios, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams, complemented by conceptual user interface (UI/UX) design and data normalization. The results of this study produce a conceptual design of a sales information system that can serve as a blueprint for future system development

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to know the Islamic message conveyed in Rizky Riplay's YouTube animation content, Rizky Riplay's role as a communicator in delivering da'wah through animated media on YouTube. The response of subscribers to the content of Rizky Riplay's YouTube animation account, and the pattern of da'wah communication in the animated content of Rizky Riplay's YouTube account. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and content analysis. By using Lievrouw & Livingstone's New Media theory. The results showed that the Islamic message conveyed includes the values of faith, sharia, and morals which are packaged through everyday stories to be easily understood by all groups. Rizky Riplay plays a creative role with a relaxed storytelling style, utilizing conflict and humor so as not to seem patronizing, and actively responding to audience input. The response of subscribers is generally positive, shown by support, suggestions, criticism, and active discussion. The communication pattern techniques used include one way patterns by taking viral phenomena to be used as da'wah animations, two way patterns by responding to comments, and multi directional patterns through discussions between subscribers in the comments column. These results prove that Rizky Riplay's account utilizes new media by using animations on YouTube that are packaged in a relaxed and creative manner that is able to attract young audiences and facilitate the delivery of relevant islamic messages. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pesan keislaman yang disampaikan dalam konten animasi YouTube Rizky Riplay, Peran Rizky Riplay sebagai komunikator dalam menyampaikan dakwah melalui media animasi di YouTube. Respon subscriber konten akun animasi YouTube Rizky Riplay, dan pola komunikasi dakwah dalam konten animasi YouTube Akun Rizky Riplay. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis konten (content analysis). Dengan menggunakan teori New Media Lievrouw & Livingstone. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pesan keislaman yang disampaikan mencakup nilai akidah, syariah, dan akhlak yang dikemas melalui cerita sehari-hari agar mudah dipahami semua kalangan. Rizky Riplay berperan kreatif dengan gaya bercerita santai, memanfaatkan konflik dan humor agar tidak terkesan menggurui, serta aktif merespons masukan penonton. Respon subscriber umumnya positif, ditunjukkan dengan dukungan, saran, kritik, dan diskusi aktif. Teknik pola komunikasi yang digunakan meliputi pola satu arah dengan mengambil fenomena viral untuk dijadikan animasi dakwah, pola dua arah dengan menanggapi komentar, serta pola multi arah melalui diskusi antar subscriber di kolom komentar. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa akun Rizky Riplay memanfaatkan media baru dengan menggunakan animasi dalam YouTube yang dikemas secara santai dan kreatif mampu menarik minat audiens muda yang telah mempermudah penyampaian pesan keislaman yang relevan.

Abstract

Abstract. The moral crisis in this era of globalization and digitalization requires a relevant da'wah figure in fostering the character of the people. This study examines K.H. Miftah Faridl's da'wah thoughts on moral values in the book "Hikmah Kebuhayan" as an effort to da'wah bil qalam in shaping the morals of the community. The focus of the research includes the analysis of the textual structure, discourse practice, and social practices of his da'wah thought. The main theory used is the Critical Discourse Analysis (AWK) model of Norman Fairclough, which sees da'wah texts not just as normative language, but as an influential social practice in the construction of values in society. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data was obtained through documentation of the content of the book, direct interviews with K.H. Miftah Faridl, and supporting documentation from other media. The results of the study show that the text structure in the book "Hikmah Kevidaan" emphasizes moral messages such as honesty, ukhuwah, and social responsibility. At the level of discourse practice, K.H. Miftah Faridl's da'wah is disseminated in a reflective and communicative manner through books to reach the wider community. Socially, this moral message has proven to be relevant in facing the challenge of moral decline in the digital era. This book is an effective da'wah medium in instilling Islamic moral values in the midst of modern society. Abstrak. Krisis moral di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi ini menuntut sebuah pemikiran tokoh dakwah yang relevan dalam membina karakter umat. Penelitian ini mengkaji pemikiran dakwah K.H Miftah Faridl tentang nilai-nilai moral dalam buku “Hikmah Kehidupan” sebagai upaya dakwah bil qalam dalam membentuk akhlakul karimah masyarakat. Fokus penelitian meliputi analisis struktur teks, praktik wacana, dan praktik sosial dari pemikiran dakwah beliau. Teori utama yang digunakan adalah Analisis Wacana Kritis (AWK) model Norman Fairclough, yang melihat teks dakwah tidak sekadar bahasa normatif, melainkan sebagai praktik sosial yang berpengaruh dalam konstruksi nilai di masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi isi buku, wawancara langsung dengan K.H. Miftah Faridl, serta dokumentasi pendukung dari media lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur teks dalam buku “Hikmah Kehidupan” menekankan pesan moral seperti kejujuran, ukhuwah, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Pada tataran praktik wacana, dakwah K.H. Miftah Faridl disebarluaskan secara reflektif dan komunikatif melalui buku untuk menjangkau masyarakat luas. Secara sosial, pesan moral tersebut terbukti relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan kemerosotan akhlak di era digital. Buku ini menjadi media dakwah yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai moral Islam di tengah masyarakat modern.

Abstract

Abstract. The increasing number of street children in large cities like Bandung is a complex social problem. They live on the streets without adequate religious guidance, education, and affection, making them vulnerable to deviations such as drug abuse, violence, and other deviant behavior. In this context, da'wah plays a crucial role in fostering and guiding them towards a better life. This study aims to determine the da'wah method used by Ustaz Obay for street children and the challenges he faces. The title is "Ustaz Obay's Dakhwah Method For Street Children In Improving Islamic Religious Understanding In Bojongloa Kaler District, Bandung City." This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that Ustaz Obay applies the methods of bil hikmah, mau'izhah hasanah, and al-mujadalah in an empathetic, communicative manner, and touches the emotional aspects of children. This method has proven effective in improving street children's understanding of faith, worship, morals, and awareness of the meaning of life. Ustaz Obay's preaching is a concrete example of a transformative preaching approach for marginalized communities. Abstrak. Fenomena meningkatnya jumlah anak jalanan di kota-kota besar seperti Bandung menjadi persoalan sosial yang kompleks. Mereka hidup di jalanan tanpa bimbingan agama, pendidikan, dan kasih sayang yang memadai, sehingga rentan terhadap penyimpangan seperti narkoba, kekerasan, dan perilaku menyimpang lainnya. Dalam konteks ini, dakwah memiliki peran penting untuk membina dan membimbing mereka menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode dakwah yang digunakan Ustaz Obay kepada anak jalanan dan apa saja tantangannya, dengan judul “Metode Dakwah Ustaz Obay Kepada Anak Jalanan Dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman Agama Islam Di Kecamatan Bojongloa Kaler Kota Bandung”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ustaz Obay menerapkan metode bil hikmah, mau’izhah hasanah, dan al-mujadalah secara empatik, komunikatif, dan menyentuh aspek emosional anak. Metode tersebut terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman anak jalanan dalam hal akidah, ibadah, akhlak, serta kesadaran akan makna hidup. Dakwah yang dilakukan Ustaz Obay menjadi contoh nyata pendekatan dakwah transformatif bagi komunitas marginal.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya rendahnya minat dan kemampuan membaca siswa pada materi bahasa Inggris, yang disebabkan oleh keterbatasan metode pembelajaran yang masih cenderung konvensional serta kurangnya media pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa melalui penerapan metode Total Physical Response (TPR) yang mengintegrasikan aktivitas fisik dengan keterampilan membaca siswa yang melibatkan 27 siswa kelas VI. Melalui instruksi yang diikuti dengan gerakan tubuh, siswa tidak hanya membaca kalimat sederhana tetapi juga memaknainya melalui pengalaman langsung. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk permainan, kuis interaktif sehingga siswa lebih termotivasi dan merasa belajar bahasa Inggris sebagai aktivitas yang menyenangkan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca pada 80% siswa, peningkatan motivasi belajar sebesar 90%, serta munculnya rasa percaya diri. Adapun sistem evaluasi yang digunakan menggunakan Tes membaca berformat soal pemahaman kalimat sederhana Program ini membuktikan bahwa metode TPR efektif untuk meningkatkan hard skill membaca Bahasa Inggris.Abstract: This community service activity was motivated by the low interest and reading ability of students in English, which was caused by limited learning methods that were still conventional and a lack of fun and interactive learning media. The purpose of this activity was to improve students' reading skills through the application of the Total Physical Response (TPR) method, which integrates physical activities with students' reading skills, involving 27 sixth-grade students. Through instructions accompanied by body movements, students not only read simple sentences but also understood their meaning through direct experience. This activity was packaged in the form of games and interactive quizzes so that students were more motivated and felt that learning English was a fun activity. The results of this community service activity had a significant positive impact on improving the reading skills of 80% of students, increasing learning motivation by 90%, and boosting self-confidence. The evaluation system used was a reading test in the form of simple sentence comprehension questions. This program proved that the TPR method is effective in improving hard skills in reading English.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of Student Worksheets assisted by Wayground, which are utilized as supporting media in Cheerful Inquiry learning to improve junior high school students’ mathematical communication skills. The research method employed was Research and Development (R&D) using the ADII model. The research subjects consisted of 10 students from one junior high school in Garut Regency. The feasibility of the product was evaluated by media experts and material experts, as well as through small-group, medium-group, and large-group trials. The results of expert evaluations indicate that the design of the Wayground-assisted interactive worksheets falls into the good to very good category, with user assessment scores exceeding 80. The effectiveness test shows an N-Gain value of 0.81, which is classified as high. This indicates that the developed Wayground-supported student worksheets are effective in improving students’ mathematical communication skills. This media provides opportunities for students to develop mathematical communication skills through writing, drawing, and expressing mathematical concepts, while also creating an enjoyable and relatively conducive learning environment. Based on the research findings, the developed Wayground-assisted student worksheets are declared feasible for use in mathematics learning.   Keywords: Wayground; Cheerful Inquiry; Student Worksheets; Mathematical Communication Skills
