Abstract

The background is the need for an innovative approach in education to facilitate students' understanding of complex concepts. Monopoly media is developed to increase student engagement and facilitate understanding of concepts. Through interactive and interesting game elements. This study aims to develop Monopoly game-based learning media for animal and plant development material in Elementary Schools by applying the ADDIE model, which includes the analysis, design, and development stages. In the analysis stage, identification of needs and potential problems in learning is carried out. The design stage involves creating game components that are in accordance with the learning material. The development stage includes media production and validation, including the creation of game boards, question cards, and mystery cards. The subjects in this study were elementary school students, data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing and observing and data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results of this development are expected to enrich students' learning experiences, improve collaboration, and motivate them in understanding animal and plant development material.

Abstract

Penelitian yang di teliti merupakan penelitian pengembangan produk media pembelajaran E-LKPD sebagai media yang digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui kevalidan, keefektivan serta nilai praktis dari E-LKPD Berbasis Probing Prompting ini dalam meningkatkan hasil prestasi belajar dari peserta didik kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun. Metode yang digunakan peneliti yaitu metode pengembangan (R&D) yang menerapkan model penelitian ADDIE meliputi 5 langkah yaitu Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate. Kemudian teknik untuk mengumpulkan data di penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta angket dengan subjek dari penelitian yaitu 38 siswa yang ada di kelas IV SD Muhammadiyah Ambarbinangun. Data analisis menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif kualitatif. Hasil data dari penelitian yaitu E-LKPD Berbasis Probing Prompting berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari ahli media memperoleh presentase 86% serta dari ahli materi memperoleh presentase 93% mendapat kriteria “sangat baik”, maka dapat disimpulkan menurut penilaian dari ahli materi dan media bahwa E-LKPD ini valid untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kemudian penilaian dari respon guru mendapatkan presentase 83,33% dengan mendapat kriteria “baik” dan berdasarkan penilaian dari respon siswa memperoleh presentase 89% dengan mendapat kriteria “sangat baik”, kesimpulan berdasarkan penilaian dari angket respon guru dan angket respon siswa bahwa media E-LKPD praktis digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Kemudian dari hasil uji coba skala kecil dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 21 yaitu Uji Paired Sample Test memperoleh hasil nilai rata-rata pretest dengan presentase 60% setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan E-LKPD kemudian diberikan soal akhir yaitu posttest, hasil yang diperoleh dengan rata-rata presentase 76%, terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan maka kesimpulannya yaitu E-LKPD mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan uji skala besar yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Sample T-Test diketahui nilai Sig. pada Levene's Test for Equality of Variances 0,827>0,05 maka diartika bahwa varians data eksperimen dan kontrol homogen, kemudian berdasarkan output Sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,006<0,05 maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Maka diartikan peningkatan E-LKPD pada kedua kelas berbeda signifikan. Hasil dari validasi serta hasil dari uji coba lapangan memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa E-LKPD Berbasis Probing Prompting valid, prakttis, serta efektiv digunakan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar kelas IV khususnya materi gaya.

Abstract

This research aims to apply the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to increase student activity in learning science and ecosystem material in class V elementary school. The PjBL method used involves students in a project to make ecosystem dioramas, which is carried out in groups. Each group was assigned to make dioramas of various types of ecosystems such as marine ecosystems, savanna, tundra and tropical rainforest. The learning process includes an introduction to ecosystem concepts, research and analysis, as well as presentation and discussion of student work. From the research results, the data shows a significant increase in student activity from 25% in the pre-cycle to 75% in the first cycle. PBL helps overcome boredom in traditional teacher-centered learning methods, encouraging students' activeness, creativity, deep understanding of ecosystems, and communication and collaboration skills. This approach has proven to be effective in increasing the activeness and quality of science learning in the classroom. The application of the PJBL model in science learning with ecosystem material has proven to be effective in increasing students' activeness, creativity, communication and collaboration. This approach not only triggers students to be more active in learning, but also provides a deeper understanding of the ecosystem, as well as developing skills that are important for their future. Therefore, PJBL can be a very effective learning strategy, especially in science subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate how the use of tangram learning materials in the Project Based Learning (PJBL) paradigm can enhance students' learning activities in the mathematics topic of flat shape construction and decomposition. This article describes a type of research known as Classroom Action Research (PTK), in which 17 research participants from class IV pupils at Sembungan State Elementary School participated in two cycles of action during the academic year 2023–2024. The average proportion of learning activities grew from 63.441% in cycle I to 75.176% in cycle II, according to the results of the observations. After taking action in cycle II, there was a notable increase. This research demonstrates how well project-based learning with the aid of tangram media improves student learning outcomes, which are directly tied to what students learn during class.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify several approaches that can arouse children's interest in reading, especially elementary school students. For students in particular, interest in reading is something that is very important. It is a collective obligation for parents, teachers and elementary school children to try to arouse interest in reading. As a result, one of the problems is the decline in students' enthusiasm for reading in class. Another problem is students' lack of interest in reading and teachers' indifference to the fact that students read books as part of their education. When trying to use image media to increase elementary school students' interest or willingness to read, it is best to provide encouragement and assistance to the students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve science learning achievement using the Think Pairs Share (TPS) learning model for class IV at SD N Tirtosari. This study uses PTK method. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, field notes, and tests. Sources of data are teachers and students as research subjects. The data analysis technique is descriptively taken from the average achievement score and the percentage of student completeness. Based on the research, it was concluded that the use of the TPS learning model could improve the learning achievement of fourth grade students at SD N Tirtosari. In the pre-action the average student achievement was 69.28 with a completeness percentage of 42.85%, in cycle I it increased from 5.86 to 75.14 with a completeness percentage of 57.14% because it was not in accordance with the percentage of success then proceed to cycle II . In cycle II there was an average increase of 11.71 so that the average student achievement was 86.85 with a completeness percentage of 100%. From this description it can be seen that there has been an increase from the pre-action stage, cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in instilling the character of SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 3 students. The background of this research is taken from students who have difficulty in solving problems that exist in the surrounding environment, such as counting when eating snacks in the canteen, and others. This study uses a descriptive qualitative type, data collection using interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state several findings, including: School Literacy Movement in instilling student character in SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 3. Obstacles encountered in implementing the School Literacy Movement in instilling student character in SD Negeri Suryodiningratan 3. Solutions to obstacles found in carrying out the School Literacy Movement activities in instilling student character at SD Negeri Suryadiningratan 3. The implementation of the School Literacy Movement has a very important role in education. With these literacy activities can make a good impact in the world of education. Increase knowledge, and information. As well as helping students in solving a problem that exists in the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of FPB and KPK materials through concrete media in the form of congklak in grade IV students of MI Al-Hadi II. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of this study were 20 students of grade IV MI Al-Hadi II. This research consists of two cycles. Each cycle goes through four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection in this study used test, observation, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the use of congklak media can increase the average score of students, the percentage of students whose learning outcomes have not been completed at the pre-cycle stage is 60% with an average score of 72.25. There is a cycle I has increased, namely those who achieve KKM scores there are 60% with an average of 76 or 12 out of 20 students have reached KKM. In cycle 2 there was a significant increase with a percentage of 90% and an average value of 79. These results show that the application of congklak media makes students experience an increase in mathematics learning outcomes of FPB and KPK materials.

Abstract

Education is one of the needs for humans to continue developing. The development aims to achieve a better life in the future. Physical education is also a part of education. This research aims to understand the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the Physical Education subject at MI Al-Hadi II. The research method used includes observation, documentation, and interviews with the school principal and related subject teachers. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach to describe the reality of the events being studied, which is the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the execution of physical education at MI Al-Hadi II. The results obtained from this research indicate that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Physical Education at MI Al-Hadi II is carried out freely by teachers but still within the control of the curriculum framework set by the government. With the Merdeka Curriculum, students can freely explore their abilities, especially in the field of sports, while still achieving the learning objectives.
