Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Shari'ah shares, Sukuk and Shari'ah mutual funds on economic growth. This research is a quantitative research with associative approach. The data used are secondary data obtained through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Financial Services Authority ( OJK). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square ( OLS) method using E-Views program version 10.  From the results obtained, it can be explained that syari'ah shares have a positive but not significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth. Sukuk has a significant positive influence on Indonesia's economic growth. And, Syari'ah mutual funds have a significant influence on Indonesia's economic growth but the influence is negative. In the F test ( simultaneous) there is a simultaneous significant influence between syari'ah shares, sukuk and syari'ah mutual funds on Indonesia's economic growth. Adjusted R-Squared = 0.844152. This shows that the independent variables together are able to give an explanation of the dependent variable by 84.4%. The 15.6% is explained by variables outside the model.

Abstract

In Sibolga City, this study intends to examine public awareness of sharia banking products. A quantitative technique is used in this kind of research. Up to 100 residents of Sibolga City made up the sample for this study. By completing a questionnaire on a Likert scale, data was gathered. The study's findings support the conclusion that most residents of Sibolga City are unaware of Islamic banking products, with the exception of those who know about Islamic banks. The community in Sibolga City only knows about Islamic banks, according to the study's findings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of inflation and the rupiah exchange rate on imports of CBU cars in Indonesia.The population in this study is the monthly report on inflation and the monthly report on the rupiah exchange rate and the monthly report on the number of imports of CBU cars in Indonesia in the period 2017-2021.The sample in this study amounted to 60 samples.The Data used in this study are secondary data, namely time-series data and sample selection using saturated sample Method. The Data were analyzed using SPSS version 25.The data analysis is done by classical assumption test and hypothesis test.The results showed that the partial inflation positively and significantly affect the import of CBU cars, and the rupiah exchange rate did not significantly affect the import of CBU cars.Simultaneously (together) there is a positive and significant influence between inflation variables and the rupiah exchange rate on imports of CBU cars in Indonesia.based on the coefficient of determination test, inflation and the rupiah exchange rate have an effect of 46.2 percent on CBU car imports in Indonesia.

Abstract

Adinda sya'riana Dewi Manullang 2022 " analysis of factors affecting the demand for Life Insurance (iHealth Sibolga Branch Independent case Study)” with Imsar supervisor I. M.Si and supervisor II Khairina Tambunan may.This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the demand for life insurance at PT Mandiri Inhealth.This research data obtained from questionnaires (primary) and some observations and direct interviews with parties related to life insurance include the identity of respondents, and matters relating to the policy (contents of the agreement) customers who use Life Insurance Services at PT Mandiri Inhealth, family income, insurance costs or premiums, number of children, age of the respondent.The results showed that the variable income (X1) and variable income (X1) have a positive and significant effect on the demand for life insurance at PT Mandiri Inhealth. While the variable number of children (X2) has a negative and insignificant effect on the demand for life insurance at PT Mandiri Inhealth, the variable age (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the demand for life insurance at PT Mandiri Inhealth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of economic growth, education and health on the Human Development Index in North Sumatra province in 2017-2021.The population in this study is the annual report of economic growth, education that is proxied with data on average length of school, health that is proxied with data on life expectancy, and the Human Development Index in North Sumatra province for the period 2017-2021. The sample of this study amounted to 165 with time series data for 5 years and cross section data amounted to 33 districts/cities of North Sumatra province. The Data used in this study are secondary data and sampling techniques performed by saturated sample Method.Analytical techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing.Partial results showed that economic growth does not have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index, education has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index, and health has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in North Sumatra province.The results of the study simultaneously showed that economic growth, education and health have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index in North Sumatra province.

Abstract

In increasing sales there are several strategies that can be done. This study aims to determine how much direct influence variables of service quality, employee incentives, and grouping of goods to the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Minang Traditional House Stamp At Medan City 2017-2021. The samples in this study are employees at UD. New Fortune Medan Denai District. Deep method This study used a quantitative approach using analysis the path with the linear regression model is supported by model tests and statistical tests using SPSS version 21. From the results of research conducted, the authors conclude that this research produces a coefficient of determination (R-square) that is equal to 98.4% variable Quality of service, employee incentives, and grouping of goods affect the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Stamp Traditional House Minang in Medan City in 2017-2021, while 1.6% is explained by other factors. Simultaneously shows the variable Quality of service, Employee incentives, and grouping of goods affect the increase Sales Ud. New Fortune Minang Traditional House Stamp in Medan City Year 2017-2021, this is indicated by the value of Fcount (956.647) > Ftable (2.80). Partially shows the quality of service and grouping of goods effect on the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Stamp Traditional House Minang in Medan City in 2017-2021, however, employee incentives are variable no effect on the increase in sales of UD. New Fortune Stamp Rumah Minang Customs in Medan City 2017-2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan (ii) mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal (iii) mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan (iv) dan mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui struktur modal sebagai variabel intervening di bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018 – 2021. Metode penelitian adalah Kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 3 perusahaan bank umum syariah. Data yang digunakan adalah data laporan tahunan yang diambil dari BEI. Analisis data adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan Eviews versi 12 dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (i) Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) Bank Umum Syariah (ii) Profitabilitas (ROE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur modal (DER) Bank Umum Syariah, (iii) Struktur modal (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) Bank Umum Syariah, (iv) Struktur modal (DER) tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh Profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) Bank Umum Syariah.

Abstract

Welfare can be measured and understood through various economic and social indicators. General well-being refers to the condition in which a society generally feels happy, healthy, and has its basic needs met, such as food, shelter, education, and decent work. One welfare that has attracted attention is the welfare of coastal areas where the majority of coastal residents work as fishermen. There are several residents who are trying out the shrimp farming business. The type of shrimp they take is vanamei shrimp. Therefore, the aim of this research is to determine the welfare status of shrimp farmers who follow the guidelines of the Islamic economic system. A qualitative approach was used in this research. To carry out a research approach, observations and interviews were carried out. Based on the results of observations, the expenditure of shrimp pond farmers varies from the profits earned by pond farmers, which is very sufficient to meet all needs, both in terms of education, health and adequate consumption. The monthly profit they get from white shrimp pond farmers is IDR 11,631,666, compared to the Serdang Berdagai Regency Minimum Wage (UMK) of IDR 3,111,250 and the average expenditure of shrimp pond farmers is IDR 9,000,000/month. With this profit, all the needs of pond farmers are fulfilled and well met, so that shrimp pond farmers are at a very good level of welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the causal relationship between Economic Growth, Human Development Index, Poverty and Unemployment in Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a quantitative research that uses Granger causality analysis tools. This analysis tool was chosen because its character is suitable for processing this research data in reveals the relationship between the variables studied. The data used is secondary data obtained through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province and BPS of Rokan Hulu Regency. The type of data used is a time series, namely 2013-2020. From the results obtained, it can be explained that there is no significant influence between economic growth (EG), human development index (HDI), poverty (POV) and unemployment (UNEM) in the long term as shown in the results of the cointegration test. However, in the short term, there are UNEM variables from the previous period that have a positive and significant effect on current UNEM. From the results of the Granger Causality Test, there is no bidirectional causality from the human development index to economic growth. There is a one-way causality from poverty to economic growth. This means that economic growth has no effect on poverty, on the contrary, poverty has an effect on economic growth. There is no two-way causality from unemployment to economic growth. There is a one-way causality from poverty to the human development index. This means that the human development index has no effect on poverty, on the contrary, poverty has an effect on the human development index. There is a one-way causality from the human development index to unemployment. This means that unemployment has no effect on the human development index, on the contrary, the human development index has an effect on unemployment. There is a two-way causality from unemployment to poverty. This is shown by the probability values, each of which is greater than 0.05 (5%), so there is no causality between variables.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of fertilizer prices, CPO prices, FFB selling prices on the welfare of palm oil farmers from an Islamic economic perspective. This research aims to determine the influence of fertilizer prices, CPO prices, FFB selling prices on the welfare of palm oil farmers from an Islamic economic perspective. This research data is primary data obtained directly from the first source, both from individuals and individuals, such as the results of filling out questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) 23 software. The results of the research conducted show that fertilizer prices have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. CPO prices have a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. The selling price of FFB has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency.
