Abstract

This study examines the human resource management (HR) strategy in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) as they confront the global market via innovation and digital technology. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing an in-depth interview approach and case studies on numerous MSMEs that integrate digital technology into their HR management and product marketing processes. The study results show that MSMEs implementing digital technology in HR management have experienced increased operational efficiency, especially in employee data management, attendance, and payroll. However, the main challenges faced are the low digital skills of most employees and the high cost of implementing technology. In addition, the role of technology-savvy leadership is crucial in the success of the transition to a digital system. Using digital technology in marketing and product innovation also enables MSMEs to expand their market reach, including the global market. The results of this study show that the use of digital technology in human resources management and marketing is the most important factor for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to improve their competitiveness and survive in the global market

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya ketimpangan pemerataan pendapatan yang berujung pada kesejahteraan masayarakat yang masih rendah. Tujuan dari artikel ini untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai penerapan staregi politik ekonomi Islam serta mengeloaborasinya untuk mengatasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan Kesejahteraan dan Pemerataan Pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan lieratur review yang di ambil dari beberapa referensi terkait berupa jurnal maupun kitab kitab klasik. Hasil dari kajian ini yaitu menjelaskan Pertumbuhan ekonomi menurut ekonomi Islam, bukan sekedar terkait dengan peningkatan terhadap barang dan jasa, namun juga terkait dengan aspek moralitas dan kualitas akhlak serta keseimbangan antara tujuan duniawi dan ukhrawi. Islam tidak melihat pertumbuhan kekayaan sebagai sesuatu yang terpisah dengan cara distribusinya (pemerataan) dan tuntutan realisasi keadilan. Pertumbuhan Ekonomi yang ideal akan mampu terwujud dengan optimal dan memiliki dampak terhadap pemerataan ekonomi jika menggunakan politik ekonomi Islam. Melalui Strategi langsung dan tidak langsung mampu mewujudkan pemerataan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study investigates the dynamics, challenges, and opportunities in strategic alliances, business networking, and value-creation strategies in contemporary business environments. The research explores collaborative endeavors' motivations, mechanisms, and outcomes, drawing on insights from qualitative literature reviews and theoretical frameworks. The methodology involves a comprehensive selection of scholarly sources, systematic data collection methods, and rigorous data analysis techniques. Through thematic analysis and interpretation of existing literature, the study identifies key themes such as motivations for strategic alliances, mechanisms for value creation, and challenges in collaborative relationships. The findings reveal that strategic alliances are driven by traditional factors such as resource access and risk sharing and emerging trends like digitalization, globalization, and sustainability. Business networking is crucial in information exchange, resource access, and opportunity identification facilitated by digital platforms and online communities. Value creation in collaborative endeavors requires effective coordination, alignment of interests, and trust-building mechanisms among participating parties. The study contributes to understanding collaboration and networking dynamics, offering insights for practitioners and policymakers to foster successful partnerships and drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Era digital saat ini memudahkan manusia untuk mengakses informasi dari berbagai dunia melalui media di internet. Hal ini juga berlaku bagi dunia pendidikan, yaitu masyarakat yang membutuhkan sumber bacaan berupa buku atau artikel yang saat ini sudah bisa di akses melalui perpustakaan digital. Bangunan perpustakaan saat ini tidak mengalami peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas koleksi bahan bacaan serta bangunannya. Sebagai salah satu media yang bisa menjadi faktor pendukung untuk keberhasilan para pelajar diperlukan fasilitas perpustakaan yang bisa meningkatkan minat baca dan minat belajar. Sehingga, untuk perancangan bangunan perpustakaan kali ini mengusung konsep identitas budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kualitatif, dimulai dari observasi, pengumpulan data dan informasi terkait topik penelitian. Metode metafora digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan bunga jeumpa dan batik bunga jeumpa pada bangunan. Bunga  jeumpa  juga diaplikasikan  sebagai  kulit ganda  pada bangunan.  Hal  ini juga  bertujuan  untuk  membuat  pengunjung semakin mengenal budaya tradisional Aceh. Dilakukan penambahan dan pengurangan pada beberapa sisi untuk menyesuaikan bentuk bangunan terhadap lokasi tapak. Selain menambah keindahan bangunan kulit ganda memiliki beberapa fungsi lainnya seperti menjaga suhu ruang di dalam bangunan, mengurangi sinar matahari berlebih masuk ke dalam bangunan, menjaga privasi bangunan, dan bisa digunakan sebagai media tanaman rambat pada dinding bangunan.

Abstract

TikTok social media initially the application provided entertainment through interesting videos, currently the TikTok application has launched its newest feature, namely e-commerce or online buying and selling transactions called TikTok shop live which facilitates the promotion process and can generate quite large profits. This study adopts a quantitative research method with a descriptive design. In this study it can be seen that electronic word of mouth, product quality, and brand image have an influence in creating purchase intention on Cushion products of the Somethinc, Maybelline, Skintific, Luxcrime, and Wardah brands. Managerial implications that can be taken for Cushion business actors to focus more on marketing strategies to improve product quality, build brand image, and utilize electronic word of mouth as a tool in influencing consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pendidikan diselenggarakan melalui jalur formal, informal, dan non-formal, salah satunya program kesetaraan yang dilaksanakan di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Negeri 23 Jakarta Pusat. Permasalahan yang muncul dalam penyelenggaraan program tersebut adalah masih adanya keterbatasan sumber daya serta tantangan dalam komunikasi antara pihak terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan program kesetaraan paket C dengan meninjau aspek komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi pelaksana, dan struktur birokrasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pemilihan informan secara purposive. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan, penyajian, pengkodean, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi antara pemerintah, pengelola, dan peserta didik sudah berjalan cukup baik meskipun penyampaian informasi belum sepenuhnya merata dan tepat waktu. Dari sisi sumber daya, masih terdapat kekurangan jumlah dan kualifikasi tenaga pendidik serta keterbatasan sarana pendukung pembelajaran. Disposisi pelaksana menunjukkan adanya kepedulian dan komitmen tinggi yang berdampak positif terhadap keberlangsungan program. Struktur birokrasi yang sederhana mendukung fleksibilitas pelaksanaan, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan kapasitas manajerial. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi kebijakan program kesetaraan paket C di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat Negeri 23 Jakarta Pusat berjalan cukup baik meskipun masih terdapat kendala pada aspek sumber daya dan manajerial. Kata kunci: Implementasi kebijakan, Kejar Paket C, Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat

Abstract

This study aims to understand how students feel about the learning process in their classrooms. In this research, 20 students were interviewed to explore the variability in their level of curiosity towards learning materials. The results show that students' attitudes towards learning tend to vary; sometimes they feel very interested in learning, while at other times, they do not feel interested at all. Factors influencing students' feelings towards learning include how interesting they find the topic, their confidence in their academic abilities, their perception of the importance of the learning, and the support they receive from their teachers in sparking their interest in learning. The research highlights that students' disinterest in learning may be caused by several factors, such as the lack of interest in the topics taught, student fatigue, or a lack of understanding of the relevance of the material. Therefore, the study suggests that teachers need to create more engaging learning experiences and demonstrate the usefulness of the material in order to enhance students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of inflation and exchange rates on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) before and after the 2024 Election. Using daily time series data and t-tests, the results show that inflation had a significant negative effect on ISSI before the election, but no significant effect afterward. The exchange rate had a significant negative effect in both periods, with a stronger impact after the election. These findings indicate that the 2024 Election influenced ISSI’s sensitivity to macroeconomic variables and reflect increased investor confidence and greater stability in the sharia stock market post-election. Abstract

Rapid social changes and the development of digital technology have brought new challenges and opportunities in the management of early childhood education (PAUD). This research aims to examine the concepts, strategies, challenges, and implications of adaptive leadership in the context of early childhood education in response to evolving social and technological dynamics. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach, based on analysis of reputable scientific journals, academic books, and relevant policy documents. The results of the study show that adaptive leadership in early childhood education is characterized by flexibility, collaboration, innovation, and the ability to respond quickly to change. Effective implementation strategies include technology-based teacher training, partnerships with parents and communities, and participatory governance. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as limited digital infrastructure and low technological literacy. Theoretically, this study enriches the discourse of educational leadership by integrating the concepts of distribution leadership and adaptive governance. In practical terms, this study recommends the development of contextual, sustainable, and inclusive training policies and programs. These findings contribute to PAUD heads, policymakers, and researchers in creating a resilient and responsive leadership system in the digital age. ABSTRAK Perubahan sosial yang cepat dan perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa tantangan dan peluang baru dalam pengelolaan pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, strategi, tantangan, serta implikasi kepemimpinan adaptif dalam konteks PAUD sebagai respons terhadap dinamika sosial dan teknologi yang terus berkembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, berdasarkan analisis terhadap jurnal ilmiah bereputasi, buku akademik, dan dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif dalam PAUD ditandai oleh fleksibilitas, kolaborasi, inovasi, serta kemampuan merespons perubahan dengan cepat. Strategi implementasi yang efektif meliputi pelatihan guru berbasis teknologi, kemitraan dengan orang tua dan masyarakat, serta tata kelola partisipatif. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan rendahnya literasi teknologi. Secara teoretis, kajian ini memperkaya diskursus kepemimpinan pendidikan dengan mengintegrasikan konsep kepemimpinan distribusi dan tata kelola adaptif. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kebijakan dan program pelatihan yang kontekstual, berkelanjutan, dan inklusif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi kepala PAUD, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti dalam menciptakan sistem kepemimpinan yang tangguh dan responsif di era digital.
