Abstract

The study on Macarang hypolueca (Reichb.f. & Zoll.), which was collected from secondary forests around Samarinda City, East Kalimantan, involved phytochemical investigations that led to the isolation of a flavone type compound of flavonoid from the ethyl acetate fraction. To separate the compounds, silica gel column chromatography was utilized with a gradient solvent system of n-hexane and ethyl acetate, along with the addition of 5%. Infrared analysis (FTIR), mass spectrum (LC-ESI-MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance (1D- and 2D-NMR) were used to identify and elucidate the structure. Abstract

ABSTRAK  Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik lebih dari 90 mmHg. Klien hipertensi harus memahami dan menumbuhkan kesadaran diri terhadap penyakitnya, dan melakukan perawatan mandiri seperti salah satunya patuh minum obat antihipertensi. Semakin patuh klien saat mengkonsumsi obat maka tekanan darah akan terkontrol dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pada klien hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wonokusumo Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh klien hipertensi yang melakukan pemeriksaan di Puskesmas Wonokusumo Surabaya dengan jumlah sampel 85 klien. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS). Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dikode, dan ditabulasi dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar 50,6% memiliki tekanan darah kategori tahap 1 dan sebagian kecil 14,1% memiliki tekanan darah kategori tahap 2, pada tingkat kepatuhan minum obat sebagian besar 57,6% klien hipertensi tidak patuh dan hampir setengahnya 42,4% klien patuh minum obat hipertensi. Klien dan keluarga diharapkan dapat mendukung untuk selalu melakukan pengontrolan tekanan darah dengan rutin serta patuh dalam melakukan pengobatan hipertensi. Kata Kunci : Kepatuhan, Tekanan Darah, Hipertensi ABSTRACT  Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure over 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure over 90 mmHg. Hypertension clients should understand and cultivate self-awareness of the disease, and perform self-care such as one of them obediently taking antihypertension drugs. The more obedient the client when taking the drug then the blood pressure will be well controlled. Theadvice of this study is to find out tingkat  compliance  taking  drugs  in hypertension clients at work area of Wonokusumo Public Health Center Surabaya.The type of research used is descriptive research with a cross sectional  approach  and  using  accidental sampling techniques.  The population  in  this study  was  all  hypertension  clients  who  conducted  examinations  at  Wonokusumo Health Center  Surabaya  with a sample number of  85  clients. Data  collection    using  questionnaires  from the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale  (MMAS). The result showed that most of the 50.6% had stage 1 category blood pressure and a small percentage of 14.1% had stage 2 category blood pressure, at the level of adherence to taking medications most of the 57.6% of hypertensive clients were non-compliant and almost half of 42.4% of clients were obedient to take hypertension medications. Families is hoped that can support clients to always control blood pressure regularly and be obedient in treating hypertension.  Keywords : Compliance, Blood Pressure, Hypertension

Abstract

ABSTRAK              Penyakit skabies yaitu kondisi pada kulit yang tidak hanya dapat menjadi penyebab infeksi akan tetapi juga sangat mengganggu. Pasien akan lebih sering menggaruk setiap saat, akibat adanya tungau skabies di bawah kulit. Penyakit skabies terjadi karena personal hygiene yang kurang baik di kalangan santri, seperti adanya kebiasaan santri saling pnjam-meminjam alat dan bahan perlengkapan mandi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Personal Hygiene Dengan Kejadian Skabies. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian desain deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri dengan besar sampel 60 orang yang dipilih dengan accidental sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data pengetahuan personal hygiene dan kejadian skabies menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Setelah data terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan tabel dengan  distribusi frekuensi. Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan personal hygiene dan kejadian skabies menggunakan uji chi-square dengan nilai signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar 33 orang (55,0%) mengalami tingkat pengetahuan tentang personal hygiene buruk dan hampir setengahnya 27 orang (45,0%) mengalami kejadian skabies. Ada hubungan antara Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Personal Hygiene Dengan Kejadian Skabies p value=0,046 p<0,05, dimana pengetahuan santri tentang personal hygiene yang kurang meningkatkan kejadian skabies. Disarankan kepada santri untuk mengikuti penyuluhan tentang pengetahuan personal hygiene di Puskesmas. Santri yang terkena skabies segera dilaporan ke Puskesmas. Patients will scratch more often every time, due to the presence of scabies mites under the skin. Scabies disease occurs due to poor personal hygiene among students, such as the habit of students borrowing tools and toiletries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies. The type of research used in this research is quantitative with descriptive design research method using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were students with a sample size of 60 people who were selected by accidental sampling. The instrument for collecting data on personal hygiene knowledge and the incidence of scabies used questionnaires and observation sheets. After the data collected were analyzed using a table with a frequency distribution. To determine the relationship between knowledge of personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies using the chi-square test with a significant value of 0.05. The results showed that most of the 33 people (55.0%) experienced a level of knowledge about poor personal hygiene and almost half of them 27 people (45.0%) experienced the incidence of scabies. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge about personal hygiene with the incidence of scabies p value = 0.046 p <0.05, where the knowledge of students about personal hygiene that does not increase the incidence of scabies. It is recommended for students to take part in counseling about personal hygiene knowledge at the Puskesmas. Students who are affected by scabies are immediately reported to the Puskesmas. Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is a prevalent condition among the elderly, often leading to poor sleep quality. Objective: This case study aimed to describe the effect of Slow Stroke Back Massage (SSBM) combined with family nursing care in improving sleep quality among elderly hypertensive patients. Method: This descriptive case study involved two elderly hypertensive patients receiving family nursing care at Puskesmas Tambak Wedi, Surabaya. The intervention consisted of SSBM performed for 30 minutes every two days for a week. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results: Both patients showed improved sleep quality, as indicated by decreased PSQI scores (from 14 to 5 and from 16 to 6) and better blood pressure control. These findings describe individual improvements observed in two cases. Recommendation: Slow Stroke Back Massage can be considered a supportive nursing intervention within family care. However, as this study involved only two participants, the findings are not generalizable and should be interpreted as case-based observations

Abstract

The availability of equitable and sustainable energy in remote areas is a major challenge for national development, primarily due to limited infrastructure and electricity access from conventional grids. Hybrid energy systems that combine renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, and microhydro with energy storage or diesel backup have emerged as an adaptive solution to address energy needs in off-grid areas. This study uses a qualitative approach based on literature to explore relevant hybrid energy system integration practices, challenges, and models across various geographic and social contexts. The study identifies that the success of hybrid system implementation is determined not only by its technological configuration but also by local social, economic, and institutional factors. Technological advances such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart energy management systems have contributed to improving system efficiency and reliability. However, obstacles remain in the form of limited funding, low public energy literacy, and weak supporting policies at the regional level. Through a thematic synthesis of the literature from the past five years, this study formulates a local energy ecosystem-based integration model that encompasses modular technology, multilevel policies, and community empowerment. These results are expected to serve as a strategic reference in promoting a just and sustainable energy transition in underdeveloped regions.
