Abstract

This study examines the relationship between Job Embeddedness and Job Insecurity to voluntary turnover intention and job performance. The sample of this study were 209 respondents from permanent or contract employees who worked as secretaries, clerical or administrative personnel in government or private offices in Central Java, Indonesia. This study used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) for hypothesis testing. Result of this job insecurity cannot be used to predict voluntary turnover intention or job performance. Job embeddedness is divided into three types, namely job embeddedness link, job embeddedness fit, and job embeddedness sacrifice. Job Embeddedness link and Job Embeddedness fit have no effect on voluntary turnover intention, but they can be used to predict job performance. In contrast, Job embeddedness sacrifice has an effect on voluntary turnover intention but cannot be used to predict job performance. Voluntary turnover intention proved able to be used to predict job performance.

Abstract

Sport has a very broad meaning, not just defined as mere physical activity or even just for achievement, sport can also improve one's life skills. The purpose of this research is to determine the sports skills and values of West Java Taekwondo athletes. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. This study uses a questionnaire instrument of sports skills and values adapted from Cronin & Allen, (2017), de Subijana et al., (2020) and United Nations, (2003) reliability level of 0.951. There are 23 indicators: cooperation, playing honestly, communication, sharing, respect for rules, self-esteem, solving problems, trust, understanding, honesty, connecting with others, respecting yourself, leadership, tolerance, mutual respect, joy and perseverance, hard work, teamwork, strategies to win, discipline, strategy if you lose, self-confidence, and how to organize matches. The population of this research was West Java taekwondo athletes, then the purposive sampling approach was used with several sample criteria. This sample consists of 125 athletes with the following criteria: (1) taekwondo athletes in West Java who have received an intensive training program, (2) age levels between 14-30 years, (3) have practiced taekwondo for at least 2 years, (4) belt level minimal yellow. The conclusion of this study shows that the percentage of sports skills and values of athletes in West Java is in two criteria, namely the first criteria are 103 athletes including moderate criteria, 44 athletes with high criteria.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan inovasi data dan korespondensi telah mengubah cara orang berkomunikasi dengan orang lain. Web berubah menjadi ruang canggih lain yang membuat ruang sosial. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa kehadiran web memberikan banyak kemudahan bagi para kliennya. Berbagai akses ke data dan pengalihan dari mana saja di dunia dapat dilihat melalui web. Web memasuki batas elemen kehidupan, waktu, dan ruang klien, yang dapat diakses oleh siapa saja, kapan saja, dan di mana saja. Motivasi di balik administrasi wilayah lokal ini adalah untuk mempengaruhi kehidupan individu dengan lebih baik. Strategi yang digunakan dalam latihan augmentasi dilakukan dengan empat macam, lebih spesifiknya: teknik sapaan, percakapan, tanya jawab dan survei. Perubahan inovasi dari yang mudah menjadi mutakhir dapat dikatakan sebagai jenis modernisasi yang biasanya juga akan diikuti oleh modernisasi (pemikiran). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini cukup berdampak positif bagi remaja khususnya yang ada di panti Asuhan Rizki Ilahi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang sudah dilakukan berjalan sangat baik dimana selama kegiatan ini berlangsung, terjadi perubahan perilaku berfikir pada remaja yang ada di panti asuhan Rizki Ilahi terkait pemanfaatan sistem informasi dan komunikasi. Abstract:  The development of information and communication technology has changed the way individuals interact with other individuals. The internet is becoming a new digital space that creates a cultural space. It is inevitable that the existence of the internet provides a lot of convenience to its users. Various access to information and entertainment from various parts of the world can be searched via the internet. The internet penetrates the boundaries of the dimensions of the user's life, time and space, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this community service is to have a better impact on people's lives. The method used in extension activities is carried out in four types, namely: lecture method, discussion, question and answer and questionnaire. Changes in technology from simple to advanced can be said to be a form of modernization which usually will also be followed by the modernization of ideas (ideas). The results of this community service activity had quite a positive impact on adolescents, especially those at the Rizki Ilahi orphanage. Community service activities that have been carried out have gone very well where during this activity, there has been a change in thinking behavior among teenagers in the Rizki Ilahi orphanage regarding the use of information and communication systems.

Abstract

The components of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence have been widely studied in the psychological domain of emotional intelligence. Intrapersonal intelligence is closely related to the individual's ability to recognize, regulate, and express one's feelings and emotions. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence with teamwork and the performance of athletes in the sport of karate. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a correlational research design. The population of this research is the beginner karate athletes in the said team number in Cianjur Regency with a total of 21 athletes. With characteristics: (1) Team kata karate athletes in Cianjur Regency who have received an intensive training program, (2) Age level is between 12-16 years, (3) Has practiced karate for at least 1 year, (4) Minimum belt level is yellow. The sampling technique in this study uses total sampling. The conclusion of this study shows that intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence have a significant influence on teamwork for team kata athletes in karate sports, teamwork team kata athletes karate can be explained or influenced by variables of intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence by 24.9%, while 75.1% is influenced by variables that are not studied, intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence do not have a significant influence on the performance of team athletes in karate, the performance of team athletes in karate is influenced by variables of intrapersonal intelligence and interpersonal intelligence of 0.56 %, while the remaining 99.44% is influenced by variables not examined.

Abstract

Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan nilai akurasi hasil terjemahan adalah dengan melakukan pembagian frasa dalam kalimat korpus. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menigkatkan akurasi mesin penerjemah statistik Bahasa Indonesia – Bahasa Bugis Wajo. Penelitian ini  mengimplementasikan algoritma pembagian frasa pada mesin penerjemah statistik, serta melakukan pengujian akurasi berdasarkan pembagian frasa dalam kalimat pada korpus paralel, dengan melakukan pemenggalan kalimat. Pemenggalan kalimat korpus dapat dilakukan dengan kondisi kalimat memiliki kata kunci seperti tanda koma, kata penghubung, kata negatif, kata keterangan penguat, kata tingkat perbandingan, kata yang menyatakan keadaan, kata depan dan adverbia. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan nilai akurasi hasil terjemahan tanpa dan dengan pembagian frasa dalam kalimat korpus. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara otomatis menggunakan bilingual evaluation understudy (BLEU). Hasil dari pengujian algoritma pembagian frasa yang diimplementasikan pada mesin penerjemah statistik bahasa Indonesia – bahasa Bugis Wajo mengalami peningkatan. Nilai akurasi sebesar 59,15% meningkat dari mesin tanpa pembagian frasa dan sebesar 0,07% meningkat dari mesin  dengan pembagian frasa tujuh algoritma

Abstract

Abstract Effective governance is now one of the key pillars in maintaining the stability and prosperity of a country. The development of information and communication technologies has fundamentally changed the way governments operate around the world. The digital age has opened up new opportunities and presented significant challenges in managing the country and serving the community. In 2021, North Maluku Province has officially established the Regional Digitalization Acceleration and Expansion Team (TP2DD). The program is expected to be a good start and a momentum to establish coordination, commitment, and synergy together in the context of expanding the digitization of local government transactions, to support national economic recovery which has a real impact on people's welfare. This study builds and empirically tests a model of the impact of government digital transformation on performance based on dynamic capability theory. This research uses a quantitative method approach. The research design used is a survey. The analysis method used is using a confirmatory factor analysis approach, namely Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). From the results of empirical statistical testing on case studies in North Maluku Province in the implementation of digitalization in each regional apparatus, transformation capability directly affects government performance. Transformation capability directly affects partnering agility, although at the same time the research shows that partnering agility has not had a significant effect on government performance. So related to partnering agility, it is necessary to create a joint program holistically in order to increase partnering agility. The results of this study also provide ideas for further research to find out and analyze what factors can influence partnering agility to be achieved. Abstract

Education is defined as an effort undertaken by a person or group of people to become mature or reach a higher level of life or livelihood in a mental sense. Islamic education in the general sense is "education based on al-Islam", or often also referred to as education based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. The function of Islamic education is to provide all facilities that can enable the tasks of Islamic education to be achieved and run smoothly. The aims of this research are: 1) To determine the use of social media of students at SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua in Pidie Jaya Regency. 2) To determine the PAI learning achievement of students at SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua in Pidie Jaya Regency. 3) To find out how much influence the use of social media has on PAI Learning Achievement at SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua in Pidie Jaya Regency. The method used in this research is Mix Method, which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The population is the entire research object, in this case all religious teachers and students at Pidie Jaya Regency High School. By using purposive sampling, namely selecting members of a certain population to be used as samples, especially religious teachers. Then, to complete the data from respondents, sources were determined deliberately with the consideration that they could explain the use of social media as a PAI learning medium in Pidie Jaya Regency High School. This research has a weakness, in that it does not cover all high schools in Pidie Jaya Regency. Therefore, further research is needed to perfect it. The research results showed that students at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Dua and SMA Negeri 1 Panjang Buya predominantly used social media for online business as much as 43%, apart from that students also dominantly used social media as a learning medium compared to non-learning. And PAI learning achievement is that the two high schools, both SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua, achieved PAI learning achievement with an average score of 78. The difference is not very significant. SMAN 1 Panjang Buya got an average score of 78.54 while SMAN 2 Bandar Dua got an average score of 78.73. So the difference in scores between the two schools, SMAN 1 Panjang Buya and SMAN 2 Bandar Dua is only around 0.14. As well as descriptive analysis that has been carried out on the use of social media by students of SMA Negeri 2 Bandar Dua and SMA Negeri 1 Panjang Buya. The F statistical value was obtained at 0.796 with a p-value of 0.379. The P-value (0.379) is greater than the significance level (0.05), so it can be concluded that there is no influence of X (social media use) on students' PAI scores (Y).

Abstract

Abstrak: Pelayanan kesehatan terpadu (posyandu) adalah suatu bentuk keterpaduan pelayanan kesehatan dan keluarga berencana yang dilaksanakan ditingkat dusun dalam wilayah kerja masing-masing puskesmas. Posyandu adalah suatu forum komunikasi, alih tegnologi dan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat oleh dan untuk masyarakat yang mempunyai nilai strategis dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia sejak dini. Sebagai pusat kegiatan masyarakat, posyandu merupakan forum swadaya masyarakat yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan sederhana dan keluarga berencana. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan peningkatan kinerja petugas terhadap pelayanan rekam medis sistem informasi khususnya pada bagian pencatatan dan pelaporan data. Kegiatan pengabdian di laksanakan di Posyadu Kawan Seiring, Kelurahan Bambu Kuning Kota Batam. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah mengadakan penyuluhan tentang pencatatan dan pelaporan pasien pada sistem 5 meja di posyandu dan sesi tanya jawab Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjalan dengan lancar. Antusiasme dari peserta juga cukup baik, hal ini bisa terlihat mulai dari awal kegiatan sampai rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selesai. Penyampaian materi dilakukan oleh tim yaitu pemaparan terkait pencatatan dan pelaporan pasien pada sistem 5 meja di posyandu. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pecatatan dan pelaporan pada sistem 5 meja telah dilaksanakan di Posyandu Kawan Seiring. Solusi terkait teknis pencatatan dan pelaporan di Posyandu telah diberikan termasuk saran untuk pengembangan pada sistem 5 meja posyandu ke depan.Abstract:  Integrated health services (posyandu) are a form of integrated health and family planning services implemented at the hamlet level within the working area of each community health center. Posyandu is a forum for communication, technology transfer and public health services by and for the community which has strategic value in developing human resources from an early age. As a center for community activities, posyandu is a community self-help forum that provides simple health and family planning services. This activity is expected to create an increase in the performance of officers regarding information system medical record services, especially in the data recording and reporting section. Service activities were carried out at Posyadu Kawan Along, Bambu Kuning Village, Batam City. The method used in this activity was to provide education about recording and reporting patients on the 5 desk system at the posyandu and a question and answer session. Overall, this community service activity ran smoothly. The enthusiasm of the participants was also quite good, this could be seen from the start of the activity until the series of community service activities were completed. The team delivered the material, namely a presentation regarding patient recording and reporting on the 5 desk system at the posyandu. Socialization and training activities for recording and reporting on the 5 table system have been carried out at Posyandu Kawan Along. Solutions related to technical recording and reporting at Posyandu have been provided including suggestions for future development of the 5 posyandu desk system.

Abstract

The research is aimed at the manufacture of flaywheel for hammer mill machines using the method of drilling, milling and turning, which aims to keep the engine rotation stable on the machine due to excess load and is a mass that rotates and is used as a storage of energy inside the machine. This research focuses on drilling, milling, and turning processes on low-carbon steels. (ST 40 Steel). The Flywheel is a component that is a plate that because of its weight can withstand drastic speed changes so that the rotation movement of the machinery shaft becomes more smooth. The drilling, milling and turning methods are machining methods that are widely used in the manufacturing industry. From the results of the research using the methods of drilling, milling and turning the following are on the process of making flywheel i.e. with the time of the drilling process of the production of sepie holes 62.82 minutes, the milling process of smoothing 2 surfaces of the work object 242.06 hours and the turning of the profile of 2 surface work object 117.6 hours with a total production time of about 15 days. Therefore, the results of this research provide useful guidance for the industry to optimize the drilling, milling and turning processes in flywheel manufacturing.

Abstract

Welded joining is a process of joining two or more similar metals by melting the area around the weld so that the metallurgical bonding of the weld metal occurs. In welding with filler metal, metals that have the same characteristics as the base metal are generally used. For welding thick pipes, notches and gaps are always made so that the filler metal can fill the area. The amount of filler metal will affect the strength of the weld. From the experimental results using E60xx and E70xx electrodes at a combined pressure of 60 bar, it gives good welding results at 1 mm filler filling. This result is in accordance with what is recommended by ASME.
