Abstract

This article examines the representation of Islamic culture through historical collections at the Sri Baduga Maharaja Museum in Bandung. It aims to analyze how artifacts such as momolo, Islamic glass paintings, and manuscripts like Serat Yusuf, Babad Banten, and Babad Cirebon reflect the process of Islamization and cultural acculturation in the Sundanese region from the 16th to early 20th century. This study employs historical methods with a qualitative approach, supported by interviews, direct observation, and literature review. The findings reveal that these collections not only hold historical value but also symbolic and educational significance, illustrating how Islamic values were integrated into local cultural frameworks in a peaceful and organic manner. Nevertheless, the curatorial interpretation of Islamic collections still requires improvement to better convey historical narratives and Islamic meanings in a contextual way to visitors.

Abstract

Point of Sale (POS) is a system designed to assist human activities in the sales operations of each transaction process. The coffee shop is one of the business sectors engaged in the food and beverage sector. As well as putting forward a concept, taste and service that has existed for more or less 2 years. The facilities used by the Mokara coffee shop still use a conventional system for recording each employee's absences, sales and purchase transactions as well as recapitulating financial reports so that it runs ineffectively. Therefore we need an application system to simplify and improve the current system. The purpose of this study was to examine the operational system that runs at the Mokara coffee shop, identify existing problems, and develop a system for processing sales transactions and creating financial summary reports. The method used is extreme programming method.

Abstract

The population growth in Indonesia continues to increase every year, which causes a higher level of demand for civil buildings and houses. 3D concrete printing is an innovative construction method that has recently begun to be applied to the construction industry and has proven to be profitable in terms of optimizing construction time, cost, design flexibility and error reduction as well as being environmentally friendly. The geopolymer 3D printer is a 3D concrete printing machine specifically for extruding geopolymer mortar materials. This study aims to design a mechanical construction system for a 3D printer geopolymer machine. Geopolymer mortar has a unique strength compared to cement mortar and dries faster so it has better molding properties. The design of the cartesian type geopolymer 3D printer machine uses the VDI 2222 design method which consists of planning, conceptualizing, designing, and finishing. Based on this design method, a printing area of 5m x 5m x 3m is designed with a maximum printing speed of 100 mm/s. The results of this design meet the demands and are stated to be technically good in static calculations.

Abstract

Local bamboo stick products are still unable to compete with imported bamboo stick on the market due to the high cost of production. The production of bamboo stick has several stages, including cutting bamboo blades, removing bamboo skin, forming square blades, forming circle profiles, cutting lengths, smoothing, sharpening, and drying. Currently, the refining process at the Booboo Walini Workshop has an uneven level of uniformity. In the design process of this polishing machine, the VDI 2222 design methodology is used. The way this machine works is that the bamboo stick will be inserted into a cylindrical finned reservoir and then rotated within + 1 hour. The skewers will contact each other and rub against each other which can smooth the surface of the bamboo stick from the fibers. In determining the optimal geometry and number of fins in the reservoir, simulations were carried out using Altair EDEM software with a Discrete Element Method (DEM) approach and considering the optimal number of contacts during the polishing process. This machine is driven by an electric motor with a power of 1.1 kW and an output rotation of 16 rpm. This polishing machine has a production capacity of 461.5 kg daily with a storage dimension of ∅597.3 × 680 mm.

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out the pattern of management and implementation of BK at SDN 1 Kekeri, Kec. Gunungsari. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, with a descriptive research approach where data is collected and expressed in the form of words and images, the words are arranged in sentences, for example sentences resulting from interviews between researchers and informants. This research will be carried out at SDN Kekeri District. Gunungsari, Kab. West Lombok and is planned to be implemented for 8 months. The research subjects were school principals, teachers and students. Primary data sources, which include data in the form of interviews obtained from school principals, teachers and students. Apart from interviews, researchers also use data sources in the form of field observations, namely in the form of classroom learning processes and documentation. Secondary data is data sourced from reports or related documents found at the research location. This research uses data collection techniques: in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles, Huberman and Saldana model of data analysis with stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verifications. Based on the research results, several important points were obtained. At SDN 1 Kekeri, various supports and assistance are provided by class teachers as supervisors/counselors at the elementary school. Various types of guidance and counseling support services and activities are carried out by class teachers with the aim of solving and overcoming potential problems arising in students. The scope of management and implementation of BK at SDN 1 Kekekri includes: (1) Direct services; (2) guidance and counseling services through the media; (3) administrative activities; and (4) additional duties/professional development for guidance and counseling teachers or counselors. To ensure the proper implementation of BK services at SDN 1 Kekeri, supervision of guidance is needed both technically and administratively. Abstract

This research aims to describe writing errors in the narrative texts of class V students at SDN 34 Mataram in the 2019/2020 academic year. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The object of this research is 27 narrative texts written by class V students at SDN 34 Mataram. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The technique used in collecting data is triangulation including interview techniques, documentation and test techniques. This triangulation technique is also a test of data credibility, where when the data collected through these three techniques produces the same data, the research is said to be credible. The researcher is the key instrument in this research, then the researcher also uses interview guides and tests as supporting instruments. The research results showed that errors in the use of word choice (diction) were the most common errors, amounting to 187 errors with a percentage of 42.43%. Errors in using dots resulted in 116 errors with a percentage of 26.30%. The next mistake that students often make is the error in using capital letters. There were 78 errors made by students in using capital letters with a percentage of 17.69%. The errors made by students were errors in using the words in, to and from as well as errors in using commas which amounted to 23 and 37 respectively with percentages of 5.22% and 8.39%. The suggestion given is for teachers to carry out more intensive learning, especially paying more attention to the writing aspect. Apart from that, students are also expected to practice a lot through teacher guidance.

Abstract

Mesin cuci adalah perangkat yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat, karena menawarkan kemudahan dan kepraktisan. Namun, efisiensi kerja mesin cuci dapat menurun seiring waktu, terutama pada komponen-komponennya yang mungkin mengalami penurunan kinerja atau kerusakan. Dalam penelitian ini, merancang sebuah alat pendeteksi kerusakan pada mesin cuci yang dirancang dalam bentuk trainer yang dioperasikan dalam bentuk simulasi dan berguna sebagai media pembelajaran agar lebih mengenal sistematis dari mesin cuci. Pada modul trainer ini menggunakan toggle button switch yang terpasang pada setiap jalur kabel yang digunakan sebagai simulasi dalam keadaan kerusakan. Sensor yang digunakan pada trainer ini yakni PZEM-004T yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi arus, tegangan dan daya yang digunakan motor AC (Alternating Current). Sedangkan untuk mengukur kecepatan RPM (Revolutions per Minute) motor menggunakan sensor proximity dengan memanfaatkan prinsip efek hall. Mikrokontroler yang digunakan untuk memproses data yang dihasilkan sensor yaitu arduino nano, dimana data tersebut akan ditampilkan pada layar LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). Pada penelitian ini, hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan pengujian sensor PZEM-004T dapat mengukur tegangan, arus, dan daya dengan error sebesar 7.3% keberhasilan 92.7%, sensor proximity dapat mengukur kecepatan motor dengan error 3.4% keberhasilan 96.6%. Kendala dalam sistem monitoring berupa pembacaan nilai pada layar LCD yang sering terhenti secara real-time, disebabkan oleh kebutuhan waktu jeda yang lama untuk membaca nilai sensor proximity hall effect.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pemahaman tentang dua model perencanaan strategis, SWOT dan BSC. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan perumusan masalah dan mengumpulkan data melalui penelitian literatur, wawancara, dokumentasi kearsipan, kebijakan, dan observasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unit Perpustakaan PPT UIN Bandung memerlukan perencanaan strategis untuk mencapai tujuan jangka panjang. Dengan memahami dan membandingkan Model SWOT dan Balanced Scorecard, mereka dapat memperluas pengetahuan teoritis tentang praktik manajemen perpustakaan. Mereka juga akan memiliki alat yang kuat untuk membantu para pemimpin dan manajer pendidikan membuat keputusan penting. Dengan implementasi yang tepat, kedua model ini dapat menjadi instrumen yang sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di berbagai konteks organisasi. Perpustakaan harus memastikan bahwa hasil analisis model dapat dipahami oleh seluruh tim. Hal ini memungkinkan setiap orang untuk memiliki pemahaman tentang visi dan tujuan organisasi dan merasa terlibat dalam perjuangan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dengan menerapkan saran ini, lembaga pendidikan dapat memanfaatkan manfaat model strategis dan mengarahkan tindakan mereka ke arah peningkatan pendidikan. Analisis perencanaan Strategis pada orgfanisasi Pendidikan adalah upaya untuk Meningkatkan Manajemen dan pelayanan di perguruan tinggi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung khususnya UPT Perpustakaan. Variable dalam penelitian ini terbatas dalam dua model manajemen perencanaan strategic yaitu model SWOT dan BSC. Dengan menguji tingkat kelemahan dan kelebihan dari model tersebut dengan mengembangkan beberapa variable yaitu (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) dan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) merupakan langkah esensial dalam memperdalam pengetahuan teoritis terkait manajemen pendidikan. Model SWOT memberikan gambaran holistik tentang faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Village libraries play an important role as literacy centres within rural communities. A village library serves as a literacy initiative, bringing reading materials to strategically accessible locations in the community, with the aim of enhancing literacy levels and fostering reading interest. The methods employed in this activity included observation, interviews, and socialisation through a community-based approach that involved residents. The target group consisted of early childhood children, including those who had not yet entered school and those who were already attending school. The results show that the literacy skills of children who visited the village library improved, as reflected in the variety of books borrowed, their ability to engage in dialogue and convey the content of the books, as well as their ability to colour according to the instructions provided in the reading materials. The children’s enthusiasm for diverse reading materials serves as a strong indicator that should be taken into consideration in managing the village library, particularly in continuously providing new and relevant reading books.

Abstract

Studi ini dirancang untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi (X1) dan reputasi bank (X2) terhadap minat nasabah (Y) dalam menggunakan program pembiayaan BSI Mitraguna Berkah. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menilai dampak dari beberapa variabel independen pada variabel dependen. Dalam proses pengambilan sampel, diterapkan metode purposive_sampling dengan melibatkan 110_responden yang berstatus sebagai nasabah PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palembang Demang, melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner berbasis web dengan media Google Form. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil analisis mengindikasikan bahwa promosi dan reputasi bank, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama, berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah untuk memanfaatkan produk pembiayaan BSI Mitraguna Berkah. Pentingnya penelitian ini terletak pada pemahaman bagaimana promosi yang efektif dan reputasi yang baik dari bank dapat mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah untuk memilih produk tersebut.
