Abstract

Landing Craft Tank (LCT) is a sea transportation that serves to carry various types of cargo and heavy mining equipment and has a large size. In shipbuilding, the construction structure on the ship is not only designed to be able to accept the load from the cargo being transported but also must be able to withstand external loads caused by waves. With the modification of the Self-Propelled Oil Barge (SPOB) ship into a Landing Craft Tank (LCT), the calculation and planning process on the deck structure of the Landing Craft Tank (LCT) ship really needs to pay attention to the stress and strain strength in order to meet the safety factors that have been set in accordance with the applicable rules. This study aims to determine the maximum allowable stress value and the safety factor of the modified structure of the Landing Craft Tank (LCT) ship deck construction. The method used in this research is the finite element method. In this study uses 2 variations of the type of support "Tee Bar" and "Angle Bar". The results of this study the value of material deformation that occurs on the ship's deck with a variation of "Angle Bar" of 1.1497 mm and the value of material deformation that occurs on the deck of a ship with a variation of "Tee Bar" of 0.97269 mm. The maximum stress value acting on the ship's deck with the "Angle Bar" profile variation is 152.64 MPa and the maximum strain value is 0.00072686 mm/mm. The maximum stress value acting on the ship's deck for the "Tee Bar" profile variation is 147, 63 MPa and the maximum strain value is 0.000703 mm/mm. The value of the Safety Factor based on the criteria for the material on the ship's deck is obtained by comparing the yield stress value of the material and the maximum working stress must be greater than 1, then the deck construction with the variation of the "Angle Bar" profile is 2,326 and for the variation of the "Tee" profile type. Bar” 2,405 are categorized as safe. As for the Safety Factor based on BKI rules for the variation of the "Angle Bar" profile of 1,638 and for the variation of the "Tee Bar" profile of 1,693 it is categorized as safe. then the deck construction with the variation of the profile type "Angle Bar" is 2,326 and for the variation of the profile type "Tee Bar" 2.405 is categorized as safe. Abstract

This research is intended to determine the effect of Asset, Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Asset, Asset Turnover Ratio on sharia stock return on Sharia Indonesia Stock Exchange (Index Saham Syariah Indonesia). This research was conducted using quantitative approach with the object of research on the company at the Sharia Indonesia Stock Exchange registered in the periode 2018, with a total of 40 companies. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in answering the hypothesis of this study is linear regresion analysis with dummy variable and numeric variables. The result of this study indicate that partially net profit margin and return on asset have a significant effect on sharia stock return in the Sharia Indonesia Stock Exchange. Simultaneous asset, current ratio, debt equity ratio, net profit margin, return on asset, asset turnover ratio have a significant effect on sharia stock return in the Sharia Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pendistribusian Zakat, Infak, Sedekah (selanjutnya disebut ZIS) di BMT Amanah Ummah melalui pola kemitraan dengan lembaga pengelola zakat, yaitu Lazismu UMS. BMT Amanah Ummah dalam mendistribusikan melalui pola mandiri belum terlaksana secara optimal menjangkau mustahik secara luas dengan berbagai program kegiatan. Melalui pola kemitraan, kendala pendistribusian ZIS di BMT Amanah Ummah diharapkan dapat lebih optimal. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui proses dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian adalahpertama, BMT Amanah Ummah dalam mendistribusikan ZIS telah menjalin kemitraan dengan Lazismu UMS yang direalisasikan dalam Program Ben Sehat dan Ben Pinter; Kedua, Kemitraan BMT Amanah Ummah dengan Lazismu UMS dalam mendistribusikan ZIS termasuk jenis bentuk pendistribusian konsumtif kreatif; Keitga, Kemitraan BMT Amanah Ummah dengan Lazismu UMS dalam mendistribusikan ZIS telah melaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip pemerataan, keadilan, dan kewilayahan; Keempat, kemitraan BMT Amanah Ummah dengan Lazismu UMS belum menjangkau jenis bentuk distrtibusi ZIS yang lainnya, seperti konsumtif tradisional, produktif tradisional, dan produktif kreatif. Demikian pula apabila dilihat dari prinsip pemerataan, belum meliputi ke seluruh program yang lain, yaitu: Kelembagaan, Ben Kuat, dan Ben Seneng.

Abstract

Based on data in 2020 on mothers aged 40-50 years visits, who experienced menopausal symptoms in the Balai Kota DKI Jakarta health service unit as many as 35 people among complaints such as irregularities of the menstrual cycle, sweat a lot, insomnia, hypertension, fatigue quickly, spinal pain, bone loss, blood circulation disorders, increased weight. Women who experience the premenopausal phase experience some physical and psychological changes (Rediyanati, 2011). The impact of changes in the climatterium phase in women is that women feel many complaints, but between one women and the other is different because of biological effects and individual reactions due to low estrogen that cause different symptoms. The impact caused is that women become less confident because they experience or lack of acceptance of the physical and psychic changes experienced. This excessive anxiety and fear can affect the level of readiness so that women need knowledge and readiness both related to physical and psychological changes that will be faced (Fitriani, 2012). Women of menopause age will experience many health risks so it is appropriate that great attention to prepare women for menopause should be given. The purpose of the study was to find out the factors that affect the readiness of mothers in facing menopause. This study used an analytical quantitative type with a Cross Sectional design with a sample of 32 mothers aged 40-50 years and purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study found a meaningful relationship between education (p value 0.039), knowledge level (value p 0.015) and complaints (value p 0.039) with the readiness of mothers facing menopause. Recommendations for Midwives and the government should provide better Health Education for woman with the age leading up to Menopause so that with increasing knowledge can make the mother better prepared for her menopause period. Abstract

Wakaf uang  telah menjadi alternatif yang bagus untuk individu atau organisasi  yang tidak memiliki aset tidak bergerak tetapi hanya memiliki aset bergerak untuk tujuan endowment. Yayasan Oase Anak bangsa juga berkeinginan untuk menjadi nazhir wakaf uang untuk mensupport kegiatan pada bidang pendidikan dan sosial. Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan membantu yayasan untuk mendirikan nazhir wakaf uang yang mendapatkan izin dari Badan Wakaf Indonesia. Hasil PkM menunjukkan masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat sekitar yayasan terkait wakaf selain itu PkM ini; juga sudah membantu syarat nazhir mempunyai sertifikasi kompetensi di bidang pengelolaan wakaf.

Abstract

: Setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki fase naik dan turun perfoma, termasuk dari segi keuangan. Financial distress adalah peristiwa penurunan kinerja keuangan perusahaan secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Bagi perusahaan, financial distress adalah salah satu kondisi penyebab kebangkrutan paling sering. Sebab berbeda dengan penurunan laba biasa, nominal kerugian karena financial distress bisa sangat besar hingga mempengaruhi kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio likuiditas, leverage, operating capacity dan sales growth terhadap financial distress pada PT Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk. PT Krakatau Steel (Persero), Tbk bergerak pada bidang Industri Baja. PT Krakata Steel (Persero), Tbk didirikan pada tanggal 23 Oktober tahun 1997. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian asosiatif yaitu mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan oleh peneliti adalah 11 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan tahun 2020 menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria (1) komponen data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang tersedia ada sesuai kebutuhan peneliti dan (2) data ter up to date. Pada penelitian ini data di olah menggunakan software SPSS V.22, untuk menguji data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan hasil penelitian ini yaitu Leverage, Operating Capacity dan Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, namun, Likuiditas berpengaruh negative secara signifikan terhadap Financial Distress, dan Secara simultan Likuiditas, Leverage, Operating Capacity dan Sales Growth tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Financial Distress.

Abstract

This service aims to further introduce alternative tourist attractions in Raba Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Besides that, another goal of this service is to be able to increase the village's original income and provide jobs for the local village community. The methods used in this service activity are: socialization of the program, analysis of the attractiveness of tourist objects, environmental conditions and ease of access to tourist attractions, assistance and strengthening of human resources, assistance for institutional strengthening of tourism village community groups, assistance for participatory planning and development of tourist villages, and training and entrepreneurship assistance and making souvenirs to be sold at tourist sites. The result of the dedication is the formation of a natural tourist location "Jurang Pengantin" which will become a tourist destination for local and foreign tourists from Wawo District and the formation of groups of young people who are aware of tourism and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Background: In the age range of 18-29 years, generally early adults experience anxiety that arises during the quarter life crisis phase. Anxiety arises with increasing age because individuals experience several pressures from various parties, both demands from the environment, demands from family to demands from themselves. Supportive group therapy will make a place for individual mental healing because individuals with the same problem will strengthen each other and share experiences in the group, Methods: The Method used is a literature review by reviewing 5 international articles and 5 national articles, the data collection process using the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items For Review and Meta Analysis) method and data analysis using Thematic Analysis to examine articles using compare, contrast and criticize., Results: The results showed that 10 articles stated that supportive group therapy was significantly able to reduce anxiety. Anxiety decreases due to mutual reinforcement of members in a supportive group, Conclusions: The conclusion of the author states that supportive group therapy can be used as a nursing intervention to reduce anxiety in early adults who experience anxiety during the quarter life crisis.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk mayoritas muslim. Masyarakat muslim setiap tahunnya melaksanakan kegiatan berpuasa hal ini menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan pola makan dan konsumsi obat. Meskipun agama islam mempunyai keringanan bagi yang tidak mampu melaksanakannya, orang sakit dan sedang dalam pengobatan biasanya tetap melaksanakan ibadah wajib tersebut. Pasien dengan penyakit kronis atau degeneratif biasanya mengonsumsi obat secara rutin setiap harinya dan mengonsumsi obat lebih dari dua kali sehari, sehingga diperlukan edukasi penggunaan obat saat berpuasa agar kesehatan pasien tetap terjaga. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di salah satu Apotek di Kabupaten Banjar kepada pasien dengan penyakit kronis, dengan langkah menanyakan terkait tata cara penggunaan obat yang diresepkan, memberikan edukasi terkait tata cara penggunaan obat saat berpuasa, kemudian mengevaluasi hasil edukasi. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebelum di pemberian edukasi 90,90% pasien belum dapat menjelaskan tata cara penggunaan obat dengan benar, dan 100% pasien dapat menjelaskan terkait tata cara penggunaan obat setelah dilaksanakan edukasi.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the sectors that support economic growth in Indonesia. The MSME sector must be able to provide its financial reports. This community service was carried out in Kolo Village, Bima City, NTB, one of the areas where MSMEs have not been able to fully keep simple bookkeeping. The purpose of the Community Service (PKM) activity entitled Simple Bookkeeping Training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) processing seafood in the Kolo Sub-District, Kota Bima is so that the people in Kolo Sub-District, Kota Bima, where the majority are MSME actors, are able to make simple bookkeeping of financial transactions. owned so that receipts, expenses and profits (profits) or losses obtained can be measured and controlled to determine the progress of their business from time to time. The method used is training on simple bookkeeping by using the Cash Receipt and Disbursement Book for all MSME operational activities.
