The average production of sugar is 2.26 million tons per year, while consumption is about 5.10 million tons per year. This is what causes the number of production and consumption of sugar shows a fairly high gap. Extensification approach in increasing sugar cane production to achieve sugar self sufficiency target is quite difficult to achieve, so intensification program is one of the efforts that can be done through evaluation and optimization phase of germination and plant growth with application of growth regulator (Fitohormon). If this is done then to obtain a sugar cane plant that has the productivity and optimal yield is likely to be achieved (Ahmad Khuluq and Ruly Hamida, 2014). The experiment was conducted at Experimental Garden of Agriculture Faculty, Merdeka University, April-June 2017. Using Randomized Block Design with 3 replications. and 8 doses of Hormax growing growth regulator, among others: 0 ml/l water (Control); 1 ml/l water; 2 ml/l water; 3 ml/l water; 4 ml/l water; 5 ml/l water; 6 ml/l water; 7 ml/l water. In conclusion, the use of Hormax significantly affected the germination rate, the number of leaves, the number of roots, the wet weight and the dry weight per cane plant. Increased dose of Hormax followed by an increase in all variables of sugar cane observation. The highest results were shown dose of Hormax 7 ml/l water), but statistically not significantly different from the treatment dose of Hormax 6 ml/l water) and dose of Hormax 5 ml/l water. It is recommended that to assist the germination and early growth of sugar cane using a dose of Hormax 5 ml/l water. Keywords : Dose, growth hormax, sugar cane

This study aims to achieve maximum cognitive learning outcomes of students. Student cognitive learning outcomes something that comes from students through the ability and encouragement in themselves. But in reality, students who have high intrapersonal intelligence and motivation to learn even cognitive learning outcomes are still the same. This research uses correlational quantitative research. In addition, this study used random sampling to determine the number of samples to be studied, namely 30 students in 4 classes. Collecting data using tests, questionnaires, documentation, observation and google form. Calculation of data analysis techniques using the help of SPSS for Windows 23 Version. The results of this study are as follows: (1) the level of intrapersonal intelligence of class XI students is categorized as being achieved by the respondent frequency of 23 students at intervals of 63 <X ? 88 with a percentage of 77%, (2) the level of learning motivation of class XI students. is known to be included in the high category achieved by the respondent frequency of 27 students in the interval X> 73 with a percentage of 88%, (3) the level of cognitive learning outcomes of class XI students is known to be in the high category achieved by the respondent frequency of 11 students at interval X> 88 with a percentage of 37%, and (4) there is a positive correlation between intrapersonal intelligence and learning motivation with the cognitive learning outcomes of class XI MA Al-Hikmah (PRIMA) Kajen Margoyoso Pati.

The Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising mechanism indicates that there is an element of gharar because in the transaction there is a ju'alah pillar that is not fulfilled, namely the unclear amount of wages (ju'lu) that the advertiser (ja'il) must give to Facebook Ads (maj'ul-lahu), where the ambiguity is because the PPC system advertising fee is determined based on the number of audiences who click on the ad links, even though any party cannot know how many audiences have been reached before the advertising period ends. Meanwhile, Gharar is one of the elements that can cancel economic transactions. This research method uses descriptive-qualitative data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. After conducting research, the gharar that occurs in PPC transactions is not significant and tolerance must be given so that maqashid sharia in the economic field in the form of rawaj al-mal is realized so that economic growth becomes high, income distribution in the community and poverty reduction

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure and sales growth on the capital structure of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables. The analytical tools used are distance analysis, growth analysis, der analysis, classical assumption analysis, normality analysis, autocorrelation analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test and f test (SPSS Version 21). The results of this study indicate that asset structure has no effect on capital structure and sales growth has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. To improve the capital structure, namely by reducing long-term debt, and increasing sales so that the capital structure will be more stable and optimal.

Penyajian informasi visual sangat penting dalam menyampaikan pesan secara efektif. Informasi visual memiliki kekuatan untuk menyampaikan ide, data, dan konsep secara cepat, menarik, dan mudah diingat. Informasi visual cenderung lebih mudah diingat daripada informasi dalam bentuk teks. Rasio pemrosesan visual dalam otak manusia jauh lebih tinggi, sehingga informasi visual dapat meninggalkan kesan yang lebih kuat dan tahan lama dalam ingatan. Canva adalah salah satu alat atau platform yang populer digunakan untuk mendesain informasi visual. Canva menawarkan berbagai fitur dan template yang memudahkan pengguna dalam membuat grafis, infografis, poster, presentasi, dan desain visual lainnya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan Canva dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi HRD dalam menciptakan materi dan konten yang menarik serta memperkuat komunikasi visual dalam lingkup tugas mereka. Dengan Canva, HRD dapat membuat brosur, poster, undangan, dan materi promosi lainnya dengan mudah dan cepat. Mereka dapat memilih template yang sesuai, menambahkan informasi acara, mengedit desain, dan menghasilkan materi promosi yang menarik dan profesional.

The title of this research is "Economics Growth Analysis of Primary Sector in South of Sumatera Province”. This research was conducted to explain the effect of credit distribution, labor and development expenditure toward the economics primary sector growth in South of Sumatera Province. This research coped with South of Sumatera Province. The writers used secondary data periode 1991 to 2005 in this research. The method in this research is distributed lag-model to find the significant hypothesis about the infuence of credit distribution, labor and development expenditure toward the economics primary sector growth in South of Sumatera Province. Based on the result of the analysis, it showed that the credit distribution, labor and development expenditure toward the economics agricultural sector growth in South of Sumatera Province has a significant effect. On the other hands, the credit distribution and development expenditure toward the economics mining sector growth in South of Sumatera Province does not have a significant effect. In conclusion, the result showed that there was a significant effect on credit distribution, labor and development expenditure toward the economics primary sector growth in South of Sumatera Province. This service aims to further introduce alternative tourist attractions in Raba Village, Wawo District, Bima Regency. Besides that, another goal of this service is to be able to increase the village's original income and provide jobs for the local village community. The methods used in this service activity are: socialization of the program, analysis of the attractiveness of tourist objects, environmental conditions and ease of access to tourist attractions, assistance and strengthening of human resources, assistance for institutional strengthening of tourism village community groups, assistance for participatory planning and development of tourist villages, and training and entrepreneurship assistance and making souvenirs to be sold at tourist sites. The result of the dedication is the formation of a natural tourist location "Jurang Pengantin" which will become a tourist destination for local and foreign tourists from Wawo District and the formation of groups of young people who are aware of tourism and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

AbstrakLatar Belakang: Standar pelayanan kefarmasian adalah tolak ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kefarmasian. Sedangkan pelayanan kefarmasian adalah suatu pelayanan langsung dan bertanggung jawab kepada pasien yang berkaitan dengan sediaan farmasi dengan maksud mencapai hasil yang pasti untuk meningkatkan mutu kehidupan pasien. Tujuan: Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di instalasi farmasi RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis studi deskriptif tentang evaluasi pelayanan. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Peneliti dalam penelitian ini tidak melakukan intervensi atau perlakuan terhadap subjek penelitian tetapi hanya memberikan kuesioner (self administered). Dalam hal ini pengumpulan data pasien dari pasien diperoleh dari pasien rawat jalan reguler RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta pada bulan februari 2021. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian di RSUD. Dr. Moewardi total adalah 84,5 %. Kesimpulan: Pasien rawat jalan reguler di RSUD Dr. Moewardi merasa sangat puas terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian apotek rawat jalan reguler.

Nilai perusahaan memegang peranan sentral dalam menarik minat pemegang saham, yang secara langsung berhubungan dengan tingkat profitabilitas dan kesempatan investasi perusahaan. Tingkat profitabilitas mencerminkan kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan dividen, sementara kesempatan investasi mencirikan potensi pertumbuhan nilai perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh profitabilitas, kesempatan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan sebsektor makanan dan minuman yang ada dalam daftar DES selama Preode tiga tahun (2019-2021). Sedangkan Metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui purposive sampling, menghasilkan 15 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan total observasi sebanyak 45. Analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi data panel, regresi ramdom effeck sebagai model yang di pulih dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada bilai perusahaan subsector makanan dan minuman, dan ini rercermin dalam nilai thitung sebesar 3,050069, yang melebihi nilai ttabel 2,17881 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,0002 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, variabel kesempatan investasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan subsektor tersebut, dengan thitung sebesar 2,674797 > ttabel 2,17881 dan nilai signifikansi 0,0106 < 0,05. Company value plays a central role in attracting shareholder interest, which is directly related to the company's level of profitability and investment opportunities. The level of profitability reflects the company's ability to generate dividends, while investment opportunities characterize the potential for growth in company value. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of profitability and investment opportunities on the value of companies in the food and beverage sector on the DES list during the three year period (2019-2021). Meanwhile, the research methodology applied is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Sample selection was carried out through purposive sampling, resulting in 15 companies as research samples with a total of 45 observations. Data analysis was carried out through panel data regression, random effect regression as the model recovered in this research. Meanwhile, data analysis uses Eviews 9. The results of the research show that profitability has a positive and significant effect on the value of companies in the food and beverage subsector, and this is reflected in the t value of 3.050069, which exceeds the t table value of 2.17881 with a significance level of 0.0002 < 0 .05. Furthermore, the investment opportunity variable also has a positive and significant effect on the company value of this subsector, with tcount of 2.674797 >ttable 2.17881 and a significance value of 0.0106 <0.05.

The currently developing economy is developing towards a market orientation where competition occurs in various activities within the national economy. Recently, the development of trade in Bojonegoro has developed, including in fruit retail, namely the Fruit Laskar shop which is famous for having several branches in almost all sub-districts in the Bojonegoro district, discount promos and price discounts are given on the grounds that there is an abundance of stock on the market so they can sell below the market and if it is termed using money burning, predatoring pricing or selling at a loss, business actors deliberately sell at a loss to dominate the market and in the long run to get multiple profits. The results of this study contribute a theory regarding demonstrating the concept of money burning business at Fruit Laskar Fruit Retail in Bojonegoro Regency in accordance with Islamic Economic Law. First, because the terms and pillars of Bai Muwada'ah are fulfilled, Second, when a sale and purchase contract occurs between the buyer and seller voluntarily, the third is related to the terms of transparency in the Bai' Muwad'ah contract, it is not an absolute requirement because the seller is not the buyer, and it is proven in the practice does not contain Ikhtikhar and tadris elements and there is no monopoly because in the current era it is difficult for this to happen, the concept of money burning when viewed from the objective of practice is carried out to dominate the market, gain large profits in the future, and this is what is similar or even similar to the capitalist concept , where actually this money burning is only a stepping stone to further become money capital or money accumulative. The money burning carried out by the Fruit Warriors is to increase the number of buyers and expand their market, in the case of burning money in the form of giving discounts, at the beginning the company had to spend money for various purposes from building systems to marketing.
