Abstract

This community service aims to increase the knowledge and skills of community business groups through the transformation of packaging technology, marketing and business management by diversifying the basic ingredients of duck eggs, jackfruit, cassava, moringa leaves and corn into processed smoked salted egg products. Community skills in processing duck eggs and other natural products already exist but there is not yet a variety of product types. The aim of this program is to form a new business unit that develops food products from duck egg ingredients and uses online marketing strategies. Specifically, this program trains corporate participants to produce various types of processed products from duck eggs. The training starts with processing, packaging, marketing methods and ends with demonstrations, training or counseling. This activity involves members of students studying real work who are accompanied by accompanying lecturers in the management study program, the Penanae sub-district apparatus with business actors in the Penanane sub-district and the community in Penanae sub-district, Bima city. As a result of this activity, business actors have understood skills and entrepreneurship, know how to manage a business, have understood and have skills and entrepreneurship, know how to manage a structured business, have smoked salted egg processed products, and understand how to market products with packaging innovation and the use of technology. Understanding of duck egg processing among business actors is increasing and opening the minds of business actors to take advantage of existing advantages to increase income. Active business actors respond positively to the skills and knowledge conveyed through team dedication.

Abstract

Online ride-hailing applications continue to grow rapidly, making digital service quality, customer trust, and user loyalty increasingly important factors in maintaining competitiveness. In this context, customer satisfaction is often considered a mediating factor that connects the influence of e-service quality and trust on loyalty. This study aims to examine the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the relationship between e-service quality and customer trust toward user loyalty in ride-hailing applications. A quantitative approach was applied using a literature review method. Secondary data were gathered from various sources such as books, academic journals, and theses to analyze the reciprocal relationships among the variables. The findings indicate that all hypotheses from previous studies are supported, showing significant and positive relationships between digital service quality and customer trust toward satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction functions as an effective mediator, channeling the influence of e-service quality and trust into stronger customer loyalty. In other words, improvements in service quality and customer trust lead to higher satisfaction, which in turn enhances user loyalty.

Abstract

Background. This research is intended to provide an analysis of Ikhiyariyah wills in the perspective of the maqashid Syariah Imam Al Syathibi (a case study in Gondangmanis Village, Bandarkedungmulyo District, Jombang Regency). The main problems are 1). What is meant by a khiyariyah will according to the scholars? 2). What is the khiyariyah will according to maqashib Imam Al Syathibi? Aim. After conducting an in-depth analysis, it was found that in terms of the obligatory testament, the maqashid perspective of Imam Al Syathibi and the opinions of the clergy and practice in Gondangmanis Village are in line. The opinion of the scholars stated that giving a mandatory will to adopted children or adoptive parents and not to the heirs. In Imam Al Syathibi's thought, the general rule of the first maqasid formulation is that the Shari'a is made to safeguard the benefit of the servant, both the benefit in this world and the benefit in the hereafter. The benefit of this servant includes benefit at the primary (dharuriyyat), secondary (hajiyat) and tertiary (tahsiniyyat) levels. Once the khiyariyah will that occurred in Gondangmanis Village was carried out for the benefit. Methods. In discussing this problem the research method used is qualitative research and this type of research is field research using a phenomenological approach to qualitative research which does not require in-depth knowledge of the literature used and certain abilities on the part of the researcher. Results. In terms of determining the number of levels of khiyariyah wills that will be obtained for those who are entitled to receive them, the ulama and the realization in Gondangmanis Village tend to be the same, namely a maximum of one third (1/3). According to maqashid Imam Al Syathibi, this is appropriate for the benefit of making Islamic law. This is done so that disharmony does not occur in the family and still maintain social relations between them.

Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kesadaran serta wawasan mengenai teknologi keselamatan, khususnya terkait potensi kebocoran gas LPG, tim pengabdian masyarakat melaksanakan kegiatan pengenalan teknologi otomatisasi sistem kontrol kebocoran gas LPG di SMAN 1 Cikeusal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif kepada para siswa tentang pentingnya menjaga keselamatan di lingkungan rumah serta bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi dapat membantu meningkatkan keamanan. Teknologi yang diperkenalkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sistem otomatisasi berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino yang dilengkapi dengan sensor MQ-2. Sensor MQ-2 dirancang khusus untuk mendeteksi kebocoran gas LPG secara cepat dan akurat. Dalam sistem ini, sensor MQ-2 bertugas mendeteksi keberadaan gas LPG di udara. Apabila konsentrasi gas melebihi ambang batas tertentu, sensor akan mengirimkan sinyal kepada mikrokontroler Arduino. Selanjutnya, mikrokontroler akan mengaktifkan alarm dan dapat menjalankan tindakan pencegahan lain, seperti menyalakan lampu LED secara otomatis atau menampilkan notifikasi di perangkat LCD I2C. Para siswa memperoleh penjelasan secara mendalam tentang cara kerja sistem tersebut, mulai dari prinsip dasar sensor MQ-2, proses pemrograman pada mikrokontroler Arduino, hingga integrasi sistem dengan perangkat otomatisasi. Selain itu, dilakukan pula demonstrasi langsung untuk memperlihatkan bagaimana sistem merespons ketika mendeteksi kebocoran gas. Demonstrasi ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman praktis kepada siswa mengenai penerapan teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan fungsi utama pemerintah dalam memberikan kesejahteraan dan kepuasan bagi masyarakat. Kelurahan sebagai unit pemerintahan terdekat memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan layanan administrasi dan sosial. Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia No. 15 Tahun 2014 Tentang pedoman standar pelayanan yaitu; “Bahwa setiap penyelenggara pelayanan publik wajib menyusun, menetapkan, dan menerapkan Standar Pelayanan serta menetapkan Maklumat Pelayanan dengan memperhatikan kemampuan penyelenggara, kebutuhan masyarakat, dan kondisi lingkungan”. Kelurahan Sungai Jingah memiliki 12.884 jiwa sedangkan pelayanan publik dilakukan hanya 10 personel, sehingga mengalami keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. Identifikasi permasalahan di Kelurahan Sungai Jingah, yaitu sering terlambatnya pegawai Kelurahan kembali bekerja memberikan pelayanan setelah mereka melaksanakan istrahat sholat dan makan siang, masih banyak layanan yang tidak segera diselesaikan, seperti surat pengantar dari kelurahan, sehingga masyarakat harus mengambil hasil layanan yang harapkan pada keesokan harinya, dan masih kuranganya peralatan cadangan, jika terjadi kemacetan pada salah satu alat pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah melaksanakan pre-test, penyamaian materi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. melaksanakan post-test dan Data pre-test dan post-test kemudian dianalisis melalui rumus persentasi..Hasil pree-test dan post-test menunjukan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi aparatur dan kader Kelurahan Sungai Jingah secara keseluruhan indikator, yaitu indikator partisipasi dan transparansi meningkat 40%, sedangakan indikator sederhana, akuntabel dan keadilan meningkat 30%, dan indikator berkelanjutan tetap berada pada kriteria baik sekali.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Green Accounting onthe level of profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the BEI. Greenaccounting emerged as a solution to solve the deadlock of problems that occurbetween economic actors who carry out activities that have an environmentalimpact and people who feel the impact of environmental activities. This researchwas conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange using the 2017-2021 annual report. The sample in this study were 9pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. The data used is secondary dataobtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used in this study is thepanel regression model. Data processing uses the Smart-PLS version 3.0application. From this study, it was found that the Environmental DevelopmentIndex (IBL) or environmental costs had no effect on profitability. Likewise,Environmental Performance (PROPER) also has no effect on profitability.

Abstract

Breast milk (ASI) is the first and best food that must be given to babies because it contains nutrients that are needed in the process of growth and development of children's intelligence. Increasing breast milk production can be done in two ways, namely pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. One action that can be done to help the release of breast milk is through oxytocin massage which can be done by massaging the area around the back (pars thoratica vertebrae) to stimulate the release of milk. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of oxytocin footing on breast milk expenditure in postpartum mothers in Batam City in 2023. The type of research used is quasi-experiment with pretest research design and posttest one group design. The data analysis used was Paired t-test and this study was conducted for 5 days. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with 17 respondents. The results of this study based on statistical tests obtained P value = 0.0001 with a difference of 3.06%, which means that it can be a significant difference before and after soy milk consumption. Conclusion: there is a significant influence between oxytocin footing on breast milk production in postpartum mothers in the working area of Batu Aji Health Center Batam City. Researchers hope that postpartum mothers can do oxytocin steps to increase milk production

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media diorama satwa terhadap hasil belajar IPA tema ekosistem di kelas V SDN 08 Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental design. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh media diorama satwa, sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adalah hasil belajar IPA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V C sebagai kelas kontrol di SDN 08 Sungai Raya. Kelas V A berjumlah 26 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan. Sedangkan kelas V C berjumlah 22 pesert didik yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 14 perempuan. Teknik yang digunakan untuk penentuan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol menggunakan sample random sampling (sampel acak). Kelas V A (kelas eksperimen) menggunakan media diorama, sedangkan kelas V C menggunakan media gambar satwa. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-test (independent sample test) yang didahului dengan uji prasyarat analisis, yaitu dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA kelas eksperimen menggunakan media diorama satwa dan kelas kontrol menggunakan media gambar satwa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata perolehan nilai post-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 85,33. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai post-test kelas kontrol yaitu sebesar 84,22.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of various concentrations of compound biological liquid organic fertilizer (POC) on the germination of plant cuttings. This research method uses a Randomized Group Design (RAK), with 1 treatment factor, namely Biological POC Concentration (K) consisting of 8 treatment levels, namely 0 ml, 1 ml, 2 ml, 3 ml, 4 ml, 5 ml, 6 ml, and 7 ml Biological POC per liter of water. This experiment was repeated 3 times with each treatment containing 2 sample plants, so that 24 treatments were obtained. Results The best statistical value was achieved by the K4 treatment, namely a concentration of 4 ml of Biological POC per liter of water for all observed parameters, including the percentage increase in growth compared to the control treatment so that the K4 treatment was considered more effective and efficient in the initial growth of sugarcane cuttings.
