Abstract

Setiap individu selalu mengalami proses belajar dalam kehidupannya, dengan belajar akan memungkinkan individu untuk mengadakan perubahan di dalam dirinya. Perubahan ini dapat berupa penguasaan suatu kecakapan tertentu, perubahan sikap, memiliki ilmu pengetahuan yang berbeda dari sebelum seseorang melakukan proses belajar. Sehingga belajar sangat penting untuk perubahan sikap dan memiliki ilmu pengetahuan. Keaktifan belajar siswa dari data guru dengan rata-rata sebesar 22,20%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran masih rendah. Masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu adakah pengaruh cara belajar, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan maupun parsial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh cara belajar, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan maupun parsial.Populasi yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran 2014/2015 sebanyak 118 siswa. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu cara belajar, disiplin, motivasi, dan keaktifan belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuisioner, dokumentasi dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari analisis regresi berganda penelitian ini yaitu Y = 3,545+0,372X1+ 0,242X2+ 0,084X3+ e. Ada pengaruh secara simultan sebesar 90,9%, sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial cara belajar sebesar 48,16%, disiplin sebesar 22,84%, dan motivasi sebesar 4,79%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh cara belajar, disiplin, dan motivasi terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 3 Jepara tahun ajaran 2014/2015 secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran cara belajar yaitu perlunya membiasakan diri untuk rutin belajar baik di sekolah maupun di rumah dengan membuat jadwal belajar, untuk disiplin yaitu perlunya memiliki rasa percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas dan ulangan sehingga siswa tidak selalu bergantung dengan siswa lainnya, untuk motivasi yaitu perlu belajar lebih giat lagi dalam menambah wawasan sehingga pendapat yang sudah disampaikan dapat dipertahankannya. Every one are always experienced the process of learning in her life , by learning would allow individuals to make changes in himself. This change could include mastery a certain skills, a change in attitude, have the science that is different from before a perform the process of learning. So that learning is very important for a change in attitude and have the science. The liveliness student learning from data the teachers with a average as much as 22,20%, it indicate the interest of student Class X Expertise of Administration Program Office is still low. The problem which would be researched was if there any influence of learned way, discipline, and motivation against the liveliness student learning Class X Expertise of Administration Program Office in SMK Negeri 3 Jepara in the academic year 2014 and 2015 simultaneously and partial. The purpose of this research is to know if there is learned way, discipline, and motivation against the liveliness student learning Class X Expertise of Administration Program Office in SMK Negeri 3 Jepara in the academic year 2014 and 2015 simultaneously and partial. The population of this research was 118 student Class X Expertise of Administration Program Office in the academic year 2014/2015. The variables of this research were learned way, discipline, motivation and the liveliness student learning. The data was collected by using questioner, documentations and observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of multiple regression analysis was Y = 3,545 + 0,372X1 + 0,242X2 + 0,084X3 + e. There is the influence of simultaneously as much as 90,9%, while the influence of partially was learned way as much as 48,16%, discipline as much as 22,84%, and motivation as much as 4,79%. The conclusion of this research that there was the influence of a learned way, discipline and motivation against the liveliness student learning Class X Expertise of Administration Program Office in SMK Negeri 3 Jepara in the academic year 2014 and 2015 simultaneously and in a partial. Suggestion for learned way Namely the need to familiarize oneself to learn good routine at home or in school with make schedule of learning, suggestion for discipline Namely the need to having a taste confident in working on the tasks and so the students remedial not depend with his friends, suggestion for motivation Namely the need to Learn more diligently in add perspectives that have delivered opinions which he defended could.
