Abstract

This study aims to explore the experiences of mathematics teachers in assessing students’ religious attitudes at SMPN 25 Padang. The research focuses on how teachers understand, implement, and evaluate religious values in mathematics instruction, as well as the challenges they face. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, involving Grade VII mathematics teachers as key informants. The findings reveal that teachers possess a strong understanding of religious values such as honesty, responsibility, patience, and discipline, and actively integrate these values into their teaching practices. Assessment is conducted through daily observation, student reflection journals, attitude rubrics, and both self- and peer-assessment. However, teachers encounter challenges related to limited time, subjective judgments, and a lack of standardized instruments. These findings highlight the need for continuous training, peer collaboration, and support from both the school and parents. The study offers important implications for the development of character education based on Islamic values that can be effectively embedded within mathematics instruction.

Abstract

The development of a microteaching learning strategy based on self-directed learning in private Islamic religious universities is motivated by the fact that lecturers teaching microteaching courses still use monotonous and uninnovative teaching methods, and facilities and infrastructure are still limited, which has an impact on the quality of students' understanding of microteaching, resulting in students being less capable of teaching when they enter the field for practical training. This study aims to describe the application of microteaching based on Self-Directed Learning in supporting students' learning independence and enhancing their teaching competencies as prospective teachers. The study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with twelve informants. All data were analyzed thematically using the Miles & Huberman Interactive Analysis Model technique. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of microteaching based on Self-Directed Learning is able to encourage students to learn independently, develop reflective skills, and improve teaching abilities and critical thinking. Students demonstrated active engagement in planning, conducting teaching practices, and self-evaluation through feedback from peers and instructors. The learning modules used were deemed practical, systematic, and capable of facilitating a self-directed and focused learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak: Validitas butir soal merupakan aspek krusial dalam evaluasi pembelajaran karena menentukan sejauh mana suatu instrumen dapat mengukur kompetensi yang diharapkan. Akan tetapi, masih banyak butir soal yang digunakan tanpa analisis validitas yang memadai, termasuk pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis validitas butir soal pilihan ganda PAI dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi point-biserial. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode simulasi digunakan untuk menganalisis sepuluh butir soal berdasarkan data hipotetis dari sepuluh siswa. Teknik korelasi point-biserial digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara skor setiap butir soal dengan skor total tes. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lima dari sepuluh butir soal memiliki validitas yang tinggi, dengan koefisien korelasi yang melebihi nilai kritis. Sebagai perbandingan, lima butir soal lainnya tidak valid karena koefisien korelasi yang rendah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua butir soal yang disusun secara teknis secara otomatis memiliki validitas yang baik.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi inovasi dan tantangan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di era digital. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah perkembangan teknologi yang pesat yang mempengaruhi metode evaluasi tradisional menjadi lebih adaptif dan berbasis digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA N 1 Nan Sabaris, Padang Pariaman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengkaji literatur dan dokumen-dokumen yang relevan terkait implementasi evaluasi PAI berbasis teknologi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menemukan pola-pola dan temuan-temuan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi evaluasi digital, seperti penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran dan media interaktif, mampu meningkatkan efektivitas penilaian dan motivasi belajar siswa. Namun, terdapat tantangan signifikan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, kesiapan guru dalam literasi digital, serta kesenjangan akses teknologi di kalangan siswa. Kesimpulannya, evaluasi PAI di era digital memerlukan dukungan pelatihan guru dan pengembangan sarana teknologi yang merata agar inovasi dapat berjalan optimal dan inklusif. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pengembangan evaluasi PAI yang adaptif terhadap kemajuan teknologi dan kebutuhan pembelajaran masa kini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas instrumen penilaian diri berbasis nilai Akhlakul Karimah dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 05 Aripan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menelusuri bagaimana instrumen tersebut mendukung penguatan nilai-nilai kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan rasa hormat dalam diri siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru PAI, observasi pelaksanaan penilaian diri, serta analisis jurnal refleksi harian siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian diri ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran moral siswa secara intrinsik, mendorong refleksi diri, dan memperkuat hubungan antara guru dan siswa. Guru menyatakan bahwa penilaian ini membantu melihat perkembangan siswa secara lebih menyeluruh, tidak hanya dari aspek kognitif, tetapi juga afektif. Selain itu, pendekatan ini turut membuka ruang kolaborasi dengan orang tua dalam memantau perkembangan akhlak anak di rumah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pengembangan profesional guru dalam merancang instrumen penilaian autentik yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai Islam, serta perlunya kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung penerapan evaluasi berbasis karakter di lingkungan pendidikan dasar Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ideas of Islamic education thought by K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, a great cleric who made significant contributions to the Islamic education system in Indonesia in the early 20th century, focusing on his efforts to overcome the educational gap caused by Dutch colonialism and reform traditional education to be more relevant to the challenges of the times. In this study Using qualitative descriptive methods and literature studies, this study found that K.H. Ahmad Dahlan initiated the concept of integrating religious knowledge and general knowledge, established schools that combined the two fields (such as Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Diniyah in 1911), and modernized learning methods that were useful for creating a "cleric-intellect" who was faithful and steadfast, knowledgeable, and physically and mentally strong. In conclusion, K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's thoughts on the integration of knowledge, modernization, and character education remain very relevant in facing the challenges of contemporary Islamic education, such as globalization and technological developments, to form a generation that is intelligent, moral, and globally competitive.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of Akidah Akhlak. Among the causal factors are that learning is still conventional, there is no Prezi learning media used, the media used is less relevant, students feel that learning is less interesting so they feel bored, fall asleep and look for other activities, students are less able to improve critical thinking in themselves. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the Akidah Akhlak learning media. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D model, namely: defining, planning (design), developing (develop) and disseminating (Dissemination). However, due to limited research capabilities and time, in this study the researcher only reached the third stage (3-D), namely: defining stage (define), planning stage (design), and development stage (develop). Based on the validation results, material experts got very valid criteria with a percentage of (98.3%). Language experts got valid criteria with a percentage of 85%. And media experts got valid criteria with a percentage of 86.3%. And the practicality results of the three teachers showed a percentage of 95.55% with a very practical category. And for the practicality results of students in small-scale trials, they got a percentage of 95.32% with a very practical category and in large-scale product tests on students, 96.95% were obtained with a very practical category. The learning outcomes of students in the experimental class were tested with questions (pretest and posttest) analyzed with the N-Gain test, getting a result of 0.78 and included in the high criteria. The learning outcomes of students in the control class were tested with questions (pretest and posttest) analyzed with the N-Gain test, getting a result of 0.3

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Adzkia 1 Kota Padang menerapkan nilai-nilai utama dalam Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter sehingga terbentuklah karakter peserta didik yang dapat dikatakan bagus, walaupun belum semua peserta didik dapat mempraktekkannya secara maksimal. Maka dengan itu penulis tertarik untuk meneliti implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pendidikan agama Islam di SDIT Adzkia 1 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kelas di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Adzkia 1 Kota Padang, implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Adzkia 1 Kota Padang, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat penguatan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Adzkia 1 Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, yakni dengan menggambarkan objek penelitian sebagaimana adanya. Sumber primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua siswa Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Adzkia 1 Kota Padang yang terdiri dari peserta didik, pendidik (mata pelajaran PAI), dan wakasis serta wakakur SDIT Adzkia 1 Kota Padang. Sumber data sekunder ini berupa dokumen seperti buku-buku, koran, jurnal, dan artikel. Cara mendapatkan data yang penulis gunakan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pada hasil penelitian ini ditemukan penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kelas melalui pembelajaran PAI di SDIT Adzkia 1 Padang adalah membaca al-ma’tsurat, hadits, doa, asmaul husna sebelum proses pembelajaran, memberikan nasihat, menghubungkan materi pembelajaran dengan kejadian di lingkungan, memberikan reward dan punishment, membuat tata tertib kelas. Kemudian penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis budaya sekolah melalui PAI di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Adzkia 1 Kota Padang yaitu melalui kegiatan MABIT dan BPI, kegiatan kultum dan kultum jumat, shalat zuhur dan dhuha, Class Meeting (Pertemuan Kelas), melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, melalui kelas inspirasi, melalui gerakan literasi, melalui kegiatan murajaah berjamaah, melalui kegiatan makan siang bersama, dan melalui kegiatan berinfaq. Sementara itu faktor pendukung penguatan pendidikan karakter di SDIT Adzkia 1 Kota Padang adalah penguasaan materi yang baik oleh pendidik, kreativitas pendidik dalam proses pembelajaran, dan kondisi kelas yang mendukung. Kemudian faktor penghambat penguatan pendidikan karakter di SDIT Adzkia 1 Padang adalah kurangnya perhatian orang tua, lingkungan di rumah.

Abstract

This research aimsto develop a product in the form of Android-based learning media assisted by the Smart Apps Creator application which is valid, practical and effective and focuses on increasing students' learning motivation.This research uses the methodR&D with the ADDIE model (Aanlyze, Desaign, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), which was held on June 4, 2025 at SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari Class X. Data at this stageAnalyze obtained through interviews, at the level Design done early planning, at the level Development data collected through the results of the Validity test on the material, media and language aspects, at the stageImplementation Data was collected through practicality tests on teachers and students (small scale and large scale), at the stageEvaluation Data was obtained from the effectiveness of increasing student learning motivation based on the Pre-Test and Post-Test using N-Gain.Research resultin the form of a series of product development processes for learning media assisted by the Smart Apps Creator application in the PAI subject for class X at SMA N 1 Ampek Nagari. Validity in the material aspect obtained a score of 94%, in the media aspect obtained a score of 94% and in the language aspect obtained a score of 95%. The small-scale practicality test obtained a score of 96%, in the large-scale test obtained a score of 97%, and the teacher's practicality test obtained a score of 96%. The effectiveness test based on the Pre-Test and Post-Test using N-gain showed an average N-Gain result of 77% which is in a larger interpretation of 76% which can be said that the learning media assisted by the Smart Apps Creator application in the PAI subject is proven to be effective and able to increase learning motivation in students.

Abstract

Abstract: This study is motivated by the implementation of the Al-Azhar Curriculum in Indonesia. Based on this background, the research aims to analyze the implementation of the Al-Azhar Curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah (MA) at Pondok Pesantren Diniyyah Al-Azhar Muara Bungo and to examine the role of the Multaqo Muallimin Azhari approach in optimizing the implementation of the Al-Azhar Curriculum in the same institution. This research falls under the category of a Case Study with a Qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the planning of the Al-Azhar Curriculum involves collaboration among the foundation board, school principal, vice principal of curriculum, coordinators, and teachers. The Multaqo Muallimin has proven to be effective in enhancing teacher competence through regular training, evaluation, and program mapping. The implementation of the Al-Azhar Curriculum has been shown to provide significant academic value and global competitiveness when carried out systematically and professionally. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Al-Azhar di Indonesia. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka penelitian bertujuan menganalisis Pelaksanaan Kurikulum Al-Azhar Mesir di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pondok Pesantren Diniyyah Al-Azhar Muara Bungo dan menganalisis Multaqo Muallimin Azhari dalam mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan kurikulum Al-Azhar Mesir di Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pondok Pesantren Diniyyah Al-Azhar Muara Bungo. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian Studi Kasus (Case study research) dengan metode Kualitatif. Temuan peneliti dalam penelitian ini perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kurikulum Al-Azhar dilakukan kerja sama oleh pihak yayasan, kepala madrasah, waka kurikulum, koordinator, dan pendidik. Multaqo Muallimin bisa dikatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkala, evaluasi, dan pemetaan program kerja. Kurikulum Al-Azhar Mesir ini terbukti memberi nilai tambah akademik dan kompetitif secara global bila diimplementasikan secara sistematis dan professional.
