Abstract

Baru-baru ini netizen Indonesia tercatat sebagai netizen paling tidak sopan se-Asia Tenggara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kontrol diri dan regulasi emosi dengan perilaku cyberbullying pada pengguna Tiktok. Menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif penelitian ini melibatkan 101 subjek.  Ada tiga alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala regulasi emosi, skala kontrol diri, dan skala cyberbullying. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara kontrol diri dan regulasi emosi dengan perilaku cyberbullying secara simultan pada pengguna Tiktok. Secara parsial kontrol diri juga tidak ada hubungan dengan perilaku cyberbullying tetapi regulasi emosi berhubungan negatif dengan cyberbullying. Apapun tingkatan kontrol diri yang dimiliki tidak mempengaruhi individu menahan diri dari melakukan cyberbullying. Namun semakin baik regulasi emosi yang dimilikisemakin rendah kecenderungan perilaku cyberbullying. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan regulasi emosi dibutuhkan untuk memilah mana emosi yang perlu ditunjukan dan mana yang harus disimpan agar tidak terjadi cyberbullying

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization, and an important factor in employee performance plays an important role in optimizing their contribution. Companies need training programs and an understanding of SOPs so they tend to be better prepared to carry out their duties. In this case, the Company's target was not achieved and the Company assessed that employee performance had decreased. This research aims to measure the significant influence of training and implementation of SOPs on the performance of Prima Freshmart employees. The results of hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression show that employee training and implementation of SOPs have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance at Prima Freshmart, Bogor City. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adj R2) is 0.826, which means that this indicates that the contribution of the independent variables, namely Employee Training and SOP, to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance, is 82.6%, while the remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables that have not yet been determined. researched or not included in the regression in this study.

Abstract

Halal certification aims to meet specific standards and gain legal recognition for products as per Indonesia's 2014 Halal Product Assurance Law. It represents a social responsibility for producers. Despite administrative registration, violations of halal certification can disrupt public order and are considered criminal offenses. The study uses a normative-empirical method, combining literature reviews and Gustav Radbruch's legal theory. Results show that mandatory halal certification under the Job Creation Law has raised awareness about halal consumption, especially among entrepreneurs. However, procedural obstacles like insufficient review and delays persist. The law has provided legal certainty and consumer rights protection. To improve halal certification services, uniform education from the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) is recommended, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM).

Abstract

Kemajuan IPTEK memberi dampak dalam berbagai hal di kehidupan manusia salah satunya berdampak pada dunia guruan. Guruan di era abad 21 sudah banyak memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yang ada dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Siswa yang dihadapi di masa kini adalah siswa yang sudah melek teknologi dan sangat familiar dengan dunia digital. Oleh karenanya media pembelajaran harus menarik, menyenangkan dan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa. Salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat Assemblr Edu sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi lingkaran di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 11 SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. Sumber data didapat dari wawancara dan observasi. Hasil pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Assemblr Edu berpotensi memberikan dampak positif sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi lingkaran di SMA Negeri 14 Semarang.

Abstract

One of the current constitutional issues in Indonesia is the non-compliance of the decision to immediately follow up the decision of the Constitutional Court, which is final. This paper aims to analyze forms of non-compliance with the decision of the Constitutional Court and create a model that is expected to be a solution to the problem. This type of research is juridical normative by using secondary data processed by editing and systematization techniques.  The results showed the form of non-compliance of the decision of the Constitutional Court by the addresat of the decision is manifested in 3 (three) forms, namely normative, praxis, and normative and praxis forms. There are three proposed state-regulation solutions, namely judicial deferral by limiting the time of action, re-affirmation of judicial restraint, collaborative action, and collective awareness between state institutions.

Abstract

Indonesian Madrasah Competence Assessment (AKMI) is a national assessment implemented each year held by the Ministry of Religious Affairs. One of the uniqueness of the AKMI is the use of different tests every year. AKMI focuses on capturing the development of learning in Madrasa by comparing the test scores of the current year with the previous year. An equating process is crucial for valid results when comparing scores. Therefore, this research aims to (a) equate the scientific literacy assessment tools at AKMI in 2022 with 2023 and (b) evaluate the business process of developing AKMI scientific literacy instruments (along with the MSAT design), which has implications for the equating process. This study adopted a Non-Equivalent Anchor Test (NEAT) design because the two test sets were parallel years, and the participants were from a diverse population. The data is from the AKMI Science Literacy of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, with 303,987 participants in 2022 and 342,987 in 2023 from the Islamic elementary school level. A total of 674 scientific literacy instrument items in 2022 and 1,392 items in 2023, with 90 items used as anchor items. There are 3 stages of analysis: pre-equalization, equalization calibration, and post-equalization analysis. The results show that there are differences in item parameter estimation results between 2022 and 2023, where 2022 has a higher level of item difficulty. Furthermore, the Stocking-Lord and Haebara methods had proven to be effective and had produced estimates with minimal differences in the equating process. In addition, the anchor items used as the basis for the equating do not represent the items as a whole in the item pool. These findings indicate the need for firm, careful standardization based on psychometric principles of the process at AKMI, from developing items to assembling items, testing, determining anchor items, and assembling items in the MSAT application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, khususnya dalam konteks bisnis kecil dan menengah (UKM). Bisnis UKM memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam perekonomian global, tetapi seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan mereka. Budaya organisasi yang tepat dapat menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas kinerja karyawan di UKM. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan survei dan wawancara dengan pemilik bisnis dan karyawan dari sejumlah UKM. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat, terutama yang mendorong inovasi, kolaborasi, dan tanggung jawab, memiliki dampak positif pada kinerja karyawan. Budaya yang mendukung perkembangan karir, komunikasi terbuka, dan perasaan keterlibatan karyawan juga berkontribusi pada kinerja yang lebih baik. Pentingnya budaya organisasi dalam konteks UKM juga diperkuat melalui wawancara dengan pemilik bisnis. Mereka mengakui bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat merupakan aset berharga dalam menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis dan daya saing di pasar yang kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, budaya organisasi menjadi bagian integral dalam strategi manajemen UKM. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kesadaran pemilik bisnis UKM tentang pentingnya budaya organisasi yang baik. Pemilik bisnis dapat memainkan peran kunci dalam membangun budaya yang mendukung kinerja karyawan yang unggul. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pemilik bisnis UKM dan pengambil kebijakan untuk meningkatkan budaya organisasi mereka demi mencapai kinerja yang optimal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada literatur mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam konteks UKM dan memperjelas hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan di tingkat organisasi yang lebih kecil.

Abstract

Abstract: Merariq tradition is a sacred tradition to obtain a wali nikah in marriage for the people of Genggelang, North Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesian. In the process, it contains complicated negotiation communication between the two families of the prospective bride and groom. This research uses negotiation communication theory and the method applied is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, documentation and books and journals of national and international repute.  The formulation of the problems in this study are (1) why the Genggelang community conducts negotiation communication in the Merariq tradition; (2) how negotiation communication is carried out by the two families of the prospective bride to get a wali nikah. The result of the research is that in the implementation of the merariq tradition, a negotiation communication model is applied between the two families of the prospective bride and groom with the type of principled negotiation. Thus, the bargaining position of the two families of the bride and groom emphasizes the basis of kinship and togetherness. The use of integrative and distributive strategies to produce an agreement. Submission of ajikrama and pisuka as a sign that the bride and groom are getting married. However, the impact of compulsive negotiation communication causes ongoing conflict between the two families, this is contrary to the values of Islamic preaching. Keywords: Merariq, Tradition, Negotiation, CommunicationAbstrak: Tradisi Merariq adalah tradisi sakral untuk mendapatkan wali nikah dalam pernikahan bagi masyarakat Genggelang, Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Dalam prosesnya, terdapat komunikasi negosiasi yang rumit antara kedua keluarga calon mempelai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori komunikasi negosiasi dan metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan buku-buku serta jurnal bereputasi nasional dan internasional.  Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) mengapa masyarakat Genggelang melakukan komunikasi negosiasi dalam tradisi Merariq; (2) bagaimana komunikasi negosiasi yang dilakukan oleh kedua keluarga calon mempelai untuk mendapatkan wali nikah. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam pelaksanaan tradisi merariq diterapkan model komunikasi negosiasi antara kedua keluarga calon mempelai dengan jenis negosiasi berprinsip. Dengan demikian, posisi tawar kedua keluarga calon mempelai lebih mengedepankan asas kekeluargaan dan kebersamaan. Penggunaan strategi integratif dan distributif untuk menghasilkan kesepakatan. Penyerahan ajikrama dan pisuka sebagai tanda bahwa kedua mempelai akan menikah. Namun, dampak dari komunikasi negosiasi yang bersifat kompulsif menyebabkan konflik yang berkelanjutan antara kedua keluarga, hal ini bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai dakwah Islam.Kata Kunci : Merariq, Tradisi, Negosisasi, Komunikasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh solidaritas antar karyawan dan Work-Life Balance terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Astra International Tbk – Toyota Jakarta Branch Wahid Hasyim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 karyawan tetap dari berbagai divisi, dan karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 orang, digunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa solidaritas antar karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan t hitung 3,672 > t tabel = 1,960 serta signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Work-Life Balance juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan t hitung 2,687 > t tabel  1,960 serta signifikansi sebesar 0,09 < 0,05. Secara simultan, kedua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan F hitung 19,051 > F tabel 3,13 serta signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,401 menunjukkan bahwa 40% variasi dalam kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel solidaritas antar karyawan dan Work-Life Balance, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Harmony in society is the main capital for upholding the unity and integrity of the nation, when many parties make efforts to undermine unity and integrity in various ways ranging from spreading hoax news, inciting, takfiri, etc., then the column that became the routine of rural communities became the solution to this very worrying condition. This study aims to 1) describe the column model that transforms into community harmony. 2) reveal the steps taken by the community in maximizing the role of the columnist, and 3) reveal the impact of the implementation of the column on community harmony as an offer of the concept of world community harmony through small steps for a very big goal. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study type, data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation notes. Data analysis used the Spradley Analysis Model with data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the research conducted, the conclusions are as follows 1). In the Monday night column in Sumber Jati Bungbaruh Hamlet, Kadur Pamekasan carries the concept of togetherness and concern for others. 2) column members eliminate egocentricity for the sake of the greater interest, in addition to carrying out religious activities (tahlilan and shalawatan) as well as solving social problems, and 3) impact the most real thing is harmony and religious people because it eliminates egocentricity for the sake of togetherness, security, and comfort.
