Abstract

There have been many painting media on the market, but there are still many who use manual painting systems. For that, a tool system for painting water transfer printing film using semi-automatic technology Arduino Uno R3. This tool can provide ease in painting techniques, which was previously done manually. In this design, use a servo motor to read the program inserted into the Arduino Uno R3, equipped with LCD as a screen display and to enter the program code used KEYPAD 4x4. This research is the development research aimed at the best results on the film and Activator pattern in order to obtain an effective comparison when painting. After the process is done development and testing known tools work well. As for the best results visually, namely, the pattern film size is 15.5 cm2, for Activator as much as 4 ml and one time the painting process takes 1 minute 14 seconds. Abstract

A This study discusses the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to optimize the execution time of a two-story house extension project. Through network analysis, CPM helps identify the critical path and determine which activities must be prioritized to ensure the project is completed on time. The analysis results show that the project duration can be shortened to 41 days by effectively managing critical activities and utilizing float time optimally. Therefore, CPM has proven to be an effective tool in improving the scheduling efficiency of construction projects

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Status gizi balita merupakan indikator penting untuk menilai kesehatan dan perkembangan anak. Selain asupan makanan dan lingkungan, aspek psikososial seperti emotional bonding antara anak dan ibu memiliki peran yang berpengaruh pada perilaku makan dan kecukupan nutrisi pada anak balita yang secara tidak langsung berdampak positif pada status gizi anak. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan emotional bonding dengan status gizi anak balita di Posyandu Desa Sumber Agung, Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional study. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 anak balita yang terdaftar di Posyandu Desa Sumber Agung dengan teknik total sampling. Variabel emotional bonding diukur dengan wawancara melalui kuesioner dan status gizi anak balita menggunakan indeks BB/TB yang diperoleh melalui pengukuran antropometri berat badan dan tinggi badan. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS dengan uji Mann-Whitney dengan tingkat kemaknaan p=0.05. Hasil: Prevalensi wasting sebanyak 9(13%) anak balita dan gizi lebih sebanyak 5(7,2%). Adapun tingkat emotional bonding ibu dengan anak dominan kategori kuat yaitu 62,3% sementara kategori lemah sebanyak 37,7%. Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat emotional bonding dengan status gizi dengan nilai a<0.05. Kesimpulan: Emotional bonding berhubungan dengan status gizi anak balita di Posyandu Desa Sumber Agung Kabupaten Luwu Timur.

Abstract

This research is based on seeing role playing learning methods effectiveness aplication as a social studies learning strategy to foster social awareness of students in class IX MTs Negeri I Sragen. Student activity is an important factor that influences for learning outcomes improvement as well as fostering social awareness. Researcher try to find the result studies and use qualitative approach with the Kemmis and McTaggart classroom action research model, and was carried out in two cycles. Data analysis was carried out by the researcher covering several activities, namely: Observation, pre-test and post-test in the application of the role playing method, interviews, distributing questionnaires, and conducting documentation. This study has result that most students liked learning Social Sciences as evidenced by learning outcomes. In cycle I the average score was 74.7%, then in cycle II it increased to 79.8%. Beside that this methode also improving learning outcomes, the role playing method also has improved students' social awareness, where most showed empathy, helping each other, tolerance, cooperation, and respect. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini didasarkan untuk melihat efektivitas penerapan metode pembelajaran bermain peran (role playing) sebagai strategi pembelajaran IPS menumbuhkan karakter peduli sosial siswa di kelas IX MTs Negeri I Sragen. Keaktifan peserta didik merupakan faktor penting yang berpengaruh pada peningkatan hasil belajar sekaligus menumbuhkan karakter peduli sosial. Untuk menemukan hasil, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jensi penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan McTaggart, dan dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Analisis data dilakukan oleh penliti mencakup beberapa kegiatan, yaitu: Observasi, pre-test dan post-test dalam penerapan metode role playing,  wawancara, menyebarkan angket, serta melakukan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sebagian besar peserta didik menyukai belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial yang dibuktikan melalui hasil belajar. Pada siklus I rata-rata nilai 74,7%, kemudian pada siklus ke-II meningkat menjadi 79,8%. Di samping peningkatan hasil belajar, metode role playing juga meningkatkan karakter peduli sosial siswa, di mana sebagian besar menunjukkan sikap empati, saling membantu, toleransi, kerja sama, dan menghargai.

Abstract

This article discusses the history of the founding of Sidomulyo Village in Mesuji District, Mesuji Regency, with a focus on the groundbreaking ceremony as the main milestone in the formation of the village. The main issues raised in this article include the historical background of the village's founding, the process of laying the first stone, and the impact of these activities on the local community. The main target of this research is to identify and analyze the factors that influence the village founding process and understand the significance of the groundbreaking ceremony in the social and cultural context of the Sidomulyo community. The research method used is literature study and direct observation of the laying of the first stone and development of the village. The data obtained was then analyzed to reveal the relationship between the groundbreaking activity and the social changes that occurred in Sidomulyo Village. Making historical inscriptions is used to commemorate the history of the village and local community. In this way, future generations can understand the background and development of Sidomulyo village. Inscriptions are used to commemorate the history of the village and the local community, including establishing village boundaries (sima) and important events in the history of the village. The conclusion of this article shows that the laying of the first stone is not only a symbol of the beginning of the physical development of the village, but also reflects the process of social integration and community participation in the formation of village identity and to commemorate the history of the village. The ceremony plays an important role in building a spirit of togetherness and a sense of belonging among residents, as well as providing a foundation for the village's future development.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMK Al Ma'sum Mardiyah, Cianjur, Jawa Barat, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keamanan fasilitas greenhouse yang dimiliki sekolah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya sistem pengamanan yang memadai, sehingga rentan terhadap pencurian, kerusakan, serta gangguan lingkungan yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas tanaman. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pembuatan dan implementasi sistem pengaman greenhouse berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang memungkinkan pemantauan secara real-time melalui perangkat mobile. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan kepada guru dan siswa mengenai cara penggunaan dan perawatan sistem, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kapasitas dan keterampilan mereka dalam bidang teknologi IoT. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengaman yang dibangun berfungsi dengan baik dalam mendeteksi gerakan dan perubahan lingkungan, serta memberikan peringatan secara cepat. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya teknologi dalam mendukung keamanan lingkungan belajar. Abstract

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving the quality of Islamic education at Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT) in Jambi Province. The background of this study rests on the need for integrated quality management in Islamic educational institutions, along with the increasing demands for the quality of professional and spiritual value-based educational services. Method: This research used a qualitative approach with a multicluster case study design on three SITs that were purposively selected. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, while data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and verification. Results: The results show that the main principles of TQM, such as total involvement, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction orientation have begun to be internalized in school management. School principals play a central role in promoting a culture of quality, although there are still challenges in quality documentation, understanding internal customers, and limited human resource development. Novelty: An important finding of this study is the integration of TQM principles with Islamic values contextually applied in SIT management culture. This study provides theoretical contributions in the development of a spiritual-based TQM framework, as well as practical recommendations to strengthen quality assurance systems in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on repurchase decisions among coffee shop customers in the city of Mataram which is mediated by customer satisfaction, both direct and indirect influences. This type of research is explanatory research which explains the causal relationship between the variables. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative data analysis technique using statistical methods. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4 software. From the results of testing the four hypotheses that have been carried out, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction among coffee shop customers in the city of Mataram. Customer satisfaction has a significant influence on repurchase decisions for coffee shop customers in the city of Mataram, and service quality has a significant influence on repurchase decisions for coffee shop customers in the city of Mataram. Furthermore, service quality has a significant effect on repurchase decisions for coffee shop customers in the city of Mataram, with customer satisfaction as partial mediation.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of madrasah principal leadership in improving teacher performance at MTs Al-Azhar Teluk Sentosa, addressing issues of teacher absenteeism, mismatched subject assignments, and suboptimal teaching quality. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews (with 1 principal, 3 vice principals, and 3 teachers), and documentation at Jl. Besar Ajamu, Teluk Sentosa Village. Findings reveal that democratic leadership fostering collegial relationships significantly enhances teacher performance. While persistent challenges remain (including tardiness and qualification mismatches), regular training and supervision by the principal have effectively mitigated these issues. The study uniquely demonstrates how democratic leadership in rural Indonesian madrasahs creates familial work environments that improve performance despite resource constraints. Results suggest that school leaders should: (1) adopt participatory decision-making, (2) implement ongoing teacher mentoring programs, and (3) maintain consistent supervision to address performance gaps. This research provides a model for balancing authoritative guidance with collaborative leadership in Islamic educational institutions, offering actionable strategies for under-resourced settings.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman yang pesat telebih pada bidang industri membuat pekerjaan manusia menjadi lebih mudah dan fleksibel. Seperti pada sistem proses Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), kontrol pada proses pengkondisian suhu dan kelembaban udara dapat dikontrol dan dimonitoring. Metode kontrol yang digunakan pada pengendalian suhu dan kelembaban baiknya bekerja secara linier dan memiliki kestablian kontrol yang baik. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dirancang miniplant untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembaban ruangan living wall menggunakan sistem HVAC dengan metode Model Predictive Control (MPC) dan LabVIEW sebagai Graphical User Interface (GUI). Pada penelitian ini, didapatkan pengkondisian suhu dan kelembaban ruangan living wall maksimal hingga 24.8°C dengan parameter MPC dengan nilai prediction horizon (Np) = 150 dan control horizon (Nc) = 85. Respon sistem yang dihasilkan memiliki nilai steady state sebesar 83 detik, error steady state sebesar 0,005, overshoot sebesar 28,92 dan rise time sebesar 48,62 detik.
