Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the OSS policy, employee competence, and training on services at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of DKI Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative research with a questionnaire as the data collection technique with a sample size of 154 individuals selected through probability sampling. The results show that the implementation of the OSS policy, employee competence, and training individually have a positive and significant effect on service, and collectively, the three independent variables contribute positively and significantly to services at DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta. This is supported by an F value of 64.003, which is greater than the F table value of 2.66, and a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than the significance probability α = 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.561, indicating that the combined effect of the OSS policy implementation, employee competence, and training accounts for 56.1% of the variation in the service variable, while the remaining 43.9% is affected by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out which houses deserve to be rehabilitated in Pematang Dolok Kahean Village. The source of the data used in this research is using datasets that already exist in Pematang Dolok Kahean Village. The solution given is to classify the feasibility level of residents' houses using the C4.5 data mining method and using the Rapidminer software assistance. This method was chosen because it is one of the most widely used decision tree methods to predict a case. The results of the study stated that the system's accuracy value was 83.33% using split validation where this method produced several rules that could be used in determining the feasibility of the rehabilitation of residents' houses so that government subsidies could be channeled appropriately.

Abstract

Menggunakan kekerasan dalam mendidik anak dan mengeluarkan kata-kata kotor terkadang menjadi kebiasaan orang tua yang tidak memiliki ilmu agama dalam konsep mendidik, apalagi orang tua yang mempunyai pemikiran jika mendidik anak-anak dengan tidak keras maka anak tidak akan menurut kepada orang tuanya, namun tidak demikian karena agama Islam mengatur semua aspek di dalam kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam konsep mendidik anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep mendidik anak tanpa kekerasan kajian hadits tarbawi. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, metode penelitian kualitatif ini berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi objek yang alamiah dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrumen kunci. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yaitu Hadist-hadist Tarbawi dan data-data yang relevan dengan Hadist-hadist Tarbawi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menelaah dan menganalisis hadis-hadis Tarbawi tersebut dengan mengkaji konsep mendidik anak tanpa kekerasan. Sedangkan teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dengan beberapa tahap yaitu melalui deskriptif, analisis data dan komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam mendidik anak tidak baik dengan kekerasan dan sebaiknya dihindari, karena akan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan anak. Banyak cara mendidik anak tanpa kekerasan yang telah penulis sebutkan berdasarkan hadist-hadist, jika harus memakai kekerasan maka ikuti kaidah-kaidah memukul, seperti cara mendidik yang telah dicontohkan rasulullah saw melalui hadis-hadisnya yaitu Anjuran mendidik anak dengan teguran baru di sertakan hukuman yang tidak menyiksa dan hanya cukup memberikan pemahaman jika perbuatan tersebut adalah salah, mendidik dengan kasih sayang dan perhatian kasih sayang bukan memanjakan anak namun yang dimaksud dengan kasih sayang adalah memenuhi kebutuhan jasmani dan rohani anak, sebaiknya orang tua tidak segan-segan memberi ciuman kepada anak, mendidik dengan teladan dan memakai kata-kata yang sopan dan lembut dalam menjelaskan suatu perihal kepada anaknya, seperti yang dicontoh Rasulullah.

Abstract

Kota Probolinggo memiliki potensi tinggi pada berbagai kegiatan perikanan di pesisir. Hal ini karena didukung oleh perbatasan utara daerah yang berupa laut yaitu Selat Madura. Adanya sumber daya alam yang seperti itu, usaha budidaya perikanan kini semakin berkembang. Namun, pengaturan dan tata guna lahan belum tertata dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan inventarisasi kondisi eksisting kegiatan perikanan budidaya yang ada di kota Probolinggo melalui kegiatan pemetaan potensi pengembangan perikanan budidaya. Dimana merupakan salah satu kajian untuk melakukan inventarisasi awal terhadap potensi perikanan budidaya ini. Pemetaan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa komoditi usaha perikanan budidaya yang dapat dilakukan di wilayah Kota Probolinggo adalah ikan bandeng, nila, udang, lele, gurame, dan sidat. Dimana luasan total area potensi budidaya untuk semua kecamatan adalah 279.143 m2. Sedangkan potensi wilayah yang dapat dikembangkan untuk kegiatan perikanan budidaya berdasarkan eksisting usaha budidaya di Kota Probolinggo terdapat 19 titik wilayah pengembangan. Berdasarkan analisis pendugaan sebaran potensi perikanan budidaya, di Kota Probolinggo terdapat 6 titik potensi wilayah yang dapat dikembangan untuk kegiatan perikanan budidaya berdasarkan kedekatan dengan sumber air.

Abstract

This study examines the role of communication and stakeholder engagement in enhancing public services in Islamic education institutions. The purpose of this research is to analyze how integrating communication strategies and stakeholder participation can strengthen the management and effectiveness of public Islamic education services. A qualitative, descriptive-analytical approach was employed, drawing on secondary sources and conceptual studies of organizational communication, stakeholder management, and Islamic education governance principles. The analysis involved inductively interpreting data to identify patterns of interaction between communication, stakeholder involvement, and service quality improvement. The results indicate that effective communication and active stakeholder involvement are crucial for enhancing public services in Islamic education. Open, honest, and two-way communication fosters a harmonious work environment, builds trust among institutional members, and accelerates problem-solving. Stakeholder participation, both internal and external, provides moral, social, and oversight support, increasing accountability and legitimacy in the eyes of the community. The integration of communication and stakeholder engagement creates a transparent, adaptive, and sustainable governance system that embodies Islamic values such as shura, amanah, tabligh, and ta'awun in educational management practice.

Abstract

Student-centered learning will create meaningful learning for each student. Student activity in learning is one of the keys to achieving learning objectives. This study aims to improve student activity in Islamic education learning by implementing the Problem based learning model. This study is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of MTs Nagari Binjai. Data were collected using observation and questionnaire techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the problem based learning model can improve student learning activity. Therefore, the problem based learning model can be used as an alternative to improve student activity in learning.

Abstract

Understanding expressive illocutionary speech increases the ability to feel and understand the feelings of others, helping to increase empathy and interpersonal support. Overall, a good understanding of expressive illocutionary speech is an important aspect in building effective communication skills and maintaining healthy social and emotional relationships. The importance of understanding expressive illocutionary speech lies in the ability to strengthen interpersonal relationships and prevent miscommunication. In this research, the researcher focuses on expressive illocutionary speech acts with the aim of: (1) Analyzing the function of expressive speech acts in the novel "Ayahku Bukan Pembohong" by Tere Liye, (2) Knowing the contribution of expressive speech act analysis to Indonesian language learning in high school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data in the form of all character dialogue containing expressive forms of speech, collected using reading and note-taking techniques. From the results of data analysis, expressive speech forms were found with the function of praising, the function of complaining, the function of criticizing, the function of thanking, and the function of scolding.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan cerita bergambar dalam meningkatkan minat baca murid kelas V UPT SD Negeri 1 Macorawalie yang berjumlah 25 murid. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui pemberian pre-test dan post-test sebagai instrumen penelitian, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) menggunakan model one group pretest-posttest design yaitu pengumpulan data awal (pre-test), pelaksanaan perlakuan (treatment), pengumpulan data setelah perlakuan (post-test), analisis perbedaan (uji statistik), dan interpretasi hasil yang diukur untuk menguji validitas dan rehabilitas menggunakan metode uji-t dalam Microsoft Excel menggunakan rumus N-Gain. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai pre-test adalah 51,28%, sedangkan setelah diberikan perlakuan selama 27 kali pertemuan, rata-rata nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 89,56%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku cerita bergambar memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat baca murid kelas V.

Abstract

Educational planning is a systematic effort to achieve the desired educational goals, and can be divided into several types based on scale, time and specific goals. Types of educational planning include strategic, operational, curriculum and financing planning. Strategic planning focuses on achieving the long-term vision of the education system, taking into account external and internal factors that can influence the direction of national education. Meanwhile, operational planning is more practical and oriented towards the implementation of daily educational activities at the institutional level. Curriculum planning focuses on developing and structuring teaching materials to meet learning needs in line with current developments and job market demands. Financing planning involves managing resources to support the sustainability of planned educational programs. Each type of planning is interrelated and has an important role in creating an education system that is effective, efficient and responsive to change. This article will review in more depth the characteristics of each type of educational planning, the challenges faced in its implementation, as well as recommendations for strengthening integration between types of planning in order to achieve better educational goals.

Abstract

Innovation in teaching is one of the key elements that support the development of education worldwide. In the era of globalisation and rapid technological advancement, there is a need for effective and efficient teaching methods. According to a report from UNESCO (2020), around 90% of students in the world experience learning disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which emphasises the importance of innovation in facing educational challenges. Innovation in teaching includes not only the use of technology, but also new and creative pedagogical approaches that can increase student engagement. Visionary education leaders can create an enabling environment for innovation, inspire teachers to adopt new methods, and encourage collaboration among stakeholders. Specifically, this journal aims to: Identify the characteristics and types of effective leadership in the educational context, analyse the strategies that educational leaders can use to create an environment that supports innovation, explore the challenges faced by educational leaders in implementing innovation and how to overcome them, provide recommendations for educational leaders to improve innovation in teaching in schools. This research used a literature study method with a qualitative approach. Analysis was conducted by categorising information based on relevant themes. The integration of technology in educational leadership is an important step; by utilising technology effectively, educational leaders can create a more interactive and engaging learning environment for students. Through training and developing educational leaders, building collaboration networks and integrating technology, educational leaders can create an environment that supports innovation. The implications of the findings suggest the need for investment in educational leader training and the development of collaboration networks. Schools need to be encouraged to adopt technology in the teaching process and provide equitable access for all students.
