Abstract

Bullying in educational settings, including madrasah, is a global issue that has a significant impact on student development. Data shows that around 35% of madrasah students in Indonesia have experienced various forms of bullying, including physical, verbal, psychological, and cyberbullying. Despite the existence of national regulations, such as Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System and Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 82 of 2015 on the Prevention and Handling of Acts of Violence in Educational Institutions, the implementation of bullying prevention measures in madrasah has not been fully effective. On the other hand, the strengthening of Islamic values such as rahmah, ‘adl, and ihsan often remains at the normative level without being practically integrated into educational policies. This study aims to analyse the transformative synergy between Islamic values and national education regulations in efforts to prevent and address bullying in madrasah. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-qualitative approach, through an analysis of primary sources (the Qur'an, Hadith, and national education regulations), secondary sources (scientific articles, books, and official reports), and tertiary sources (supporting documents and popular articles). The results of the study indicate that the integration of Islamic values with education regulations can produce comprehensive strategies that include: (1) moral development based on the Qur'an and Hadith, (2) anti-bullying policies based on national regulations, (3) teacher and counsellor training using an islah approach and digital literacy, and (4) strengthening the character curriculum through learning and extracurricular activities. This strategy is reinforced by a preventive approach in the form of anti-bullying campaigns based on Islamic values and collaborative student activities, as well as a curative approach through reconciliation mechanisms, educational sanctions, and psychological support for victims. This research emphasises that the transformative synergy between Islamic values and educational regulations is not only reactive but also preventive and curative in creating a safe, friendly, and Islamic-character-based madrasah ecosystem.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Field study as a reflective learning strategy in developing teaching competence among postgraduate students in Islamic Education Management. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved 16 master’s students who conducted face-to-face teaching practice over one academic semester. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and analysis of teaching videos used in structured Video Review sessions. The findings reveal that the integration of Video Review within the Field study program functions as a critical reflective mechanism that transforms teaching practice into a process of pedagogical self-awareness and professional learning. Beyond improving pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies, Video Review enables students to critically evaluate their verbal and non-verbal teaching behaviors, classroom interactions, and instructional decision-making in an objective manner. This reflective process fosters metacognitive awareness, strengthens professional identity, and embeds the Islamic educational value of muhasabah (self-introspection) as a foundation for continuous professional development. This study contributes conceptually by positioning Video Review not merely as an evaluative tool, but as an integral model of reflective learning in Islamic higher education. The findings extend the discourse on reflective teaching by offering a contextualized framework for developing competent, reflective, and value-oriented educators at the postgraduate level of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the village government of Rambahan is economical, and to build infrastructure for community economic empowerment. This research method uses a qualitative method which is sourced from the village office of the Rambahan village government, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi. The results of the research carried out concluded that (1) The planning stage of the Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan was in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Rambahan village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget so that there are some parties who have different opinions. (2) The application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate in the view of Islamic economics, because it has implemented quite well the principles of ta'awun and the principle of shura according to the principles of an Islamic perspective. (3) The use of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village, Muara Bulian District can be seen from the success of the financial performance of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village in 2019-2021 in the category like this based on the category and percentage of each statement on average being in the good category andpercentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

Abstract

The father's work conditions as a fisherman that require being at sea for long periods of time cause limitations in the father's physical and psychological presence in family life. This study aims to: (1) Determine the pattern of children's religious education in fishing families; (2) Determine the symptoms of fatherlessness that appear in religious education; and (3) Analyze the impact of father's absence on morals in children in Bakongan Village. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants consisting of ustad meunasah, fishermen, fishermen's wives, Islamic Religious Education teachers, village officials, and 6th grade elementary school students. The results of the study show that: (1) The pattern of religious education in Bakongan Village is dominated by the role of the mother (mother-centered) and full delegation to non-formal institutions such as TPA/Meunasah due to the father's limited time. (2) Symptoms of fatherlessness that appear include the absence of a male authority figure in accompanying practical worship and the loss of direct role models from father figures in daily religious life. (3) The impact of a father's absence significantly affects a child's morals, especially in the aspects of independent religious discipline, honesty, and emotional control.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya praktik kohabitasi di Kota Blitar, yaitu hidup bersama tanpa ikatan perkawinan di kalangan muda-mudi yang belum menikah, yang berlangsung secara berulang dan menimbulkan dampak sosial seperti kehamilan di luar nikah. Fenomena ini tidak hanya menjadi persoalan moral, tetapi juga berimplikasi pada perlindungan anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran DP3AP2KB dalam merespon fenomena tersebut serta menilainya melalui perspektif teori sistem hukum dan maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. Metode yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan sosiologi hukum dan konseptual, melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan DP3AP2KB Kota Blitar, pelaku kohabitasi, serta tokoh agama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa DP3AP2KB telah menjalankan peran melalui pendekatan preventif, represif, dan kuratif, namun masih terbatas oleh dinamika sosial. Dalam perspektif teori sistem hukum, peran tersebut telah didukung oleh struktur dan substansi hukum, tetapi belum diimbangi oleh budaya hukum masyarakat yang selaras. Sementara itu, dalam perspektif maqāṣid sharīʿah, peran tersebut mencerminkan upaya perlindungan terhadap jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs) dan keturunan (ḥifẓ al-nasl), meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan lingkungan sosial. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi analisis kohabitasi dengan perlindungan anak berbasis kelembagaan daerah. Implikasinya menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara pemerintah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Anak, Kohabitasi, Teori Sistem Hukum Lawrance M. Friedman, Maqāṣid Sharī‘ah Imam Al-Shāṭibī.

Abstract

This study examines the legal issue of revoking parental gifts (hibah) to children from the perspective of the Ḥanafī school and its relevance to the principles of wealth distribution in Islamic economic law. The focus is directed toward analyzing the views of Ḥanafī scholars who emphasize the prohibition of revoking hibah to children, as hibah is regarded as a transfer of ownership that must remain stable once completed, while the parent–child relationship itself is considered a non-material compensation ('iwāḍ ma'nawī) that nullifies the right of revocation. The research employs a conceptual and statutory approach within the framework of normative legal study, with data obtained from library sources and analyzed descriptively-prescriptively. The findings conclude that parental hibah to children must be regarded as a final and irrevocable transfer, ensuring ownership certainty, justice, and trust within the family, and aligning with the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-sharī'ah) in preserving wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl) and lineage (ḥifẓ al-nasl).
