Abstract

This research was conducted to see the important role of libraries in schools to encourage the implementation of the learning process in organizing education which cannot be ignored. Research has been conducted on how library management in Merangin 1 Public Middle School is related to organizational structure, materials or library collections, services, cooperation, and regulations that apply in the library using a qualitative approach in which the data is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and data verification. The results of the research carried out that have been fulfilled are the functions of the library, while those related to how to collect/hold information, organizational structure, service and understanding of officers towards library management have not been fulfilled.

Abstract

Adolescence is a transition stage that causes physical, emotional, and psychological changes. A disorder that often occurs in young women is menstrual pain which can change a woman's emotions in a short time, disrupting her routine and learning process. Aromatherapy can be applied directly through direct massage on the skin using plant extracts. Aromatherapy can treat respiratory problems, and pain, and reduce stress levels. Lavender oil is rich in analgesic essentials which can stimulate the nervous system to bring a feeling of calm to pain sufferers. The main aim of the research was to see how to reduce pain intensity in teenagers before and after being given lavender aromatherapy. The objective of implementing this PkM activity is so that young women at SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan can experience increased knowledge and be able to carry out appropriate treatment for menstrual pain through the use of lavender aromatherapy. PkM activities were conducted through socialization, where the participants were young women at SMA Negeri 1 Perbaungan, totaling 30 participants. The PkM results show that many young women's menstrual pain conditions change from severe pain to mild and moderate pain after being given lavender aromatherapy therapy. This proves that giving lavender aromatherapy can reduce menstrual pain in young women. Apart from that, the socialization of PkM has been proven to be able to increase the knowledge of young women in understanding and applying it when menstrual pain occurs.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya guru profesional untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar matematika siswa adalah dengan menerapkan model/strategi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengetahui bagaimana proses pembelajaran menggunakan model kooperatif tipe STAD dan meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada materi berhitung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggnakan metode STAD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar mulai dari tahap pratindakan ke siklus I dengan peningkatan klasikal pada siklus II sebesar 78.79% yang tuntas pada tes matematika. Jadi kesimpulannya bahwa penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.  Dengan cara kerja sama dalam kelompok, siswa lebih termotivasi dan memahami materi Pelajaran dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Fuel is one of the needs that is used by the community as a material to be used on motorcycles or cars. Fuel has become an important need for society, because when there is no fuel, a motorbike or car that is owned by someone cannot be used. Each vehicle has its own fuel, for motorbikes the fuel is pertalite, Pertamax, Pertamax Turbo and for cars the fuel is diesel and dexlite. For the fuel used in motorbikes, there are some people who are interested in Pertalite fuel and there are not many people who are interested in Pertamax fuel. So researchers will make a study of public interest in Pertamax fuel. This research will be made using the neural network method by classifying community data in data mining. This study aims to see the public's interest in purchasing Pertamax fuel. The research process was carried out with the initial stages of collecting and selecting data to be used, then preprocessing, then designing the neural network method and finally the testing process to obtain classification results using the neural network method. The results obtained from data classification using the neural network method state that there are 23 people who are interested in Pertamax fuel and 18 people who are not interested in Pertamax fuel. It turns out that many people are interested in Pertamax fuel.

Abstract

This research is about the internalization of national political values and the cultivation of ideology towards the regeneration process carried out by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle of OKI Regency to its cadres.This research aims to find out how the internalization of national political values and the cultivation of ideology towards the regeneration process of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle of OKI Regency. The research data was collected through direct interviews with informants, namely PDIP members.This data is processed using data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions.The theory used in the research is Herman Giescake's theory in the theory there are 4 definitions of political education including; 1.Bildungwissen 2.Orientierrungwissen 3.Verhaltungsweisen 4.Aktionwissen. The method used is qualitative descriptive .The results of this study show that the cultivation of political values and ideology carried out by the PDIP of OKI Regency is political education by using themes regarding national political values and party ideology, Gotong Royong Movement for Party Independence, and Internal Consolidation and Cadre Debriefing which utilizes the role of presenters to convey national political values and ideology. This can affect the success and failure of the regeneration process, and the Commitment of the PDIP Party Management, the existence of commitment will have an influence on the implementation of the internalization of values and the cultivation of ideology in the form of a mutual agreement between party administrators in carrying out one of the party's functions.

Abstract

The use of social media has become an integral part of everyday life, including in people's political participation.  Campus community political participation is greatly influenced by social media. Social media such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp have a significant impact on political engagement. People use social media as a political campaign tool, as well as a means of communicating and obtaining political information that is fast, accurate and reliable. This research aims to determine the influence of social media on political participation in campus communities. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection method was carried out by interviewing students. Participants in this research were PPI FUSI UINSU students using structured interviews conducted with 30 PPI FUSI UINSU students. Data is collected and analyzed to identify levels of media use, participation and politics. The research results show that social media is very important for citizen participation, especially the community. The role of social media as a medium for information about politics is quite large. Social media as a communication tool for seeking political information, social media has positive and negative impacts on the political participation of campus communities, especially in increasing political awareness and participation through online information and discussions and the spread of hoax news.  With easy access and fast dissemination of information, social media allows students to more easily engage in political discussions, express opinions, and gather support for various issues. Apart from that, social media also helps in mass mobilization to attend demonstrations, elections and other political events. Social media has an important role in increasing the political participation of students in the Fusion Islamic Education Study Program at UIN North Sumatra. As a result, political participation among students has become more active and dynamic, creating a younger generation who is more aware and critical of developing political issues.

Abstract

Pharmacy managerial activities are inseparable from the principles of drug availability management such as a series of needs planning activities, procurement, storage and distribution of drugs through hospital pharmacy installations. This study aims to analyze and obtain information on availability management at the Pharmacy Installation of the South Tapanuli Regional General Hospital. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach using primary data and secondary data using the interview method. The informants interviewed at the pharmaceutical installation were the head of the pharmaceutical installation unit, the coordinator of pharmacy services, the head of the pharmaceutical warehouse/supplies, the coordinator of quality management and administration. Informants of this study were taken by purposive sampling and data analysis using triangulation and data reduction methods. The results of this study obtained that planning for drug needs uses the consumption method by looking at the need for previous use, but it has not been maximized, procurement has not gone well, drug shortages often occur, drug storage systems use the FIFO (First in First Out) and FEFO (First Expired First Out) systems. First Expired First Out). Storage is not up to standard, the waiting time for drug distribution to patients starting from the patient submitting the prescription to the delivery of the drug takes quite a long time for the drug to be finished. The conclusion is that the implementation of drug availability management has not run optimally according to standard operating procedures for services, so it is necessary to increase human resource knowledge through training related to drug planning.

Abstract

Abstrak — Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan media interaktif yang dapat digunakan sebagai penunjang keammpuan literasi digital siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media interaktif serta kemampuan literasi digital siswa dengan memanfaatkan media interaktif pada mata pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Dan untuk mengetahui literasi digital siswa dengan pemanfaatan media interaktif pada mata pelajaran TIK khusus untuk kelas VIII di SMPIT Bina Bangsa Kota Serang penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan menganalisis hasil dari observasi dan wawancara dengan narasumber serta dibantu dengan data pendukung seperti penyebaran angket kepada responden yakni siswa kelas VIII SMPIT Bina Bangsa. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yakni guru mata pelajaran TIK dan siswa kelas VIII dengan dua siswa perwakilan dari tiap kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan menggunakan data pendukung dengan menyebar angket kepada siswa. Dan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan mampu dapat dikembangkan oleh guru maupun pihak sekolah dalam pemanfaatan ICT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tentang literasi digital siswa dengan pemanfaatan ICT untuk mata pelajaran TIK di SMPIT Bina Bangsa, menunjukan sebanyak 82% siswa termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi, dan 74% siswa termasuk kedalam kategori cukup baik, 64% siswa termasuk kategori baik, 50% siswa termasuk kategori cukup. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan literasi digital berada pada kategori sangat baik. telah terbukti pemanfaatan ICT sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dan bisa menambah pengetahuan luas pada literasi digital siswa disekolah. Kata kunci — TIK, Literasi digital, Information and Communication Techonology, Media Interaktif Abstract — This research is motivated by the lack of utilization of interactive media that can be used to support students digital literacy skills. This study aims to find out how to use interactive media and students' digital literacy skills by utilizing interactive media in Information and Communication Technology subjects. And to find out students' digital literacy by using interactive media in ICT subjects specifically for class VIII at SMPIT Bina Bangsa Serang City, this research uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the results of observations and interviews with informants and assisted with supporting data such as distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely class VIII students of SMPIT Bina Bangsa. The subjects in this study were ICT subject teachers and class VIII students with two student representatives from each class. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and using supporting data by distributing questionnaires to students. And the results of this study are expected to be able to be developed by teachers and schools in the use of ICT. The results showed that students' digital literacy using ICT for ICT subjects at SMPIT Bina Bangsa showed that 82% of students were in the high category, and 74% of students were in the fairly good category, 64% of students were in the good category, 50% of students were in the good category. enough category. it can be concluded that digital literacy knowledge is in the very good category. it has been proven that the use of ICT is needed by teachers and can add extensive knowledge to students' digital literacy in schools. Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of learning, student activity, student learning outcomes, and student responses to learning with the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) type cooperative learning model assisted by PowerPoint media on statistics material in class VIII-A MTs Darul Ulum Karang Pandan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were researchers who acted as teachers and students of class VIII-A MTs Darul Ulum Karang Pandan for the 2021-2022 academic year. 8 students were randomly selected from class VIII-A as the subject of observing student activity. Data collection was carried out during 2 meetings for learning with the Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) cooperative learning model assisted by PowerPoint media, and 1 meeting for learning achievement tests and student response questionnaires. During learning, observations were made on the management of learning, and student activities. The results of the data analysis show that the management of learning by the teacher as a whole can be categorized as good, student activity while participating in learning is classified as active with the percentage of student activity being 63.28%, student learning outcomes with an average of 82.73, and student responses to learning using Student Facilitator And Explaining (SFAE) type learning assisted by PowerPoint media is positive.

Abstract

Staff Bagian Program, Evaluasi, Pelaporan dan Keuangan Dinas PTSP Kota Banjarbaru perlu meningkatkan kompetensi berhubungan dengan penggunaan Aplikasi Komputer. Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan pengenalan yang dimiliki oleh para Staff masih kurang  untuk dapat digunakan dalam program spreadsheet untuk menyelesaikan laporan Penatausahaan keuangan lingkup Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah agar dapat menggerakan Staff , khususnya Staff Bagian Program, Evaluasi, Pelaporan dan keuangan. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan bagi staff mengenai program computer akuntansi, tapi lebih memfokuskan pada praktik sehingga staff dapat langsung mempraktikkan materi yang diberikan oleh narasumber. Dengan praktik secara langsung diharapkan staff memahami program ini dan jika ada kendala maka dapat bertanya kepada narasumber. Melalui pelatihan ini Staff Khususnya Staff Bagian Program, Evaluasi, Pelaporan dan keuangan diharapkan mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keahlian tentang program komputer akuntansi dalam menyelesaikan siklus akuntansi.
