Abstract

XL Axiata Company engaged in the field of mobile phone operators in marketing their products XL Axiata using celebrity endorser that aims to increase the number of customers through the sale of starter packs. The method used is survey method, to form descriptive research, verification. The object of this study is the XL card in Bogor with a sample of 100 respondents, data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Test instruments made with validity and reliability as well as assumptions UJIA classic analysis methods include multiple regression analysis, correlation and significance tests simultaneously and partially. The results of this study all valid and reliable indicators, simultaneously Credibility (X1), attractiveness (X2 ) and power (X3) influence on purchase decisions XL card (Y) while Partially attribute credibility (X1), attractiveness (X2) significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions XL card, whereas power (X3) is not significant and positive impact on purchase decisions XL card. Credibility (X1), attractiveness (X2) is a contributing factor in this study, while power (X3) is an inhibiting factor.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Purchase Decision

Abstract

PT. Boehringer Ingelheim, located at Jalan Lawang Gintung 89, Sub-Bogor Sukasari, was founded in 1885, Germany. PT Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia Groups is one of the world‘s 20 leading pharmaceutical in manufacturing and producting medicines for humans phamaceutical and animal heatlh. The type product produced by PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia are solid medicines (tablet, the film coating, sugar coating), semisolid medicines (suppository, emulgel & cream), and liquid medicines (syrup and suspension). To maintain consumer belief PT. Boehringer has controlled both raw quality and packaging materials, the production process and the finishing product. PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia has established the standard damage of product tolerance of 5%’s total production. However, the reality on the field shows that the level of the most widely produced products and exceeded the control limit is Bisolvon Ex 60 ml, 60 ml and Kids Bisolvon Bisolvon Ped 60 ml. Analysis of the quality control is done by using statistical tools those are check sheet, control chart p, pareto diagrams and fishbone. The research result indicates that PT. Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia needs to improve to hold down and reduce the amount of damage that occurred during the production process.Keywords: Quality Control, Check Sheet, Control Chart P, Pareto Diagram, dan Fishbone Chart.

Abstract

This research aims at identifying the strategic of business succes through business motivation approach and entrepreneurship ability in snack’s small-medium industries (SMIs) in Serang City. There were 50 SMIs sampled. The methods used in this research are survey method. The result showed that business motivation (X1) and entrepreneurship ability (X2) simultaneously influencing the business succes of snack’s small-medium industries (SMIs) in Serang City (Y). Whereas, partially all the indicators give both positive and significant affect the business succes of snack’s small-medium industries (SMIs) in Serang City. All the indicators have a contribution factor in this research. Based on Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) there are three atributte that must be prioritised, which are is practical knowledge of design, processing, accounting, administration and idea, proud to be independet (capital and management), and profit.Keywords : Business Success, Business Motivation and Entrepreneurship ability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh standar pelayanan minimum (SPM) terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Setelah data dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, digunakan uji regresi linear berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh SPM pada stasiun dan SPM dalam perjalanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji F dan uji-t untuk mengetahui pengaruh SPM pada stasiun dan SPM dalam perjalanan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Hasil dari semua indikator valid dan reliable. Secara simultan SPM pada Stasiun dan SPM dalam Perjalanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Selanjutnya, secara parsial semua indikator berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh lebih besar yaitu SPM dalam perjalanan.Kata Kunci : Standar Pelayanan Minimum pada Stasiun, Standar Pelayanan Minimum dalam Perjalanan dan Loyalitas Penumpang

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian merupakan faktor penting yang mendasari konsumen untuk membeli barang atau jasa dari banyaknya pilihan barang atau jasa yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk (kinerja, fitur, kehandalan, kesesuian, daya tahan, kemudahan pelayanan, estetika, dan kesan kualitas) sepeda motor Yamaha N-Max pada keputusan pembelian konsumen di Kota Bogor baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian dilakukan pada pemilik sepeda motor Yamaha N-Max di Kota Bogor. Bentuk penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif, menggunakan uji istrumen: uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta asumsi klasik. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah 100 responden. Dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian bahwa rata-rata tanggapan konsumen secara simultan terhadap kualitas produk (kinerja, fitur, kehandalan, kesesuian, daya tahan, kemudahan pelayanan, estetika, dan kesan kualitas) berdampak positif dan nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan secara parsial variabel kinerja, fitur, kehandalan, kesesuian, kemudahan pelayanan, estetika berdampak positif dan nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk variabel daya tahan dan kesan kualitas tidak berdampak positif dan nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Fitur, Kehandalan, Kesesuian, Daya Tahan, Kemudahan Pelayanan, Estetika, Kesan Kualitas, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Suasana toko yang dirancang dengan tepat dan menarik  sangat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan strategi yang bisa direkomendasikan ke perusahaan untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) dan anilisis CSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Hasil analisis Costumer Satifaction Index (CSI) diperoleh nilai sebesar 74%. Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa konsumen menilai satisfied (puas) dengan Store Atmosphere rumah makan Soto Bogor Maamar. Berdasarkan hasil Importance and Performance Analysis diidentifikasi variabel aroma harus diprioritaskan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran, seperti selalu menjaga lingkungan rumah makan secara terus menerus terutama terhadap bau kurang sedap yang berasal dari lingkungan seperti draynase,  saluran pembuangan dan lain sebagainya.
