Abstract

Batuwangi is field that positioned ini the Sumatera at southeastern part. Batuwangi is in the development stage. The ENN-1 is one of well at Batuwangi field, placed at the geographical coordinates 5˚25'21.24063 South Latitude and 106˚18'55.73957 East Longitude. ENN-1 is drilled as a directional well spud on December 9, 2014 and completed on February 6, 2015. ENN-1 well has a TD (total depth) of 3804 ftMD and 3247 SSTVD, as an oil producer. In this paper, it will be studied the planning of casing utilized in the ENN-1 well, to see whether the desain of casing is already the most technically choice or not, to do calibration evaluation the grade casing used in ENN- 1 Well. To perform evaluation, the Maximum Load method will be used, the case will be choosen against desain factors of burst, collapse, and tension load resistant of casing. Based on the evaluation of the study, it is found that casing grade in the ENN-1 Well is exceeds the technical requirement. That fact, need to be corrected since it will lead to cost inefficient, it will much more expensive, since the casing purchased is higher than technical requirement. Therefore, in this studied offer the casing grade proposal to be utilized in the ENN-1 well which meet with technical requirement as well as economically much more efficient than current design.

Abstract

Reservoir simulation is a process of mathematically modeling reservoir conditions by integrating various existing data (geology, geophysics, petrophysics, reservoirs, etc) to obtain reservoir performance in well conditions so that the purpose of reservoir simulation is to determine the current and future reservoir performance to estimate the rate of oil production (production forecast rate). Rapid technological developments encourage experts to create computer software that is used as a simulation tool. The method in this study uses reservoir modeling simulation software. The production forecast rate in this reservoir model is carried out for 2 years by only adding one production well in the reservoir area that has not been drained, namely infill well A. This shows that the oil production rate continues to decrease but increases the cumulative oil production. The cumulative oil production produced by well A was 33,80 STB in 2014 with an average increase of 12%. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the reservoir model after 2014 in detail the value of the data again so that the reservoir simulation process for the next forecast gets good oil production results.

Abstract

Abstract Dry Lab is a virtual laboratory design. We called also as a laboratory of the future. Dry Lab was designed because of the increasingly advanced computerized especially Artificial Intelligence for making a simulator that can function to simulate a tool wich is can similiar with the real condition so that it gets the same results as when run in a conventional laboratory. With the existence of this Simulator technology, then I try to make a virtual simulator for drilling mud analysis which is very much needed in the world of oil engineering education especially and also needed in the world of oil and gas industry, especially when conducting drilling activities. Keywords: Dry Lab, Artificial Intelligence, virtual simulator, drilling mud. Abstrak Dry Lab adalah suatu rancangan virtual laboratorium. Dapat juga dikatakan sebagai Laboratorium masa depan. Dry Lab dirancang karena semakin majunya ilmu komputerisasi Artificial intelligence dalam membuat suatu simulator yang dapat berfungsi mensimulasikan suatu alat sesuai dengan cara kerja aslinya sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang sama seperti saat dijalankan di Laboratorium konvensional.Dengan adanya teknologi Simulator ini, maka saya mencoba membuat suatu simulator virtual untuk analisa lumpur pemboran yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia pendidikan Teknik perminyakan khususnya dan juga dibutuhkan di dalam dunia industri Migas terutama saat melakukan kegiatan pemboran. Abstract

Abstract Underwater construction design planning is increasingly being developed as a 3D modeling simulation, because 3D simulation is expected to be able to make the initial plan for making a design framework. Surfer is one of the software that was created for the purpose of making contour maps and three-dimensional modeling based on existing grids and simplifying and accelerating data conversion activities into the form of contour maps and surface plots. One of the applications is Surfer in the field of Underwater Technology development is 3D modeling simulation and bathymetric contour map making, sediment layer modeling using SBP data and making current stick plots to determine circulation and current velocity and direction. In addition, Surfer can also display maps in 2D or 3D. on this occasion Surfer 16 software will be used to process marine acoustic data with X (Easting) data, Y (Northing) data and six Z layer depths, namely Z1-Z6, the data is processed in one step to make 2D and 3D models which are then will be interpreted as a simulation material for the initial planning of the underwater construction design. Keywords: design, offshore, construction, underwater, surfer Abstrak Perencanaan desain kontruksi bawah laut semakain banyak dikembangkan sebagai simulasi pemodelan 3D, karena simulasi 3D diharapkan dapat menjadikan rencana awal pembuatan kerangka desain. Surfer adalah salah satu dari perangkat lunak yang diciptakan untuk kegunaan pembuatan peta kontur dan pemodelan tiga dimensi yang berdasarkan grid yang ada dan mempermudah serta mempercepat akvitas konversi data ke dalam bentuk peta kontur dan plot permukaan. Salah satu aplikasi adalah Surfer dalam bidang pengembangan Teknologi Bawah laut adalah simulasi pemodelan 3D dan pembuatan peta kontur batimetri, pemodelan lapisan sedimen melalui data SBP dan pembuatan stick plot arus untuk mengetahui sirkulasi dan kecepatan dan arah arus. Selain itu, Surfer juga dapat menampilkan peta secara 2D ataupun 3D. pada kesempatan ini software Surfer 16 yang akan digunakan unutk mengolah data akustik kelautan dengan data X (Easting) ,data Y (Northing) dan enam kedalaman lapisan Z yaitu Z1-Z6, data tersebut diproses dengan sebuah tahapan untuk menjadikan model 2D dan 3D yang selanjutnya akan di interpretasi sebagai bahan simulasi perencanaan awal desain kontruksi bawah laut. Abstract

Abstract As a solution to the problem of the Cost Recovery production sharing contract system, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources issued Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 08 of 2017 concerning Gross Split Production Sharing Contracts. This new regulation is motivated by the low number and length of time it took for oil and gas reserves to be discovered, accompanied by Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the upstream oil and gas sector which continues to decline. The Gross Split production sharing contract scheme also offers a reduction in bureaucracy in investing which is expected to attract investors to carry out exploration and exploitation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal principles related to Gross Split regulations in the aspect of improving the investment climate for upstream oil and gas and analyze the new role of the Oil and Gas Special Task Force as an institution appointed by the state to exercise control and supervision of the activities of Cooperation Contract Contractors in Sharing Contracts. Keywords: production, gross split, oil and gas sector, production sharing contract Abstrak Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan sistim kontrak bagi hasil Cost Recovery, Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia Nomor 08 Tahun 2017 tentang Kontrak Bagi Hasil Gross Split. Peraturan baru ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya angka dan lamanya waktu penemuan cadangan minyak dan gas bumi, disertai Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) sektor hulu minyak dan gas bumi yang terus menurun. Skema kontrak bagi hasil Gross Split juga menawarkan pemangkasan birokrasi dalam berinvestasi yang diharapkan mampu menarik minat para investor guna melaksanakan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa kaidah hukum terkait regulasi Gross Split dalam aspek peningkatan iklim investasi hulu minyak dan gas bumi dan menganalisa peran baru Satuan Kerja Khusus Minyak dan Gas Bumi sebagai lembaga yang ditunjuk negara untuk melakukan pengendalian dan pengawasan terhadap aktifitas Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama dalam Kontrak Bagi Hasil. Abstract

Underwater  construction  design  planning  is  increasingly  being  developed  as  a  3D  modeling simulation, because 3D simulation is expected to be able to make the initial plan for making a design  framework.  Surfer  is  one  of  the  software  that  was  created  for  the  purpose  of  making contour  maps  and  three-dimensional  modeling  based  on  existing  grids  and  simplifying  and accelerating data conversion activities into the form of contour maps and surface plots. One of the  applications  is  Surfer  in  the  field  of  Underwater  Technology  development  is  3D  modeling simulation and bathymetric contour map making, sediment layer modeling using SBP data and making current stick plots to determine circulation and current velocity and direction. In addition, Surfer can also display maps in 2D or 3D. on this occasion Surfer 16 software will be used to process  marine  acoustic  data  with  X  (Easting)  data,  Y  (Northing)  data  and  six  Z  layer  depths, namely Z1-Z6, the data is processed in one step to make 2D and 3D models which are then will be  interpreted  as  a  simulation  material  for  the  initial  planning  of  the  underwater  construction design.

Abstract

As a solution to the problem of the Cost Recovery production sharing contract system, the Government of Indonesia through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources issued Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 08 of 2017 concerning Gross Split Production Sharing Contracts. This new regulation is motivated by the low number and length of time it took for oil and gas reserves to be discovered, accompanied by Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) for the upstream oil and gas sector which continues to decline. The Gross Split production sharing contract scheme also offers a reduction in bureaucracy in investing which is expected to attract investors to carry out exploration and exploitation in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the legal principles related to Gross Split regulations in the aspect of improving the investment climate for upstream oil and gas and analyze the new role of the Oil and Gas Special Task Force as an institution appointed by the state to exercise control and supervision of the activities of Cooperation Contract Contractors in Sharing Contracts.

Abstract

In the operational activities of the oil and gas industry (oil and gas), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is very important. Workers in the oil and gas industry have a great potential risk to occupational health and safety conditions. Companies are required to implement an Occupational Health and Safety system to achieve the goal of zero accident industrial operations. Zero accident is a key factor in managing occupational safety and health (OHS). This research focuses on identifying hazards to the interaction between workers, officers/employees, tools and the environment with research indicators namely Human error, not using PPE, technical accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine employee awareness of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at SPBE PTD and to determine Job Safety Analysis at SPBE PTD in order to create zero accidents with descriptive qualitative methods using Job Safety Analysis (JSA). The results showed that the total average indicator assessment had a value of 2.318, the total average accident in 2020 had a value of 0.833, the total average accident in 2021 had a value of 0.722, and the total average accident in 2022 had a value of 0.833. From the results of the total average value, it can be interpreted that the PTD SPBE does not have zero accidents.
