Abstract

Slang is one of the variations of social language that grows among people. Using slang in informal situations for adolescents serves as self-familiarity with other individuals. This research investigates the patterns, meaning, and functions of Sundanese slang in Bandung City/Regency. This research method uses a mix methods of qualitative and quantitative. The researcher collected the data through questionnaires via Google Forms with specific participant criterias to gain appropriate results. Twenty participants were selected based on age, birth, domicile in Bandung City/Regency, and Sundanese as their native language. In analysing the data, the researcher used O'Grady's (1996) theory regarding the word formation process. The results of this study indicate that the word formation processes of Sundanese slang is formed through the types of onomatopoeia (2.81%), derivation (4.22%), multiple processes, (7%) clipping, (8,45%), coinage (22.5%), acronym (24.6%), and blending (30.3%). In addition, slang functions were found into seven types, for humor, mockery, praise, brevity and concreteness, confidentiality, intimacy, and as an identity and group differentiator.

Abstract

The research aims to know the variables that affect the assets of Pension Funds by Financial Institutions (DPLK, Pension funds by financial institution) Muamalat, which is the performance of Bank Muamalat as internal factors that described in the variable Profit of Bank Muamalat and third-party funds. The external factors are Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificates (SBIS, Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah) as an indicator of the placement of Islamic funds, and profit of DPLK Muamalat as a religious factor.The method used in this research is done by Multiple Correlation Regression Analysis with monthly data starting from April 2008 (since the existence of SBIS) until October 2017. Moreover, Analysis Method of HahSlm Theory is added which is an analysis that approached according to Islamic thinking model to provide a benchmark that corresponds to the religious value.The final result of this study emphasizes that all factors, which consist of the internal factors, external factors and religious factors, affect the assets of DPLK Muamalat. It is interesting to know that the profit of Bank Muamalat has a negative correlation. That is certainly not in accordance with the existing theory that performance or credibility of the main business (Bank Muamalat) has a big influence on the performance of DPLK Muamalat. It is expected that the results of the research is useful for every party, from the regulator party like the Financial Services Authority (OJK, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), the industrial parties (the other DPLK), the company, and the participants of the Pension Funds by Financial Institutions.

Abstract

From an Islamic point of view, the murabaha financing collateral confiscation mechanism is problematic. One of the main products of Islamic banking is murabaha capital, which involves a transaction agreement with a profit agreement between the bank and the client. However, payment problems often occur in practice, which requires banks to consider collateral seizure. This study examines the Shariah principles in collateral foreclosure by relying on the Qur'an, Hadith, and fatwa appeals from the National Shariah Council (DSN). The results show that Islamic foreclosure mechanisms should be based on the principles of justice, avoiding unjust actions, and prioritizing the process of mediation and peaceful conflict resolution before resorting to the law. Forfeiture is only permitted if the customer does not show good faith in fulfilling its obligations, and must be proportional to prevent harm to either party. This study found that collateral confiscation can be applied in Shariah-compliant murabaha financing and ensures the proces  is fair and ethical according to Islamic principles.

Abstract

Pelaku bisnis tentu saja sudah sadar bahwa CTA atau call to action adalah hal yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan penjualan serta pemasaran. Tanpa melakukan hal ini, pastinya tidak banyak target konsumen yang berhasil diraih. Hal tersebut berdampak pada proses bisnis yang tidak berjalan dengan maksimal sesuai dengan harapan. Sebelum itu, Anda perlu memahami mengenai call to action yang merupakan kalimat ajakan pendek supaya konsumen segera melakukan pembelian produk. Melalui kalimat tersebut, secara tidak langsung bisnis mengajak agar konsumen merespon terhadap promosi atau iklan yang ditawarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memahami definisi Call to Action (CTA), strategi call to action dalam pemasaran digital oleh pelaku usaha, Sejauh mana call to action memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen secara langsung dan Faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi efektivitas CTA dalam mencapai target penjualan. Kemudian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode studi pustaka, yaitu dengan menelaah berbagai jurnal, buku, dan dokumen ilmiah yang relevan untuk mengkaji teori serta hasil penelitian terdahulu yang mendukung topik yang dibahas. Hasil temuan penelitian in adalah Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap pengaruh strategi Call to Action (CTA) dalam pemasaran, ditemukan bahwa penerapan CTA secara tepat mampu meningkatkan respons konsumen secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa elemen-elemen seperti penempatan CTA yang strategis, penggunaan kata-kata yang persuasif, dan desain visual yang menarik dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan serta mendorong tindakan yang diinginkan, seperti pembelian atau pendaftaran. Responden merespon positif terhadap CTA yang jelas dan mendesak, yang menunjukkan bahwa CTA bukan hanya elemen tambahan, tetapi merupakan komponen penting dalam strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif. Kesimpulannya, penggunaan CTA yang dirancang dengan baik terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye pemasaran dan memperkuat hubungan dengan audiens. Call to Action (CTA) merupakan elemen krusial dalam strategi pemasaran digital yang berfungsi mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan tindakan tertentu, seperti pembelian produk, pendaftaran, atau interaksi lebih lanjut dengan merek. Penggunaan CTA yang efektif, ditandai dengan kalimat yang persuasif, desain visual yang menarik, serta penempatan strategis, terbukti mampu meningkatkan conversion rate dan memperkuat keterlibatan konsumen. Selain itu, faktor-faktor seperti urgensi, insentif, serta pemahaman terhadap karakteristik audiens turut memengaruhi keberhasilan CTA dalam mencapai target penjualan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of corporate governance proxied by institutional ownership, independent board of commissioner, and audit committee and the effect of financial distress on tax avoidance in infrastructure, transportation, and logistics companies. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which is analyzed using linear regression analysis of panel data such as the Chow test, Hausman test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using EViews version 12 software. The population in this study is infrastructure, transportation, and logistic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The sample of this study is 24 companies that were determined by purposive sampling method so that 120 observations were obtained. The results of this study partially show that Corporate Governance, which is proxied by Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, and Audit Committee, has no significant effect on Tax Avoidance, and Financial Distress has a significantly negative effect on Tax Avoidance in infrastructure, transportation, and logistic.

Abstract

A movie that portrays the traditions of its own region is more effective in conveying moral messages based on events that have occurred. Therefore, this research examines the representation of a short movie originating from the Madurese community titled "Tunanganku Mautku," which represents the occurrence of the "carok" tradition with a woman as the main cause. Madura has been known for its strong tradition of arranged marriages since ancient times. Just like in this movie, the character Anshori binds his ring finger with Ulfa's through the arranged marriage arranged by their parents. However, behind this, there is a figure named Supri who first captured Ulfa's heart and told her to wait. Supri felt his dignity was being trampled on by Ulfa's family because Ulfa and Anshori were matched by Ulfa's parents on the grounds of greater wealth and family ties. Based on the results of the reading and analysis conducted by the researcher, the Madurese community has applied a normalization of emergency status with an ethnic symbol, namely "carok." Therefore, in this context, Supri is not blamed; instead, customary law holds Anshori responsible for taking a woman who is already under Supri's authority. Roland Barthes introduced the terms "signifier" and "signified," which were developed into a theory of metalanguage with two levels: denotation and connotation, and myths. This is in line with research related to the transcript text in the movie to explain the aspects or realities depicted in the movie "Tunanganku Mautku".

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keterampilan membaca kelas rendah yang merupakan dasar untuk menguasai bahasa, dimana peserta didik tidak hanya mengucapkan simbol bahasa, tetapi juga harus dapat memahami isi dari bacaan. Rendahnya keterampilan membaca siswa menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan penerapan model Coopertaive Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) berbantuan media Puzzle suku kata keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 MIS Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya, (2) Mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas 1 setelah penerapan model Coopertaive Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) berbantuan media Puzzle suku kata di MIS Miftahul Huda 2 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis & McTaggart, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 29 siswa kelas 1C, dengan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, unjuk kerja, dan dokumentasi yang nantinya data dianlisis menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dan teknik analisis kualitatif model interaktif Miles&Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan model CIRC berbantuan media puzzle suku kata pada siklus I, aktivitas guru dalam mengelola kelas memperoleh presentase 70,5% dengan kriteria cukup baik dan meningkat pada siklus II mencapai presentase sebesar 86% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Aktivitas siswa juga meningkat dari presentase 70% pada siklus I dengan kriteria cukup baik meningkat menjadi sebesar 86% pada siklus II dengan kriteria sangat baik. (2) Pada siklus I, 58,6% siswa mencapai nilai ≥65. Presentase ini meningkat menjadi 86,2% pada siklus II melampaui kriteria ketuntasan klasikal yakni ≥70%. Secara keseluruhan, keterampilan membaca siswa meningkat sebesar 27,6% setelah pelaksanaan dua siklus. Hasil N-Gain pada siklus I memperoleh nilai mean 0,2734 dengan kategori rendah. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 0,5796 dengan kategori sedang. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penerapan model CIRC berbantuan media puzzle suku kata terbukti dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa kelas I MI dengan peningkatan di kategori sedang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school management in promoting character education through blood donation activities among high school students. The research method used a mixed-methods approach. The results show that students' primary motivation in donating blood is to help others, which reflects the internalization of the values ​​of altruism and social concern. Psychological barriers, such as fear of needles and fear of fainting, are the main obstacles to blood donation practices, so innovative intervention strategies have proven effective in overcoming them. The implementation of structured blood donation activities through planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating (POAC), as well as collaboration with external parties such as the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), successfully transformed this activity into a real character learning medium, building empathy, responsibility, discipline, and social concern.

Abstract

This study discusses the terms used in the traditional Bite Nggukale wedding ceremony in Konawe Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the cultural meanings and explain the functions of the terms used in the traditional Bite Nggukale wedding ceremony. The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. In collecting data, the author used documentation and interviews. In the data analysis stage, the author used ethnosemantics to reveal the cultural meanings contained in the terms of the Bite Nggukale traditional wedding ceremony. Ethnolinguistics is the study of terms related to semantic meanings, such as kinship, color, flora, and fauna, to reveal cultural meanings. The results show that there are fifteen terms used in the traditional wedding ceremony of Bite Nggukale. The data includes the terms pabitara, toonomotuo, tolea, sara pombesanggarai, sara pomberahi, sara pombepende, kalosara, powokasi obiri, asolawa sawu lipa, obite tinongo nggukale, asondumbu okasa, oaso kiniku sara, and mowindahako. The cultural elements contained in these terms indicate kinship terms used in resolving traditional marriage processes.

Abstract

Studying literary works with an environmental perspective is one way to voice campaigns for the importance of protecting and caring for nature, especially considering the state of nature, which is increasingly being damaged by human activities. One way that can be done to make people aware of the importance of caring for nature again is through writing—the literacy activism movement to the community through language learning with an environmental perspective. In addition to raising awareness about the importance of caring for the environment, this movement also represents the preservation of local wisdom and biodiversity based on local culture and those carried out by ancestors who have a passion for preserving nature through literary works. Thus, the Jawasastra Community initiated a training program for writing Javanese literary works on the environment theme to invite general public to express their anxiety about environmental damage and to remind them again about the importance of humans, who still depend very much on nature. In the end, literature is not only understood as a beautiful series of words. However, it has an advocative nature as a medium to convey messages to the public regarding advice, warnings, and invitations to love all life that God has presented on this earth. ==== Pembelajaran karya sastra yang berwawasan lingkungan merupakan salah satu cara untuk menyuarakan kampanye pentingnya menjaga dan merawat alam terlebih melihat keadaan alam yang semakin rusak akibat ulah manusia. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyadarkan pentingnya kembali merawat alam adalah melalui tulisan. Adapun gerakan aktivisme literasi kepada masyarakat melalui pembelajaran bahasa yang berwawasan lingkungan. Selain menumbuhkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya merawat lingkungan, gerakan ini juga merepresentasikan pelestarian kearifan lokal serta keanekaragaman hayati berdasarkan budaya setempat sama halnya dengan yang dilakukan oleh para leluhur yang memiliki semangat melestarikan alam melalui karya sastra. Dengan demikian, program pelatihan penulisan karya sastra Jawa bertema lingkungan yang dilaksanakan bersama Komunitas Jawasastra ini dilaksanakan guna mengajak masyarakat umum untuk mengekspresikan diri terkait kegelisahan kerusakan lingkungan serta mengingatkan kembali tentang pentingnya manusia yang pada dasarnya masih sangat menggantungkan hidupnya dari alam. Pada akhirnya, sastra tidak hanya dipahami sebagai suatu bentuk rangkaian kata yang indah semata, tetapi memiliki sifat advokatif sebagai media untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada masyarakat tentang nasihat, peringatan, maupun ajakan mencintai seluruh kehidupan yang dihadirkan Tuhan di bumi ini.
