Abstract

This research is an example of classroom action research that uses an augmented reality application to determine the improvement in learning outcomes of students in class VI human locomotion material. The subjects of this research were 30 students in class VI-A at SDN Sidotopo IV/51 Surabaya. The classroom action research model used is the Kemmis and Tagart model in 2 learning cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in this research were obtained from written tests from cycle I and cycle II. The results of classroom action research in cycle I showed that learning completeness reached 63.33% and learning completeness in cycle II reached 86.67%. Based on the results of the classroom action research, it can be seen that there was an increase of 23.34%, so it can be stated that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in class VI human locomotion material at SDN Sidotopo IV/51 Surabaya through the application of the augmented reality application.

Abstract

This research was carried out to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subject matter of addition using the addition straw media. The hypothesis of this research is that the use of addition straw media can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects for class II students at SDN Sidotopo IV 51 Surabaya. This research is classroom action research which goes through 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and meetings. The subjects of this research were class II students, totaling 27 students. The data collection techniques used are tests and non-tests. Non-tests include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative. The research results show that student learning outcomes after using the adding straw media have a good impact on student learning outcomes. This is proven by the increase in completeness in each cycle starting from pre-cycle to cycle 2. In cycle 1 the average classical completeness was only 60.62% with the number of students who completed it being 12 students and 15 students not yet completed, then in cycle 2 the average Classical completion rose to 80% with the number of students who completed it being 24 students and 3 students who had not yet completed it. Learning success can be determined by several factors, including the teacher. Teachers have a very important role, namely as implementers of the curriculum and delivery of teaching materials or materials. Teachers have abilities in the learning process that are very closely related to their teaching abilities. The teacher's role in the learning process includes, among others, as a communicator/informator, conductor, organizer, motivator, and educator. In a teaching and learning process as a whole the role of the teacher cannot be ignored.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the interest of researchers in using the implementation of the picture and picture type cooperative model in science lessons in class v. The purpose of this research is to see how the implementation of the learning model in the classroom. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique used in this study uses four stages, including 1) collecting data, 2) reducing data, 3) presenting data, and 4) drawing conclusions and verification. The implementation of the picture and picture type of cooperative learning model is applied according to the syntax. From the results of the study, it was found that the application of the cooperative model of the picture and picture type in science subjects had been applied as well as the teaching and learning process in general. The learning outcomes of science subjects using a picture and picture cooperative model have a value of 100% reaching the KKM. Some of the obstacles felt by the teacher at the time of learning can be resolved correctly.

Abstract

This research endeavors to examine the impact of employing Explosion Box learning media on enhancing student learning achievements in Natural Science (IPA) subjects on energy sources in class IV SDN 1 Luwe Hulu. The rationale for this study stems from the limited student engagement and learning achievements attributed to the application of traditional, less interactive pedagogical approaches. The research methodology employed a pre-experimental framework with a quantitative orientation, utilizing a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 22 students, and data was collected through observation and multiple choice tests. The statistical analysis outcomes, derived from the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, demonstrated a notable improvement in learning achievements, indicated by a significance level of <0.001. The average student score increased from 49.59 (pretest) to 94.77 (posttest). The percentage of learning implementation reached 90.22%, which shows that Explosion Box media is effective in creating interactive and meaningful learning. These findings indicate that the Explosion Box is able to increase students' motivation, engagement, and understanding, and is recommended as an innovative media in science learning at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Before the Islamic economy developed rapidly as it is today, Indonesia only knew the conventional banking system. However, since 1992 Indonesia began to recognize the system of Islamic financial institutions. There are three basic principles that every Islamic financial institution must have, namely: the principle of equity, theprinciple of participation, and theprinciple of ownership. The prospects and business progress of Islamic financial institutions are realized by the increasingly advanced developments accompanied by existing technology, so LKS must follow developments by improving existing facilities and services. Some of the obstacles and obstacles in the development of LKS include the lack of community readiness to accept the presence of LKS, lack of socialization and education to the community and limited capital and access to capital. Islamic Financial Institutions in an Islamic perspective, namely according to the basis of the Qur'an, hadith, ijma, and qiyas. The foundation based on the Qur'an is divided into three aspects, namely about property management, about trade, and about usury. In the Qur'an there are several verses of the Qur'an including: QS. Al-Baqarah:188; QS. Adz-Dzariyat: 19; QS. Ali-24 Imron: 130; QS. Ar-Ra'd:11; and QS. Ar-Rahman:9. While the basis according to the hadith is divided into four aspects, namely: economics, trade, usury, and debt.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the role of tax knowledge, tax service quality, and trust in the government on Kemayoran District MSME taxpayer compliance. The method used in this research is the data collection method through a questionnaire which is measured using a Likert scale. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of MSME actors in the Kemayoran District area and those who have an income of >500 million per year. This research is quantitative research. The results of this research state that knowledge of taxation influences the compliance of Kemayoran District MSME taxpayers, the quality of tax service does not influence the compliance of Kemayoran District MSME taxpayers, and trust in the government does not influence the compliance of Kemayoran District MSME taxpayers.

Abstract

This article will examine the KSPPS BMT Peta Kediri policy in dealing with problematic financing using restructuring policies, both before and during the Pandemic. Financial institutions, both banks, and non-banks that sell financing products must be prepared for risks. One of the risks that will arise is the risk of problematic financing. BMT Peta Kediri also faces this risk, so they develop a strategy for handling problematic financing through several policies, namely restructuring which includes rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring. This study will use a descriptive-analytical approach using sharia financing management parameters. The results of this study show that BMT Peta Kediri used a Rescheduling system in the form of PPJ (Schedule extension) before the pandemic, and used the JU Covid-19 (Covid-19 Reschedule) system during the pandemic. At the end of 2021, a Consultant Team was formed to assist the Account Officer's duties in dealing with members who had problems with financing. This policy can help ease the members, and successfully turn the collectibility from a previously less fluid status into a particular concern. Keywords: non-performing financing, sharia financing management, restructuring   Abstrak: Artikel ini akan mengkaji kebijakan KSPPS BMT Peta Kediri dalam menangani pembiayaan bermasalah dengan menggunakan kebijakan restrukturisasi, baik sebelum maupun selama Pandemi. Lembaga keuangan, baik bank, maupun non bank yang menjual produk pembiayaan harus siap menghadapi risiko. Salah satu risiko yang akan muncul adalah risiko pembiayaan bermasalah. BMT Peta Kediri juga menghadapi risiko ini sehingga mereka menyusun strategi penanganan pembiayaan bermasalah melalui beberapa kebijakan, yaitu restrukturisasi yang meliputi penjadwalan kembali (rescheduling), persyaratan kembali (reconditioning), dan penataan kembali (restructuring). Penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis dengan menggunakan parameter manajemen pembiayaan syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa BMT Peta Kediri menggunakan sistem Rescheduling berupa PPJ (Perpanjangan Penjadwalan) sebelum pandemi, dan menggunakan sistem JU Covid-19 (Jadwal Ulang Covid-19) pada saat pandemi. Pada akhir tahun 2021, dibentuk Tim Konsultan untuk membantu tugas Account Officer dalam menangani anggota yang bermasalah dengan pembiayaan. Kebijakan ini dapat membantu meringankan para anggota, dan berhasil mengubah kolektibilitas dari yang tadinya kurang lancar menjadi perhatian khusus. Abstract

Peradilan tata usaha negara adalah peradilan yang menjadi salah satu sarana untuk melakukan koreksi atas putusan pemerintah yang terkait atau tercakup dalam tata usaha negara atau administrasi negara. Proses pengujian terhadap kebijakan melalui lembaga peradilan seperti tata usaha negara mempunyai tahapan, pertama tahapan awal yaitu pendahuluan terdiri dari administrasi, proses dismissal, dan pemeriksaan persiapan. Setelah proses tersebut kemudian persidangan . Pada dasarnya Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara adalah tempat untuk diajukannya mengadili sengketa terhadap suatu keputusan yang dikeluarkan oleh pejabat tata usaha negara. Namun yang sering terjadi adalah proses dalam peradilan tata usaha negara tidak dilakukan dengan maksimal. Sehingga yang harusnya proses itu bisa dijalankan dengan efektif justru berkepanjangan sehingga pada akhirnya mencederai proses asas persidangan yang sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan. Untuk lebih memperjelas hal tersebut maka diambil contoh putusan yaitu nomor perkara 41/G/LH/2018/PTUN.PBR. Dalam putusan tersebut tergambar yang disengketakan terkait dengan obyek sengketa yang pada dasarnya tidak pernah ada. Tetapi Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara Pekanbaru berpendapat lain, sehingga perkara disidangkan sampai putusan akhir. Terlebih lagi dalam putusan tersebut juga tidak dibahas sama sekali mengenai eksepsi error in objecto yang diajukan salah satu pihak yang berperkara. Kesimpulannya, terjadi disfungsional terhadap proses dismissal sehingga pada akhirnya mengabaikan ketiadaan objek sengketa tersebut.

Abstract

The development of digital technology offers new opportunities in the world of education, especially through the use of digital educational games. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of digital educational games in enhancing creativity and problem solving among elementary school students. The research method used was a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental approach involving 20 grade IV students at Tlogogung State Elementary School. Data were collected by pre-test and post-test, as well as observation of student activities, while using educational games based on problem solving. The results showed that there was a significant increase in aspects of creativity and problem solving skills after students were involved in digital educational games for four weeks. With interactive elements, cognitive challenges and direct feedback, the game can stimulate various thoughts and increase students' confidence in solving problems. This realization shows that digital educational games are not only entertainment tools, but also effective learning tools in developing important skills for children in the 21st century. Recommendations are given to educators and educational technology developers for the design of game content that meets the needs of the curriculum and child development.

Abstract

Fire is a disaster that can cause significant material and non-material losses. Delays in detecting early signs of fire often result in the rapid spread of flames and greater damage. This study aims to implement an early fire detection and warning system based on the AVR ATmega16 microcontroller, utilizing the LM35 sensor for temperature detection, the Flame V2 sensor for flame detection, and an SMS Gateway via a Wavecom modem as a medium for remote notification. The research adopts a prototype development approach, encompassing the stages of design, implementation, and system testing. The system is designed to provide two forms of alerts: a local audio alarm and a short message service (SMS) notification to registered user mobile numbers. System testing was conducted using the black box method to validate the functionality of both hardware and software. Experimental results indicate that the LM35 sensor successfully detected temperature increases above 39°C, while the Flame V2 sensor accurately identified the presence of fire. The system automatically transmitted SMS notifications to the user and activated a buzzer alarm as a danger alert. Furthermore, users were able to control the activation and deactivation of sensors via SMS commands with specific formats, thereby enhancing the system’s operational flexibility. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for further development toward more intelligent, integrated, and adaptive fire detection systems.
