Abstract

The original purpose of this research was to find out, 1) how to apply the muroja'ah method at Muhammadiyah Palur Elementary School, 2) what are the obstacles and solutions to the implementation of the muroja'ah method at Muhammadiyah Palur Elementary School. This type of research is qualitative using a narrative approach, as long as the data is obtained by the people involved in it, the paper, and the data obtained in the field. Data collection techniques resulted from interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The data validation technique uses technical triangulation, original triangulation, and time triangulation. what will happen from this research is that the application of the muroja'ah method to Muhammadiyah Palur Elementary School is, 1) muroja'ah together and listened to by assatidz, 2) muroja'ah memorizing with friends, 3) tahfidz exam for those who have completed minimum memorization of juz 30. The obstacles in applying the muroja'ah method are, 1) students are not focused, 2) students are lazy, 3) the environment is less effective. The solution to overcoming obstacles to the application of muroja'ah is, 1) the teacher must be creative in teaching, 2) the teacher must understand the characteristics of each student, 3) each student has a memorization control book and also muroja'ah. The results of the application of the muroja'ah method in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in memorizing the Qur'an are that students have confidence in increasing their memorization of the Qur'an and also class 2 B students are able to complete memorizing the Al-Qur'an in juz 30 and take the tahfidz exam in one sitting.

Abstract

This study aims to see the differences in the use of web learning media on writing skills in Indonesian language subjects, especially in the aspect of capital letter writing in fifth grade students of SDIT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya. A quantitative approach was employed using a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The participants consisted of 18 fifth-grade students from the Abu Hanifah. Data were gathered through observation checklist, documentation, and performance asessment sheets to evaluate students' writing abilities, and were subsequently analyzed using a paired sample t-test. Observations findings indicated that f teacher and student activities reached average percentages of 99% and 92% both caregorized as very good. Students' writing skills improved from average pretest score of 56 to an average posttest score of 76 and the results of the study showed a t-count value of -6.398 with a significance value (2-tailed) = 0.001 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference in the use of web learning media on writing skills in fifth grade Indonesian language subjects at SDIT Al-Furqan Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Safety is the most important aspect of a road to consider. Road safety means the road is in good condition for a vehicle to pass on. Maintenance and reconstruction are the two means that should be performed to preserve road performance and safety. Bina Marga Semarang, as the road administrator, uses Surface Distress Index (SDI) data to determine the appropriate maintenance/reconstruction (M/R) work on a road within the road network in Semarang. The SDI method gives a score based on each road segment condition; the lower the score, the better the road condition, which means the less road damage. This research aimed to allocate resources based on the risk inherent in each road section. SDI in 2024 and Average Daily Traffic (ADT) data in 2023 were used to quantify the risk magnitude of each road section in the Kecamatan Tugu, Semarang road network. The maintenance/reconstruction cost of each segment was also calculated to determine the road M/R cost. Road segments were then ranked based on the risk magnitude and M/R cost. The result showed that JL. Stasiun Jrakah was the riskiest road, but held the 7th position in M/R cost.

Abstract

Postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) is a frequent complication of general anaesthesia that prolongs recovery, increases the burden of care, and may lead to wound strain, dehydration, and aspiration. Many patients are unaware of this risk and hesitate to report their symptoms, while accessible, evidence-based educational material for the lay public remains scarce. This community service activity aimed to develop an electronic educational leaflet (e-leaflet) on the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting and to disseminate it through social media. The activity was carried out in four stages: identifying the educational need, designing the content in a question-and-answer format, developing the material from a scientific literature review followed by expert validation and a lay-readability check, and disseminating the final product through Instagram and TikTok. The resulting product was an eleven-slide visual e-leaflet covering the definition, mechanism, risk factors, consequences, medical prevention, patient preparation, and warning signs of postoperative nausea and vomiting. Expert validation confirmed the scientific accuracy of the content, and lay readers judged the language to be understandable. This activity demonstrates that guideline-based knowledge on PONV can be feasibly translated into an accessible, low-cost digital education product for prospective surgical patients, and lays the groundwork for a subsequent, more rigorous evaluation of its impact on patient knowledge.

Abstract

Team Games Tournament (TGT) merupakan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang memadukan kerja sama kelompok dengan kompetisi berbasis permainan melalui lima tahapan: penyajian kelas, belajar kelompok, permainan, turnamen, dan penghargaan kelompok. Educaplay, sebagai platform digital interaktif, digunakan untuk memperkuat penerapan tahapan-tahapan tersebut dan membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik. Di MIN 1 Kota Palangka Raya, pemahaman siswa kelas IV terhadap materi IPAS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial) masih belum optimal, salah satunya karena pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru dan memberikan ruang yang terbatas bagi inisiatif siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) penerapan model TGT berbantu Educaplay dalam pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV; (2) hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapannya; dan (3) pengaruh model TGT berbantu Educaplay terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS di MIN 1 Kota Palangka Raya. Dua puluh tujuh siswa kelas IV-B, yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, mengikuti penelitian kuantitatif Pre-Experimental ini dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi, tes pilihan ganda, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji-t berpasangan, dan perhitungan N-Gain. Model TGT berbantu Educaplay diterapkan dengan tingkat keberhasilan 98,21%, dikategorikan sangat baik. Rata-rata skor meningkat dari 69,44 (pretest) menjadi 78,89 (posttest). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa model Team Games Tournament berbantu Educaplay membawa pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPAS, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh uji Paired Sample t-Test (t = -6,648; Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05) dan rerata N-Gain sebesar 0,3199, yang dikategorikan sedang.
