Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, results, and supporting and inhibiting factors of community empowerment in Tanari Menari Village. This research method is a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of the head of the Pokdarwis, community leaders, dancers, tour guides, and traders. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation of sources, methods and theories. Data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study revealed that the planning stage was carried out by the chairman of the Pokdarwis and Astra. Implementation of activities with training and community training. As a result of empowerment the Tanon community was able to play a role according to their ability, and the community was able to improve the economy. Supporting factors include economic needs, community awareness of preserving superior local potential, and interest in activities according to their abilities. And the inhibiting factors are the dancers are not consistent in a long time, the facilities and infrastructure are not complete, there are still residents who are not aware of tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the entrepreneurial character of PLS FIP UNNES students. The study was designed using a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were PLS students 2016-2018. The sampling technique in this study is the proportional stratified random sampling technique, and the sampling calculation technique uses Isacc and Michel. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive percentages analysis. The results showed the self-introduction of PLS study program students included in the strong category. The entrepreneurial character of PLS Study Program students is in the medium potential category. The learning strategies of entrepreneurship education in PLS study programs are considered effective in providing entrepreneurial skills for students majoring in PLS FIP UNNES.

Abstract

Indonesia as an archipelagic country should be introduced to early childhood. Therefore, it is necessary to develop maritime insight learning tools for children in coastal areas. The objectives of this research were to develop maritime insight learning tools for ocean literacy in children aged 5-6 years old and to analyze the effectiveness of the learning tools. The learning tools were in the form of semester program, weekly and daily lesson plan, teaching materials, and learning media and were developed by following the conditions and characteristics of the coastal areas. Research & Development with one group pretest-posttest design were conducted in six kindergartens with 80 students at Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. The research also involved education experts, practitioners, and teachers of that areas as research subjects. Data collection instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the maritime insight learning tools is valid for use. The result of trials with t-test showed there were an increase in the ocean literacy skills of students after using maritime insight learning tools with n-Gain scores of 0.69 with the category medium on a limited scale trial and 0.70 with the high category in wide scale trial. It concluded that development of the maritime insight learning tools was effective for improving ocean literacy in children aged 5-6 years old

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan bagi tutor (pendidik) merupakan kegiatan tindak lanjut dari program pelatihan, yang sangat diperlukan  bagi tutor  agar mereka mampu menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajari selama pelatihan ke dalam tugas mengelola pembelajaran yang  nyata di kelas. Hal ini disebabkan tutor acapkali mengalami kendala sikap kurang percaya diri,  takut salah dan kurang kreatif menghadapi peserta didik pada kelas yang real dan terbatasnya pengalaman kerja..  Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan bagi tutor pada PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) dalam bentuk bimbingan teknis dengan model ICARE (Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection, Extension) berdasarkan identifikasi masalah kelemahan tutor yakni merancang perangkat lembar kerja yang baik. Penerapan pendampingan dengan model ICARE dapat memberikan peluang tutor untuk mengetahui kelemahan atau masalahnya, menemukan ide-ide perbaikan, mencobakan ide baru untuk memecahkan masalahnya dan mengembangkannya yang lebih baik. Kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk pendampingan tutor dengan model ICARE merupakan alat pemberdayaan dan pengembangan personal tutor yang sangat efektif membantu tutor memecahkan masalah mempraktekkan atau mentransfer pengalaman belajar  baru  yang diperoleh selama mengikuti pelatihan ke dalam praktek kinerja mengelola pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kharakteristik kemampuan peserta didik, sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan program lembaga. Hasil akhirnya tercapai pembelajaran yang bermutu, perbaikan kinerja tutor menuju profesional pada satuan pendidikan luar sekolah yang dikelola PKBM.

Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah dalam menunjang pendidik khususnya nonformal dalam tupoksi dan untuk proses kenaikan pangkat dengan melakukan penulisan karya ilmiah. Penddik adalah adalah guru profesional dengan tugas utama mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, mengarahkan, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi peserta didik pada pendidikan anak usia dini jalur pendidikan formal, pendidikan dasar dan pendidikan menengah. Dengan demikian  seorang pendidk harus mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara profesional.  Pengabdian ini dimulai dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait. Dimulai kerjasama dengan stake holder terkait, diantara dengan Kepala UPTD SKB Salatiga, Lembaga PKBM setempat, dan juga menentukan pelatih/ pemateri/ narasumber yang mempunyai kemampuan dalam pembuatan karya tulis. Berkaitan dengan rencana pengabdian ini dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan yang disesuaikan dengan permasalahan atau kebutuhan yang ada di lapangan dibantu oleh UPTD SKB Salatiga setempat dengan melakukan pelatihan membuat  karya ilmiah  bagi pendidk nonformal di   Kota Salatiga Semarang. Setelah itu masing-masing memberikan gambaran dan membuat perencanaan, sampai dengan pelaksaan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk peningkatan diri guru-guru berkaitan dengan karta tulis ilmiah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan model pendidikan kecakapan hidup dalam pembelajaran program pendidikan kesetaraan; menjelaskan keefektivan model dan dampak model dalam pencapaian tujuan standar kompetensi peserta didik. Populasi penelitian yang didesain dengan penelitian tindakan praktis (pracyical action research) adalah tutor pendidikan kesetaraan yang masih aktif di Kota Semarang. Sampel penelitian ditetapkan secara purposive random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik uji t test perpasangan. Hasil penelitian adalah penerapan model pendidikan kecakapan hidup pada awalnya masih terpisah dengan mata pelajaran yang lebih difokuskan pada aspek kecakapan vokasi. Kemampuan tutor dalam menyusun program pembelajaran dengan menjabarkan kecakapan hidup dalam materi pelajaran masih rendah. Kualifikasi kecakapan hidup peserta didik masih rendah. Setelah penerapan model, kemampuan tutor dalam menyusun program pembelajaran meningkat, termasuk pada kategori baik. Kualifikasi kecakapan hidup peserta didik meningkat secara signifikan. Penerapan model pendidikan kecakapan hidup terintegrasi dalam mata pelajaran efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik pendidikan kesetaraan.Kata Kunci: model pendidikan kecakapan hidup; standar kompetensi lulusan; pendidikan kesetaraan

Abstract

In the 21st-century professional competence of teachers is needed in carrying out the teaching and learning process, which is pursued through the Development of Sustainable Profession (CLA). The low level of CLA in SMP Negeri 1 Semarang proves that the government's efforts to improve teacher professionalism haven’t been successful. This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and school culture through work ethic on the professionalism of junior high school teachers in Semarang City. This study applies the analysis path through two regression analyses: 1) regression analysis between principal leadership, school culture, and work ethic on teacher professionalism, and 2) regression analysis between principal leadership and school culture on work ethic. This study uses the online Sobel Test Calculator to test the variables. The results of the regression analysis stated that the principal's leadership had no direct effect on teacher professionalism. Principal leadership and school culture affect teacher professionalism through work ethic as an intervening variable according to the results of the Sobel test.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study aims to describe the implementation of product marketing, product marketing models and partnerships in supporting and inhibiting factors partnerships in rural vocational Gemawang. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done by means of interviews, observation and documentation. 1 Chairman of the research subjects in vocational village, the village head Gemawang, the Swamp Jandung partners and 6 head of the business group. The validity of the data used is triangulation theory, data and methods. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative phase of data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study showed different marketing strategies of each group. Partnership model used is the core plasma, general trade and contract soup. Factors supporting partnerships their dreams and ideals strong to develop mutually beneficial business. inhibiting factor weather and lack of knowledge in establishing partner. Abstrak: Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pemasaran produk, model kemitraan dalam pemasaran produk dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat menjalin kemitraan di desa vokasi Gemawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian seorang ketua desa vokasi, Kepala Desa Gemawang, pihak mitra Jandung Rawa dan 6 ketua kelompok usaha. Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi teori, data dan metode. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan strategi pemasaran setiap kelompok berbeda. Model kemitraan yang digunakan yaitu inti plasma, dagang umum dan sup kontrak. Faktor pendukung menjalin kemitraan adanya mimpi dan cita-cita yang kuat untuk mengembangkan usaha saling menguntungkan. faktor penghambatnya cuaca dan kurang pengetahuan dalam menjalin mitra.

Abstract

Based on the results of the preliminary observations, the teacher in delivering social studies learning material emphasizes memorization, not problem-solving. This is shown by students who get ≥KKM (KKM = 70) are 17 of 30 students. The research was also aimed at finding out the differences in student learning outcomes using problem-based learning and scientific learning. This research uses true experiments. The population in this study were all students of class VA SDN Sambirejo totaling 30 students and VB SDN Sambirejo 01 totaling 30 students. The sample of this research was 60 students from 2 classes at SDN Sambirejo 01. Data collection techniques used tests and non-tests. The data analysis technique is the research prerequisite test, including the normality test, the homogeneity test, and the hypothesis test results, including the t-test. The results showed that through the t-test, it shows that there is no significant difference between student learning outcomes using problem-based learning models and scientific learning Keywords: Social studies, problem-based learning, scientific learning, learning outcomes, elementary school==================================================================================================== Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di kelas, guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran IPS lebih menekankan pada hafalan bukan pada penyelesaian masalah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan siswa yang memperoleh nilai ≥KKM (KKM=70) adalah 17 dari 30 siswa. Atas dasar tersebut, penelitian pun ditujukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan pembelajaran saintifik. Penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen nyata. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VA SDN Sambirejo berjumlah 30 siswa dan VB SDN Sambirejo 01 berjumlah 30 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 siswa dari 2 kelas di SDN Sambirejo 01. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan non tes. Teknik analisis data adalah uji prasyarat penelitian meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan hasil uji hipotesis meliputi uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui uji t menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dengan pembelajaran saintifik.  Kata kunci: IPS, pembelajaran berbasis masalah, pembelajaran saintifik, hasil belajar, sekolah dasar

Abstract

The purpose of research to describe the application of optimization programs empowerment fishing families in the district Wedung Demak on the field's Health, education, social, cultural and economic as well as describing its effectiveness in reducing poverty. Design research is a practical action (practical action research). The location of research is in the District Wedung Posdaya District of Demak. The primary resource is fishing families involved in target Posdaya, informal and non-formal community leaders. Collecting data by interview and observation. The validity of the data with confidence, perseverance, and honesty. Qualitative research data analysis with interactive model. The results showed empowerment fishing families with garbage bank program, early childhood parenting, family counseling aware of nutrition, marketing management training fish jerky products through packaging and product quality, assessed effectively empower families of fishermen. Fishing families have the opportunity to participate in development in the areas of health, education, economic and socio-cultural values are clean and healthy, so that they can improve a clean and healthy lifestyle, become self-sufficient families and families who can increase his income.Keywords:Coastal Community Empowerment Model, Family Empowerment Post, Non-formal Education
