Abstract

Street children who can excel in formal schools can be an example for other street children who prefer to drop out of school. Learning achievements are not only influenced by high intelligence and only capable learning facilities, but learning achievements can also be influenced by other factors such as achievement motivation. The purpose of this research is intended to measure and identify or prove achievement motivation relationship with the learning achievement of street children in District Kemranjen Banyumas District. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kecamatan Kemranjen kabupaten Banyumas dengan 30 anak jalanan sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif korelasi dengan menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between achievement motivation and learning achievement with a correlation coefficient value of 0.622. The level of relationship between achievement motivated variables with learning achievements has a strong level of relationship with a correlation coefficient value of 0622 * * Located at intervals of 0.60 – 0799. It is hoped that the study of teachers can have a study that can foster the motivation to achieve their students so that the child can be more in the spirit of learning and achieving their achievements at school.

Abstract

The quality and the level of Human Resources (HR) hold a very strategic position in an organization. Besides, Human Resources also play an important role in the process of achieving the vision and the mission of an organization. Therefore, it is needed the existence of management consistently and continuously towards Human Resources itself. The purpose of this study is to find out and to analyse; 1) How the planning used in functional education and training program for improving English teacher competency in Pemalang Regency. 2) How the implementation functional education and training program for improving English teacher competency in Pemalang Regency, and 3) How the evaluation offunctional education and training program for improving English teacher competency in Pemalang Regency. This research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The type of qualitative research approach used was case study. The data collection process was carried out byobservations, interviews, and document studies. The results of the study showed; 1) the implementation of functional education and training program for improving English teacher competency in Pemalang Regency included the process of analysing the needs, setting goal, training model, determining participant and presenter 2) the implementation of functional education and training program for improving English teacher used full face-to-face pattern of 60 Learning Hours. 3) the evaluation of functional education and traing program for improving English teacher competency showed the improvement of teacher competency which was indicated by the results of post-test at the end of the program. Suggestion for education and training providers is that the management of education and training program should be maximized, especially for the management of supportingfacilitie program, in this case is the provision of close worship place to the training room for timing efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of the principal leadership, school culture and teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. This research employs a quantitative approach with path analysis as the data analysis. The sample of this research is 114 teachers, consisting of 8 public high schools in Pati Regency and taken using proportionated cluster random sampling. Questionnaires were used as the research instrument. The results show that leadership, school culture, teacher pedagogical competence, and work motivation directly affected teacher performance. While on the indirect effect, work motivation was able to mediate the effect of leadership, school culture and pedagogic competence on teacher performance. The conclusion is that there is a direct effect of principal leadership, school culture and teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance, and indirectly, work motivation is able to mediate the effect of the independent variables to the dependent one.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang manajemen peyelenggaraan program serta hambatan dari program bina keluarga remaja melalui kegiatan keterampilan merajut. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 4 orang yaitu Ketua BKR, 1 tutor, dan 2 orang terdiri dari Ketua UPTD KB PP Kecamatan Ungaran Barat, dan PLKB, serta 2 warga belajar sebagai informan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teori. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Perencanan kegiatan merajut meliputi prosedur identifikasi, perumusan tujuan, perekrutan tutor, WB, penentuan materi dan media. Pengorganisasian meliputi pembagian tugas dan tanggungjawab secara proposional pada masing-masing organisasi pelaksana yang ada di BKR. Penggerak kegiatan berlangsung seminggu 1 kali, pembelajaran menggunakan metode ceramah, praktek, dan tanya jawab, tutor selalu memberikan motivasi kepada warga belajar. Pembinaan kegiatan merajut dilakukan secara internal dan eksternal. Penilaian kegiatan merajut menggunakan evaluasi formatif dan sumatif; Pengembangan kegiatan merajut akan diperluas wilayah kegiatan keterampilan merajut. Hambatan yang ada meliputi keadaan alam, karakteristik warga belajar yang berbeda-beda dan tempat kerja..This study aimed to describe about the management of the family development program for adolescents in knitting skills activities and constraints. The research approach uses a qualitative approach. Subjects numbered 4, namely the Chairman of BKR, 1 tutor, and 2 consist of the Chairman of the District UPTD KB PP Ungaran Barat, and field officers, as well as two residents learn as informants. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data using triangulation source. Data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions / verification. The results obtained are: 1) Planning knitting activities include the identification procedure, formulation of objectives, hiring tutors, WB, determination of material and media; 2) The organization includes the division of tasks and responsibilities are proportional to the respective implementing organizations in BKR; 3) Drive activity 1 time lasted a week, learning to use the lecture method, practice, and frequently asked questions, tutor always gives motivation to the participants; 4) provide guidance on the knitting is done internally and externally; 5) knitting activities using formative and summative evaluation; 6) The development activities will be expanded region knitting knitting skills activities; 7) the existing barriers include the state of nature and the workplace. Advice given socialization program should be implemented in other neighborhoods, ditambahankan with the marketing of the material means of knitting skills.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan proses monitoring, proses evaluasi program, hasil, dampak, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pelatihan Batik Brebesan di Mitra Batik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 3 orang yang terdiri dari monitor internal, monitor eksternal, evaluator dan 3 orang informan yaitu peserta pelatihan. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam  penelitian ini meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini: monitoring dilakukan oleh pihak internal dan eskternal dimana monitor internal tidak menggunakan instrumen yang jelas, sedangkan monitor eksternal mengunakan instrumen, evaluator program tidak menggunakan instrumen dan evaluator kurang memenuhi kompetensi evaluator program, hasil pelatihan mencakup tiga aspek yaitu kognitif, keterampilan dan sikap dimana yang paling dominan adalah aspek keterampilan, dampak pelatihan adanya peningkatan kinerja dan peningkatan penghasilan bagi peserta, dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat berasal dari internal dan eksternal. Faktor pendukung internalnya adalah motivasi peserta yang tinggi untuk mengikuti pelatihan dengan didukung oleh instruktur yang kompeten. Sedangkan, faktor penghambat internalnya adalah emosi peserta yang belum stabil dan eksternalnya adalah kesulitan alat transportasi di wilayah Kecamatan Salem.The purpose of this research is to describe the process of monitoring, program evaluation process, outcomes, and supporting factors and obstacles in the training Batik Brebesan at Mitra Batik. This study used a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques is done by observation, interview and documentation. The subjects included three people consisting of internal monitor, external monitor, evaluator and 3 informants are trainees. Validity of the data in this study include: triangulation of sources, methods and theories. Data analysis techniques used in this study include: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained in this study: the monitoring carried out by the internal and eskternal where internal monitor does not use an instrument that is clear, while the external monitor using the instrument, do not use the instrument program evaluator and evaluator does not meet competency evaluator program, the results of the training includes three aspects: cognitive, skills and attitudes which is the most dominant aspect of skill, the impact of training for improved performance and increased income for participants, and enabling and inhibiting factors derived from the internal and external. Internal supporting factor is the high motivation of participants for training, supported by a competent instructor. Meanwhile, internal inhibiting factor is the emotion of participants is not yet stable and the external is the difficulty of transportation in the District of Salem.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan kegiatan Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Semarang (Kopma Unnes), tingkat partisipasi, peran, tingkat jiwa kewirausahaan serta kendala. Pendekatan penelitian dengan kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian mahasiswa anggota Kopma Unnes aktif dari beberapa fakultas sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan perhitungan presentase. Analisis data secara interaktif yang berlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas dan perhitungan presentase yang kemudian didiskripsikan untuk menarik simpulan, kategori nilai perhitungan presentase yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, cukup, dan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan yang diselenggarakan Kopma Unnes meliputi pendidikan dasar, menengah, lanjut, dan pelatihan berlanjut. Partisipasi anggota dalam mengikuti kegiatan tergolong tinggi dengan skor sebesar 71,47%, artinya anggota berkontribusi dalam kegiatan keanggotaan dan permodalan. Kegiatan Kopma Unnes berperan sebagai motivator, innovator, dan fasilitator dalam mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan anggota. Jiwa kewirausahaan anggota tinggi dengan skor akhir sebesar 76,4%, artinya anggota memiliki sikap kepemimpinan, berorientasi tugas dan hasil, orientasi pada masa depan, kreativitas, pengambilan resiko, dan kepercayaan diri. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kegiatan Kopma Unnes terkadang tumbukan dengan kegiatan perkuliahan, kurangnya partisipasi dari angkatan 4 ke atas, adanya miss komunikasi antar pengurus sehingga menyebabkan kurangnya koordinasi, serta kesulitan menghadirkan narasumber kompeten.The study aims to describe the activities of Student Cooperative State University of Semarang (Kopma Unnes), the level of participation, the role, the level of entrepreneurial spirit as well as constraints. Research approach with qualitative and quantitative descriptive. Students study subjects Unnes Kopma active member of several faculties as many as 40 people. The collection of data in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Validity of the data with triangulation sources and percentage calculations. An interactive data analysis that goes on continuously until complete and percentage calculations are then didiskripsikan to draw conclusions, the calculation of the percentage of the value category is very high, high, adequate, and low. The results showed that the activities organized by Kopma Unnes include primary, secondary, further and continuing training. Participation of members in following high activity with a score of 71.47% means that members contribute to the activities of the membership and capital. Kopma activities Unnes role as motivator, innovator, and the facilitator in developing the entrepreneurial spirit members. Member high entrepreneurial spirit with a final score of 76.4% means that members have an attitude of leadership, task-oriented and results, future orientation, creativity, risk taking, and self-confidence. Constraints faced in developing the entrepreneurial spirit that members Kopma activities Unnes sometimes collisions with lectures, lack of participation from generation 4 above, the miss communication between the board, causing a lack of coordination, and difficulty keynote speakers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas layanan program pembelajaran KB AL Muna, mengetahui profil kepemimpinan KB Al Muna, mengetahui tingkat ketercapaian program pembelajaran KB AL Muna.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 5 orang yaitu Kepala Sekolah, staf administrasi, tenaga pendidik dan 2 orangtua peserta didik. Sementara informan berjumlah 1 orang yaitu kepala sekolah KB Al Muna. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Teknik analisis data dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa profil kepemimpinan gaya transformasional yang diperankan kepala sekolah Al Muna berhasil mewujudkan kualitas layanan yang baik dan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada aspek perkembangan anak usia dini. Program pembelajaran KB Al Muna disusun secara terstruktur dimulai dari program tahunan sampai program harian.This study aimed to describe the quality of the service learning program KB AL Muna, know the profile of the leadership of KB Al Muna, determine the level of achievement of the learning program planning Muna AL.This study used a qualitative approach to data collection technique through interview, observation and documentation. The subjects included 5 persons namely the principal, administrative staff, teachers and two parents of learners. While informants numbering one person is the principal KB Al Muna. The validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis techniques to the stage of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The study concluded that the profile of transformational leadership style, played the principal of Al Muna managed to realize good quality service and achievement of learning objectives based on aspects of early childhood development. Abstract

Penelitian ini berdasarkan permasalahan pembelajaran bahwa banyaknya warga belajar yang tidak dapat mengembangkan potensinya sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik kemandirian belajar yang dikembangkan pada warga belajar di Komunitas Belajar Qaryah Thayyibah (KBQT) dan mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan kemandirian belajar warga belajar di KBQT.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari warga belajar dan pendamping. Informan pendukung pada penelitian ini yaitu pengelola. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles-Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa warga belajar di KBQT memiliki karakteristik kemandirian belajar yaitu tidak tergantung kepada orang lain, menetapkan tujuan belajar, mendiagnosis kebutuhan belajar, memiliki rasa percaya diri dan tanggung jawab serta melakukan evaluasi diri. KBQT menerapkan strategi discovery learningdan strategi belajar mandiri yang dapat mengembangkan kemandirian belajar warga belajar.

Abstract

EPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap etos kerja pegawai PP-PAUD dan Dikmas Jawa Tengah dengan besaran pengaruhnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi sebanyak 114 orang. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 53 orang, dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Terdapat dua variabel, yaitu Komunikasi Internal (X) dan Etos Kerja (Y). Analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Bentuk persamaan regresi adalah Y = 29,122 + 0,409X. Nilai Sig. sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak yang berbunyi “Ada pengaruh signifikan antara komunikasi internal terhadap etos kerja pegawai PP-PAUD dan Dikmas Jawa Tengah”. Adapun sumbangan pengaruhnya sebesar 16,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe life skills learning in building entrepreneurial attitude of learning citizens of C package in SKB Purwokerto. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Research subjects were 2 studying residents and 2 tutors as well as 1 informant that is package manager C. data collection technique through observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of the data using source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Life Skills study results are conducted in accordance with the Life Skills learning component and generate entrepreneurial attitudes in the form of self-confidence, task-oriented and result oriented, risk-taking, leadership, originality, and future-oriented. Constraints faced in the form of internal factors namely learning motivation and external factors that is the environment. Supporting factors in this learning is the availability of facilities and complete infrastructure and competence of tutors in accordance with the type of skills taught.
