Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola asuh anak usia dini dalam penanaman perilaku sosio emosional anak, kendala pola asuh anak usia dini serta upaya yang dilakukan orang tua dalam penanaman perilaku sosio emosional pada keluarga petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus (case studies). Jumlah informan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 16 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi. Teknik analisis data model Milles dan Hubberman dengan langkah-langkahnya yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh pada keluarga petani yang ditemukan peneliti yaitu pola asuh demokratis yang digabungkan dengan pola asuh gaya transaksi, pola asuh gaya transaksi ini merupakan pola asuh dimana orang tua dan anak membuat kesepakatan dari setiap tindakan anak dengan sanksi tertentu yang akan dikenakan kepada anak jika sewaktu waktu anak melanggar perjanjian tersebut. Sehingga orang tuapun lebih mudah membimbing dan mengarahkan anak agar dapat mematuhi aturan orang tua. Dengan demikian pola asuh gabungan ini dapat menumbuhkan perilaku sosio emosional anak yang baik dalam hal tanggung jawab, mandiri, dan disiplin

Abstract

This study aims to create a model of integration of social intelligence in the character education curriculum for elementary school students. The variables contained in this study include situational awareness, presence, authenticity, clarity and empathy. The research method was carried out by respondent observation, data collection and analysis test using SEM. The results showed that all variables, both situational awareness, presence, authenticity, clarity and empathy had a positive influence on curriculum development. The integration of social intelligence is expected to shape the character of students who are more aware of other people and the surrounding environment

Abstract

The unemployment rate is increasing due to the mismatch problem between skills and work needs. The Manpower Ministry develops Competency-Based Training into a triple skilling program as a solution to those problems. The study aims to analyze the implementation design, the suitability of the implementation of learning with established standards, and the achievement of implementing the triple skilling program. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology. The research subjects include program managers, training instructors, and training participants. The data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The study results explain that the technical implementation of program preparation was carried out by identifying and Training Needs Analysis (TNA) of the triple skilling program, selecting training participants, compiling curriculum, compiling materials, and determining training strategies. The implementation of the triple skill program was carried out from 1.5 months to 3 months. The method used is lecture and practice. The evaluation of the triple skill program includes the trainees' motivation in participating in the training, the number of trainees in the world of work, and the improvement of the economy of the trainees. In conclusion, the preparation of the triple skilling program has been adapted to the TNA in the world of work, the implementation of the curriculum is in accordance with the SKKNI standard, and it helps the community to be absorbed in employment and improve the community's economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan masyarakat untuk menciptakan wirausaha baru yang mandiri, mendorong pemberdayaan wirausaha keluarga untuk meningkatkan penghasilan keluarga dan peluang kerja melalui perluasan jaringan. Kelurahan tematik Kampung Jawi di Sukorejo Kota Semarang saat ini membangun trademark atau karakteristik lingkungan melalui pengembangan potensi lokal yang dimiliki dengan membawa unsur budaya tradisi Jawa, dikemas dalam wisata kuliner. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRS) yang memberi peluang mitra berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sejak identifikasi masalah sampai akhir kegiatan. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah ibu rumah tangga berdomisili di wilayah kampung tematik Kampung Jawi yang berpenghasilan rendah. Terdapat 4 kegiatan pelatihan untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga yakni pelatihan vokasi sego berkat, gethuk kawi dan wedang kawi, pelatihan pengemasan produk, strategi branding dan marketing digital. Dampak pelatihan bagi sasaran adalah berkontribusi meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga dan menyemarakan keberlangsungan wisata Kampung Jawi.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Literasi sains merupakan kemampuan yang dibutuhkan dan penguasaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran juga menjadi tuntutan dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar yang juga diterapkan pada Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah, Arab Saudi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan literasi sains dan keterampilan proses sains bagi guru SD Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah. Tujuan lainnya untuk menjalin kerjasama antara Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah dengan Program S2 Pendidikan Dasar Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Semarang. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah 30 guru Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah yang merupakan mitra pengabdian. Kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap antara lain, observasi permasalahan mitra, pemaparan materi literasi, evaluasi dan monitoring pelatihan penguatan literasi sains menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data secara angket atau kuisioner. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan rata-rata respon peserta. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif karena guru-guru di Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan literasi sains yang dapat dilihat dari hasil pretest dan post test peserta pengabdian. Pada indikator observasi terjadi kenaikan 75%, kenaikan juga terjadi pada indikator interpretasi, klasifikasi, komunikasi, perencanaan, pertanyaan, hipotesis, penggunaan alat, penerapan konsep masing-masing 37,5%, 62,5%, 62,5%, 37,5%, 75%, 50%, 25%, 25%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian literasi sains memberi pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada guru-guru Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah. ABSTRACT Scientific literacy is a required ability and mastery of technology in learning is also a requirement in the independent learning curriculum which is also applied to the Indonesian School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This service activity aims to strengthen scientific literacy and science process skills for elementary school teachers at SD Indonesia Jeddah. Another goal is to establish cooperation between the Jeddah Indonesian School and the Masters Program in Basic Education at the Graduate School of Semarang State University.The target of this activity is 30 teachers of the Jeddah Indonesian School who are service partners. The activity consists of three stages, namely observing partner problems, presenting literacy material, evaluating and monitoring training to strengthen scientific literacy using questionnaires or data collection techniques. The analysis was carried out using the average participant response. The results of this community service activity showed positive results because teachers at the Jeddah Indonesian School gained scientific literacy knowledge and skills. In the observation indicator there was an increase of 75%, an increase also occurred in the indicators of interpretation, classification, communication, planning, questions, hypotheses, use of tools, application of concepts respectively 37.5%, 62.5%, 62.5%, 37.5%, 75%, 50%, 25%, 25%. This shows that scientific literacy service activities have a significant and positive influence on the teachers of the Jeddah Indonesian School.

Abstract

Pentingnya kerja sama  dengan tenaga medis dalam pelaksanaan layanan kesehatan dan gizi di lembaga PAUD ini perlu dilakukan agar anak tidak mendapatkan pelayanan yang salah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis terkait model kemitraan Puskesmas dan Posyandu pada layanan kesehatan dan gizi anak usia dini melalui penerapan PAUD Holistik Integratif di Pos PAUD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus (Case Study). Peneliti menggunakan wawancara untuk sumber data primer dan dokumentasi untuk sumber data sekunder. Reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sebagai analisis data dan triangulasi sebagai keabsahan data. Model kemitraan antara puskesmas dan posyandu dalam meningkatkan layanan kesehatan, gizi, dan perawatan di Pos PAUD menggunakan model kemitraan mutualistik. Dampak dari kemitraan mutualistik adalah pihak-pihak yang menjalin kemitraan dapat mencapai tujuan secara lebih optimal yaitu memberikan pelayanan kesehatan, gizi, dan perawatan di Lembaga Pos PAUD.

Abstract

Technology is developing more rapidly, so competencies are needed following the demands of today's times so that human resources can produce more effective performance by utilizing technological advances. The purpose of this study is to analyses the relationship between job training and employee work competence, the relationship between work competence and employee performance in the company, the direct relationship between job training and employee performance, and analyses the indirect relationship between job training and employee performance through work competence in employees of manufacturing companies in Semarang City. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method. The study population is employees of manufacturing companies in Semarang City who attended job training according to their field of expertise in the last year. The results showed that job training has a significant relationship with work competence. (2) Work competence has a significant relationship with employee performance. (3) Job training has a significant direct relationship with employee performance. (4) Job training does not have a significant relationship with employee performance through work competencies. The research concluded that job training with work competence through work competence is positive but insignificant. In contrast, the relationship between job training with employee performance is directly significant. This research provides benefits, especially for organizations or companies, in making decisions related to human resource development through training programs to improve employee work competence and performance.

Abstract

The school committee, school principal and teachers are the key role in schools that implement school-based management. This research aims to develop a model of empowerment of school committees in the implementation of school-based management by developing networks of social capital.This research uses research and development approach with the school committee members and all components of the school as the subjects. The interview records and documents are analyzed qualitative-descriptivephenomenologycallyand inferential statistically. The finding is the performance of the school committee is still not good. This is caused by the lack of cooperation between school committee and school component. There are no bound by norms of solidarity and trust among them to carry out school management. School committees empowerment by establishing effective networks of social capital, effectively improves school comitte‟s performance by 13.75 points. There are consistent changes between social capital intensity and qualification performance of the school committee. The school committee should behave and act proactively, and also more creative to foster the trust of the school. Keywords: school-based management, empowerment, school committees, social capital.

Abstract

penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah yang menerapkan manajemen berbasis sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pemberdayaan komite sekolah dalam pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah dengan membangun jaringan kapital sosial. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan research and development. Subyek penelitian anggota komite sekolah dan segenap komponen sekolah. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara terstruktur dan observasi dokumen. Analisis data deskriptif kualitatif fenomenologi dan analisis statistik inferensial uji t. Temuan studi eksploratif adalah kinerja komite sekolah dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah masih kurang baik. Penghambat kinerja komite sekolah dari faktor internal maupun eksternal adalah belum adanya kerjasama yang baik antara komite sekolah dengan komponen sekolah, keduanya belum terikat norma kebersamaan, timbal balik dan kepercayaan untuk melaksanakan manajemen sekolah. Potensi pendukung komite adalah kemauan menjalin interaksi sosial secara intensif sampai terbentuk kepercayaan. Model pemberdayaan komite sekolah dengan membangun jaringan kapital sosial efektif berdasarkan hasil hitung uji t test pada taraf kepercayaan 0,05. Rata-rata kinerja komite sekolah naik 13,75 poin. Terdapat perubahan yang konsisten antara intensitas kapital sosial dengan kualifikasi kinerja komite sekolah. Saran, sosialisasi pentingnya membangun jaringan kapital sosial berdasarkan nilai budaya lokal. Komite sekolah bersikap dan bertindak proaktif, lebih kreatif untuk menumbuhkan nilai kepercayaan dari sekolah.Kata Kunci: manajemen berbasis sekolah, pemberdayaan, komite sekolah, kapital sosial.

Abstract

In order to recover after the pandemic COVID 19, the Indonesian government issued a curriculum change policy. My study aims to find out and understand the readiness of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Bina Insani Integrated Islamic Elementary School which is carried out by the principal, teachers and students. The implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Bina Insani Integrated Islamic Elementary School which is carried out by the principal, teachers and students, the outcomes of student learning class I and IV is in the form of learning outcomes and Pancasila Student Profiles on the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Bina Insani Integrated Islamic Elementary School, and obstacles and solutions in implementing the Independent Curriculum at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Bina Insani Semarang. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques, namely observing school conditions and learning activities, interviewing the implementation of the independent curriculum, documentation studies. Data analysis techniques by examining all available data from various sources, data reduction, compiling reduced data, presenting data, and checking data validity. Based on the results of this study, the planning stage begins with accepting regulations from the government, establishing the school's vision, mission, and goals, preparing KOSP Bina Insani Integrated Islamic Elementary School, planning lessons, planning P5 activities. At the implementation stage of the curriculum, there are still some that have not been optimally implemented, such as learning activities that still need the teacher's understanding in differentiated learning. At the stage of evaluating the implementation of Bina Insani Integrated Islamic Elementary School which was carried out by the teacher, he had carried out a diagnostic to summative assessment. The results of this study can be used to add insight into the implementation of the independent curriculum in the learning process carried out by all components in schools using the independent curriculum .
