Abstract

Money laundering is not just an illegal transaction, but a mechanism that allows criminals to disguise the proceeds of crime so that they can be used without suspicion. Therefore, the crime of money laundering is often closely related to predicate crimes, such as corruption, narcotics, fraud, and other crimes that are the source of funds for these illegal practices. The research method uses normative legal research, with the nature of analytical descriptive research, with the approach of legislation approach, concept approach, and case approach. Sources include primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data collection technique is through library research. The data collection tool is document study (documentary research), then analyzed qualitatively. This legal construction has fulfilled the principle of legal certainty because it is formulated clearly and structured in the Money Laundering Law. Law enforcement officers should be more careful in proving the subjective and objective elements of the offense of Article 3 of the TPPU Law, so that criminal liability is not imposed on parties who do not fulfill the elements of actus reus and mens rea in their entirety. The panel of judges in deciding the case does not only adhere to formal interpretation, but also carefully considers the legal facts, as well as substantive justice and proportionality of the defendant's role, so that the decision truly reflects the balance between legal certainty, benefit, and justice.Keyword: Ratio Decidendi, Money Laundering, Crime, Fraud.Abstrak: Pencucian uang bukan sekadar transaksi ilegal, tetapi merupakan mekanisme yang memungkinkan pelaku kejahatan untuk menyamarkan hasil kejahatan agar dapat digunakan tanpa dicurigai. Oleh sebab itu, tindak pidana pencucian uang sering kali berkaitan erat dengan kejahatan asal (predicate crime), seperti korupsi, narkotika, penipuan, dan tindak pidana lainnya yang menjadi sumber dana bagi praktik ilegal tersebut. Metode Penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif, dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analitis, dengan pendekatan yaitu pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konsep, dan pendekatan kasus. Sumber meliputi bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan studi kepustakaan (library research). Alat pengumpulan data yaitu studi dokumen (documentary research), kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Konstruksi hukum ini telah memenuhi prinsip kepastian hukum karena dirumuskan secara jelas, dan terstruktur dalam Undang-Undang Pencucian Uang. Seharusnya, aparat penegak hukum lebih teliti dalam membuktikan unsur-unsur subjektif dan objektif delik Pasal 3 UU TPPU, agar pertanggungjawaban pidana tidak dijatuhkan kepada pihak yang tidak memenuhi unsur actus reus dan mens rea secara utuh. Majelis hakim dalam memutus perkara tidak hanya berpegang pada penafsiran formil, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan fakta-fakta hukum secara teliti, serta keadilan substantif dan proporsionalitas peran terdakwa, agar putusan benar-benar mencerminkan keseimbangan antara kepastian hukum, kemanfaatan, dan keadilan.Kata kunci: Ratio Decidendi, Pencucian Uang, Kejahatan, Penipuan.

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses legal certainty in determiningthe minimum age limit foradults in establishing a capitalpartnership in Indonesia. The ambiguityoftheregulationoftheageofadulthood in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerningLimitedLiabilityCompaniesanditsrevisionthrough Law Number 6 of 2023 concerningJobCreation has givenrisetodiverseinterpretationsamongnotariesand legal practitioners. This study uses a normative legal approachsupportedbyempirical data frominterviewswithnotaries in Medan and Binjai. The resultsofthe study showthattheabsenceof a clear minimum age limit givesrisetomultipleinterpretationsand has animpacton legal uncertainty in establishing a company. Abstract

Kampung Pulo, Cangkuang Village, Leles District, Garut, West Java, is one of the local wisdoms of the archipelago which has great potential to be known throughout the world as the identity of the Indonesian nation. Therefore, this research aims to examine globalization strategies related to the sustainability of Indonesian stilt houses which have an impact on social, economic, cultural and political strengthening. This research is a type of qualitative research using interview and documentation data collection methods. Data related to history, residents' activities and the arguments of village leaders are primary data which will complement the analysis of secondary data originating from academic references. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. This research produces 4 globalization strategies that can be implemented to maintain the sustainability of the Kampung Pulo stilt houses, namely the Reinvigorating strategy, namely maintaining the authenticity of the Kampung Pulo stilt houses as a tourist destination; Extending, namely adapting the form of a house on stilts to reminisce in a new atmosphere; Reinterpreting is reinterpreting without eliminating its distinctive elements; and Reinventing, namely combining stilt houses with other cultural elements. These strategies can be developed through design concepts for the conservation and revitalization of Indonesian culture towards global development.Keywords: globalization, houses on stilts, strategyAbstrakKampung Pulo Desa Cangkuang Kecamatan Leles Garut Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu kearifan lokal Nusantara yang berpotensi besar untuk dikenal di seluruh dunia sebagai identitas bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi globalisasi terkait keberlanjutan rumah panggung Nusantara yang berdampak pada penguatan sosial, ekonomi, budaya hingga politik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data terkait sejarah, aktivitas warga serta argumen pemimpin kampung menjadi data primer yang akan menjadi pelengkap dalam analisis data sekunder yang berasal dari referensi akademik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 4 strategi globalisasi yang dapat dilakukan dalam menjaga keberlanjutan rumah panggung Kampung Pulo yaitu strategi Reinvigorating yaitu mempertahankan keaslian rumah panggung Kampung Pulo sebagai destinasi wisata; Extending yaitu mengadaptasi bentuk rumah panggung untuk mengenang kembali dalam suasana baru; Reinterpreting yaitu menafsirkan ulang tanpa menghilangkan unsur khasnya; dan Reinventing yaitu menggabungkan rumah panggung dengan unsur budaya lain. Abstract

This writing explains and traces the culture of Nusantara™s bendawi kriya (crafts) that are stored in the Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun in Sumedang, West Java, which are cultural artifacts as evidence of the skills and abilities possessed by the Sundanese ethnic group in West Java. This Sumedang Museum has various kinds of bendawi kriya relics from the Sumedang Larang Kingdom that are unique and have symbols and meanings in Sundanese culture. The method used in this writing uses qualitative data obtained through several techniques, namely reading literature through library studies of written sources related,  direct observation, interviews with the management of the Pangeran Geusan Ulun Foundation and some of the community, Documentation and reviewing documents related to the Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun, visual photo documentation, collections in the Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun can be concluded that this Sumedang Museum contains various bendawi kriya relics from the Sumedang Larang Kingdom, such as keris, kudi, gamelan, traditional clothes, household appliances, weapons, and chariots that are historical evidence of Sundanese culture in the past that have ethnic cultural traditions of kenusantaran as capital to be globalized according to their times.Keywords: Globalize, Craft,MuseumAbstrakTulisan ini menjelaskan dan menelusuri budaya bendawi kriya Nusantara yang tersimpan di  Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun di Sumedang Jawa Barat  yang merupakan artefak budaya sebagai bukti tentang keahlian, ketrampilan yang dimiliki oleh etnis Sunda di Jawa Barat. Museum Sumedang ini memiliki berbagai macam benda peninggalan bendawi kriya dari Kerajaan Sumedang Larang yang khas dan memiliki simbol, makna dalam kebudayaan Sunda. Abstract

The pattern of community activities in Tasikmalaya, Kampung Naga can be identified as a cultural transformation that exists in the neighborhood of the traditional house and can be seen with the expanse of agricultural lands and water ponds at the forefront of the residential area. Overlaying the houses of indigenous people and other facilities in a certain pattern unity. It can be stated that the livelihoods of the indigenous people of Kampung Naga form a village pattern from the available activity lands. The existence of the flow of life of the indigenous people of Kampung Naga as a place to live not only contains the meaning of the village, but the existence of the Ciwulan river as a sign and meaning of life. The customary leader's residence is characterized by the location of the customary leader's house which is in a higher area and becomes the orientation (direction) for the surrounding houses. This research wants to know the flow of the activities of the Kampung Naga community towards the existence of their customs that reflect a strong understanding of the importance of cultural sustainability and tradition. The community realizes that customary activities as a cultural heritage are the basis for their survival, which can be shown by their high involvement and responsibility for their ancestral heritage. The activities of the indigenous people of Kampung Naga as the place where one returns from.As far as someone who leaves one day will return to the place where he was born. So there is a very strong emotional bond between the village and one's soul. The Village Hierarchy in the site in Kampung Naga has characteristics with tiered ascending contours as a local land condition that reflects the adaptation of indigenous activities to the natural environment and local wisdom. This is the same as the identical pattern of Sundanese villages that have distinctive elements also found in the settlement pattern of Kampung Naga. Through settlement patterns as seen in Kampung Naga, the community has historically developed settlement strategies that are in accordance with the activities and characteristics of the environment and social needs.Keywords: Kampung Naga hierarchy, cultural heritageAbstrakPola aktivitas masyarakat di kampung naga Tasikmalaya dapat diidentifikasi sebagai transformasi budaya yang ada dalam lingkungan perkampungan rumah adat dan dapat dilihat dengan adanya  hamparan lahan-lahan pertanian dan kolam-kolam air di bagian terdepan pada kawasan permukiman. Hamparan rumah-rumah masyarakat adat dan fasilitas lain dalam kesatuan pola tertentu. Hal ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa mata pencaharian masyarakat adat kampung Naga membentuk pola kampung dari lahan-lahan aktivitas yang tersedia. Adanya aliran kehidupan masyarakat adat Kampung Naga sebagai tempat tinggal yang tidak hanya mengandung arti kampung, tetapi adanya sungai Ciwulan sebagai tanda dan makna kehidupan. Tempat tinggal pimpinan adat ditandai oleh Letak rumah ketua adat yang berada di daerah lebih tinggi dan menjadi orientasi (arah) bagi rumah warga yang ada disekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alur aktivitas masyarakat Kampung Naga terhadap eksistensi adat istiadat mereka yang mencerminkan pemahaman kuat akan pentingnya keberlanjutan budaya dan tradisi. Masyarakat menyadari bahwa aktivitas adat sebagai warisan budaya merupakan dasar bagi kelangsungan hidupnya dapat di  tunjukkan dengan keterlibatan dan tanggung jawab yang tinggi terhadap warisan leluhur mereka. Aktivitas masyarakat adat Kampung Naga sebagai tempat asal seseorang kembali (bali geusan ngajadi). Sejauh-jauhnya seseorang yang pergi suatu saat akan kembali lagi ketempat asalnya dilahirkan. Sehingga ada ikatan emosional sangat kuat antara kampung dengan jiwa seseorang. Hirarki Kampung dalam tapak di Kampung Naga memiliki karakteristik dengan kontur naik berjenjang sebagai keadaan tanah setempat yang mencerminkan adaptasi aktivitas masyarakat adat  terhadap lingkungan alam dan kearifan lokal. Hal ini sama sebagai identik pola perkampungan masyarakat Sunda yang memiliki elemen khas juga ditemukan di  dalam pola pemukiman Kampung Naga. Abstract

This study investigates the narrative transformation of KKN di Desa Penari as it migrated across multiple media platforms, illustrating how local stories are reinterpreted within Indonesia’s hybrid digital ecosystem. Originating as a Twitter thread, the narrative evolved into novels, films, and user-generated content, reflecting the dynamic interplay between intertextuality, adaptation, remediation, and participatory culture. While previous studies have addressed digital folklore or single-medium adaptations, few have explored how a single narrative transforms holistically across platforms through both formal production and audience engagement. The purpose of this study was to analyze how KKN di Desa Penari was reshaped through cross-platform adaptation, cultural negotiation, and participatory practices. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with intertextual analysis, the research drew data from primary sources (Twitter thread, novel, film, memes, fan art, TikTok videos, YouTube commentary) and secondary literature. The findings reveal that each medium reconfigured the narrative in distinct ways: Twitter fostered fragmented, speculative storytelling; the novel embedded local moral codes; the film remediated the story into visual spectacle; and user-generated content extended the narrative through reinterpretation and cultural commentary. This study contributes to understanding how local narratives achieve longevity and cultural relevance through digital convergence and audience co-creation.

Abstract

This study explores the creative process of the collaborative artwork Painting in Dance, which merges dance and painting through an innovative, real-time interaction between a dancer and a painter. Employing an art-based autoethnographic approach, the research documents personal experiences and reflections to reveal how spontaneous movement and Action Painting techniques inform each other. Data were collected through visual documentation, self-interviews, and personal journals, and analyzed thematically and narratively. The findings identify four key stages of collaborative creativity: exploratory contemplation, improvisation, expressive collaboration, and final touches. These stages transform the dancer’s body into an active medium for painting. This study contributes a novel model of interdisciplinary artistic creation, demonstrating how integrating dance and visual art can produce dynamic, multisensory performances and inspire new pedagogical approaches in contemporary art education.

Abstract

This paper explores the aestheticization of the Saung, a traditional Sundanese hut, as a vernacular cultural object that has undergone transformation in the contemporary urban context of Bandung, Indonesia. Originally a functional agrarian dwelling, the Saung has been recontextualized in restaurants and public cultural events, where its meaning oscillates between tradition and modernity, symbolism and function. Drawing on phenomenology and Bourdieu’s practice theory, particularly cultural capital and symbolic negotiation, this study employs field observations and in-depth interviews to reveal lived experiences of waas (nostalgic memory), nineung (longing), and nyawang (contemplative gaze), which collectively shape the aesthetics of rarasaan. These affective and sensory dimensions position the Saung not only as architecture but also as an inter-collective space that mediates cultural identity, memory, and imagination. By situating the Saung within the Traditional–Modern and Symbolic–Functional quadrants, this paper demonstrates how processes of restructuring, reconstruction, deconstruction, and replication function as adaptive design strategies. The findings highlight the Saung as a site of cultural oscillation and a resilient vernacular form, offering insights into how vernacular settlements can endure and transform under conditions of globalization.

Abstract

The pendok of the keris is one of the essential components of keris material culture, especially during the reign of Paku Buwono X in Surakarta. As an integral part of the keris, the pendok not only serves as a protective cover for the gandar, but also carries a symbolic role representing the aesthetics, social status, and spiritual values of the Javanese nobility. The presence of the pendok reflects refined artistic taste and serves as part of the identity marker system within the social structure of the royal court society. This article employs a qualitative approach using literature study methods to analyze the role, function, and meaning of the pendok keris within the cultural context of the Surakarta royal court, particularly during the golden era of art and metal craftsmanship under the reign of Paku Buwono X. This study shows that the pendok keris is not merely understood as a visual ornament, but also as a medium of cultural communication rich in symbols, life philosophy, and the social identity of its owner within traditional Javanese society.

Abstract

Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas menyebutkan bahwa Pelayanan Farmasi Klinik merupakan bagian integral dari Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada beberapa aspek farmasi klinik, yaitu Pelayanan Informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengetahuan Apoteker dan Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian mengenai Pelayanan Informasi obat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 73 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain non-eksperimental dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form kepada penanggung jawab kefarmasian di Puskesmas di Kabupaten X. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dan dipresentasikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 100% responden telah melaksanakan Pelayanan Informasi Obat.
