Abstract

This research aims to analyze the amount of income earned by farmers from cocoa farming. This research was conducted from May to June 2013 in Siontapina village of Lasalimu Sub-district of Buton Regency. The research sample is determined by sample random techniques (Simple random sampling method) with 30 people. Research data obtained through direct interviews with farmer respondents using a questionnaire. While secondary data is obtained from the village office/administrative and related institutions were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively used to determine the level of income by the formula : N1 = TR- TC, TR = P x Q, TC = TFC + TVC, comparative analysis: Revenue - cost ratio for comparing the difference between the value of production and the cost of production by the formula RC ratio : R/C = Revenue (TR) / Total Cost (TC). The results showed that the income earned by farmers from cocoa farming with land area ranges between 1 to 3 ha of IDR 8,109,000 - 35,437,000/year, with income per capita monthly average IDR 675,750,00 so that Siontapina village had not been considered poor, the average income earned by farmers in cocoa farming with land area- average of 2,05 hectares of IDR 18,426,767/year. Cocoa farming by farmers still does because based on the results of feasibility analysis obtained a value of 5.7. This illustrates that every cost IDR 1.00 incurred by farmers will gain acceptance by IDR 5.7. So, farmers are expected to carry cocoa farming is more responsive and responsive to the presence of new technologies that can increase cocoa production.   Keywords: revenue, cost of production, cocoa.

Abstract

Cultural values in the community are gradually being replaced. Children more easily receive information provided by internet media. Right and wrong are still questions because what is received, read, seen and heard from various sources is unclear. Especially if it is associated with Islamic nuances, namely da'wah, it will be a great homework for da'wah interpreters to straighten the news or information that is often found in the community so that people start to be sheepfolded by hoax information that will obviously harm our society. Therefore, it is imperative that efforts be made to filter people out of false news and misleading behavior so that the community becomes an intelligent society, with morality, accompanied by local wisdom nuances that are still maintained as an adhesive between the relationship between the people in this millennial era.

Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba membahas, secara konseptual, bahwa dalam pendidikan sufistik, dapat mengambil perannya untuk menjawab tantangan-tantangan toleransi mutakhir akibat pengaruh globalisasi saat ini. Melalui tarekat menjadi medium atau cara yang harus ditempuh seorang salik (orang yang meniti kehidupan sufistik), dalam rangka membersihkan jiwanya sehingga dapat mendekatkan diri kepada Allah. Tarekat Qadiriyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) telah memainkan peranan yang amat penting dalam sejarah Islam. Bahkan hingga kini sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberagaman muslimin di Indonesia. Seperti terlihat dari namanya, tarekat tersebut gabungan dari dua ajaran tarekat yang telah lama berkembang di Nusantara, yakni Qadiriyah dan Naqsabandiyah. Penggabungan dari keduanya dilakukan oleh seorang sufi asal Sambas yakni Ahmad Khatib Sambas.

Abstract

This article discusses the culture of instilling religious character. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Muhammadiyah Sejangkung Sambas Regency. This research was focused on (1) curriculum, (2) student development, (3) educators and education staff management. The research approach used was qualitative. The analysis results show that (1) the curriculum used nationally refers to Ministry of Religion which is then developed with the students' learning development needs, (2) student coaching to develop their religious character through the habituation method by instilling religious values, discipline, and honesty, and ( 3) related to the management of educators and education staff, Tsanawiyah Madrasah carried out training programs, workshops, teacher meeting. These activities are efforts of madrasah to increase the educators and education staff knowledge and competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the income earned by cabbage farmers in Bukit Asri Village, Kapontori Sub-district, Buton Regency (2) Know the efficiency of cabbage farming in Bukit Asri Village, Kapontori Sub-district, Buton Regency. This research was conducted from February 2020 to March 2020 in Bukit Asri Village, Kapontori Sub-district, Buton Regency. The sample in this study were all farmers who worked cabbage totaling 20 people, the determination of the sample was done by census method by taking the whole population from the sample as many as 20 people. The data analysis method used the analysis of production costs, revenue analysis, income analysis, and analysis of the efficiency of the RC farming ratio. The results of this study indicate that cabbage farmers income in Bukit Asri Village, Kapontori Sub-district, Buton Regency with average revenue of IDR 11.185.800,- and an average total cost of IDR 3.585.350,- per planting season, so the average income the farmer is IDR 7.600.450,- per planting season. The efficiency of cabbage farming that from the RC ratio results, get an RC ratio of 3,12 > 1. This shows that each cost incurred in the amount of IDR 1.000,- then gives income of Rp 3.120,- with a profit of 2,120,-. It can be concluded that cabbage farming is profitable and can be developed. Abstract

Drinking water depo (DAM) continues to increase in line with the dynamics of the community needs to drinking water. DAM water contamination can be caused by  factor sanitation hygiene of the DAM. This research aims to determine of the relationshipbetweensanitary hygiene andbacteriological quality in the DAM. It is observational using cross sectional design. Thepopulation of this research was over all depo of drinking water in Balangan, while sample was takenby purposive sampling which has been determined based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research variables are location, building, production equipment, production process, sanitary facilities and bacteriological quality. The instrument used in this research was the observation sheets and laboratory tests. Data was analyzed by univariate, bivariate analysis using chi square test. The results showed from 41 DAM, there are 13 (31.7%)  less sanitary conditions of hygiene, 17 (41.5%) is enough and 11 (26.8%) good,  then  quality of bakteriologis are 30 (73%) eligible and 11 (27%)  not eligible. There is no relationship betwen locations (p = 0.698) and bacteriological quality, no relationship building (p=0.840) with the bacteriological quality, no relationship of production equipment (p=0.618) with the bacteriological quality, no relationship of production proces (p=0.986) with the bacteriological quality and there is no relationship of sanitation facilities (p=0.515) with bacteriological quality.The most of sanitation hygiene condition is notrelationshipto bacteriological quality of reffil drinking water depo.

Abstract

The issue of the status of women in Islamic studies is still interesting and inexhaustible and invites polemics. Historical facts prove that women were placed in an inferior position almost throughout Muslim history while men were in a superior position. It’s happening because of the interpretation of the Qur'an carried out by classical commentators who tend to be influenced by deeply entrenched patriarchal culture. In the view of a society that adheres to patriarchy, the view of subordinating women to male superiority is influenced by religious doctrine but if you look at the doctrine of Islam itself, it turns out that the idea of egalitarianism is highly upheld. Basically, the Qur'an provides an obvious justification for the equality of women with men but at the level of reality, it turns out that egalitarian ideas in the Qur'an often clash with public responses that tend to be biased.

Abstract

Pasal 73 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 Tentang Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (MD3) menyebutkan bahwa DPR dalam melaksanakan wewenang dan tugasnya, berhak memanggil setiap orang secara tertulis untuk hadir dalam rapat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Setiap orang wajib memenuhi panggilan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, jika tiga kali dalam pemanggilan secara berturut-turut tanpa alasan yang patut dan sah, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat berhak melakukan panggilan paksa dengan menggunakan bantuan  Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Namun dalam pemanggilan paksa ini Kepolisian Negara belum dapat memenuhi yang dimaksudkan oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat dikarenakan Polri tidak memiliki hukum acara yang jelas yang berhubungan dengan pemanggilan paksa  yang dimaksudkan oleh anggota Dewaan Perwakilan Rakyat. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk menjelaskan panggilan paksa dalam pasal 73 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 Tentang Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daearah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah dalam Prinsip Negara Hukum, dan  implikasi yang timbul dari pemanggilan paksa yang ada dalam pasal 73 tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian hukum dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan dengan membaca buku-buku teks, peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian tentang pemanggilan paksa dalam prinsip negara hukum yang ada dalam pasal 73 Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 Tentang Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah yang menjadi subjek dari pemanggilan paksa adalah kebijakan atau pelaksanaan undang-undang oleh pemerintah. Implikasi yang timbul dari pemanggilan paksa oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat adalah cacat hukum karena melanggar Pasal 27 ayat (1), Pasal 28E ayat (3), dan Pasal 28G ayat (1) tentang  Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) dan tidak sesuai dengan prosudur ketata negaraan. Disarankan kepada Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat agar memahami Pasal 73 yang ada dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 Tentang Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat, Dewan Perwakilan Daerah, dan Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah terutama tentang proses pemannggilan paksa berdasarkan prinsip negara hukum agar tidak bertentangan dengan aturan ketatanegaraan dan tidak bertentangan dengan Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM).

Abstract

Students are less interesting in religious lessons. This is not only experienced by elementary school students until senior high school students, but also felt by Islamic elementary school students until Islamic senior high school students. this has an impact on the religious quality of society that declines compared to the previous era.Especially compared to the time of the Prophet `. Many factors influence it. One of them is suspected due to the fact that the teaching method is less interesting. To offer a solution to this factor, it is worth a look back the ways of the Prophet in educating his friends. Furthermore, the methods are contextualized in modern education. It can not be separated from the adaptation and modification of these methods. In this paper will be presented a track record of educational methods of the Prophet` and that relenvance with modern educational methods.
