Abstract

The establishment of 2013 Curriculum had not been counter balanced with the supply of textbook that has been customized to 2013 Curriculum. This research was an e-book development research on trade company adjustment journal based on 2013 Curriculum with the purposes : 1) To analyze the use of e-book on trade company accounting subject especially on the matter of trade company adjustment journal that has been execute so far; 2) To analyze the development design of trade company adjustment journal based on 2013 Curriculum; and 3) To analyze feasibility of the e-book of trade company adjustment journal that has been developed. This research was a research and development research that was executed in two phases, prfeliminary study phase and developmental phase. Result obtained in preliminary study was that the teacher on accounting skill subject had not use the e-book on the learning process of trade company accounting subject, especially on the matter of adjustment journal. E-book development design was started with the planning, early product design, assessment from material and media experts., revision, teacher assessment, revision, and student assessment. Result from student assessment regarding trade company adjustment journal e-book based on 2013 Curriculum yields 87,42% and categorized as good which means it is feasible to be used as media in the learning process.

Abstract

Implementation of PSAK No. 45 is the standard for preparing financial statements for non-profit organizations. This study aims to determine the implementation of PSAK No. 45 on educational foundations in the city of Semarang by using Theory of Planned Behavior. The results of the study show that the effect of the belief variable on attitudes towards the implementation of PSAK No. 45, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control, intention to implement PSAK No. 45 is a direct relationship that has a significant effect. the results of research on the intention of implementing PSAK No. 45 has a significant effect on the implementation behavior of PSAK No. 45. Effect of confidence in the implementation behavior of PSAK No. 45, the attitude of implementing PSAK No. 45, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control over intention is a direct relationship but the effect is not significant. Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the effect of entrepreneurs knowlede, personality, and family circles against the enterprise’s interest. Moreover, this research aimed to find out how the intervening variable that was self-eficacy could influence the entrepreneurs knowledge, personality, and family circles into the enterprise’s interest. This research used quantitative method. The subjects of this study were 83 participants from 5 SKB in enterpreneurship skills education courses who had undergone the education and training process in the discricts and cities of Semarang. Collecting the data was questionnaire. The method of analysing the data was percentage descriptive, path analysis and sobel test. The result of the research showed that the variables of entrepreneurs knowledge, personality, and family circles influenced the enterprise’s interest. The result of path test explained that the variables of entrepreneurs knowledge, personality, and family circles could use self-efficacy varible as the mediation because the total effect of each independent variable was larger than the dirrect one. The suggestion for this research is the participants must be actively involved in various activities which can strengthen the interest of becoming the successful entrepreneurs and pay attention to the activities of business people or entrepeneurs who have succeeded around them that can be used as a reference in developing business. In addition, SKB is expected to be able to take the right policy breakthrough in order to increase the entrepreneurship’s interest of the participants in entrepreneurship skils education courses.

Abstract

Impulsive buying is a psychoemonic phenomenon that happened to many people's lives in urban areas, especially to teenagers. This is because teens are easily influenced by advertising, lacks frugal thinking, less realistic and impulsive. This study aims to analyze and identify impulse buying behavior of XI grade social major (IPS) public high school (SMA Negeri) students in Semarang. Shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping values, positive emoticons and self control are used to measure the impulse buying behavior in students. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 719 students and the sample are 257 students. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and moderation regression analysis. The result of moderation regression analysis shows that hedonic shopping value has a direct influence on impulse buying. But shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion do not directly affect impulse buying. Indirectly shopping lifetyle and hedonic shopping value affect impulse buying through self control, while fashion involvement and positive emotion indirectly do not affect impulse buying through self control.

Abstract

Education is a means to improve the quality of human resources. Good education is the expected to be able to create quality human resources and be able to compete in accordance with the demands of the world of work. Vocational high school (SMK) is a place that can create human resources who are ready to work. But in reality, there are many SMK’s alumni have not yet been absorbed into the workforce. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of accounting learning achievement on student work readiness through industrial work practices, work competence and self efficacy as intervening variables. The population of this research is grade XII students of SMK accounting competence in Semarang City. The total sample of 100 students taken using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis with the AMOS program. Results: accounting learning achievement does not affect to work readiness. Industrial work practices do not to affect work readiness. Work competence affects work readiness. Self efficacy does not affect to work readiness. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on the internship. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on work competence. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on self efficacy. Industrial work practices affect self efficacy. Work competence influences self efficacy. Learning achievement accounting through industrial work practices does not affect work readiness. Accounting learning achievement through work competence does not affect work readiness. Accounting learning achievement through self efficacy does not affect work readiness.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identity the influence of budget quality and financial human resources competence on the school financial performance. In addition, this research was conducted to identity the influence of moderating variables of information technology on the relationship between budget quality and human resources competence on the school financial performance. This research is population research. The number of population in this research is among all the vocational haigh school in Pemalang Regency with totaling 42 schools. Of the 42 schools, only 37 schools who returned the questioners. This research used quantitative approach using hypothesis testing study design. To test hypothesis using multiple linier regression analysis with the absolute different with application program SPSS. The result of analysis shows that quality of budgeting, financial human resources competence on the school and information system have a positive significant effect on the school financial performance with simultanely or partially. information technology has a positive significant effect in moderating the influence of budget quality on school financial performance. However, information technology have not significant effect in moderating the influence of budget quality on school financial performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine a) the influence of beliefs, attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control on entrepreneurial intentions; b) the influence of trust on attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control; c) the influence of trust on entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurship attitudes, the influence of trust on entrepreneurial intentions through subjective norms, and the influence of trust on entrepreneurial intentions through the perception of behavioral control of students of SMK Negeri 1 Slawi. The results of this study are a) trust has no effect on student entrepreneurial intentions, entrepreneurial attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control perceptions, have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. b) trust has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship attitudes, subjective norms, and perception of control c) trust influences entrepreneurial intentions through entrepreneurship attitudes, trust influences entrepreneurial intentions through subjective norms and trust influences entrepreneurial intentions through behavioral control perceptions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether Soft Skill influences or not on Work Readiness both directly and indirectly. As in this study, Learning Achievement and On The Job Training as Intervening Variables. A total of 131 students were taken as samples by using Stratified random sampling. The statistical method used to test intervening variables uses the Path Test. The results showed that soft skills affect work readiness. And soft skills affect work readiness through learning achievement and On The Job Training as an intervening variable. Soft skills indirectly have a greater effect than directly on work readiness.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the factors on the behavioral intention to use e-Wallet based on the UTAUT model. The variables are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and experience as a moderating variable. It is quantitative research. Data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study was students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Semarang who have adopted cashless transactions in their payment activities. The population in this study was 4,156 students, with a sample of 365 students. The results of this study show that performance expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention for 18.4 %, Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on the behavioral intention for 20.1%, Social influence has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions for 22.8 %, Facilitating condition has a positive effect and significant impact on the behavioral intention for 24.7%, Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention through experience (moderating 1) for 24.6 %, Social influence has a negative effect and insignificant effect on behavioral intentions through experience (moderating 1) for -4.8 %, and Facilitating condition has a negative and insignificant effect on behavioral intentions through experience (moderating 1) for - 5.3 %.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, industrial work practices, and family environment on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy as the mediation variable. The population in this study were 568 students of the Agribusiness Expertise Program for Agricultural Product Processing for class XI and XII of Public Vocational School (SMK Negeri) Jepara Regency in the 2018/2019 academic year and a sample of 235 students was obtained with the Slovin formula with a standard error of 5%. This study used questionnaires as data collection tools. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The results showed that 1) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial readiness (32.2%), 2) There was a positive and significant effect of industrial work practices on entrepreneurial readiness (23.7%), 3) There was a positive and significant effect of family environment on entrepreneurial readiness (14.3%), 4) There was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial readiness (19.4%), 5) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-efficacy (31.3%), 6) There was a positive and significant effect of industrial work practices on self-efficacy (16.2%), 7) There was a positive and significant effect of family environment on self-efficacy (11.5%), 8) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge (38.3%), industrial work practices (26.8%), and family environment (16.5%) on entrepreneurial readiness through self-efficacy as the mediating variable. Based on these results, it can be concluded that self-efficacy is proven could be a mediating variable for the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, industrial work practice, and family environment on students' entrepreneurial readiness
