Anchovies (Stolephorus sp), need to be managed well because although as a natural resource that is open access if not managed properly, the management of fishery resources is not optimal and sustainable. One approach in the management of fish resources is with a surplus production model. The analysis was conducted to obtain the best model that aims to know the maximum sustainable catch (MSY), utilization rate, and use of anchovies. Data on catches and anchovies fishing efforts were collected from the Siak District Fisheries and Livestock Service. The best Surplus Production Model used to assess the potential of anchovies is the Walter-Hilborn model. Optimal effort (EMSY) of 150 Units per year. Cmsy's optimal catch is 247.75 tons per year. The utilization rate for 2020 is 70%, with an entrepreneurial rate of 41%, which indicates that overfishing has not occurred both biologically and economically.

This Reseach was conducted in November 2016 until January 2017 located in Kuantan Singingi district. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of simultaneous and partial also the direct and indirect effect between the knowledge owner of refill drinking water depot, the cost of bacteriological test, the health worker supervision and physical environment of refill drinking water depot toward the obedience of bacteriological test, and analyzed the effect of obedience bacteriological test toward the Total coliform content. Based on the research was known that the knowledge variable, the cost, the supervision, physical environment had effected simultaneously and significant toward the obedience of bacteriological test. Partially there was no effect between the knowledge owner of refill drinking water depot toward the obedience of bacteriological test. While the variable of cost the bacterilogical test, the health worker supervision and physical environment had the significant effect toward the obedience of bacteriological test. The cost of bacteriological test was influenced directly toward the obedience of bacteriological test and inderectly through the variable of worker health supervision and physical environment. The supervision was influenced directly toward the obedience of bacteriological test and influenced indirectly through the cost variable and physical environment. The physical environment was influenced directly toward the obedience of bacteriological test and influenced indirectly through the cost variable and supervision. The obedience of bacteriological test has not significant effect toward Total Coliform contents at refill drinking water depot in Kuantan Singingi district.

This study was in November 2016 to January 2017 located in Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship simultaneously or partially and the influence of direct and indirect between the knowledge of the owner of the depot, training owners depot, supervision of health professionals and the bacteria total coliform depot refill drinking water to the ownership of acceptance healthy certificate in Kuantan Singingi and analyze the relationship healthy acceptance certificate of ownership to consumer satisfaction in drinking water refill depot in Kuantan Singingi. Based on the results of research, knowledge variable depot owners of drinking water, training, supervision and inspection of health workers total coliform bacteria simultaneously affect the ownership of acceptance healthy certificate drinking water refill depot in Kuantan Singingi amounted to 58.4%. Partially no influence between total coliform bacteria examination depot drinking water on a healthy acceptance certificate of ownership which is indicated by p value of 0.475. While variable knowledge, training, supervision of health workers significantly affect ownership of acceptance healthy certificate of with p value respectively by 0.02, 0.09 and 0.00. Influence direct of knowledge on ownership healthy acceptance certificate of 1.2% and indirectly through training and supervision respectively by 0.4% and 1.8% and the total effect of 3.4%. Effect of training on healthy acceptance certificate direct ownership of 6.8% and indirectly through knowledge and supervision by 0.4% and 8.3% and the total effect of 15.5%. Effect of supervision of the ownership certificate of acceptance healthy 32.2% directly and indirectly through knowledge and training of respectively 1.8% and 4.3% and the total effect of 38.3%. Ownership certificates are eligible to healthy drinking water refill depot does not affect customer satisfaction in Kuantan Singingi with p value of 3.12 and a value of R square 0.15.

CV Poetra Mandiri Karton is a company that has not been able to meet production target each day. Based on preliminary analysis, production underproduction was due to workers’ fatigue caused by manual material handling activities in the entire production process. To solve these problems, nordic body map (NBM) approach was applied. Prior to work, workers experienced musculoskeletal fatigue at down waist, and they experienced musculoskeletal fatigue at up waist, left forearm, right forearm, left hand, right hand, left ankle, and right ankle after work. Based on questionnaire of National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX), average of mental workload from all three groups is quite heavy. By using rapid entire body assessment (REBA), it is found that average value of the risk in group 1 and group 2 requires immediate action, whereas action is required by the third group. This article also presents a trolley design that will be used in manual material handling activities.

Hospitals and clinics are included in the criteria of work places with a variety of hazards that can cause health effects, not only for the employees who work in that place, but also the patients and visitors of hospitals and clinics. With the application of K3 and ergonomics in any existing facilities in the area of the UMP clinic will result in improvement of service quality, and patient satisfaction. The methods used in this research are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Kano Method. The result shows that the percentage of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is 59.8%, it means that the patients satisfied to the facilities and services. Based on the KANO methods, the following attributes have to improved to increase the customer satisfaction, that are the room temperature, the room tranquility, and lighting conditions.

The purpose of this study is to describe management education and entrepreneurship training for craftsmen tenun ikat in Lamongan regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative which data collection using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that education and training management began with the planning and determination of training participants, analysis of training needs of the participants, the determination of the goals and objectives of the training and the determination of program content. Implementation of entrepreneurship training plays a role in forming motivation and entrepreneurial intentions for craftsmen tenun ikat in Lamongan regency. It is necessary to evaluate the implementation of the training which is implemented within 4-5 months after the implementation of the training, with the aim to know the development of business owned by participants who have followed the training.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of role conflict and emotional exhaustion of teachers and commitment to the organization. The experiment was conducted on teacher SMPN 2 and SMPN 12 Malang, amounting to 64 people and hypothesis testing is done by using path analysis. The results of this study suggest that there is no direct effect of role conflict and emotional exhaustion on commitment to the organization, but both of them (role conflict and emotional exhaustion) had an indirect influence on organizational commitment. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional guru dan komitmen terhadap organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada guru SMPN 2 dan SMPN 12 Malang yang berjumlah 64 orang dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh langsung dari konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional pada komitmen terhadap organisasi, tetapi keduanya (konflik peran dan kelelahan emosional) memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi.

The objective of the research was to study the inoculation period and larvae size of Chilo sacchariphagus for mass rearing of Sturmiopsis inferens. The research was conducted in laboratory of Sugarcane Reasearch and Devolopment Sei Semayang Binjai, Medan, North Sumatera from September until October 2014 using a randomized complete design with two factors and three replications. The first factor was inoculation periods (5, 10, and 15 minutes) and the second factor was larvae sizes of C. sacchariphagus (< 1.5, 1.5 - 2 and > 2 cm). The results showed that inoculation period and larvae size significantly effected the percentage of parasititation and total of pupa. The highest percentage of parasititation (4,63 %) on inoculation period for 5 minutes with larvae size > 2 cm and the lowest (0.71 %) on inoculation period for 10 minutes with larvae size < 1.5 cm. The highest total of pupal (2.61 pupal) on inoculation period for 5 minutes with larvae size > 2 cm and the lowest (0.71 pupal) on inoculation period for 10 minutes with larvae size < 1.5 cm. The highest percentage of pupal to become imago (92.5 %) on larvae size > 2 cm and the lowest (7.5 %) on larvae size < 1.5 cm and sex ratio of male and female S. inferens is 1 : 1.2.

Cassava is always been economically valuable agriculture commodity since it can be produced into a lot of agroindustry product such as cassava crackers. In order to survivein competing business circumstance, cassava crackers producers should produce better,cheaper and faster product. This research is aimed to study the contractual relationshippattern which can be categorized into five dimension satisfaction, trust, communication,mutual interdependency and commitment. Research finding states that although there was a long term relationship among agents, yet there wasn’t any supply chain.

Indonesia was been predominantly an agricultural economy in which rice was been the major crop and staple food. Great efforts were therefore being made to improve paddyproduction and post production practices. This research was aimed to: 1)identify the addedvalue of paddy handling and post harvesting processes; 2) analyze profit margin gained byfarmer from selling off the paddy with and without handling and post harvesting process;3)describe the variability of distribution channel and marketing institution of rice, husk andbran. This research was conducted in Sudimoro village and used primary data collected form 70 SRI (System of Rice Intensification) farmers. Research findings showed that the amount of added value earned is less than 15%. The hulled rice added value is higher thanadded value of husk and bran. There were three kind of distribution channel. Themarketing institution involved were farmers, brokers, rice milling unit (RMU), wholesaler,distributor and retailer.
