Abstract

Through Davis's TAM theory, which was created in 1989, this study wants to find out how motivated people are to use the Google Workspace for Education (GWE) platform in blended learning as one of the media used in the independent curriculum. Actual System Usage, which measures user interest, is an internal variable. Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Motivation are all external factors. The study method is quantitative and descriptive, and path analysis is used to figure out how the different variables affect each other. There were 110 teachers from different schools who took part in this study's group. The results showed that the motivation variable directly had a significant positive effect on interest, and motivation also had a significant positive effect on respondents' attitudes toward using the Google Workspace for education platform for learning. Positive but not statistically significant results were found for the direct influence of convenience on interest and usability on interest, while the influence of usability, attitude, and convenience was able to mediate the influence of motivation, attitude, and convenience.

Abstract

Teacher performance is very decisive achievement results Study in the learning process , however the performance of Indonesian teachers especially in Demak district is necessary get attention special because teacher performance still low Where number of certified teachers only reached 33.2% with the average score of teacher competence is 61.19. Need effort For increase teacher performance with notice internal factors as well external . Study This reveal influence supervision head school , environment work and motivation Work to teacher performance through method quantitative with approach correlational . Questionnaire study shared to 88 SMP/MTs teachers in the District Mranggen , Demak district was selected with purposive sampling. Analysis results regression showing exists influence supervision head school to teacher performance with t- count value of 10.032 1.663. Teacher performance is also influenced by the environment Work with t- count of 10.195 1.663. No Far different , results calculation regression influence motivation Work with teacher performance shows t- count value 10.238 1.663 (t- table ), so There is influence between both . Influence in a manner simultaneous based on analysis regression double showing mark F- count of 52.621 2.713, meaning all three give influence in a manner together to teacher performance . The implication enhancement teacher performance can done with notice various factor like implementation supervision by the head school , conditions environment work , and also encouragement / motivation For Work Good from motivation intrinsic nor extrinsic .

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila class IV student profiles at SD Negeri Islamic Boarding Schools and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of Pancasila student profiles for class IV SD Negeri Pesantren. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are as follows. Implementing the Pancasila Student Profile could be more optimal because of obstacles and problems. In the process of learning Pancasila education in class, teachers try to use various learning models in direct teaching that students can accept, involving students in emphasizing opportunities to consider values, reflection, and learning, which is usually the teacher and the curriculum. Second, the teacher's efforts to overcome obstacles and problems must try to approach students and make themselves role models for school members. Teachers can use the time to achieve the expected learning objectives, related to the limitations of learning media that can be replaced if students still have difficulty understanding the material, and create a comfortable and conducive classroom atmosphere by communicating and interacting with students.

Abstract

Entering the 21st century, students are expected to have the ability to understand information and apply various critical and creative thinking techniques when reading, writing, and solving problems. One of the policies carried out by the Semarang city administration is the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) and optimizing mobile libraries as a central facility. This study aims to analyze the school's strategy in increasing the Reading Literacy Habituation and Development stage to increase students' reading interest and to analyze the teacher's influence on students in the Reading Literacy Habituation and Development stage to increase students' reading interest in class II at SDN Pudakpayung 01 Semarang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews with class II principals and teachers, grade II students, observation, and documentation. From the results of observing the constraints on the stage of reading literacy comprehension in elementary schools at SDN Pudakpayung 01 Semarang City, that is, most of the students who are still in class II feel lazy to read is still quite high. Meanwhile, even in high grades, there are still many students who are less motivated to read or write. Reading literacy is not just talking 5 about 15 minutes of reading a book. Reading interest literacy is not only influenced by internal factors in school, students' reading interest is also influenced by external factors, namely parents.

Abstract

Akademi Kepolisian (Akpol) merupakan lembaga pendidikan tinggi polri yang bertujuan menghasilkan perwira pertama (PAMA) yang utuh yakni mempunyai pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap yang baik, menjadi polisi yang sehat jasmani maupun rohaninya, dengan demikian diharapkan dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya sebagai pemelihara keamanan ketertiban masyarakat (harkamtibmas), sebagai pelindung pengayom dan pelayan masyarakat (linyomyan) serta sebagai penegak hukum (gakkum) yang professional, memiliki moral yang baik, modern serta memiliki integritas yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh formula yang diharapkan bagi Akpol dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran/ profil lulusan yang diharapkan, penelitian ini menggunakan studi literasi dan diskusi / focus group discussion(FGD)/ pokja dan penelitian ini menghasilkan solusi yang tepat dalam pembenahan kurikulum sehingga Akpol mampu melahirkan/ mencetak sumber daya manusia yang unggul berpendidikan dan memiliki daya saing yang tangguh pada masa yang serba teknologi (era digital) seperti saat ini. Perannya sebagai pemelihara keamanan ketertiban masyarakat (harkamtibmas), melindungi mengayomi melayani (linyomyan) kepada masyarakat, sebagai penegak hukum (gakkum) yang professional, memiliki moral dan integritas tinggi dapat terwujud.

Abstract

Perubahan pola kerja dan tren kebutuhan keterampilan kerja yang disebabkan oleh otomatisasi dan teknologi yang semakin canggih menyebabkan manusia harus mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat. Tidak dapat dipungkiri saat ini terdapat perubahan kebutuhan tenaga kerja oleh dunia industri yang harus dapat direspon oleh lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Saat ini penting lembaga pendidikan tinggi dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang unggul. Sejalan dengan fenomena tersebut kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran kerangka konseptual integrasi pendidikan tinggi, industri, dan pemerintah untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Metode studi pustaka digunakan untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang menjadi fokus kajian. Hasil kajian menemukan bahwa industri memiliki kekuatan untuk mendorong perubahan kebijakan pemerintah dan menuntut inovasi dan transformasi perguruan tinggi dalam menghasilkan sumber daya yang unggul sebagai output yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan kebutuhan. Implikasi dari kajian ini bahwa baik perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah dan industri memiliki peran dan fungsinya masing-masing dalam integrasi yang mendorong lahirnya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan unggul.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dalam konteks peningkatan keterlibatan dan penguatan jejaring lulusan dalam program studi di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Jejaring lulusan saat ini seolah tidak banyak dilibatkan dalam pengelolaan program studi karena dianggap berada di luar organisasi Pendidikan. Disisi yang lain, peran lulusan yang telah berada di indutri/dunia kerja dalam memberikan dukungan, saran, dan penguatan kepada program studi sangat signifikan. Terlebih, kesesuaian antara kurikulum program studi, kompetensi lulusan, dan harapan industri/dunia kerja seharusnya selaras. Selain itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat hubungan antara perguruan tinggi dan alumni. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan melibatkan alumni yang telah lulus dari program studi doktor manajemen kependidikan Universitas Negeri Semarang. FGD digunakan untuk mendapatkan masukan, umpan balik, dan pandangan dari alumni terkait dengan peran sebagai bagian dari jejaring lulusan, serta harapan terhadap program studi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan FGD telah menciptakan interaksi yang aktif antara alumni dan program studi. Alumni memberikan masukan yang berharga terkait dengan kebutuhan industri, perkembangan karier, serta perbaikan dan pengembangan program studi. Masukan dari alumni memungkinkan perguruan tinggi untuk menyesuaikan kurikulum, menambahkan program pengembangan karier, serta meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Dalam jangka panjang, pengabdian ini juga berpotensi memperkuat jejaring lulusan dan meningkatkan keterlibatan dalam mendukung akreditasi program studi. Kata kunci: jejaring lulusan; program studi; FGD; akreditasi. ABSTRACTThis community service aims to explain and analyze the implementation of community engagement within the context of enhancing involvement and strengthening the alumni network within a college's study program. Additionally, this initiative seeks to reinforce the relationship between the college and its alumni. The method employed in this endeavor is Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which involves alumni who have graduated from the doctoral program in educational management at Universitas Negeri Semarang. FGD is employed to gather input, feedback, and perspectives from alumni regarding their roles within the alumni network, as well as their expectations for the study program. The results of this initiative indicate that the implementation of FGD has facilitated active interaction between alumni and the study program. Alumni have provided valuable insights concerning industry needs, career development, as well as enhancements and advancements in the study program. Input from alumni enables the college to adapt the curriculum, add career development programs, and enhance teaching quality. In the long run, this dedication also holds the potential to strengthen the alumni network and increase involvement in supporting the accreditation of the study program. Keywords: alumni network; study program; FGD; accreditation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an android-based game learning media by applying the steps of the ADDIE model RnD research method. The data collection technique was in the form of a validated questionnaire for media experts, linguists, materials, teachers, and student responses. The results of media, material, and language validation were 0.917; 0.898, and 0.791 with very feasible criteria for media and material validation, while for language validation it shows feasible criteria. The classical mastery of student learning outcomes reached 94% and the N percent gain of 59.34 indicated that the criteria were quite effective. Student responses were seen from the usefulness, convenience, and satisfaction indicators each of 0.82; 0.9; and 0.92 indicating very good response criteria. The teacher's response questionnaire, seen from the indicators of presentation and use of language, was 0.9 and 0.875 respectively, indicating very good response criteria, while in the indicators of instructions for use, the suitability of the material and suitability for student needs were each 0.75; 0.8; and 0.79 indicates good response criteria. The results of the application of android-based science learning media with an inquiry approach can improve the critical thinking skills of class IV students on style material.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan Kota Geometri Board sebagai alat peraga inovatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika di sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran matematika dan membantu siswa memahami konsep-konsep tersebut dengan cara yang lebih konkret dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode studi literatur, yang melibatkan serangkaian langkah dimulai dari pengumpulan referensi, penelaahan teori, dan analisis terhadap objek yang sedang diselidiki. Referensi tersebut dicari melalui artikel atau laporan penelitian dalam jurnal. Sumber data diperoleh dari artikel atau jurnal yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian, khususnya tentang minat belajar matematika yang dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media sosial, yang telah diterbitkan dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Peneliti mengumpulkan artikel atau jurnal ini melalui pencarian di Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci seperti minat belajar matematika, media sosial, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Kota Geometri Board dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep matematika secara signifikan, sambil membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Alat ini juga memiliki potensi sebagai sarana pembelajaran kolaboratif, di mana siswa dapat bekerja sama untuk membangun struktur kota yang kompleks dan memecahkan masalah matematika bersama-sama. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa tetapi juga mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan kerjasama.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamic management strategies implemented by Tegalrejo Asrama Perguruan Islam (API) Pesantren, addressing the challenges of modernization and community demands. Utilizing a qualitative field study approach, the focus is on exploring innovative change management models in Islamic boarding schools. The findings reveal that API Tegalrejo Pesantren successfully navigates modernization challenges through innovative practices such as integrating general and religious education, conducting extracurricular programs, instigating character education initiatives, and fostering collaborative partnerships. Following the principles of adjacent and incremental innovation, the institution consistently enhances teaching quality, facilities, and curriculum to meet evolving societal needs. Despite limitations, Islamic boarding schools steadfastly uphold their commitment to nurturing a generation that is intellectually adept, grounded in religious principles, and socially responsible. The research recommends continuous development of educational innovations within Islamic boarding school institutions and suggests future research to explore additional dimensions of their adaptation strategies during the modernization era. This will contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the dynamic processes at play in Islamic boarding schools.
