Abstract

This study aims to: To determine the effect of Brand Ambassador on Brand Awareness on Sr12 Skin Care products, a study in the Purwakarta Village Community, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. To determine the effect of the Tagline on Brand Awareness on Sr12 Skin Care products, a study was conducted in the Purwakarta Village Community, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. To determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Tagline simultaneously on Brand Awareness on Sr12 Skin Care products, a study was conducted in the Purwakarta Village Community, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. The research method used in this study used a survey method, while the target in this study were Sr12 skincare consumers in Indonesia Purwakarta Village, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City.with an unlimited population. The number of samples determined by this research amounted to 88 people according to Maholtra's opinion. Based on the results of the research "The Effect of Brand Ambassadors and Taglines on Brand Awareness in Sr12 Skin Care Products (study on the Purwakarta Village Community, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City)" can be seen as follows: T test results (partial) for Brand Ambassador tcount result 2.012 > 1.988 t table answers the first hypothesis, namely Brand Ambassador has a significant effect onBrand Awareness sr12 skincare Purwakarta Village, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. For the Tagline variable hypothesis tcount 4.993 > ttable 1.988, this answers the second hypothesis, namely Tagline has a significant effect on Brand Awareness sr12 skincare Purwakarta Village, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City. Based on the distribution table F table F table = F (k; nk) (2; 88-2) at level a 5% and F table 3.09 so F 22.044 > 3.09 that it is concluded that Ho is rejected Ha is accepted which means Brand Ambassador and Tagline have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on Brand Awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial behavior on the behavior of individual investment decisions in Perumnas Project Employees either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are financial literacy has a significant effect on individual investment decision behavior with the regression equation Y = 7.129 + 0.342X1. The correlation value of 0.633 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 40.0%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (3,269 > 1,987). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between financial literacy on the behavior of individual investment decisions. Financial behavior has a significant effect on individual investment decision behavior with the regression equation Y = 9607 + 0.225X2. The correlation value of 0.383 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence is 38.3%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2,815 > 1,987). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between financial behavior on individual investment decision behavior. Financial literacy and financial behavior have a significant effect on individual investment decision behavior with the regression equation Y = 5.876 + 0.209X1 + 0.121X2. The correlation value is 0.671. This means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship level with a coefficient of determination of 45.0%. While the remaining 55% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis test obtained value of F count > F table or (35,646 > 2,710). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant influence between financial literacy and financial behavior on individual investment decision behavior (Study of Perumnas Project Employees).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partially or simultaneously between Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta. This research method is associative research with a quantitative approach. The results showed that, Work Discipline (X1) Affects Employee Performance (Y) At PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta, with a tcount value of 8.806 > ttable 1.988 or a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted. Work Discipline (X1) is Strongly Related to Employee Performance (Y) At PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta. The ability of the Work Discipline variable (X1) in explaining the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta is 47.1% and the remaining 52.9% is influenced by other factors. Work Environment (X2) Affects Employee Performance (Y) At PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta, with a tcount value of 13,564 > ttable 1,988 or a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted. Work Environment (X2) has a very strong relationship with employee performance (Y) at PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta. The ability of the Work Environment variable (X2) in explaining the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta amounted to 67.9% and the remaining 32.1% was influenced by other factors. Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) Simultaneously Affect Employee Performance (Y) At PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta, with a value of Fcount 91.559 > Ftable 3.103 or a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The regression equation Y = 22.592 + 0.062x1 + 0.450x2. This regression equation can be concluded that, Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) Have a Positive Influence Direction on Employee Performance (Y) At PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta. Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) are very strongly related to employee performance (Y) at PT. Pancaran Karya Citra Jakarta. The ability of the Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) variables in explaining the Employee Performance variable (Y) at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer buying interest at Dua Coffee Cipete in South Jakarta City. The method used is quantitative associative. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of research, service quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest with the regression equation Y = -0.351 + 0.768X1, the correlation value of 0.762 means that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 58.0%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (2,567 > 1,984). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of service quality on consumer buying interest. Price has a significant effect on consumer buying interest with the regression equation Y=1.814 + 1.209X2, the correlation value of 0.805 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the coefficient of determination is 64.7%. Hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (5,138 > 1,984). Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of price on consumer buying interest. Service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer buying interest with the regression equation Y = - 1.157 + 0.285X1 + 0.849X2. The correlation value of 0.818 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a very strong relationship level. The value of the coefficient of determination is 67.0%. Testing the hypothesis obtained the value of F arithmetic > F table or (98.366 > 2.700). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of service quality and price on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on the work performance of SEAMEO SEAMOLEC employees partially and simultaneously. This research is a descriptive quantitative analysis with an approach to employees. The population in this study were 64 SEAMEO SEAMOLEC employees. The sample used in this research is using nonprobability sampling technique or saturated sampling method. The data collection procedure in this study was using a questionnaire using a Likert scale and SPSS 24 programming. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination test. The research results that can be presented are: (1) there is an influence of leadership style on performance (tcount 8.116 > ttable 1.999), (2) there is an effect of compensation on performance (tcount 7.174 > ttable 1.999), and (3) the influence of leadership style and compensation on performance. Employee work performance (Fcount 40.339 > Ftable 3.148). So that it shows that leadership style and compensation at SEAMEO SEAMOLEC partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Belindo International Carpet in Cikupa Tangerang. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 44.8%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (8,914 > 1,984). Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 36.9%, hypothesis testing is obtained t count > t table or (7.571 > 1.984). Promotion and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 10.849 + 0.422X1 + 0.316X2 and the contribution of the influence is 52.5%, hypothesis testing is obtained F count > F table or (53.644 > 2,700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions, determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions and the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of herbal medicines at CV. Omar Smart Brain. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were consumers who shopped for herbal medicines at CV. Omar Smart Brain with a sample size of 100 customers using the slovin method. In collecting data using interview techniques and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and coefficient significance test (t test and f test). The results showed that, partially the promotion variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by showing the results of the t-test = 4.657 while t-table = 1.98472 (tcount > ttable) with a significance level of 0.000. partially the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by showing the results of tcount = 3.632 while ttable = 1.98472 (tcount> ttable) with a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, promotion and price variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions by showing Fcount = 60,461 which is greater than Ftable = 3,09 with a significance of 0,000. it can be said that promotion and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. the coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.555, it can be concluded that promotion (X1) and price (X2) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 55.50% while the remaining 44.50% is influenced by other factors not tested in this study. In this study, the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient of Y = 12,292 + 0,445X1 + 0,351X2+ e.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determind the effect of employees’ commintment and training to employees’ work performance in University of Budi Luhur, Jakarta either partial or simulatanious. Methodology applied to this research is quantitative with associative approach. Simple random sampling used to gather 70 respondents. Data analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolineratiry test, linier regration test, multiple linier test, cooficient correlation test, determination coeficien test, tvalue and Fvalue. The research partially showed work commintment has a significant result to the employees’ productivity. This can be seen in a regetion formula Y = 17,894 + 0,551 X1. This hypothesis is supported by calculation of tvalue > ttable (3,855 > 1,995) and this is shown in ρ value < Sig.0,05 or significant value < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). The result of this research showed a significant effect to employees’ work performance in University of Budi Luhur, Jakarta in value of < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Coeficient determination from comminetment variable and training show the result of 49,1% in University of Budi Luhur, Jakarta. So that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted this means that the variables simultantly have significant result amongst work commitment (X1), training (X2), and work performance (Y).

Abstract

This study conducted a grouping sample of the data of State Vocational High School students in Bogor Regency by utilizing the data mining process using clustering techniques. The method in this study uses the Cross-School Standard Process for Data Mining (CSISP-DM). While the algorithm used for cluster determination is a hierarchical and non-heirical algorithm (K-Means). The hierarchical algorithm is a method that does not specify the number of clusters so that the results or output of a dendogram with a certain number of clusters are determined by the distance until only 2 clusters are formed, while K-Means is a non-hierarchical clustering data method that can group student data into several clusters based on the similarity of the data, so that student data with the same characteristics are grouped in one cluster and those with different characteristics are grouped in another cluster. The attributes used are life and career skills (life and career skills), learning and innovation skills (learning and innovation skills) and information media and technology skills. The results of this study we can conclude that the percentage of 21st century skills in students with a sample of 10737 students at SMKN Bogor is life and career skills (life and career skills) 38% with a frequency of 4130 students, learning and innovation skills (learning and innovation skills) 46 % with a frequency of 4977 Students and information media and technology skills 35% with a frequency of 3796 Students

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation together on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. This research method uses quantitative methods with a causal research design (cause and effect). The population of this study were all employees of PTSL Bogor as many as 130 employees and the determination of the number of samples using saturated samples so that the number of samples was 99 respondents. The results of the t test, the value of t count is greater than t table (-1.043 > 1.985). so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, that there can be no significant effect between leadership style on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. The results of the t test, the value of t arithmetic is greater than t table (9.105 > 1.985). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. F test results of leadership style and motivation on Employee performance obtained F count > F table (61,846 > 3,091) and sig value F < (0.000 < 0.05).So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Leadership Style and Motivation together on Employee Performance. Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) affect employee performance simultaneously.
