Logical reasoning is a reasoning that conforms to logical rules. Therefore logical reasoning corresponds to mathematical logic material that has correlation with logical rules and obtains a conclusion of an information. The thinking style associated with logical reasoning is the abstract sequential thinking style. This research includes the type of qualitative research that uses descriptive qualitative research methodology. This research will be conducted on students in SMA Negeri I Tungkal Ulu. It is described in this research is the logical reasoning ability of students who have abstract sequential thinking style in solving the problem of mathematical logic. The results of the information-testing test designed by Jhon Parks le Tellier in can be three students who have abstract sequential thinking style. From the results obtained valid and it can be concluded that SSA1 has a high logical penalarn ability, and SSA2 has good logical reasoning ability, whereas SSA3 has less reasoning ability.Keywords: Logical Reasoning, Math logic, Sequential Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA SISWA (LKS) BERBASIS CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING (CTL) MATERI SISTEM PERSAMAAN LINEAR TIGA VARIABEL SISWA KELAS X MIA SMAN 9 KOTA JAMBI Endah Fitria; Buyung Buyung; Aisyah Aisyah

Abstract: This research is motivated by the existence of problems in the preparation of LKS being used in SMA Negeri 9 Kota Jambi. LKS is a teaching material that also plays an important role in improving the quality of learning. Preparation of the appropriate LKS and in accordance with the curriculum used is expected to achieve the learning objectives, so it needs continuous LKS development activities. The purpose of this research is to develop LKS based on Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on linear equation system material three valid, practical and effective variables.This type of research development is Research and Development (R & D) with the ADDIE development model. Stages of the ADDIE development model consist of analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The research instrument consists of Questionnaire and question instrument. Questionnaires consist of validation sheet by the material expert, validation assessment sheet by design expert, validation assessment sheet by media expert, individualized trial evaluation sheet, small group trial evaluation sheet, and evaluation field test sheet. while the question instrument consists of a pre-test and post-test questions. LKS developed, then validated by the validator. Validation results obtained LKS with revisions based on suggestions and comments validator. Validity is illustrated by the percentage of material expert, designer and media experts in 82,61% in "highly valid" category, 76,16% in "valid" category, 90% in "very valid" category. LKS was then piloted into three stages: individual trials with 3 medium and low-skilled students, small group trials with 6 students, and field trials conducted in the real classroom of class X MIA 2 with 34 students. Judging from the comparison of pre-test and post-test values obtained tcount of 15.37 and ttable of 2.03 then tcount > ttable stated there are significant differences. Based on the results of validation, test and test results of learning then obtained the results of research that shows the feasibility of LKS with CTL approach pertained in categories valid, practical and effective.Keywords: Student Worksheet, Contextual Teaching and Learning, the development model of ADDIE

The aims of this research are to find out whether the implementation of NoteTaking Pairs technique effective in teaching reading comprehension at junior high school. The method used in the research is quantitative method and the design is quasi experimental design. The sampling technique used in this research was random sampling. Two classes were taken as the subject namely experimental and control class. The data of test got from both experimental and control class was analyzed by T test formula. The result of calculation showed that t was 6.58, and t with df 75 in account table the significant degree of 5% is 1.992. It means that t is higher than t (6.58 > account table 1.992). The average of post-test in the experimental class was 81, while the KKM of English subject is 75. It can be concluded that Note-Taking Pairs Technique is effective in teaching reading comprehension at junior high school.

The aim of this research is to find out whether Learning Cell Technique can enhance students reading comprehension or not and to find out the improvement of each indicator of students‟ acheivement. This research was conducted by using Classroom Action Research. The subject of this research is the first year students of English Department of Unswagati Cirebon. The population of this research is 200 students and the sample of this research is 44 students. The technique of colecting the data used test and analyzed by using T-test of non-independent. This research was conducted only one cycle and will be continued to the next cycle. Based on the result of this research shows that (1) Learning Cell technique could enhance students‟ reading comprehension but it was still not significant in the first cycle, the result of Towas 1.789 and ttis 2.015. (2) Learning Cell technique can enhance students‟ reading comprehension for two indicators and two other indicators was still no enhancement.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that Learning Cell technique can enhance the students' reading comprehension.

Reading is one of the important subjects in learning foreign language. Based on the curriculum 2014 in English Department, reading has some series. In order to get satisfying result of students in reading comprehension, the lecturer should know about the students’ achievement in comprehending the text. By knowing students’ achievement in reading for interpretation, the lecturer will know what they will do for the next and what should the lecturer give more attention to. This research is aimed to know the students’ achievement in comprehending the text. The subject of this research is the first year students of English department.This research is expected to give contribution for some aspects. For the students, it is expected to give information and feedback to the students about their competence in reading. For the teacher, this research is expected to give information for the lecturer about the students’ error in comprehending the text.

The result of the research aimed to described the application of leadership style in public bureaucracy. The method used is the combination of quantitative and qualitative research (triangulation) by using the surfeited sampling of the whole population with 48 people. The result showed that the dominant leadership used in Soppeng is “sarong pawo” where all the decisions or policies were determined by the elite/leader, in this case the leader tends to give instruction to the subordinate. The implementation of sarong pawo influenced by the environment and cronology of the royal traditional culture which adopted the royal culture system into the government system. The internalitation of royal cultural values into the birocraty brings the character that tends to put himself to the higher degree than any other people and also in the relationship hierarchy influenced by the patterns of client patron relationship with the leader. The sorong pawo leadership takes place for 657 years, because no one dare to resist or refuse even they’re right or wrong because the truth as tradition in royal system.

The development of information technology provides advances in the financial sector, especially digital payments. At this time digital payments have become a necessity to get some of the access offered to the public. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that determine the millennial generation to use e-wallets. The variables tested include perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and perceived security. Respondents in this study are the Muslim millennial generation in Solo Raya area. Based on the results of the data search, a sample of 108 respondents was obtained. The technique of selecting respondents using purposive sampling which provides certain criteria to the sample. The research method used is descriptive research with multiple linear analysis. Tests were carried out using SPSS software by testing the validity and reliability before carrying out multiple regression to prove the hypothesis. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the majority of respondents are dominated by women, while the majority of jobs are private employees. The results of the variable test show that perceived usefulness and perceived usefulness have a positive influence on usage decisions for the Muslim millennial generation. The perceived risk and security variables do not affect the decision to use e-wallets.

Dalam beberapa dasawarsa terakhir, peta dunia ditandai dengan gerakan Islam radikal. Meskipun agama bukan satu-satunya faktor, gerakan tersebut jelas banyak dipengaruhi (paham) agama. Misalnya tragedi serangan atas WTC 11 September 2001. Aksi terorisme ini dilancarkan oleh fundamentalisme (Islam) radikal yang menghalalkan segala cara untuk melawan kepentingan Amerika Serikat, Barat, dan modernitas beserta nilai-nilai yang dibawanya (HAM, demokrasi, liberalisme, dan lain-lain). Di Indonesia sendiri, kita juga melihat berbagai fenomena keagamaan yang seperti membenarkan asumsi bahwa fundamentalisme memang sedang mengukuhkan keberadaannya, fundamentalisme radikal sedang bangkit. Misalnya terjadi peristiwa peledakan bom Bali dan bom Mariot di Jakarta. Gerakan radikal mendapat perhatian utama di kalangan pengamat politik global sebagaimana dilansir oleh Karen Armstrong yang menyatakan: bahwa di abad 20 (dan berlanjut di abad 21) fundamentalisme sedang bangkit di setiap agama-agama besar (major religion) dan merupakan sebentuk revolusi yang tersebar luas di seluruh penjuru dunia melawan modernitas dan masyarakat sekular. Persoalannya adalah apakah gerakan radikal tersebut sesuai dengan karakter dan watak Islam? Jawaban terhadap pertanyaan ini tentu saja tidak mudah apalagi menempelkan istilah radikal kepada agama tertentu. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini mencoba mengurai pengertian Gerakan Islam:, radikalisme, jihad, dan terorisme berbasis Agama. Kajian ini akan memfokuskan pada fenomena gerakan Islam kontemporer, pasca tahun 2000.

Abstrak Program ADD (Alokasi Dana Desa) merupakan salah satu bagian dari APBD yang dialokasikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan, peran pemerintah, dan untuk mendukung pembangunan desa. Program ADD merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan yang dapat dikaitkan untuk mendukung pembangunan desa dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi program ADD dalam upaya meningkatkan pertumbuhan pedesaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah desa telah menerapkan dengan baik standar program ADD berdasarkan Perda Minahasa Utara No. 22 Tahun 2016.Kata kunci : program ADD , pelaksanaan ADD, pembangunan pedesaan

Citrus reticulata is one of the varieties of citrus endemic to South Kalimantan. So far, the people of South Kalimantan have only used the pulp of the citrus fruit, while the skin is disposed of as waste. Therefore, this study was conducted to see the value of the benefits of the Citrus reticulata rind waste by testing the levels of flavonoids from the extract and its fractions. The rind extraction of Citrus reticulata was carried out by maceration method using methanol as a solvent. The extract obtained was then fractionated using the liquid-liquid method using n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and water as solvents. The extract and each fraction were determined for the level of flavonoids using a UV-Visible spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 413 nm and a series of standard concentrations of quercetin 35; 50; 65; 80; and 95 ppm. The results showed that the levels of flavonoids from the highest to the lowest were in the water fraction, methanol extract, n-hexane fraction, ethyl acetate fraction, and chloroform fraction with the respective values of 53.635 ± 0.00697; 30.083 ± 0.00386; 15,524 ± 0.00423; 9.787 ± 0.00198%(w/w).
