Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of profitability on stock prices, especially for consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This study uses the method of regression analysis to examine the effect of profitability on stock prices in consumer companies listed on the IDX. The independent variables used include return on assets (X1) and return on equality (X2) with the dependent variable being stock prices (Y). Where the results of this study indicate that ROA has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices in consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Other results show that ROE has a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices in consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Even though Activity Based Costing (ABC) has been implemented by large companies in Indonesia, there are still obstacles that limit its implementation, such as high implementation costs and the long time required. The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the success of the implementation of Activity Based Costing (ABC) in Indonesia. The type of research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used in this research was obtained from the results of a literature review of these articles. The research results show that management understanding and commitment are the main factors influencing the success of implementation. The constraints of high implementation costs and the long time required are special concerns in implementing ABC in Indonesia. Technology support and staff skills determine the smoothness of the implementation process. Implementing ABC requires activity mapping, identification of cost drivers, and appropriate cost allocation to optimize resources and improve company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the work environment and employee performance at BPJS Employment in Kota Jambi, emphasizing the influence of the work environment on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive method, the authors clarify objectives, plan the approach, and collect data for comparison between work environment conditions and employee performance. BPJS Employment in Kota Jambi, functioning as a government institution and Social Security program, is dedicated to providing community services with a commitment to excellence. The study identifies a positive relationship between the work environment and employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.949 indicating a potential 94.9% increase in performance with a 1% improvement in the work environment. The research confirms a significant impact of the work environment on employee performance, accounting for 76,7% of the variance, while the remaining 23.3% is influenced by unexplored variables.

Abstract

This research aimed to assess the alignment of the accounting practices at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Koto Lubuk Village, Jambi, with the generally accepted accounting principles. The data for this study were gathered from both primary and secondary sources, utilizing techniques such as interviews and documentation. The findings revealed that Madrasah X in Jambi City employed accounting procedures that included daily cash books, ledgers, income statements, balance sheets, and a list of fixed assets. However, the institution did not record depreciation for fixed assets at the end of the period and failed to prepare financial statements as per SFAS ETAP, which includes activity reports, financial position statements, cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements. In conclusion, the application of accounting practices in X Jambi City, was found not to align with the generally accepted accounting principles.

Abstract

The company is a form of body or organization that was founded by a person or group. The company's activity is to carry out production which is then distributed in order to meet economic needs. companies in carrying out their operations require substantial funding, therefore the company needs to know the development of its business from time to time so that it can be known whether the company is experiencing progress or setbacks. To be able to find out about this, the owner of the company can look through the accountability report of the company's leadership in the form of financial reports. One of the company's financial reports is the cash flow statement. Cash presents systematically information about cash receipts and disbursements during a certain period. In the statement of cash flows, cash receipts and disbursements are classified according to operations, financing activities and investing. performance.

Abstract

Arrangements for Complaints on the Stabilization Budget are regulated in Elucidation of the Principles of Monetary Bookkeeping (ACCOUNTING NORM) Number six five. Apart from the accounting norms number six five, there are two other accounting norms which also direct several views related to the Fiscal Consolidation plan, in particular, accounting norms number fifteen concerning representing interests in related organizations and accounting norms number two two concerning representing a mixture of businesses. ACCOUNTING NORM No. six five characterize the steps of the trade union and define the solidification methodology. Meanwhile, NORM ACCOUNTING No. One Five manages ventures that are properly represented using value techniques, which are closely related to United Reports. Then again, ACCOUNTING Rule No. dua dua regulates the accounting treatment for the business mix to take over in the form of bid procurement as well as net resources. This article examines the use of the three ACCOUNTING NORMs in preparing Solidified Fiscal complaints. The discussion began with a Business Blend Representation (ACCOUNTING NORM Number two two), followed by Speculation Bookkeeping with a Value Strategy (ACCOUNTING NORM Number One Five), finally discussing the United Report (ACCOUNTING NORM Number Six Five).

Abstract

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

Abstract

Financial distress is an event of financial downturn of the company which is the beginning of the liquidation of the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of financial ratio and firm size variables on the company's financial distress. Leverage, profitability, and liquidity are the types of ratios to use. The research method used was with literature review and used 12 relevant journal articles. The conclusion of this study is that profitability variable that influence financial distress conditions while liquidity and leverage variables do not affect these conditions. Company size as the last variable also does not have a significant influence on financial distress.

Abstract

Acquisition is a type of company development strategy employed by corporations. The financial success of the company is impacted by acquisitions. An organization can determine the outcomes of its operational actions by its financial performance, which is represented by numerical figures. Financial ratios can be used to confirm financial performance. In this study, financial performance for the years 2017–2018 and 2020–2021 is measured and contrasted before and after PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk was acquired. Descriptive and comparative methods, as well as quantitative methodology, are used in this kind of research. Secondary data is derived from the financial accounts (annual report). The current ratio and the return on investment before and after the acquisition differed significantly, according to the analysis's findings. As a ratio of debt to total assets and sales before and after the transaction, there has been no discernible change.

Abstract

As one of the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), the main function of the regional drinking water company (PDAM) is a social function, namely providing and distributing clean water to the community. In addition, the PDAM must also gain profits so that operational activities can be sustainable and increase regional income. To measure sales of this function, an analysis of the PDAM's financial performance is carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the health and financial performance of PDAM Tirta Batanghari from 2017 to 2021 before, during and after Covid-19. This type of research is quantitative research with documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the PDAM's financial performance for 5 years has obtained good management costs, is liquid in fulfilling current liabilities but the profit earned has not been stable.
