Abstract

Surveillance plays a crucial role in the early warning system for infectious diseases and outbreaks. Community health centers, as the spearhead of primary health care, have the primary responsibility for implementing continuous surveillance activities. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of epidemiological surveillance programs at community health centers in preventing outbreaks and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used a descriptive evaluative approach with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with surveillance officers, direct observation of reporting activities, and review of weekly infectious disease report documents. The research results show that from a contextual perspective, policies and implementation guidelines are available but have not been consistently implemented. From an input perspective, limited human resources and reporting facilities are the main obstacles. From a process perspective, routine data collection and reporting activities are ongoing, but timeliness and analysis of disease trends are still suboptimal. Meanwhile, from a product perspective, the surveillance system has assisted in the early detection of several potential outbreaks, although it has not been optimal in comprehensive prevention. In conclusion, the epidemiological surveillance program at the Community Health Center has been running according to guidelines but requires strengthening the capacity of surveillance personnel, increasing the use of information technology, and more effective cross-sector coordination.

Abstract

Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an increasingly important field in the current era of digital transformation. Artificial Intelligence (AI), is a technology designed to make computer systems able to imitate human intellectual abilities. Artificial intelligence (AI) allows computers to learn from experience, identify patterns, make decisions, and complete complex tasks quickly and efficiently. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is able to connect every device, so that someone can automate all devices without having to be on site. More than that, currently there are many machines that can interpret certain conditions or events with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The processes that occur in Artificial Intelligence (AI) include learning, reasoning, and self-correction. The implementation of AI in human workmanship is to obtain optimal performance results with fast processing times and maximum results. In today's modern era, artificial intelligence (AI) is very necessary to make activities easier, especially in rural areas. So that the village becomes a modern village and is more advanced with today's technology. Therefore, this Community Service was carried out in Cisadane Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. In obtaining the data used were observation and literature study. This service activity is an effort to apply artificial intelligence (AI) in learning and teaching activities in Cisadane Village, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This effort was motivated by the lack of implementation and lack of human resources in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Cisadane Gorontalo Village, which resulted in artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Cisadane Gorontalo Village not being optimal. As a form of the author's thinking, several efforts and breakthroughs are offered, namely; 1.) The role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the people of Cisadane Village in creating a modern and technology-literate Village, by making all activities in the village easier. 2.) Increasing Human Resources in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology, which previously did not know, became aware so that can advance the village. Abstract

Personal hygiene adalah suatu tindakan untuk memelihara kebersihan atau kesehatan untuk kesejahteraan, baik fisik maupun psikisnya (Laily, 2012). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, status sosial ekonomi, kepercayaan (kebudayaan) dengan personal hygiene pada remaja putri di SMA Cokroaminoto Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei analitik dengan metode cross sectional, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sisiwi SMA Cokroaminoto Makassar. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik total sampling, didapatkan 36 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan computer program microsoft exel dan program statistic (SPSS) versi 16.0. Analisis data mencakup analisis univariat dengan mencari distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square (p < 0,05) untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel dan uji person untuk mengetahui kekuatan korelasi. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan personal hygiene (p = 0.001 < 0,05), terdapat hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi dengan personal hygiene (p = 0,005 < 0,05), dan terdapat hubungan antara kepercayaan (kebudayaan) dengan personal hygiene (p = 0,004 < 0,05). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan, status sosial ekonomi, dan kepercayaan (kebudayaan) dengan personal hygiene di SMA Cokroaminoto Makassar, dimana status sosial ekonomi mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap personal hygiene.

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi di era sekarang dan banyaknya muncul perusahaan berjangka yang membuat minat berinvestasi semakin meningkat sehingga adanya motivasi untuk mengambil keputusan investasi untuk kepentingan dimasa sekarang dan dimasa depan. Kuesioner atau angket merupakan seperangkat daftar pertanyaan dan atau pernyataan yang diberikan kepada subyek penelitian baik secara individu atau kelompok untuk mendapatkan informasi tertentu terkait masalah yang diteliti. Penggunaan Smartphone berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berinvestasi di Kota Kediri. Minat Berinvestasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berinvestasi di Kota Kediri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Pengaruh Penggunaan Smartphone dan Minat Berinvetasi terhadap Keputusan Berinvestasi di Kota Kediri diperoleh kesimpulan Penggunaan Smartphone berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berinvestasi di Kota Kediri, sementara Minat Berinvestasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam Keputusan Berinvestasi di Kota Kediri. Berarti jika Penggunaan Smartphone dan Minat Berinvestasi digabungkan keduanya memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara Bersama sama terhadap Keputusan Berinvestasi di Kota Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis apakah penerapan manajemen dalam bidang olahraga memberikan hasil yang lebih baik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi membaca, wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan observasi. Peneliti menggunakan statistik univariat. Peneliti mengamati bahwa organisasi dengan manajemen profesional di bidangnya biasanya mencapai keseimbangan ekonomi yang lebih baik. Klub olahraga dengan manajemen profesional juga cenderung mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dalam mengelola sumber daya dan biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan finansial dan operasional dapat menghasilkan manfaat yang signifikan. Selain itu, manajemen yang baik juga dapat membantu dalam hal pengelolaan biaya operasional yang lebih efisien, serta meningkatkan produktivitas secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh media sosial Instagram terhadap kunjungan wisatwan (studi pada objek wisata air terjun sedudo. Penelitian ini berjutuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh dari media sosial Instagram terhadap kunjungan wisatawan terhadap destinasi wisata air terjun sedudo di kota nganjuk. Sistem informasi dan komunikasi terus berkembang sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi pada perangkat seperti laptop, tablet, smartphone, dan berbagai gadget lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh platform media sosial (Instagram) terhadap peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata Air Terjun Sedudo di Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan Air Terjun Sedudo Nganjuk dalam satu tahun 2023 diambil pengunjung paling banyak yaitu pada bulan desember yang berjumlah 4.873 wisatawan air terjun sedodo nganjuk dengan perolehan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Medos Instagram) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y karena nilai Sig. untuk X adalah 0, yang berarti p-value < 0,05. Selain itu, nilai koefisien regresi (B) untuk X sebesar 0,531 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan 1unit dalam Medos Instagram akan meningkatkan nilai Y sebesar 0,531 unit. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yaitu adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel media sosial (X) terhadap kunjungan wisatawan (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through work motivation at the cooperative and micro-enterprise services in the Nganjuk district. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative with a survey approach where the questionnaire will be distributed to all research respondents. The population in this study is all employees of the Nganjuk district cooperative and micro-enterprise services, totaling 55 people. In determining the sample, saturated sampling was used, where the entire population is used as a respondent, considering the population is less than 100. Path analysis was used to test the results of the respondents' data to measure the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable. The test results show that direct compensation significantly affects the performance of employees of the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office. Indirectly, motivation can mediate the effect of compensation on the performance of the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and Micro Business Office employees.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of green human capital on employee performance with Green Structural as moderation. The population in this study were company employees. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling technique. The collected data was analyzed using smartPLS. The results of this research show that green human capital has a positive effect on employee performance . Green structural is able to moderate green human capital towards employee performance. Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine and analyze the principle of presumption of legality as immunity and legal protection for notaries in making authentic deeds. The type of research is normative legal research using the statute approach, case approach, and conceptual approach derived from secondary data sources containing primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. Based on the research, it is concluded that the Principle of Presumption of Validity (Presumptio Lustae Causa) means that a Notarial deed must be considered valid and binding on the parties until a party declares the deed invalid by filing a civil lawsuit with a general court. The Notarial Deed remains valid and binding on the parties or anyone interested in the deed, during and throughout the course of the lawsuit until a court decision has permanent legal force (inkrah). The parties who file a lawsuit with the court for the invalidity of the Notarial deed must be able to prove the invalidity of the Notarial deed from its external, formal, and material aspects. Preventive steps that must be adhered to and carried out by a notary in making an authentic deed so that they are free from civil sanctions and administrative sanctions are by complying with and implementing the provisions in the Notary Law.

Abstract

Abstract. Developers who have been declared bankrupt can cause various legal consequences for the community, one of which is home buyers. Home buyers have made a Sale and Purchase Agreement with the developer. However, if the developer goes bankrupt, the house becomes bankrupt property as long as it is still recorded as a PPJB and the purchase has not been carried out by AJB before the PPAT. In this article, the author wants to examine the legal protection for home buyers if the developer is declared bankrupt. Purposeof this study is to analyze: 1) How is the Legal Force of the Deed of Sale and Purchase Agreement (PPJB) against the Deed of Sale and Purchase (AJB) that has not been made by a notary because the developer is bankrupt 2) How is the Legal Protection for Land Buyers Who Have Not Registered the Transfer of Land Rights After the Seller is Declared Bankrupt by the Commercial Court at the District Court? 3) What are the Settlement Steps that must be taken by the Curator to protect the interests of the Buyer? This type of research is normative legal research. The approach method in this study is a Qualitative approach. The types and sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data obtained through literature studies and documentation. The results of the study are that in filing Other Lawsuits starting from the Registration of Lawsuits that must be filed by an advocate, Lawsuits must be filed with the Chairman of the Commercial Court at the District Court, the trial process is held within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of registration.
