Abstract

This research aims to identify the average score of learning output of the student in geography focusing on population dynamics of the second grade of social science class in SMA N 08 Bandar Lampung, academic year 2013/2014. To identify the contribution between the contextual teaching learning towards the learning output in the subject of geography about populations dynamics of the second grade of social science class of SMA N 08 Bandar Lampung academic years 2013/2014. The method applied in this research was quasi experiment method.. The samples of this research were 60 students. The data analysis method used in this research was T test, independent sample T test.The result of data analysis conclude that the use of contextual teaching learning model in giving the significant contribution towards the learning output of citizenship dynamics in geography subject of the students. The learning output of the student by applying the contextual teaching learning is bettter (higher) than the output without applying the contextual teaching learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi tentang dinamika kependudukan kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 08 Bandar Lampung TA: 2013/2014. Untuk mengetahui sumbangan antara pembelajaran kontekstual (contextual teaching learning) terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran geografi tentang dinamika kependudukan kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 08 Bandar Lampung TA: 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah  metode eksperimen semu. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 siswa. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah  uji t independent samples t test. Hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: Penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual memberikan sumbangan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dinamika kependudukan oleh siswa. Hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tanpa model pembelajaran berbasis kontekstual.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, model, pembelajaran kontekstual

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference of learning Problem Based Learning and Project Based Learning on learning outcomes. The research method used is experimental research method. The research design used is a Counterbalanced Design, that is a design that performs group exchanges at certain times during the experimentation period. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS 1 and XI IPS 3 of 64 students. Data collection using test and data analysis is t-test. After the t-test obtained a tcount of 1.72 while the ttable at the 0.05 significance level of 1.66 or tcount ttable. So it can be concluded reject Ho and Ha states there are differences in geography learning results between students who were given learning of Problem Based Learning and Project Based Learning but not significant.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Project Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Counterbalanced Design, yaitu desain yang melakukan pertukaran kelompok pada waktu-waktu tertentu selama masa eksperimentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 3 sebanyak 64 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan analisis data yaitu uji t-tes. Setelah dilakukan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 1,72 sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 sebesar 1,66 atau thitung ttabel. Maka dapat disimpulkan menolak Ho dan Ha menyatakan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar geografi antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran Ploblem Based Learning dan Project Based Learning namun tidak signifikan.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar geografi, problem based learning, project based learning

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the difference result of IPS used quantum learning model which is used conventional learning model of class VII student and the effect of the application of the quantum learning model to result of IPS class VII SMPN 1 Air Hitam. This study used quasi experimental method and the sample experimental class was class VII-B as experimental class treated by quantum learning model and class VII-C as control class used conventional learning model. Data analysis used t test and simple analysis regression. The results showed that there are the differences result of IPS where the student which is used quantum learning model reached higher score than students who used conventional learning model and there are the influence of the used quantum learning model to the results of IPS class VII SMPN 1 Air Hitam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar IPS yang menggunakan model quantum learning dengan model pembelajaran konvensional kelas VII SMPN 1 Air Hitam dan pengaruh penggunaan model quantum learning terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Air Hitam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan sampel kelas VII-B sebagai kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan model quantum learning dan kelas VII-C sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS dimana siswa yang diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model quantum learning mendapat nilai lebih tinggi dibanding dengan nilai siswa yang menggunakan model konvensional dan terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model quantum learning terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Air Hitam.Kata Kunci: quantum learning, hasil belajar, dan konvensional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the differences in learning outcomes before and after treatment and the effect of the ability of argumentation using a problem based learning model. The research used a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-poststest design. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 5 and the object of the research was the ability to argue using a problem based learning model. Data collection techniques that used in research are observation, documentation, questionnaires and tests. Data analys that used are t-test and linear regression test with moderator. The results showed that (1) there were differences in the average geography learning outcomes between before and after the treatment, (2) there was an effect of 65% argumentation skills on learning outcomes and problem based learning model variables increased the influence of argumentation skills on learning outcomes reaching 74 %.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan dan untuk mengetahui dan pengaruh kemampuan argumentasi menggunakan model problem based learning. Penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu dengan desain one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 5 dan objek penelitian adalah kemampuan argumentasi menggunakan model problem based learning. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian dengan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan tes. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-test dan regresi linier dengan moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar geografi antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan, (2) terdapat pengaruh kemampuan argumentasi terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 65% dan variabel model problem based learning memperkuat atau meningkatkan pengaruh kemampuan argumentasi terhadap hasil belajar mencapai 74%.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kemampuan argumentasi,  problem based learning

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to detirmind the effectiveness of cooprative learning picture and picture type for student of SMA Negeri 1 Way Serdang. The method used a quasi experimental method (quasi experiment). The population are students of class XI social SMA Negeri 1 Way Serdang as many as 71 student. The sample are 48 students obtal ned by random sampling technique. The data analysis used t-tes (independent sample tests). The research result slowed there is an avarage diffrence of student learning outcome betwen student who given picture and picture method (experiment class) whit student who given conventional method that is discurse variation in control class. The learning use picture and picture model more effective than discourse method it can be know to many student who reach misteri learning in the experiment class.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Picture and Picture bagi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Way Serdang. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperiment), Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Way Serdang sebanyak 71 siswa. Jumlah sampel 48 siswa yang diperoleh dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar. Analisis data dengan uji-t (independent sample test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diberi perlakuan metode pitcure and pitcure (kelas eksperimen) dengan siswa yang diberi perlakuan metode konvensional (ceramah). Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model picture and picture lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah.Kata kunci: model pembelajaran kooperative, picture and picture, hasil belajar

Abstract

The research purpose is to increase the students activities and geography learning result by using video visual media of learning, The method of this research is quasi experiments. The subjects of this research are the students of social grade, State Senior High School SMAN 1 Kedondong. Object of research is video visual media to increase activites and result study. Data collection techniques using tests and documentation. Research use T test to analysis data. The mean value of posttest of learning result of geography in the experimental class is higher than the control class, The method used in this study is a quasi experiment (Quasi Eksperimen), it is known that the experimental learning exhaustive = 86.84% greater than the learning control class mastery = 57.5%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan hasil belajar geografi siswa melalui penggunakan media pembelajaran video visual, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 1 Kedondong. Objek penelitian adalah media video visual untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan hasil belajar siswa, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan dokumentasi. Analisi data menggunakan Uji T. Nilai rerata pretest hasil belajar geografi antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol tidak berbeda, Nilai rerata posttest hasil belajar geografi pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol, Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). diketahui bahwa ketuntasan belajar kelas eksperimen = 86,84 % lebih besar dari ketuntasan belajar kelas kontrol = 57,5 %,Kata Kunci: Efektivitas belajar, hasil belajar, media video visual

Abstract

 This research aimed to determine: (1) The average difference geography pretest, (2) A significant difference on average of geography posttest, (3) The difference of an increase in the gain of learning geography outcomes, and (4) Effectiveness of Collaboration Learning models between TGT and make a match. The method used in this research is a quasi-experiment. Purposive sampling using random sampling, selected XI IPS 3 as an experimental class and class XI IPS 2 as controls. Data collection techniques used were in the form of test results to geography pretest and posttest on the material of distribution of flora and fauna. To process the research data used SPSS 20. The results of this research: (1) There is no difference in the average geography pretest, (2) There is a difference in the average geography posttest, (3) The improvement of gain geography learning outcomes, and (4) Effectiveness of Learning model of collaboration between IGT and make a match.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Perbedaan rata-rata pretest geografi, (2) Perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata postest geografi, (3) Perbedaan peningkatan gain hasil belajar geografi, dan (4) Keefektifan model Pembelajaran Kolaborasi antara TGT dan make a match. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling, dipilih kelas XI IPS 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar geografi berupa pretest dan posttest pada materi persebaran flora dan fauna. Untuk mengolah data penelitian digunakan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata pretest geografi, (2) Ada perbedaan rata-rata postest geografi, (3) Peningkatan gain hasil belajar  geografi, dan (4) Keefektifan model Pembelajaran Kolaborasi antara TGT dan make a match.Kata kunci : efektivitas pembelajaran geografi, pembelajaran kolaborasi (collaborative learning), make a match, team games tournament

Abstract

This study aims to determine Relations Student Perceptions About Pedagogic Competence Professional Competence and Teacher Learning Achievement IPS In Class VIII Semester Students in Junior High School 17 Bandar Lampung. The population in this study were students in grade VIII A, B and C Junior High School 17 Belfast, amounting to 115 students, while samples taken as many as 46 students by using proportional random sampling techniques of data collection techniques using the techniques of documentation, observation and questionnaires. Prior to further analysis of data in the test for normality and homogeneity and then analyzes the data using a product moment correlation formula used in all hypothesis testing that has been formulated. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: A. There is a close positive relationship and significant correlation between students 'perceptions about the professional competence of teachers to students' learning achievements IPS VIII semester grade Junior High School 17 Belfast TP 2010/2011. This is demonstrated by calculating r = 0.16 r table = 0297 with a significant level of 5% where db = n-2 = 44. The better the students 'perceptions about the professional competence of teachers, the students' learning achievements IPS tend to the better. 2. There is a close positive relationship and significant correlation between student perceptions of pedagogical competence of teachers with classroom learning achievement IPS VIII semester students of SMP Negeri 17 Bandar Lampung TP 2010/2011. This is indicated by r count = 0440 = 0297 r table with a significant level of 5% where db = n-2 = 44. The better the students 'perceptions of teachers' pedagogic competence, then the IPS student learning achievement likely the better. 3. There is a close positive relationship and significant correlation between students 'perceptions about the professional competence of teachers and pedagogical competence of teachers to students' learning achievements IPS VIII semester grade Junior High School 17 Belfast TP 2010/2011. This is indicated by r count = 0654 = 0297 r table with a significant level of 5% where db = n-2 = 44. The better the students 'perceptions about the professional competence of teachers and pedagogical competence of teachers, the students' learning achievements IPS tend to the better. Key words:  Perceptions of Students, Teacher Competencies, Learning Achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to identify the differences of social studies study result and activites between studenst who studied with Two Stay Two Stray model (eksperiment class) and students who studied with conventional learning model (control class) at 8th grader in Belitang 1st Junior High State School. This research was using quasi experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The data were collected by using observation, documentation, and test. In the other hand, data analysts technique was paired-sample T-Test and two way anova for the different test and influence test. Based on the research result, it  can be concluded that (1) there were a difference between student who studied with Two Stay Two Stray model and conventional methode toward the social studies study result, and (2) there were influnce of Two Stay Two Stray model toward student activities when they studied social studies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS dan aktivitas siswa antara siswa yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (kelas eksperimen) dengan siswa yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran konvensional atau ceramah (kelas kontrol) dan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar IPS siswa. kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Belitang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasy experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan designpre-test post-test control group design.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes. Sementara analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired-sampel t-test dan anova dua jalur untuk uji beda serta uji pengaruh. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPS siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray dengan yang belajar menggunakan metode ceramah, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray terhadap aktivitas belajar IPS siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, model pembelajaran two stay two stray

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine, describe, and analyze effect between study motivation toward geography study output, Type of this research is regression analysis, sample as much as 53 respondent from the population 61 students. This research results showed that: (1) study motivation have significant effect toward geograpy study output student at grade XI Senior High School SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung with value F-Count is 11.683. (2) The contribution effecct of study motivation toward geography study output is equal is 0.958 or 95.8%, while the remaining is 4.2% (100-95.8) influenced by others factors that was not examined in this research such as study models, counselling of study and the others factor.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mendeskripsikan, dan menganalisis pengaruh antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar geografi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analisis regresi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 53 responden dari jumlah populasi 61 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) motivasi belajar mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung dengan nilai F-hitung yaitu sebesar 11.683. (2) kontribusi pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar geografi yaitu sebesar 0.958 atau 95.8%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 4.2% (100-95.8) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini seperti model pembelajaran, bimbingan belajar, serta faktor-faktor lainnya.Kata kunci: geografi, hasil belajar, motivasi belajar.
