Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah populasi muslim terbesar di dunia yakni sebesar 87,18 persen, sehingga sudah seharusnya dapat menjadi penggerak perekonomian syariah dan tidak hanya menjadi target market dan produk industri halal negara lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menilai seberapa besar Pengaruh Sertifikat Halal dan Harga Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen (Studi pada UMKM Sruni Fornia Gedangan). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di UMKM Sruni Fornia Gedangan. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 60 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitan ini menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 25.0 dalam melakukan uji validatas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui uji parsial (T), uji simultan (F), dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel sertifikat halal (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli konsumen (Y) dengan kata lain hipotesis H0 diterima Ha ditolak yang artinya sertifikat halal (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen(Y), variabel harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli konsumen (Y) dengan kata lain hipotesis H0 ditolak Ha diterima yang artinya harga(X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y), dan variabel sertifikat halal (X1) dan harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) dengan kata lain hipotesis H0 ditolak Ha diterima yang artinya sertifikat halal (X1) harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y).

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai analisis berdasarkan data dan mengetahui tentang pengaruh Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) terhadap Quality of Work Life dan Employee Performance di PT Tirta Agung Plastik. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi dari penelitian ini 350 Pegawai yang tergabung pada bagian Produksi yang memiliki dua bidang yaitu Cutting dan Tiup PT Tirta Agung Plastik. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Karyawan pada bagian produksi di sub produksi dalam bidang Tiup yang berjumlah 100 orang karyawan di PT Tirta Agung Plastik. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan olah data metode Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 3.3.3. Hasil kesimpulan dari perhitungan uji pada penelitian ini bahwa variabel Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap Employee performance yang ditandai dengan nilai uji-t statistik 2.206 > 1.96 dengan nilai P Value sebesar 0.028. kemudian, Organization Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap Quality of Work Life (QWL) yang ditandai dengan nilai uji-t statistik 10.751 > 1.96 dengan nilai P Value sebesar 0.000. Selanjutnya, Quality of Work Life (QWL) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance yang di tandai dengan hasil dari nilai uji-t statistik 9.041 > 1.97 dengan nilai P value sebesar 0.000

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Workload and Work Stress on Turnover intention through Pay grade in Sidoarjo small industry employees. The data collection technique uses saturated samples by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 99 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative analysis with a research design using partial least squares (PLS) using the SmartPLS Version 3.0 software program. The results obtained in this study stated that 4 of the 5 formulated hypotheses were accepted and 1 hypothesis was rejected. It is proven that one of the hypotheses has a t statistic value of 0.724 <1.96 with a P value of 0.353. this indicates that workload has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention through pay grade. While workload, work stress, pay grade have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, in the results of the mediation test, the results of Workload -> Pay grade -> Turnover intention have a P Value of 0.734 which means it is not significant because the P Value > 0.05 and the T statistic value < 1.96 so it can be said that pay grade does not mediate workload on turnover intention. While Work Stress-> Pay grade-> Turnover intention has a P Value of 0.000 which indicates that this variable has a significant effect and has a statistical T value <1.96 so that it can be said that Pay grade mediates Job Stress Against Turnover intention.

Abstract

This research aims to assess employee performance conducted on CV. Mitra Jaya's creation is to produce qualified and highly dedicated employees so that they get results in accordance with the target or can exceed the predetermined target. In this study, employee performance assessment used a strategy based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Every manager and company leader must be familiar with the so-called KPI. One of these management tools is a very effective tool to lift the performance of companies that want to scale up their business to a higher level. In addition to being simple and simple indicators used in KPIs, they are able to present business developments over time very clearly and specifically. This research uses a quality method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on employee performance after the company implemented Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as an assessment of its performance. One of the benefits obtained is an increase in production results and weekly targets achieved even exceeding predetermined targets.

Abstract

The quality of human resources HR is one of the main factory in increasing the productivity of a company’s employees. Therefore competent human resources are are needed because they can improve employee performance. The study aims to describe how the implementation of human resource development system in improving employee performance. This study used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis approach. The data used in this study are data obtainaed from primary data source through direct intervies. Then the result are used to analyze the achievement of employee performance, namely the probability of company productivity. The research result obtaines are the implementation of a human resource development system, namely training, seminars, and rewards which have a very positive effect on employee performance competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of financial literacy and lifestyle on personal financial management of Sidoarjo students, considering consumption behavior as a mediating variable. To do this, quantitative methods were used, specifically targeting Sidoarjo university students. Data were collected using questionnaires, using purposive sampling techniques in non-probability sampling. Financial literacy, lifestyle, and consumptive behavior variables directly affect financial management. Financial literacy variables mediated by consumptive behavior also impact financial management. However, lifestyle variables mediated by consumptive behavior do not affect financial management. The mediating effect of financial literacy variables on financial management through consumption behavior is high. On the other hand, lifestyle variables have no impact on consumption behavior and the mediation effect is weak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keingintahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah (SMEs performance) pada tingkat pemilik usaha, serta menguji kemampuan inovasi peran dan resistensi terhadap perubahan sebagai variabel moderasi. Studi dilakukan pada 71 pemilik UKM pengrajin tas di Tanggulangin dengan menggunakan metode survei dan analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasa ingin tahu kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Namun, kemampuan inovasi dan resistensi terhadap perubahan dapat memperlemah hubungan tersebut. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan inovasi dan kesiapan terhadap perubahan untuk memaksimalkan manfaat kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UKM.

Abstract

Perubahan zaman yang dipicu oleh modernisasi telah mengubah pola hidup masyarakat, terutama dalam konteks perilaku konsumtif. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memengaruhi perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya, menciptakan tuntutan akan gaya hidup yang semakin meningkat. Perilaku konsumtif tidak hanya terbatas pada orang dewasa, tetapi juga merambah ke kalangan remaja, terutama mahasiswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis, kemajuan teknologi, dan lingkungan sosial. Industri minuman, khususnya kedai kopi, menjadi contoh nyata dari pergeseran pola konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa. Fenomena ini tercermin dalam pertumbuhan jumlah gerai kopi dan popularitas merek-merek terkenal. Ngopi telah menjadi gaya hidup yang penting, menciptakan identitas dan tempat berkumpul bagi masyarakat. Bagi mahasiswa Muslim di Sidoarjo, ngopi bukan hanya sekadar minum kopi, tetapi juga menjadi bagian dari identitas mereka. Fenomena ini mencerminkan perubahan budaya yang didorong oleh keinginan daripada kebutuhan, menciptakan simbol-simbol dan nilai-nilai baru dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of situational leadership by middle managers on service quality performance in Surabaya's hospitality industry, with Perceived Organizational Support as a moderating variable. Data were collected from 179 valid responses from 15 star-rated hotels, focusing on managerial roles such as Front Office Managers and Executive Housekeepers. A quantitative approach was adopted, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for data analysis. The results indicate that delegative and supportive leadership significantly enhance service quality, while coaching and directive leadership do not show a significant effect. Moreover, POS significantly improves service quality but does not strengthen the relationship between situational leadership styles and service quality. These findings emphasize the importance of tailoring leadership approaches to specific contexts, highlighting the critical role of delegative leadership and organizational support in fostering service quality. Future research should expand beyond Surabaya and explore other industries to enhance the generalizability of these findings. This study contributes to the contingency theory by examining the dynamic interplay between situational leadership and contextual factors in improving organizational performance.

Abstract

Background: Businesses face dynamic market challenges that ultimately affect businesses, especially SMEs. SMEs' success can be realized through network capability, facilitating access to markets, resources, information, and collaboration opportunities to support business competitiveness and growth.Purpose: Objective: This study examines and analyzes the effect of network capability in creating new knowledge on business performance, with knowledge creation as a mediator and agile capability as a moderator.Design/methodology/approach: This research was conducted in the food, beverage, furniture, fashion, electronics, textile, and beauty industries, involving 215 SMEs in East Java, including managers, SPVs, and decision-makers. A non-probability sampling technique was used for sample selection. Non-probability sampling methods are used to select respondents, while purpose sampling techniques focus on specific subgroups that have certain characteristics. Data analysis used quantitative methods, specifically Mplus 8 software, to test the research hypothesis.Findings/Result: The results showed that network capability significantly positively affects knowledge creation. Furthermore, network capability has a significant positive impact on business performance, mediated by knowledge creation. This study also found that the variable of knowledge creation on business performance moderated by agile capability does not strengthen. Agile capability did not moderate the relationship significantly, indicating that too much change or rapid adaptation can disrupt the consistency of long-term strategies, ultimately detrimental to overall business performance.Conclusion: This study shows that network capability positively affects knowledge creation and business performance while agile capability does not significantly moderate the relationship between the two, so further research can explore other variables, such as digital transformation capability. SME success can be realized through networking capability that facilitates access to markets, resources, information, and collaboration opportunities, supporting business competitiveness and growth in an evolving marketplace.Originality/value (State of the art): These findings contribute to the business by enhancing skill capabilitiy and fulfilling business advantages for business products.
