Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of learning to change (LTC), employee routine (ER), work intensification (WI), and individual performance (IP) on employees of PT Sinar Murni Indoprinting. This research is quantitative research with an inferential statistical approach. This research method uses a questionnaire with 58 respondents, as a sample of a population of 58 employees using sampling techniques. Variable measurement uses a Likert scale technique with a weight scale from 1 to 5. The data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that: (1) learning to change has no effect and is not significant to individual performance. (2) learning to change has a strong and significant effect on employee routine. (3) learning to change has a strong and significant effect on work intensification. (4) employee routine has no effect and is not significant to individual performance. (5) work intensification has a strong and significant effect on individual performance.

Abstract

This research examines the role of leadership in managing organizational change. The role of leadership in today's organizations, organizational change has become a major and important thing. The role of an effective leader aims to successfully manage change. The aim of this research is to determine the role of leadership in the organizational change process, as an influence on future progress. Literature review and theoretical analysis are combined with qualitative research methodology in this work. Based on the research results, examine the meaning of leadership, the role of leadership for the organization and the leader's efforts to change the organization. Members inspire and motivate change when they participate in decision making and accept change under leadership. Planning, directing and implementing necessary changes becomes easier with collective decisions and those of a single leader. Department members who want to better manage organizational change will greatly benefit from this research.

Abstract

Organisations face various environmental challenges that ultimately influence their green practices, particularly among employees. The study aims to test and analyse the effect of environmental awareness on green behavior, with adaptive leadership acting as a mediator. The research was conducted in the food industry in East Java, involving 173 respondents, 32 managers, and 141 employees. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling, with purposive sampling used for sample selection. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative methods, specifically SEM-PLS with Mplus 8 software, to test research hypotheses. The results indicate that environmental awareness has a significant positive effect on employee green behaviour and adaptive leadership. Furthermore, adaptive leadership has a significant positive effect on employee green behaviour. This study also finds that environmental awareness variables positively impact green behaviour, mediated by adaptive leadership in food industry companies in East Java. These findings contribute to the food industry by enhancing green practices, promoting environmental sustainability, and meeting consumer expectations for green products.JEL: D23.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and describe the effort of public service to optimize quality on electronic ID card in Gedangan sub-district office. Electronic ID CARD or e-ID CARD is a document demography who loads the security system/good control of the sides of the administration of or information technology based on database demography national. Inhabitant only allowed having 1 (one) KTP that is listed number the parent demography (NIK). NIK is identity any inhabitant of and force a lifetime. The method of this study used a qualitative approach. Based on the research results showed that the optimization of the ID card services in Sidoarjo has been done through the realization of the socialization of local government in the process of making the e-ID card was free charge. This suggests that socialization in Sidoarjo Regency significantly withcommunity goals in Gedangan Sub-district particularly to carry out their duty as Indonesia citizens.

Abstract

This causative research is aimed to present the influence of any system of performance measurement and rewards system towards the implementation of total quality measurement and managerial performance on the mics of transformers in Surabaya. The population of the research was all 56 employees of the MIC transformers, and the technique used total sampling. The technique of collecting data is done by the spread of questionairre. The technique of analysis was linear regression by using f test and t test to test the hypothesis. The results indicated that system of performance measurement and rewards system has an influence toward the implementation of TQM and managerial performance. It showed that the better system of measurement on the performance of employees and the rewards system applied by a company would increase TQM and managerial performance produced by the company. The greater attention to the needs of company employees, the more productivity the company will get.

Abstract

AbtsrakInisiatif untuk mempercepat pendaftaran, pengukuran, dan pemetaan bidang tanah di Indonesia dikenal dengan Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL). Tujuannya agar dapat mengidentifikasi peta bidang tanah dan memberikan sertifikat hak milik kepada masyarakat sebagai bukti kepemilikan tanah.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mempelajari Smart PTSL. Metode Penelitian yang diterapkan ialah kajian literatur dengan menggunakan beberapa penelitian dari peneliti terdahulu sebagai sumber data utama. Pencarian literature dilakukan baik secara internasional maupun nasional dengan menggunakan database googlescholar dan researchgate. Hasilnya, 20 jurnal yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa program PTSL dibeberapa kota menunjukkan kurang efektif dikarenakan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan komunikasi antara pegawai dengan masyarakat. Akan tetapi dibalik semua itu Smart PTSL mempunyai manfaat untuk mempercepat proses pendataan pendaftaran tanah masyarakat dan sebagai instrument pengumpulan,pengolah,dan pengintegrisi data fisik dan data yuridis serta menguji akurasi luas, bentuk dan posisi bidang tanah yang dipetakan.Kata Kunci : efektivitas, smart, pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap (PTSL)

Abstract

This research analyses the relationship between a person's job fit, innovative work behaviour, and individual performance in a toxic workplace environment. In addition, this research was conducted to test whether the workplace environment can moderate this relationship. The method used is the structural equation model. The sample determination uses a purposive sampling technique, and are 80 respondents in a toxic workplace environment. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via the WhatsApp application. The results of this study indicate that people's job suitability has no significant effect on individual performance, and innovative work behaviour has a significant effect on individual performance. Meanwhile, the workplace environment as a moderating variable weakens the relationship between a Person's job fit and Employee Innovative Work Behavior on individual performance (Toxic workplace environment as moderation). Abstract

Employee innovation has become an important factor in ensuring organisational success in a dynamic and competitive business environment. The concept of organizational justice plays an important role in promoting employee innovative work behaviour in each employee. This study aims to explore the relationship between organizational justice and employee innovative work behaviour by adding the mediating effect of learning capacity variables and the moderating effect of blue ocean leadership variables to complete the gap of previous studies. This study sampled employees with why generation criteria in East Java with a total sample of 383. Analysis using process macros Hayes model 7. The results of this study indicate that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, then organizational justice has a significant negative effect on learning capacity, besides the results of the analysis also show that blue ocean leadership as a moderator variable can strengthen the relationship between organizational justice and learning capacity, learning capacity has a significant positive effect on employee innovative work behaviour, and organizational justice affects employee innovative work behavior through learning capacity

Abstract

Dunia saat ini menjadi semakin canggih, dan teknologi mengambil alih sebagian besar energi manusia. Tidak hanya menghemat waktu, tetapi pekerjaan selesai lebih cepat. Akibatnya, tingkat pengangguran meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih mempersiapkan lulusan dengan gelar tinggi yang saat ini memiliki bekal kesiapan berwirausaha pada generasi sekarang untuk kesiapan karir dengan meningkatkan kesiapan efikasi diri berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini, desain penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengajarkan mahasiswa tentang karir kewirausahaan dan konsep kesiapan kewirausahaan serta efikasi diri melalui metodologi kuantitatif dianggap tepat. Abstract

Ketimpangan dalam pendidikan dan keahlian menghalangi perempuan untuk mengejar karir. Kita perlu terus menciptakan peluang bagi perempuan untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Kita perlu terus melakukan upaya konsisten untuk meningkatkan kesiapan perempuan memasuki dunia kerja.. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor – faktor yang ada dalam pemimpin Perempuan Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor yang diolah dalam Software SPSS for Windows. Penelitian ini memiliki 34 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini membentuk empat faktor yang terdiri dari: Faktor I Motivasi Inspirasional, Simulasi Intelektual, Pengembalian Keputusan, Faktor II Kendali Mutualitas, Manajemen Oleh Pengecualian Aktif, Kepercayaan, Pengaruh Ideal, Faktor III Kepuasan, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Imbalan Kontigensi, Komitmen, Faktor IV Hubungan, Pertimbangan Individu, Kepemimpinan Transformasional. Dari empat faktor tersebut yang paling dominan yakni faktor I dimana dalam sebuah Perusahaan jika pemimpinanya adalah seorang Perempuan maka pemimpin Perempuan dalam menjadi seorang pemimpin akan memotivasi dan memberikan dororngan yang inspirasional pada karyawannya atau bawahannya. Selain itu pemimpin Perempuan memiliki kapasitas intelektual dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan masalah serta memiliki kemampuan dalam mengambil Keputusan yang efektif. Kata kunci: kompetensi Perempuan, pemimpinan Perempuan, motivasi inspirasional.
