Abstract

The existence of online motorcycle taxis currently rovides many benefits such as increasing the unemployment rate in Indonesia and increasing people's economic income, especially for online motorcycle taxi drivers where online motorcycle taxis that have joined can help the family economy. This type of research uses field research that conducts interviews with informants to obtain primary data. The role of women workers who work as online motorbike taxis is a dual role that is owned by housewives besides cooking, caring for their daughters, they can also work as online motorbike taxis, their efforts aim to help improve the family's economy which is something very extraordinary. This research aims to increase knowledge about the position and role of women, which can also help ease the financial burden on the family. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data obtained through in-depth interviews. The object of research is a woman online motorcycle taxi driver in Candi-Sidoarjo. The information they got was that they changed professions during the Covid-19 pandemic, where previously factory workers now chose to become online motorcycle taxi drivers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan kerja toxic, kelelahan emosional, dan kinerja individu pada karyawan perempuan gen Z. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah spiritualitas di tempat kerja dapat memoderasi hubungan ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan 60 karyawan perempuan gen Z. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja toxic tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan kelelahan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Spiritualitas ditempat kerja tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Sedangkan sebagai variabel moderasi, sprituallitas ditempat kerja memperlemah hubungan antara lingkungan kerja toxic dan kelelahan emosional kerja terhadap kinerja individu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of customer service consists of number of consumers handled, level of customer satisfaction, speed of initial response and customer retention rate on customer experience consists of sense experience, feel experience, think experience, act experience and think experience towards re-interest in purchases at Greensmart Sepande Sidoarjo store. The research approach uses quantitative with questionnaires as a data collection tool. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling obtained by 100 respondents. The results of the study explained that customer service and customer experience have a very significant influence on the re-interest in purchases at the Greensmart Sepande Sidoarjo store.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to systematically review existing research on network capability which remains fragmented. This study aims to fill the gap in the literature by scientifically discussing the contributions and highlighting key issues with previous research findings regarding the dimensions that compose it, as well as the antecedents and consequences of network capability. This study analyzed research related to network capability from 1999-2024 with a total of 67 studies out of 200 in Scopus. The findings also show that existing research has found a number of antecedents and consequences to organizations. On the other hand, this study provides a comprehensive and critical systematization of the limited network capability academic literature. This study also offers opportunities for further research to address the limitations of empirical testing of network capability constructs, antecedents, moderators, mediators, and consequences from various studies.

Abstract

MSMEs are one way to improve the economy in a country, especially Indonesia. UMKM is a business that can survive in all conditions. In its development, UMKM has one of the benefits of reducing unemployment. This study uses a qualitative method supported by a literature review. This study aims to analyze one of the SMEs in Indonesia, especially in the Sidoarjo sub-district in the Banana Aroma Various Flavor business. Where the results of this research were obtained by the presence of UMKM Aroma Aneka Rasa bananas which can reduce unemployment rates.

Abstract

Cooperative and UKM Management courses are very important to apply to students, especially to students with the Management Study program. because these courses more or less teach students to have a creative and innovative spirit in the future. The mission of this activity is to find out about the development of UKM Mie Ayam & Soto in the Pasuruan area. This study used a technical method of collecting data which was carried out by digging up information through direct visits. The result of this research is the iconic Mie Ayam & Soto business which is visited by many residents both within their own environment and outside. The owner said that this business has very promising opportunities in today's era. but as we understand, not all entrepreneurs are fully successful, there are times when they are in a phase of ups and downs. That is why new innovations are needed for business continuity for the owner. Such as being able to promote products through social media, to increase consumer understanding and perception of the products offered. Social media branding is very large because it has very broad access in terms of user activity.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah is one of the learning institutions, recognized as having a sizable contribution in raising and improving the world of learning. Madrasah Diniyah is also believed to be an alternative for solving various learning problems that are currently occurring. The role of Madrasah Diniyah in building the character of students in the current era of globalization is very significant, related to various problems that are currently in the public spotlight both in terms of culture, learning and so on. The topic of research this time is very important to discuss in order to be able to provide information, insight so that it can be considered by all Indonesian people, especially the people of Sidoarjo Regency so that they can enter non-formal schools in Madrasah Diniyah so that their sons and daughters can achieve optimal learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is revitalization so that batik is well known by the public and a promotion strategy to increase interest in returning to the community. This research uses a qualitative method which is carried out by gathering information through direct visits or observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the results were obtained that the way to revive public interest in jetis written batik was by utilizing promotions on existing social media such as Facebook and websites with creative and unique marketing, most likely to attract public interest again by presenting them according to the era. which is currently developing, with this great possibility it will attract back public interest which has begun to fade and the main target is millennials by using social media which they often access.

Abstract

National competitiveness is strongly impacted by economic development, which also heavily relies on the performance of entrepreneurs. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurial performance and knowledge competency and adaptive leadership. In this study, stakeholder pressure serves as a moderating variable. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data from 203 SMEs' owners, managers, shop heads, and decision-makers. The results showed that intellectual capacity and adaptable leadership significantly impacted entrepreneurial success. Furthermore, just as stakeholder pressure improves the relationship between knowledge competency and entrepreneurial performance, it also strengthens the relationship between adaptive leadership and entrepreneurial performance. However, it has no discernible effect. To achieve corporate sustainability, this study gives SMEs valuable insights on how to increase their knowledge capacity, adaptive leadership, and ability to respond to stakeholder demands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan work readiness terhadap person-job fit, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, pada siswa SMA. Self-efficacy didefinisikan sebagai keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan mereka dalam menyelesaikan tugas tertentu, sedangkan work readiness mencakup kesiapan individu dalam aspek keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan sikap untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana kedua variabel tersebut memengaruhi kesesuaian antara individu dan pekerjaan yang dijalani. Kedua faktor ini dianggap berperan penting dalam membentuk kesesuaian antara karakteristik individu dan tuntutan pekerjaan (person-job fit). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket yang disebarkan menggunakan Google Form. Sebanyak 57 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa lulusan baru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap person-job fit. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuannya dalam menyelesaikan tugas kerja berkontribusi secara langsung pada peningkatan kecocokan individu dengan pekerjaan yang dijalani. Selain itu, work readiness juga terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap person-job fit, menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan individu untuk bekerja secara teknis maupun mental membantu mereka beradaptasi dengan tuntutan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan self-efficacy dan work readiness dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan person-job fit, yang pada gilirannya berpotensi meningkatkan kinerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program pelatihan dan persiapan kerja, khususnya bagi individu yang baru memasuki dunia kerja atau sedang dalam proses transisi karier.
