Abstract

Ketimpangan dalam pendidikan dan keahlian menghalangi perempuan untuk mengejar karir. Kita perlu terus menciptakan peluang bagi perempuan untuk memasuki dunia kerja. Kita perlu terus melakukan upaya konsisten untuk meningkatkan kesiapan perempuan memasuki dunia kerja.. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor – faktor yang ada dalam pemimpin Perempuan Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis faktor yang diolah dalam Software SPSS for Windows. Penelitian ini memiliki 34 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini membentuk empat faktor yang terdiri dari: Faktor I Motivasi Inspirasional, Simulasi Intelektual, Pengembalian Keputusan, Faktor II Kendali Mutualitas, Manajemen Oleh Pengecualian Aktif, Kepercayaan, Pengaruh Ideal, Faktor III Kepuasan, Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Imbalan Kontigensi, Komitmen, Faktor IV Hubungan, Pertimbangan Individu, Kepemimpinan Transformasional. Dari empat faktor tersebut yang paling dominan yakni faktor I dimana dalam sebuah Perusahaan jika pemimpinanya adalah seorang Perempuan maka pemimpin Perempuan dalam menjadi seorang pemimpin akan memotivasi dan memberikan dororngan yang inspirasional pada karyawannya atau bawahannya. Selain itu pemimpin Perempuan memiliki kapasitas intelektual dalam menghadapi dan menyelesaikan masalah serta memiliki kemampuan dalam mengambil Keputusan yang efektif. Kata kunci: kompetensi Perempuan, pemimpinan Perempuan, motivasi inspirasional.

Abstract

Since Covid-19 pandemic occurred, the government and authorities in Indonesia have restricted almost all community activities in Indonesia, including various activities in houses of worship having an impact on the socio-economic vulnerability of Muslims. This study was to describe the phenomenon of the condition of Muslims affected by the pandemic, by providing a Muslim perspective as well as explaining how Islam responds to the epidemic phenomenon, restriction policies, and socio-economics. This study applied a literature study with a qualitative approach to obtain descriptive and qualitative analytical data. The data were collected through reviewing literature and data about the current situation of Covid -19 pandemic and the ongoing dynamics of Muslim people. This study was a literature study collaborating between Islamic perspectives with contemporary phenomena and theories so that they contributed to strengthening the argument that Islam and its experiences were still very relevant to today's conditions. The result showed that: first, Islam provided jabariyah and qadariyah perspectives for Muslims in responding to the pandemic phenomenon; second, Islam provided relevant perspectives in policy formulation during the pandemic, and; third, Islam emphasized that Maqasid Asy-Sharia was a strategy and concept in overcoming the economic vulnerability of the community during and after the pandemic.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menjadi penghambat bagi perekonomian Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu kegiatan ekonomi di wilayah pesisir Sidaorjo. Pemerintah telah merancang program pemulihan ekonomi nasional, salah satunya melalui sektor pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan strategi pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir pasca Covid-19 melalui ekowisata bahari di Sidaorjo. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan penurunan pendapatan yang signifikan terhadap masyarakat pesisir, sehingga berdampak pada daya beli masyarakat yang semakin rendah, dan terhambatnya sistem perekonomian masyarakat. Melalui hasil penelitian dapat dijelaskan bahwa pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir Sidaorjo dapat dilakukan melalui pendekatan ekowisata bahari. Pengembangan ekowisata bahari di wilayah pesisir Desa Kalanganyar dan Desa Tlocor dapat dikembangkan melalui strategi ekowisata berkelanjutan yang berlandaskan pada prinsip-prinsip (1) pengelolaan destinasi, (2) pemanfaatan ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal, (3) pelestarian budaya bagi masyarakat lokal dan pengunjung, serta (4) konservasi lingkungan. Strategi pengembangan ekowisata bahari memberikan dampak positif bagi sektor pariwisata di masa pasca pandemi Covid-19, sehingga perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah terkait kebijakan yang perlu diambil oleh pemerintah untuk mendukung pemulihan ekonomi nasional, khususnya pada sektor ekowisata bahari yang memiliki kontribusi yang cukup besar bagi perekonomian masyarakat dan sistem perekonomian nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to find out new habits from the work from anywhere phenomenon in the era digital after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive research using survey method and looking at previous research. As we know that the Covid-19 pandemic changed many things and also created new habits that were previously thought impossible. One of the new habits is that it is widely practiced in the business sector that companies choose to Work From Anywhere or Work From Home. Working without having to be in the work office or can be done from anywhere is a solution when we are in a situation where it is not possible to do work in the office directly. Working remotely also provides freedom for workers to carry out their duties anywhere and anytime by utilizing existing technology. The reason why employees and companies choose such a policy is because it prevents the spread of the Covid-19 virus where they work. On the other hand, the Work From Anywhere work system is supported by the growing development of digital technology and the smarter generation of today. In general, people who work WFH say that working with a system like this is better than having to work that requires coming directly to the workplace. This is also supported by digital technology that is increasingly sophisticated and used correctly so there is no reduction. performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the defense of MSMEs and the development of the economic system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the largest contributors to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product, so their existence is very beneficial for the workforce and the unemployed who need jobs. The scope of this research is Mrs. Siti's micro, small and medium business with the type of smoked grilled fish culinary business located in East Java, Balongdowo Pecis village, Candi Sidoarjo. This research method uses qualitative methods with stages of organizing decisions. From the results of research the Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on decreasing sales, production volume, and decreasing income for MSMEs. Efforts during a pandemic, people take advantage of information technology and join market places, for the sake of continuity of work so that income continues. Community support in buying products from MSMEs also helps other communities as a mutual benefit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how Fintech or Financial Technology can be used in digital applications Grab, Gojek, ShopeePay, Dana, Qris or GoPay in businesses or companies that use the latest technology services, facilitating the smooth operation of MSME and UKM companies in Sidoarjo. This research was conducted on Geprek SMEs using a qualitative data collection method with a descriptive approach, the purpose of which was to find out how business processes work with the help of an electronic payment system (Digital Wallet). The results of this study can be interpreted in such a way that the use of fintech e-wallets has a very positive and good effect and is very easy for users to understand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve traditional herbal products so that they can be globally competitive and have enthusiasts who are not inferior to modern medicine. Jamu is a herbal drink used for health. Since ancient times until today, herbal medicine is used as a treatment and prevention of disease. In the current era, product innovation in herbal medicine packaging has the potential to bring back old herbal medicine into a more modern herbal medicine. The problem with this herbal medicine is the lack of marketing and the change from plastic packaging to the latest bottle packaging. From the point of view of young people, dependence on drugs is very dangerous. The necessary solution is to advise jamu traders to follow the latest marketing strategies and change the packaging to be more attractive to consumers. Therefore, jamu is a traditional herbal medicine that should remain. This research was conducted on a resource person selling jamu at a roadside shop in the village of Balongdowo Candi Sidoarjo using qualitative data collection methods with a descriptive approach of interviewing business owners, which aims to find out how the jamu business process has long been operating in the era of ancestors then now competes again in modern times.

Abstract

The existence of online motorcycle taxis currently rovides many benefits such as increasing the unemployment rate in Indonesia and increasing people's economic income, especially for online motorcycle taxi drivers where online motorcycle taxis that have joined can help the family economy. This type of research uses field research that conducts interviews with informants to obtain primary data. The role of women workers who work as online motorbike taxis is a dual role that is owned by housewives besides cooking, caring for their daughters, they can also work as online motorbike taxis, their efforts aim to help improve the family's economy which is something very extraordinary. This research aims to increase knowledge about the position and role of women, which can also help ease the financial burden on the family. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data obtained through in-depth interviews. The object of research is a woman online motorcycle taxi driver in Candi-Sidoarjo. The information they got was that they changed professions during the Covid-19 pandemic, where previously factory workers now chose to become online motorcycle taxi drivers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lingkungan kerja toxic, kelelahan emosional, dan kinerja individu pada karyawan perempuan gen Z. Selain itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji apakah spiritualitas di tempat kerja dapat memoderasi hubungan ini. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan 60 karyawan perempuan gen Z. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja toxic tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu, dan kelelahan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Spiritualitas ditempat kerja tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja individu. Sedangkan sebagai variabel moderasi, sprituallitas ditempat kerja memperlemah hubungan antara lingkungan kerja toxic dan kelelahan emosional kerja terhadap kinerja individu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to examine the effect of customer service consists of number of consumers handled, level of customer satisfaction, speed of initial response and customer retention rate on customer experience consists of sense experience, feel experience, think experience, act experience and think experience towards re-interest in purchases at Greensmart Sepande Sidoarjo store. The research approach uses quantitative with questionnaires as a data collection tool. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling obtained by 100 respondents. The results of the study explained that customer service and customer experience have a very significant influence on the re-interest in purchases at the Greensmart Sepande Sidoarjo store.
