Abstract

Kompetensi adalah perpaduan dari pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai, dan sikap yang direfleksikan dalam kebiasaan berpikir dan bertindak. Kompetensi mencakup tugas, keterampilan, sikap, dan apresiasi yang diperlukan untuk menunjang keberhasilan. Menurut Jejen Musfah (2011), kompetensi adalah kemampuan seseorang yang meliputi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, yang dapat diwujudkan dalam hasil kerja nyata yang bermanfaat bagi diri dan lingkungan. Kompetensi pedagogik adalah kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh seorang pendidik dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, yang meliputi pemahaman terhadap karakteristik peserta didik, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, penggunaan teknologi dan media pembelajaran, serta evaluasi hasil belajar. Kompetensi sosial adalah kemampuan yang memanajemen tentang hubungan kemasyarakatan, yang dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cakupan ASI ekslusif diseluruh dunia (2007-2014) hanya mencapai 36%. Indonesia tahun 2015 hanya mencapai 54,3%, dan Palembang tahun 2015 baru mencapai 72,91% sedangkan, di Puskesmas 23 ilir tahun 2017 hanya sebesar 42,4%. Cakupan ASI ekslusif ini masih dibawah target pencapaian 80% baik di Dunia maupun di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan umur dan paritas ibu menyusui dengan produksi ASI. Metode: Jenis penelitian merupakan analitik observasional dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini semua ibu- ibu menyusui ASI ekslusif dan PASI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas 23 Ilir Palembang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 82 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik Chi-Square hubungan umur ibu menyusui dengan produksi ASI ( pv = 0,0005) dan terdapat hubungan paritas ibu menyusui dengan produksi ASI (pv = 0,001). Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang cukup kuat antara paritas dengan produksi ASI. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk Puskesmas 23 ilir kota Palembang untuk tetap menggalakkan pemberian ASI eksklusif terutama bagi ibu- ibu berusia muda dan untuk ibu- ibu yang pertama kali menyusui anaknya

Abstract

The research was carried out for six months, from February 2022 to July 2022. This research was a qualitative descriptive study using the library research method (content analysis), with the primary data source being PAI textbooks published by Erlangga and published by the Ministry of Education and Culture. Data collection used the method of examining class 7 PAI textbook documents, while the data analysis technique used the content analysis model from Bogdan & Biklen (1982), with procedures for 1) collecting raw data, 2) transcribing the data, coding the data, categorizing the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that Islamic education textbooks published by Erlangga were suitable in terms of the contents of the book material. The suitability aspect of KI KD gets 100% categorized as feasible. In the aspect of accuracy, obtaining 100% is categorized as feasible. Aspects of supporting material gain by 83.33% are categorized as feasible. The suitability of the contents of the PAI Class VII book published by Erlangga obtained 92.59%, which was categorized as suitable for use. PAI textbooks published by the Ministry of Education and Culture, the suitability of the contents of the book material The suitability aspect of KI KD gets 100% categorized as feasible. In the aspect of accuracy, obtaining 100% is categorized as feasible. Aspects of supporting material gain by 83.33% are categorized as feasible. The conformity of the contents of the Class VII PAI book material published by the Ministry of Education and Culture obtained 92.59%, which was categorized as suitable for use. Thus, as a whole, PAI textbooks published by Erlangga have a suitability of the contents of the book in the content aspect of 92.59%, which is categorized as feasible.

Abstract

Surat al-Kautsar contains motivation-motivation in life. This chapter consists of three verses, but many of the contents are very inspiring in social life. The first verse contains about humans being obliged to be grateful for all the blessings that Allah has given us, especially healthy favors, being given the opportunity to go to high school, being given sufficient sustenance, and still many other favors both material and non-material. Second, in this verse if humans want to achieve a successful life, be happy in the world and the hereafter, then humans must do two stages, namely: first, pray, namely building good communication with Allah, namely by facing and submitting to Allah SWT at least five times a day sincerely and continuously. , besides that humans are also obliged to build good communication with the community. Evidenced by real gait and sacrifice. For example: sharing knowledge with others, sharing sustenance to those in need, providing treatment for those who are sick, and at least providing support for a positive attitude. Furthermore, the last thing is when in the struggle there are definitely obstacles. Just ignore those who stop you or who don't like you, don't give up hope, just think of the obstacle as a constructive motivation to move forward. Because basically when you have advanced and superior achievements, automatically those who underestimate you will be cut off by themselves.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a system approach in Islamic educational organizations. The research is qualitative in nature, employing a literature review methodology to address identified gaps in integrating Islamic values into educational practices. Previous research has often overlooked the comprehensive alignment between curriculum, educators, and technology in Islamic education. This study addresses this gap by analyzing primary sources and other relevant literature to understand how a system approach can harmonize these components. Data collection involved critical analysis of written documents and content analysis techniques to derive meaningful insights. Findings reveal that the system approach in Islamic education provides a robust framework for embedding Islamic values across all educational aspects. By integrating Islamic principles into the curriculum, balancing worldly and spiritual knowledge through tawhid, and implementing character development programs, the approach seeks to cultivate learners who excel both intellectually and morally. The results indicate significant potential for improving educational outcomes, including increased coherence between educational components and the enhancement of moral and ethical standards among students. Practical implications emphasize the need for adequate training for educators, investment in technological infrastructure, and policy support to overcome barriers like resource limitations and resistance to change. In conclusion, this study contributes to the understanding of systemic methods in Islamic education, offering actionable insights for policymakers and educators to foster an environment where Islamic values and modern educational demands coexist seamlessly. The findings highlight the approach’s role in shaping individuals who are well-prepared to navigate contemporary challenges while upholding Islamic ethics and principles.

Abstract

Digital literacy ownership affects the role of teachers as learning facilitators when innovating to implement technology, namely creatively selecting and designing digital teaching resources. The effectiveness of these digital teaching resources is because they are easily accessible and have complete references. These characteristics are in accordance with students so that they can increase motivation and learning outcomes. The reflection carried out by the researcher still shows the low digital literacy possessed by educators under his supervision, thus encouraging the researcher to take the initiative to implement supervision and collaborative learning. This step is a form of the researcher's responsibility as the principal to improve the professionalism of his educators so that they are able to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to analyze and study in more depth so that empirical evidence is obtained of the development of teacher digital literacy through supervision and collaborative learning. The focus of this study is to develop the ability to create digital teaching resources, especially learning videos. Action research with the Kemmis TcGart model is carried out through 4 stages in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The next cycle will be carried out to obtain the expected results. This research was conducted at the researcher's school, precisely at SD Negeri 1 Jambesari with 8 teachers as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews and assessment rubrics using observation instruments with a scale of 1-4. In the initial observation, the researcher obtained data on the ability to create digital teaching resources of 76.57 and after taking action in cycle I, the results of the achievement of creating digital teaching resources were obtained with a value of 91.12, then in cycle II a value of 95.46 was obtained. So these results prove that the implementation of supervision and collaborative learning has proven to be able to develop the digital literacy of SDN 1 Jambesari teachers, especially in creating learning videos.

Abstract

Abstract Islamic boarding school Darul Falah Batu Putu Bandar Lampung, as an Islamic educational institution, is facing significant challenges in integrating religious education with knowledge and practical skills to prepare its students for the dynamics of globalization. Its success in achieving this is heavily dependent on the effective management of human resources (HR) based on Islamic values. This study is aiming to explore the implementation of HR management at Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah and its contribution to improving the quality of education. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, involving 10-15 informants consisting of caregivers, teaching administrators, and support staff. The main findings of this study show that the processes of recruitment, selection, performance assessment, and compensation at this pesantren are based on Islamic principles such as amanah, kafa'ah, musyawarah, ihsan, and al-adl. Recruitment emphasizes moral integrity and competence, selection is carried out through musyawarah to ensure fair decisions, performance assessment focuses on intention and sincerity, while compensation is based on the principle of justice, ensuring rewards that are commensurate with contributions. This HR management model is expected to serve as a reference for other pesantrens in improving the quality of education management and HR development. Abstrak Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah Batu Putu Bandar Lampung sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan besar dalam mengintegrasikan pendidikan agama dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis untuk mempersiapkan santri menghadapi dinamika globalisasi. Keberhasilan dalam mencapainya sangat bergantung pada pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang efektif dan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali penerapan manajemen SDM di Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah, serta kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, melibatkan 10-15 informan yang terdiri dari pengasuh, pengelola pengajaran, dan staf pendukung. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses rekrutmen, seleksi, penilaian kinerja, dan kompensasi di pesantren ini didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip Islam, seperti amanah, kafa'ah, musyawarah, ihsan, dan al-adl. Rekrutmen mengutamakan integritas moral dan kompetensi, seleksi dilakukan melalui musyawarah untuk memastikan keputusan yang adil, penilaian kinerja berfokus pada niat dan keikhlasan, sementara kompensasi didasarkan pada prinsip keadilan yang memastikan imbalan yang setimpal dengan kontribusi. Model manajemen SDM ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pesantren lainnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pendidikan dan pengembangan SDM. Kata kunci: manajemen SDM, Pondok Pesantren Darul Falah, integrasi pendidikan agama dan umum, prinsip Islam, kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

Data dari International Diabetes Federation (IDF) mencatat bahwa dari 220 negara di dunia, Indonesia menduduki peringkat ke-7 dalam jumlah penderita DM. Berdasarkan atlas DM di bawah ini diperkirakan pada tahun 2045 jumlah penderita DM akan mencapai 700 juta jiwa. Angka di atas mengalami peningkatan dari tahun sebelumnya. IDF juga memprediksikan dengan semakin memburuknya globalisasi, jumlah penderita diabetes akan terus meningkat dalam 5 hingga 10 tahun mendatang.Komplikasi diabetes melitus jangka panjang salah satunya penyempitan pembuluh darah perifer yang disebabkan oleh aterosklerosis dan merupakan salah satu penyebab ulkus kaki diabetik yang paling umum dan mengancam jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas buerger allen exercise yang dilakukan pada pasien diabetes untuk meningkatkan nilai ABI agar tidak terjadi nya penyempitan pembuluh darah perifer.Metode artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan nilai ABI dalam upaya pelaksanaan buerger allen exercise yang dilakukan pada pasien DM, literature yang digunakan adalah jurnal yang dipublikasikan dari data base publish or perish, google scholar, microsoft akademicdari tahun 2016 sampai dengan 2021. Hasil literature review yang dilakukan menunjukan buerger allen exercise terbukti signitifkan untuk meningkatkan nilai ABI dan melancarkan aliran darah perifer.Kata Kunci:BAE, Nilai ABI, DM Abstract Data from the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) noted that out of 220 countries in the world, Indonesia was ranked 7th in the number of DM sufferers. Based on the DM atlas below, it is estimated that by 2045 the number of people with DM will reach 700 million people. The figure above has increased from the previous year. IDF also predicts that with the worsening of globalization, the number of people with diabetes will continue to increase in the next 5 to 10 years. One of the long-term complications of diabetes mellitus is narrowing of peripheral blood vessels caused by atherosclerosis and is one of the most common and life-threatening causes of diabetic foot ulcers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Buerger Allen exercise in diabetic patients to increase the ABI value so that peripheral blood vessel constriction does not occur.The method of this article uses the literature review method which aims to determine the increase in the value of ABI in an effort to implement the Buerger Allen exercise carried out in DM patients, the literature used is journals published from the Publish or Perish database, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic from 2016 until 2021. The results of a literature review conducted show that Buerger Allen exercise has been shown to be significant for increasing ABI values and improving peripheral blood flow.Keywords: BAE, Nilai ABI, DM

Abstract

Abstrak: Ibu hamil dan janinnya memiliki risiko lebih tinggi untuk mengalami masalah seperti diabetes gestasional dan preeklamsia, sehingga sangat penting untuk mengidentifikasi masalah ini sejak dini guna melindungi kesehatan ibu dan anak. Hal ini terutama berlaku pada trimester kedua dan ketiga kehamilan. Isu: Upaya untuk menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian ibu terus menghadapi masalah kesehatan ibu hamil pada trimester kedua dan ketiga. Karena kurangnya tanda-tanda awal yang jelas, banyak kasus masalah kehamilan seperti diabetes gestasional dan preeklamsia tidak terdiagnosis hingga berlanjut. Untuk mengurangi terjadinya kesulitan selama kehamilan, PkM bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran di kalangan petugas kesehatan masyarakat dan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya perawatan prenatal rutin. Metode: konseling ibu hamil tentang tanda-tanda bahaya kehamilan dan manfaat pemeriksaan gula darah dan protein urin, yang dilakukan pada trimester kedua dan ketiga di PMB Lismarini, dan konsultasi dengan ibu hamil yang memiliki hasil pemeriksaan abnormal tentang pola makan dan gaya hidup sehat. Sasaran yang menjadi mitra merupakan ibu hamil trimester II dan III sejumlah 45 Orang... Temuan: peningkatan pemahaman tentang indikator risiko kehamilan di kalangan ibu hamil diamati dalam temuan pasca-tes (85%), dengan 3,3% ibu hamil memiliki kadar gula darah di atas normal dan 9,7% menunjukkan proteinuria. Fasilitas kesehatan tingkat lanjut diinstruksikan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan lanjutan pada ibu hamil yang hasilnya berada di luar kisaran biasanya.Abstract: Pregnant women and their unborn children are at increased risk for problems like gestational diabetes and preeclampsia, so it is crucial to identify these issues early on to protect both mother and child health. This is particularly true in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Issue: Efforts to decrease maternal morbidity and mortality continue to face the problem of pregnant women's health during the second and third trimesters. Due to the lack of obvious early signs, many cases of pregnancy problems such gestational diabetes and preeclampsia go undiagnosed until they progress. In order to reduce the occurrence of difficulties during pregnancy, PkM aims to raise awareness among community health professionals and pregnant women about the significance of routine prenatal care. Methods: counseling pregnant women on danger signs of pregnancy and the benefits of blood sugar and urine protein testing, which are done during the second and third trimesters at PMB Lismarini, and consulting with pregnant women who have abnormal test results about healthy diet and lifestyle. The target partners are pregnant women in the second and third trimesters, totaling 45 people. Findings: an improvement in understanding of pregnancy risk indicators among pregnant women was observed in the post-test findings (85%), with 3.3% of pregnant women having blood sugar levels over normal and 9.7% demonstrating proteinuria. Advanced health facilities were instructed to do follow-up exams on pregnant women whose results were outside the usual range.

Abstract

Ethics and Islamic law play a crucial role in shaping morality and legal order within Muslim societies. In the context of corruption and nation-building, effective strategies that integrate ethical values and principles of Islamic law are pertinent. This article explores key concepts in Islamic ethics and law, analyzing how the implementation of such strategies can combat corruption and advance national development. By considering ethical and legal aspects in Islam, this research underscores the importance of a holistic approach involving education, law enforcement, and institutional development in fostering a just and integrity-driven society.The findings indicate that integrating Islamic ethical values and law is effective in combating corruption by promoting honesty, integrity, and accountability. These values reduce corrupt practices and foster public trust, while Islamic law imposes stringent sanctions on corrupt individuals. However, implementation faces challenges such as resistance, societal awareness deficits, and legal complexities. The solution lies in collaborative efforts among governments, anti-corruption agencies, religious institutions, academics, and communities to address these challenges effectively.
